Tiktok seems to be good for many things, and I must say, finding new recipes is definitely one of those things! I found this Swabian Potato Salad (German Potato Salad) 🥔 recipe on @bakinghermann tiktok and it looked so good I had to bring it to friends who were camping! This potato salad uses new potatoes for the base 🥔 as well as cucumbers 🥒 with salt that you let sit and then drain and rinse off - very interesting! The sauce is caramelized shallot, broth, wine vinegar, mustard and olive oil. Lastly, fresh chives! Delicious!
