Feelings when they first met - SHS (Spooky High Strippers)

~ don’t take that name so seriously— it’s their band name! to be fair, it came from a random generator and we just agreed on it.

so, how did the couples (not yet at first) feel when they first met?

Cherry Couple

oh boy. they did not get along at all at first.

mostly because lili was taller than damien. by a lot.

see, when someone is better at something than damien, even the tiniest achievement.. he doesn’t take so kindly.

“oh great. what did miss skyscraper over here do to get into this school? you ain’t half bad, for a overgrown noob.”

lili, having been the sole reason the entirety of SHS was expelled from their last school, was obviously not so keen on his attitude.

“alright, cherry boy, don’t get too rowdy now. i’ll have you know i’m a succubus, not a demon. did mommy or daddy not give you enough attention this morning?”

and oh dear god, did damien burst into absolute fury.

poor oz, nyx and polly stood and watched the maroon headed demon and the strawberry blonde succubus bicker, until a nearby teacher broke them up— which resulted in damien beating the piss out of them.. which also landed him in a detention (which he also bailed. what are they gonna do, give him another detention? spoiler alert, they did.)

needless to say, the two were not at all friendly for a while.

Calculated Matter

nyx loves everything to do with space, plants, dark matter (maybe because she too was made of it), etc.

so when they found calculester, a robot who had a love for organic life— especially succulents, she felt a sense of what you could consider tranquility.

“hello friend! i believe i haven’t learnt your name yet.. but by the way i had entered the room and you appeared to be taking such gentle care of this succulent, i had to come talk to you!”

this has obviously warmed nyx’s heart. what a sweet robot.

“oh well— yes.. this is my plant oyaka, i’ve had it for a while now.. yet i’ve been neglecting her lately, i haven’t had enough time to take care of it.

“perhaps i can be of help, friend?”

nyx had quite literally melted, almost into a puddle. they had only melted so much she had began to droop.

“ERROR: friend is dripping mysterious substance! do you need medical attention?!”

oh no, she was perfectly okay calculester— you were just too kind.

Apricott

as a small centaur, aput would love to run + race on the tracks, it was tradition for him.

so, when he found out spooky high had an entire field including a track, he was delighted.

aput met scott when he was running track once, it was an accident to be fair— it was a simple bump, yet scott was flat out on the floor, and aput had stressed until the werewolf woke up.

“thank god! i thought i killed you there!”

scott had laughed: “of course not! everything went black for a second so i’m fine!”

aput didn’t really see the logic or connection.

in fact, there wasn’t even one.

it all ended well at least, because aput and scott had raced a few times on the track until it was almost the last class of the day.

the score was 5 - 2, of aput to scott (aput let him win twice, he felt bad for winning so much).

Vampire Bites

well, liam and sanrio got on fine, but thaf wasn’t the most approving.

they had met in the library, sanrio was reading with thaf by his hand..

…and liam was posting on monstagram about how “mainstream” spooky high was.

at first, liam had initiated conversation because of a book sanrio was reading.. well, it wasn’t the most pg.. and it was about dragons.. so liam had to comment.

“well, i haven’t read it myself, but based on the reviews and the fact that it’s basically sold everywhere.. it’s good enough in my books. seeing you read it so easily makes it seem more.. appealing, i suppose.”

until a certain puppet’s voice chimed in.

“ohhh, so the vamp’s a perv, i get it!”

ultimately, liam became disgusted with thaf’s attitude.

sanrio apologised on his behalf.

“your puppet is… vulgar. i don’t know how that thing speaks for you.. i say get a new one.”

“don’t you dare replace me sanrio!”

sanrio shoved him into their bag and carried on with their day with liam.

A/N: I been going on a teen wolf binge lately so I will be posting more teen wolf imagines. Sorry if its short. Hope you enjoy!

You never felt more pain in your life.

Lately it was like everything was going wrong.

You and your boyfriend went through a tough patch and he disappeared. You and the pack have been driving yourselves crazy trying to figure out what new threat is running around Beacon Hills. It seems like everything you were trying just wasn’t enough.

This is what led you to running through the woods. You ran. That’s another problem you always ran. Running was one of the few things that was able to completely empty your mind. You did it before you became a wolf and it is still one of your favorite things to do. For awhile you didnt think about Scott or Isaac, the killings, hunters. It was dangerous running through the woods with everything going on but it was a chance you were willing to take. Until you took the wrong step and stepped right into a bear trap. The excruciating pain knocked you off your feet unto the ground causing you to howl like your life depended on it. The pegs of the bear trap buried so deep in your skin laced in some type of herb probably wolfsbane that kept you from healing. Of course you didn’t have your phone so you couldn’t call anyone you just hoped that by howling eventually someone would hear you.

Desperately you tried to keep yourself together that if you calmed down you would figure a way out of the trap. There was no use to trying to pry open the trap. You hoped that someone would come save you from the trap and hoped they came before a hunter figured you were here. Your whimpers and cries could be heard in the woods. That’s when you heard multiple sounds of footsteps coming into the woods. "Nonono" you began to panic. That’s when you began to try to pry the trap together despite your best judgement.

"Y/n where are you"

You began to release a breath you didn’t know you were holding and began to laugh of relief. Somehow Isaac always found and saved you no matter what trouble you found yourself in. "Isaac I cant move" tears were still spilling from your eyes down your face. Even without clear vision from your tears you knew he felt guilt for what happened. "Just don’t move y/n. I got you okay. Im gonna get you out" He grabbed your hand taking some of your pain away before working to get you out of the bear trap. It wasn’t until you felt the bear trap snap open and release off your leg you felt relief. Your leg was still in awful pain but at least you werent trapped.

"You came for me" tears were spilling down your face not from the pain you still felt in your leg. Isaac sat down next to you. He held your hand rubbing circles on your skin "Love Im always going to come for you. Always. I love you. There isnt anything I wouldn’t do for you. I would rip this whole town apart if you wanted me to. I would never let anyone hurt you." He pulled you closer to him resting his forehead against yours. "Im so sorry about everything that’s been happening with us." you felt tears tracing down your face. You werent too sure whether they were yours or his but they were there. "I love you Is. Im always going to love you through everything. Im always going to be here"

Many of my Okinawan relatives, including one great-uncle, came to the United States via Revolutionary Mexico. Morisei Yamashiro became a farmworker and labor organizer in the fields of Southern California’s Imperial Valley. There, Okinawan, Japanese, Chinese, Black, Filipino, South Asian, Indigenous, poor white, and Mexican workers labored [...]. According to his son, Morisei could speak several languages including English, Spanish, Japanese, and Okinawan dialects [...]. Before the internment of Japanese and Okinawan Americans, there were early FBI raids on the communities. Labor organizers were among the first to be targeted. [...]

This story was provocative for several reasons. I knew of the world of the Revolutionary Atlantic and the radical currents which produced what Julius C. Scott calls the “common wind” of abolition. I first wondered if there might be a story to tell about the Revolutionary Pacific and the influence of the Mexican Revolution upon it. [...] [T]he story invited me to think anew about internationalism, which I understand as a recognition of the ways that people have been unevenly waylaid by the global capitalist system and developed forms of revolutionary solidarity to confront it.

To consider these provocations, I examined the reflections of another Okinawan migrant, Paul Shinsei Kōchi, who had traveled a similar path [...]. Kōchi’s memoir Imin no Aiwa (An Immigrant’s Sorrowful Tale) [...] describes how he found internationalism in Revolutionary Mexico. It details his escape from Okinawa and from the surveillance and repression of imperialist Japan; his solidarity with Indigenous Kanaka Maoli in Hawai‘i, with Tongva people in California, and with Yaqui in northern Mexico as well as with Indian, Chinese, and other Asian immigrants and with Mexican peasants in the revolution; and his subsequent position of internationalism.

“Paul Kōchi’s story demonstrates how the uprooted, dispossessed, and despised of the world came to know each other in shadows, in the tangled spaces of expulsion, extraction, transportation, debt, exploitation, and destruction: the garroting circuits of modern capital. Whether crammed in tight ship quarters; knocking together over the rails; [...] in the relentless tempo of industrial agriculture; inhaling the dank air of mine shafts; [...] coughing, fighting, singing, snoring, and sighing through thin walls, or corralled [...] in jails and prisons, the contradictions of modern capital were shared in its intimate spaces. Within such sites, people discovered that the circuits of revolution, like the countervailing circuits of capital, were realizable in motion, often through unplanned assemblages. Roaring at their backs were the revolutionary currents of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, currents that howled from the metropolitan hearts of empire and wailed across the peripheries of the global world system. Standing before them, in the middle of its own revolution, was Mexico. From the vantage point of these struggles, the new century did not simply portend the inevitability of urban revolts and insurgencies at the point of production, but an epoch of peasant wars, rural uprisings, anti-colonial movements, and, of course, the Mexican Revolution. Mexico, as both a real country and an imagined space of revolution, would become a crucible of internationalism [...].” (51–52) [...]

“The Internationale” (1888) [...]. Famously, Frantz Fanon took the second line of the song, “Arise ye wretched of the earth,” to title his indictment of colonialism in and beyond French Algeria, Wretched of the Earth. [...] [U]nless a radical tradition was “able to constantly keep alive that challenging, questioning and probing of the real scene around it,” it would only ever be [...] a snare of revolutionary nostalgia where hope is trapped and strangled, rather than a living, breathing tradition that might allow us to survive (Healey and Isserman 1993, 13–14). This is perhaps the central lesson [...], to think of internationalism not simply as scripture imposed from above, but as the messy work of collectively making and remaking the world in which we live.

Scott McCall gets home late that night. He’s used to these sort of days, the times when he’s so busy trying to stay afloat in a surging sea of school plans and hunter evasions and whatever new threats Beacon Hills has decided to kill him with that he scarcely has any time to himself. The moon has long since risen, and Scott thinks it’s as sure a sign as any that things are going badly around here that the almost full disc in the sky doesn’t bother him as much as it once was.

For a moment, he allows himself to miss the past. He can still picture how young he’d been when Peter Hale had first given him the bite, how Scott had basically been left to fend for himself with no other help than Derek showing up randomly and creepily to issue out weird phrases like ‘the bite is a gift’ and ‘we’re brothers now’ before disappearing again. Yeah, Scott still brings that up whenever he can. He feels that he deserves it.

Back then, Scott had Stiles, which had made the whole thing better. Despite the avalanche of stupid sarcastic comments about wolfsbane (which ended up being real) and full moons (also real) and packs (ok, so maybe Stiles had actually been on to something more than just making Scott lose his mind), Scott can’t think of someone he’d rather have by his side.

Even now, with Stiles returned to the FBI Academy, Scott still feels like he isn’t alone. Stiles calls all the time, updating his friends on crucial events like getting to brainstorm potential killers for recent murders or the cafeteria running out of chocolate syrup, things that are apparently of equal importance.

Still, Scott misses his friend. After so long of being pretty much inseparable, the vast distance between the two of them seems like an impossible challenge. There are days when he turns to hear Stiles’ humorous take on the latest threat to Beacon Hills only to find empty space where his best friend would have once been practically hovering over his shoulder.

That’s why Scott is pretty glad that he isn’t alone tonight. It’s been too hard for too long, and even if he’s expected to be some omnipotent alpha who always has the answers to every single problem, that’s not really the case.

For once, though, he isn’t going back to a dark house, one with the windows tightly shuttered like old ladies clutching their purses when they walk by a teenager with a little too much confidence. His mom has started working later and longer shifts at the hospital; neither of them bring it up, but her absence rings through the house, practically begging to be noticed.

However, Scott doesn’t have to creep through the empty house as if it’s no longer his, not tonight. He’s got a sure fire way of keeping the silence at bay: namely, the girl next to him, Malia Hale.

Malia catches him looking and grins. She still smiles like a werecoyote. Malia may have broken free from her permanent animal state, but Scott swears she’s still not entirely human. Right now, she could howl at the moon and make it still look normal.

This being said, he wouldn’t change a thing about her. Sometimes Scott envies Malia for the ease in which she lives her life. Other than fearing death by the hunters as they all do, Malia just goes about her day, sparing no time for inconsequential things like guilt or precalculus. She treads easily on all she’s done, whereas Scott’s conscience threatens to pull him under with every step.

They are growing to be more like each other, though. Scott feels more free by the day, and last week he swears he witnessed Malia help this little kid cross the road. She’d never admit to it, of course, but he knows what he saw.

Right now, he needs her most of all. The night should be his domain, especially with the light of an almost full moon painting his back with thick, broad strokes of white, but instead it just sets his mind to turmoil. At night, Scott has nothing to distract himself from all the stresses currently threatening to tear him asunder. It’s just him and the world, both trying to rid themselves of the other.

Whenever Scott’s worries get too much, though, he glances over at Malia again and remembers that he’s not alone. They’re pulling up to his house now, and for once it doesn’t seem so cold.

Malia makes her way easily through the darkened halls, the product of many, many days spent here. She technically has a home with Derek and Peter and any number of surviving Hales, but Scott knows that she’s still afraid to fully commit to living with them. Maybe he isn’t the only one trying to face down the terror of not being exactly what the world expects from them.

Scott opens the door to his room, crosses the floor on increasingly slow footsteps, and flops down on his bed. The moonlight makes it in here even still, refusing to leave him alone. It’s trapped by the shades of his window blinds, though, and can only attempt to reach him through waving tendrils of pale light that stretch across his ceiling.

He watches them bend and wave, each white strand only a few inches wide. They can’t reach him, not tonight. He’s reached home base, he’s not alone. Nothing can touch him now.

Malia regards the faint beams of moonlight too, then turns her attention to poking around Scott’s room. She’s been in here a thousand times, but still forced herself to peer in every nook and cranny as if expecting to find a sachet of wolfsbane tucked behind an ancient third grade spelling bee trophy.

Scott tucks his hands behind his head, watching her with amusement. “Have you found anything different yet?”

Malia rolls her eyes. “Not yet, but I’m sure I will. Look, it’s a natural instinct, alright? Gotta secure the perimeter of a home.”

Scott chuckles. “You’re securing perimeters now? Maybe you should give Stiles some tips, he’s apparently indoctrinated you into the FBI way of life.”

Malia breaks from her search to give him a vexed look, then goes back to her perusal. “And he would love to hear from me, of course. I’m fantastic.”

Scott’s smile grows content. “I know you are.”

Malia turns away hurriedly so Scott can’t see her beaming, but he thinks he can feel the force of it from here, and takes in every iota of happiness that has just crossed her face. Man, he likes her. He likes her a lot.

Scott has finally allowed himself to drop the last of his worries like stones, but his calm is rattled when Malia leans back, a stack of letters in her hands.

“What are these?” She asks. To her credit, Malia doesn’t start rifling through them immediately, although Scott can tell that she’d like nothing more than to do so.

Immediately, Scott remembers, and sits up slowly. “Those are from my sister, Y/N.”

Malia frowns. “Right, your sister. You never talk about her, so I guess I assumed you would never write.”

Scott stands up, walking over so he can look at the familiar written script. “That’s what I assumed too, but she proved me wrong when I got the first postcard.”

Malia’s brow furrows. “Why, did the two of you part on bad terms?”

Scott grimaces. “Something like that. She knew when I got the bite for the first time because it’s practically impossible to hide something like that forever, not from a family member. The only problem is that I didn’t make enough space in my life for her after that. She didn’t feel like a part of the pack, she didn’t even feel like my sister anymore. She left before you came along.”

Malia turns some of the postcards over in her hand, noticing the variety of locations emblazoned on the fronts. “I don’t get it. She, what, didn’t feel included and so she left? That’s not your fault, that’s her being a weirdo.”

Scott laughs in spite of himself, although he assumes he should regret it. “It wasn’t like that. In the very beginning, there wasn’t supposed to be a pack at all. It was just me and Stiles, you know? Then Allison started helping, and Lydia warmed up to us, and once Isaac and Derek came over to our side it actually turned into something. Y/N felt like I had cut her out of my life, so she left before she had to start feeling like an outsider with every other part of her world as well. I still think she was right to do it.”

Malia taps a finger against the stack of letters thoughtfully. “She was jealous, then, of the fact that you were supernatural? Stiles had been here since the beginning too and he never felt like that. I just don’t get why she was so upset.”

Scott rubs a hand on the back of his neck absentmindedly. “Of course Stiles felt like that, he just doesn’t like talking about it. He’ll cover up anything with a joke if he thinks it means people won’t look too closely at what he’s hiding. He’s been turned off of that, though, ever since the Nogitsune. I think he’s terrified that even thinking about being supernatural will make those deaths his fault, because then it would be obvious that he didn’t learn a thing from being possessed.”

Malia nods, sucking in a breath. “And Y/N, where is she now? Why’d she forgive you?”

Scott stares at the letters. He’d been so afraid that one day she would just stop writing, that she’d remember how callous he was and decide to cut him off for good. The letters keep coming, though, and Scott is still so afraid to jinx them.

“I’m not entirely sure. I think she needed the distance to clear her head, and be someone for herself instead of just being my sister. She travels a lot, started college, that sort of thing. Every now and then she writes to me about a pack she found or someone she thinks I should contact if things go supernaturally bad. She’s been very helpful in the past.”

Malia thinks about that for a moment. “So it’s like she is a part of the pack, then. Just really far away.”

After a heartbeat, Scott starts to smile. “Actually, yeah. I never thought about that. I should tell her sometime.”

A voice from the doorway makes both of them startle. “Tell who what? Are you talking about Y/N again?”

Malia makes a face at Derek Hale, who has appeared out of nowhere to lean idly against the open door frame. “It’s none of your business, that’s what. Also, stop jump scaring us like that. Knock for once in your life.”

Derek smirks. He has the same habit as Malia of always flashing his fangs whenever he smiles. “That’s my bad, you guys must not have heard me knock. Malia, I need you for official Hale business. Why are you talking about Y/N?”

Malia shrugs. “Just looking at some of her old letters. Why, did you know her?”

Derek tilts his head back, staring at the ceiling as he thinks. “In bits and pieces, yeah. I remember thinking the day she left that at least one of us would get to go live their lives free of all of this. You should ask her to visit sometime, it would be good to see her again.”

Scott nods. “Yeah, it would.”

Derek nods back, then tilts his head meaningfully towards the door. Malia sighs, then gives Scott a quick hug goodbye and disappears from the room. Derek lingers a little longer, though.

“You think this is your fault, don’t you? Y/N leaving, I mean.”

Scott sighs. “It is my fault. I pushed her away.”

Derek straightens up from his post against the threshold. “Not every disappearance is your fault. Trust me, I’ve watched enough people leave. Sometimes people just have to go, no other way about it. Y/N did what was best for her. That being said, if you want to meet up again, I think the two of you would be the better for it.”

Scott inclines his head. “I’ve been thinking the same thing. Thanks, though. I appreciate it.”

Derek smiles. He’s been doing it more frequently as of late, finally letting go of the cold hatred that’s been plaguing him for so long. “Any time. We still look out for each other, right?”

Scott watches the guy go, feeling oddly peaceful. “That we do.”

He listens for the sound of Malia getting into Derek’s car, then both of them driving away. Scott is well and truly alone now, although for once he doesn’t feel it. Instead, he has hope, hope that soon things will be better. He manages to fall asleep fairly quickly, and the faces that once haunted him just make the whole thing feel like a dream.

I've been seeing this thing on tiktok where people give the TWST characters English voice Headcannons. I'm curious if you have any?

HELLO. Yes, thank you for this question. I have been waiting for someone to ask me this for the longest time. So a while back I made a list of playlists for the twst characters (never finished it) and at the same time I was making another list of who I would pick if I could assign voice actors to the cast. It's not done, I never finished it so there are a few missing, but here's what I have. There are links to examples for each one.

HEARTSLABYUL

Grim as Meowth from the Pokemon anime. Talking cat and another talking cat.

Hear me out, I know a lot of people disagree but I would personally like to see Ace Trappola voiced by Griffin Burns, the same guy that voices Childe in Genshin Impact. Yeah, Childe, another annoying guy just like Ace. Mainly because he's kinda funny and makes the most cursed/random content.

I struggled a bit on this one but I got a lot of voices from this anime. The dub is funny, plus this guy has some amusing lines that sounds like what Deuce Spade might say. Especially the scene with his mom. So I picked Reki Kyan from Sk8 the Infinity, voiced by Matt Shipman.

I also really struggled with this one too. I didn't find a voice with a valley accent, lol. But I did find this voice with sass and energy, so I just gave up and put down this one. Just imagine the sass and energy, all the time, for Cater Diamond. Double Trouble voiced by Jacob Tobia, from She-Ra.

Trey Clover - ???

This one is a given, everyone practically says the same. But I can only imagine Riddle Rosehearts with a voice like Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler, voiced by Brina Palencia. It's actually surprisingly hard to find good Ciel clips.

SAVANACLAW

Obviously this voice had to be kinda deep. It has to sound kinda cold too, since this character is standoffish and mean in the beginning. I think I did find a very fitting voice though. I believe Jack Howl should have the same voice as Jotaro from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, voiced by Matthew Mercer.

Ruggie's was a little difficult too. It couldn't be deep, it had to have this specific sound to it, something a little more high-pitched. Something fitting for the little guy. So I resorted to putting down Ruggie Bucchi as Meliodas from Seven Deadly Sins, voiced by Bryce Papenbrook.

I feel like I had to find a really good voice for this dorm leader, so I went through lots of options and even changed it multiple times. It had to sound cool and kinda on the deeper side. So in the end, I chose Sniper Mask from High Rise Invasion, who's voiced by Jonah Scott, for Leona Kingscholar.

OCTAVINELLE

This dorm gave me the most trouble by far. I hated it. I spent so much time trying to find a good voice for them, and I'm not completely content. Yet, here it is. For Floyd Leech, it took a lot of back and forth, but I decided on Atsushi Murasakibara from Kuroko No Basuke, voiced by Robbie Daymond. Another difficult one to find a clip for, and he's only in the first two minutes.

Why are these clips so hard to find? Despise it. No, I did not want to go with the generic answer of Sebastian from Black Butler for Jade Leech. Instead, I chose Greed/Ling Yao from Fullmetal Alchemist, voiced by Troy Baker. Just imagine that voice but in a more polite and butler-like manner.

Azul Ashengrotto - ???

SCARABIA

This voice is almost perfect for this character, you cannot convince me otherwise. I've played this game and liked this voice actor for a long time. The song he sings in one chapter? Amazing. I think the cheerfulness and tone are wonderful for the character Pit from Kid Icarus Uprising, voiced by Antony Del Rio. He reminds me a lot of Kalim Al-Asim.

For Jamil Viper I considered a few options. His voice couldn't be too high pitched or low pitched, it had to be more aloof sounding. This was one of those characters I gave a voice to and it kept it for the longest time before ultimately changed my mind. Mostly because I happened to find a voice for another character by the same voice actor, and I didn't want to have the same actor twice. Anyways, the character is kinda mean too, just like how Jamil low-key is sometimes. The lines in the first part of the video sound like stuff Jamil would say if he snapped at Kalim. So, here's my take. Felix Hugo Fraldarius from Fire Emblem Three Houses, voiced by Lucien Dodge.

POMEFIORE

For sure, Epel Felmier has to have a soft and nice-to-listen-to voice. When he gets angry and starts yelling is a different story, the voice actor will need to be able to play that part well with the volume and accent and all. I didn't have a definite character in mind, but I had a voice actor that I thought was fitting. Khoi Dao, who voices characters like Albedo from Genshin Impact, Tetsuya Kuroko from Kuroko no Basuke, and Murata from Demon Slayer. Again, clips are hard to find for him that aren't Albedo, but there's an okayish one I found.

Frenchman. Fancy man. With the voice that I just think is amusing to listen to. He has to have this positive energy but still sound frivolous, because he's one of the most upbeat characters out of the entire cast. It's incredibly hard to find a good voice actor with a French accent, so I tried to just pretend as if there was no accent just for now. And I think I found a worthy candidate for Rook Hunt. Lorenz Hellman Gloucester from Fire Emblem Three Houses, voiced by Benjamin Diskin. Just imagine adding the accent? I think it could be great.

Oh boy, another character that has to have a good voice. Like, if he has anything less, I don't know if the character would work. Like Jamil, I considered different roles for him. It has to sound refined and elegant, even a little harsh. So I'd like to see Vil Schoenheit as Cherry Blossom from Sk8 the Infinity, voiced by Daman Mills. I think even some of the lines said are fitting for Vil's character.

IGNIHYDE

I'm actually pretty confident and proud of my decisions for this dorm. Then again, they're my favorite so maybe I'm biased. Anyways, obviously Ortho Shroud has to have a higher pitched voice because he's younger, and he's one of the few friendly and positive characters. But I didn't want the voice to be annoying or too high pitched. Taking that into consideration, I went with Venti from Genshin Impact, voiced by Erika Harlacher.

I got this. Both have sharp teeth? Both are skinny and wretched? Both are kinda weird? Both are protective of their younger siblings? They have the same vibes. They even both strongly believe that they're "ugly." I struggled to find a voice for Idia Shroud, but when I heard this English voice, I knew it was the most fitting voice I can find. The lines in the clip? Perfect. You can just picture it as Idia talking about his little brother Ortho. Which is why I chose Gyuutaro from Demon Slayer, voiced by Brandon McInnis.

DIASOMNIA

One of the first voices I put down, I got his right before I put down Deuce's. Yup. If you listen to the clip from Deuce's part, there's a character there that I think would make a perfect Silver. Can't remember? Here's some clips of the character I'm talking about. Langa Hasegawa from Sk8 the Infinity, voiced by Howard Wang.

I got this recommendation from a friend, and I can't get over how spot on it is. Like, it's literally perfect, it tops all others I've listed. The volume, the energy, the way it sounds like they carried themselves, it was all too good. When I watched it for the first time, my jaw dropped. Please, listen to this with your eyes closed and picture Sebek Zigvolt. As the Dullahan from Konosuba, voiced by Patrick Seiz.

Another character I struggled with. I didn't even know where to start with him, but low and behold, by scrolling I found a decent fit for the bat dad. He kinda looks him too, actually. Lilia Vanrouge's voice is kinda difficult, since it's surprisingly deep in the official Japanese version but I feel that it could work well even if it isn't deep. Anyways, here it is. Vanitas from Jun Mochizuki, voiced by Zeno Robinson.

Malleus Draconia's voice is probably of the highest importance, since he is the game's golden poster boy. It's probably why I had such a hard time with his, it was probably one of the last ones I did. But hear me out, what if his voice was the same as an antagonist many may recognize. I think the voice is mysterious and intimidating, it's also elegant in a way too and deep but not ridiculously deep. Which is why I thought of Muzan from Demon Slayer, voiced by Greg Chun.

STAFF

Yeah, I did the staff too. Here we go. Everyone gives Sebastian Michaelis to Jade, but I think it might be more fitting for Headmaster Crowley, especially if the voice sounds a little more like Kyoya Otori from Ouran High School Host Club. Both Sebastian and Kyoka are voiced by the same person, J. Michael Tatum. Just a little more energy and a bit of a British accent on Kyoya's voice, can probably make an excellent voice for Crowley.

Okay, I'm gonna say the name, but hear me out. Hisoka from Hunter X Hunter, voiced by Keith Silverstein. WAIT. Hold on. Listen. Hear me out first. I know what you're thinking. But it's Keith Silverstein, and he has a wonderful voice. Just imagine that clip, rewatch it, picture it as Divus Crewel.

I had two options for Ashton Vargas, but ultimately the other option had little lines and this one is funnier. Plus I think they're voiced by the same guy. Anyways, like I said, this option is funnier so that's pretty much why I chose it. Director Ton from Aggretsuko, voiced by Josh Petersdorf.

There are not a lot of serious sounding voice actors that portray older men, so another hard one to find a voice for. But I managed, and I don't think I did too bad considering there wasn't too many options. Here's what I got. For Mozus Trein, Kuzen Yoshimura from Tokyo Ghoul, voiced by Sean Hennigan.

This guy needs a New Orleans accent, no matter what. That's all I ask. But, can you imagine if Sam had the same voice as Marshall Lee from Adventure Time, voiced by the Donald Glover? That would be amazing to see. It would actually be way more than just amazing.

Now for the Kleptomania! I would imagine that you would hang with Damien a lot and plan big heists together, it would make Brian really jealous.

I just imagine one day you would come to the cafeteria, holding a bag of something and Brain would go, "Hey love? what's that bag?" and you would go, "A bunch of gum that I stole from the convenience store. Want some?" and he would just look at you like:

We all know how Scott is. He's always trying to be best boy and manages.

So you steal something, he would start by saying "But stealing isn't good!" He isn't trying to guilt trip you, he is just being himself.

Him and you are the cutest couple mostly because Scott is so innocent.

He loves your wings, he thinks they are really majestic and pretty. So expect him to play with them a lot. Whilst cuddling, he bury his head into them.

What's a good anime you can recommend (if you're an anime fan)

Yes! I have suggestions.

For movies, if you're totally new to anime, I would absolutely start out with anything from Studio Ghibli. They're kind of like the Disney movies of anime, at least from a Western perspective. Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Kiki's Delivery Service, and My Neighbor Totoro are some of the most popular films from that studio. If you live in or near a big city, these movies sometimes have special showings in theaters, which can be really fun. My personal favorite anime movie is called Night is Short, Walk on Girl, which is a kind of surreal romantic comedy about a night out that feels like it never ends.

As far as shows go, here are some of my favorites:

Fullmetal Alchemist: This is a classic one to start with. It's kind of a faiytale about two brothers Edward and Alphonse, who are searching for the Philosopher's Stone.

Cowboy Bebop: This is another classic, and generally considered to be one of the best animes of all time. Cowboy Bebop is a neo-noir space Western about bounty hunters in the year 2071, and deals with themes of loneliness, existential dread, and trying to escape your past.

Space Dandy: Space Dandy is made by the same studio as Cowboy Bebop, and shares kind of a similar premise, but it's a comedic space opera. The show is about Dandy, "a dandy guy in space" who "combs the galaxy like his pompadour on the hunt for aliens". Don't let the goofiness on this one fool you- there are some really beautiful, touching episodes in this show.

Keep Your Hands off Eizouken: This is one of my personal favorites. It's a slice of life show about three high school girls who start a club to make their own animations. It's kind of a love letter to the medium of animation and it celebrates the beauty of creativity and imagination. It's incredibly sweet and heartfelt.

The Tatami Galaxy: This is the spiritual predecessor to Night is Short, Walk on Girl, and it's done by the same director. It's a parallel universe story about an unnamed third year university student. In each episode, the viewer sees how his life would be different if he had chosen a different school club as a freshman. It's kind of a coming of age story that asks questions about the human condition.

Scott Pilgrim Takes Off: This is a newer one- it just started streaming on Netflix last month. It's a take on Scott Pilgrim vs The World, so it's kind of an action-adventure comedy, but ends up going in a very different direction. I liked this one so much that I binged it in a weekend.

Pluto: This is also a newer one- it came out on Netflix in October. It's a mystery science-fiction thriller about a robot detective who's trying to solve a string of murders, both robot and human, and prevent more murders from occurring. The characters are really complex, and the show deals with interesting themes of what constitutes humanity.

Aggretsuko: This is a comedy about a very cute but very angry red panda who lets out her emotions by singing death metal. It focuses on the frustrations of being a young person in a boring job and not quite knowing what you want out of life.

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Ghost in the Shell is a cyberpunk spy thriller about an elite law enforcement unit that investigates cybercrime and terrorism cases. There are lots of iterations of Ghost in the Shell, and most of them are good, but this one is my favorite. I think it anticipated a lot of the societal issues caused by technology that we're dealing with now.

Detective Conan/Case Closed: This one is new to me, but it's been super popular since the 90s. It's a mystery thriller about a high school age detective who gets trapped in the body of an elementary school boy. It's kind of like Scooby Doo or Inspector Gadget, but for a more mature audience.

These will of course include age regression or pet regression in some way, wether you the reader are a regressor, or a character is.

I will write for the fandoms/characters I have listed below. If you want a different character and don’t see them down there, you may ask if I will write for them but I won’t make any promises.

What Maverick is comfortable writing…

This is a 100% SFW blog, so no NSFW writing at all. I’m not comfortable doing that for age/pet regression.

I am perfectly fine writing relationships like dating or being married, with hand holding, cuddling, kissing, etc etc. But I will not do smut, kinks, or heated make outs.

Basically just cute fluff is what I’ll do!

Her whole wolf vibe kinda falls under this song. "If you could only see the beast you made me" and "Like some child processed, the beast howls in my veins"

This song gives soulmates vibes and those two are forever married in every universe (even when they aren’t)

He's just a guy living in the wrong time, not getting to be with the boy he loves… “no more calling like a crow, for a boy, for a body in the garden” Come on that’s flower husbands! But also his pov of the rapture is captured in this line "And I would hear the thunder and see the lightning crack and all around the world was waking, I never could go back." !!!!!

The date… “When food is gone you are my daily meal. When friends are gone, I know my savior's love is real”

So this is before they remembered who they were and just that they felt like they were missing something.

Heavy in Your Arms - Count fWhip

I feel like this is what would play as fWhip found Sausage’s body in the Blood Circle and obviously blame himself… So technically it is sung from Sausage's POV. I am going to give big quotes for this one:

"And is it worth the wait, all this killing time? Are you strong enough to stand? Protecting both your heart and mine... Who is the betrayer? Who's the killer in the crowd? The one who creeps in corridors and doesn't make a sound."

Falling - Queen Pearl

The falling without fear metaphor reminds me of the Xornoth fights, but this line “This is a song for a scribbled out name and my love keeps writing again and again” reminds me of her feelings toward Sausage)

Are You Hurting the One You Love? - King Sausage

This feels just right… here are some of my favorite lines: “you say you’ve found Heaven, but you can’t find God” “bite your tongue til it tastes like blood” and “was it something you could not stop”)

Addicted to Love - Queen Pearl and King Sausage

All about Xornoth…

Pearl: “you like to think that you’re immune to this stuff. Its closer to the truth to say you can’t get enough.”

Sausage: “The lights are on, but you're not home. Your mind is not your own. Your heart sweats, your body shakes.”

Bird Song - The Codfather

This is about killing all the Cod and the Godfather head drama. Not sold on this one though, but it fits Jimmy's crazed and frantic tone when things go wrong.

[note: this song reminded me of Monster Hunter Katherine and I almost put that bc I had my seasons mixed up]

Hospital Beds - Queen Pearl and King Sausage

Oh, come on! The song is about fire and dying friends! “I did not choose him, he did not choose me. We have no chance of recovery” and “Put out the fire on us. Bring your buckets by the dozen.”

Hardest of Hearts - The Codfather and King Scott of Rivendell

This is all about love that hurts you because you are emotionally unavoidably (which is both of them). “the sweetest of words have the bitterest taste” “Darling heart I loved you from the start, but that’s no excuse for the state I’m in” and “my heart swells like the water at a wave, can’t stop myself before its too late”

Some of my favorite Teen Wolf fanfic things

(these are very Stiles-centric and I'm not even sorry)

When the Hale family is alive (either bc it just didn't happen or time travel) and they take one look at Stiles and adopt him (bonus points for Talia using Stiles' inability to say no to mother figures so she can mother hen him)

When Sheriff Stilinski didn't raise Stiles (universe hopping/time travel/Claudia left before birth AU/etc) and goes "My Son!" ("But I'm not really your son, I'm from another universe!" "MY. SON.")

When Chris gets on with someone (optional: and they have kids) and Allison acts like she won the lottery bc more parents! (and in case of kids "I'M A BIG SISTER!" "Ally, I'm not the biological par--" "DON'T GIVE A SHIT, I'M THE BIG SISTER!")

De-aged baby-Isaac. Seriously, gimme all the baby-Isaac. Especially if he latches on Stiles and/or Stiles is roped to take care of him

Stiles and Derek (+ Laura and/or Cora) are both high school or college aged and have massive crush on each other, but they're both incapable of function and therefore communicate around each other (bonus points for meddling siblings and friends, and for sport mishaps bc the other one was came to watch practice/game)

Kittens.

Accidental werebaby acquisition. Okay, any baby is Very Good, but imagine the werebaby snuffling and scenting. Imagine Derek or Peter holding the baby against their chest and the baby planting their tiny face in their neck. Imagine baby growling and howling. IMAGINE ACCIDENTAL SHIFTING BECAUSE THE BABY SNEEZED!

Accurately written ADHD(/autistic) Stiles. Gimme hyperfixations and hyperfocus and tangents and special interests and "I forgot to take meds so I'm self-medicating with coffee." and "Oh shit I forgot to eat bc I got immersed in research!"

Alive Hale fam: Peter being a little shit and the most dramatic nerd ever, but without coma and murderous tendencies. I swear he was a theater kid and rightfully never saw the need to outgrow it.

Alive Hale fam: Hale grandparents and the gleam in their eyes when they spot a new grandbaby (aka Stiles)

Alive Hale fam: A swarm of Hale kids (and the absolute need of burying new packmates in a puppy pile do they smell like pack)

Alive Claudia Stilinski and she's the most Extra™ and Stiles is just a toned down version of her (seriously, I imagine her being bit like if Carol Danvers from Captain Marvel). Also magical Claudia and ADHD Claudia.

Alive Claudia and more Stilinski children! Imagine the absolute CHAOS of that household! Stiles would be The Best Big Brother™ EVER.

Stetopher Little Red Riding Hood aka Stiles as Red, Peter as Big Bad Wolf and Chris as the Hunter (without killing the wolf part)

Himbo!Scott. Clueless golden retriever with enough love for all (preferably not an alpha, someone else can lead so Scott can love everyone without it becoming a catastrophe)

Thank you! And oh no, I'm dying because I pulled "The Scare Floor" from Monsters, Inc. (by Randy Newman) ahaha and well... a lot of fun to be had here :D No lyrics to inspire this time seeing as it's a soundtrack and please immediately forget any canon contradictions you see.

Scott and Virgil have a night time visitor (with added bonus points if you know who it is!)

The wind howled and hurled itself against the old farmhouse windows, the light of the full moon and stars choked out by thick clouds that suffocated the land.

The shadowy branches scratched at the walls, the storm only growing wilder as the cold night bore on.

The hallway light flickered. Scott opened one eye, listening to the slow, heavy footsteps that crept down the corridor. The shadow, thrown up against the bedroom wall grew larger and larger, all while Scott’s breathing grew shorter and shorter. It lingered, monstrous in size, deliberating outside his room.

He held his breath.

The bedroom door creaked as it swung open and Scott shot to his feet and yelled, brandishing a bat, certain that whatever had come to attack him in the night would not catch him unawares.

There was a shriek and a thud, and Scott looked down to see his little brother, trembling in a heap on the floor.

“Oh, geez, Virg, I’m sorry!” he said quickly, dropping to his knees. The baseball bat rolled towards the closet door, but he paid it no mind as he focused on comforting his brother.

“Are you okay? I promise, I wasn’t gonna hit you, I just thought you were a robber or a kidnapper, or, or a monster.”

“You said monsters weren’t real,” said Virgil indignantly, tears forgotten in an instant. “You said that John and me were babies for thinking that.”

“Yeah, well, you know, it’s dark,” said Scott, the thought that his younger brother would ever think that he was the baby making his cheeks turn red. “My point is you could have been anyone, what are you doing out of bed.”

“John’s snoring,” said Virgil crossing his little arms in a huff.

“Uh-huh,” said Scott, unconvinced. “Sure thing, Virg, you can’t even hear it in this storm.”

“He’s loud,” insisted Virgil.

A roll of thunder clapped, lightning splitting the atmosphere in two, and Virgil shrieked again, diving under Scott’s covers.

Scott rolled his eyes, conveniently forgetting his earlier terror in the face of his younger brother’s fear.

“Sure. The snoring.”

Virgil peeped out from under the covers.

“Can I sleep here?”

Scott contemplated sending him out – the bed was small and Virgil was big enough to go to school with him now after all – but the unshed tears caught the small wash of light from the hallway and his heart softened.

“Yeah, alright. I’ll grab the light.”

He ducked into the hallway, ignoring the strange moans of the wind, and ran to the light switch.

“There’s no such thing as monsters,” he reminded himself.

He steadied his breathing, standing firm with his truth, and flicked off the switch.

A scream shot through the house and he raced back to his room without thinking.

“Virgil?!”

“Scott, there was a monster,” Virgil wailed, shaking in the middle of his bed, curled into a ball.

His heart froze.

“There’s no such thing as monsters, Virg,” he said with a shaky smile.

“There is, I saw it.”

“Where’d you see it? It was probably just the trees.”

“It’s in your closet.”

Scott spun to face the door. It was slightly ajar, its shadowy opening inviting in all manner of dark imaginings.

“Well, it’s not,” he said firmly, privately praying to anyone who could hear him. “Because there’s no such thing as monsters.”

He yanked open the door.

An overly large, orange and yellow, very hairy, very toothy monster stood shaking in the closet.

“ARGH!!”

They all yelled in unison, Scott leaping in front of Virgil, and the monster, desperate to be out of the closet for some reason, stumbled forwards.

His foot came down on the forgotten baseball bat and the monster shrieked some more as the floor seemed to roll beneath him, crashing into Scott’s desk, the model plane crunching beneath its weight and the bottle of glue upended on his head.

“Noooooo, get it off,” it yelled, and the cold fear that had gripped Scott’s heart began to fade.

“Are you alright?”

“Don’t touch me!”

“Okay!” exclaimed Scott, backing up.

Virgil peeked out from behind him and they watched as the monster miserably tried to peel the glue and book pages and broken pieces of wood from his skin.

The glue was fast drying and it had to give up in the end, big, fat tears welling up in its eyes.

“This was my first door,” it wailed. “I passed all the exams, and I can’t even make two kids scream.”

“You were trying to scare us?”

“Only a little. We need your screams.”

“So,” said Scott, creeping a little closer, “you don’t… want… to scare us?”

“No, of course not!” The monster looked miserable. “We just need your screams; they power everything in Monstropolis.”

“Like electricity?” asked Virgil, his grip on Scott’s shirt starting to loosen.

The monster sniffed unhappily.

“It’s the most important job in the city, maybe even the whole world.”

“But, you don’t want to do it?”

“I have to do it,” said the monster. “Everyone always said I’d be such a good scarer, but now look at me.”

He dissolved into tears again.

“Well,” said Scott, exchanging a glance with Virgil. “I thought you were terrifying.”

“You did?”

“Yeah, said Virgil. “I even screamed twice!”

“That’s true,” said the monster, starting to perk up a little bit.

“And I screamed too,” offered Scott. “How many more screams do you need?”

The monster breathed in deeply, his furry brows pulling down over his eyes as he thought the mathematics of screams over.

“Maybe two more?” he ventured.

“We could do that,” said Virgil, bouncing up and down on the bed. “We’ll scream for you.”

“You will?” said the monster, looking like he might cry again. “That’s so nice of you.”

“But you can’t come back,” said Scott, anxiety twisting in his stomach. “We have a little brother; we don’t want him to get scared too.”

“He’s not big like us,” said Virgil seriously.

The monster nodded, and clambered to his feet.

“I can make sure your door is destroyed,” he assured them. “Leave it to me.”

“Good,” said Scott, satisfied. “Do we need to do anything special?”

“No, just scream, as loud as you can.”

“On three?” asked Virgil and he nodded.

“One…two…three!”

They both screamed, loud and long as their lungs could manage. The hallway light turned on, and feet thundered down the same path that Scott had run mere minutes before.

“Bye,” whispered Scott as the closet door swung shut and his parents burst in the room.

“Scott! Are you okay? Virgil, honey you should be in your own bed.”

“Yeah, we’re fine,” said Scott. “Virgil was scared of the storm and I said he could sleep with me.”

“We saw a monster!”

“Shut up, Virgil,” hissed Scott.

“A monster,” said Jeff, trying not to smile. “Whereabouts?”

“In the closet.”

Lucy stroked Scott’s hair, pulling both boys into a tight hug as Jeff approached the closet door.

It swung open, showing nothing but a few coats hanging innocently in place.

“No monsters in here.”

“See, Virgil,” said Scott loudly, glaring at him to make sure he got the message. “There’s no such thing as monsters.”

Another that I agreed with was Jonah Scott as good old Leona because to be honest, just like Yuuichirou Umehara, Jonah has a smooth, sexy voice which fits with Leona’s nonchalant, deep, and carefree tone of voice. If you listen to it closely, you can bet that he’ll even make a good growl for him. I only saw his performances in The Way of the Househusband and SK8 the Infinity (mostly SK8 because it’s my favorite anime), but his performance in SK8 took me and my younger sister—who likes Joe Nanjo—by storm because of his seductive demeanor towards the women he wants to date (thank goodness Leona respects women) and his tone when irritated enough like whenever he’s around his old friend Kaoru, a.k.a. Cherry Blossom. With that in mind, imagine Jonah making a tired tone with a grumble on the daily when a lion doesn’t want to get out of bed.

Jack Howl — Matthew Mercer

Cole McCree (now named Cole Cassidy) in Overwatch

Jack Howl is a teenage white wolf who prioritizes honesty and integrity above all else and because of his love for doing noble and righteous deeds, he earned himself the man himself, Matthew Mercer. Matthew is another voice acting king, his roles varying from the different characters he has played over the years, but if we look to Jack’s personality and compared it to Levi Ackerman who is a popular character of Attack of Titan with skills that can kill a thousand Titans if trained even more, Matthew is more than perfect because he can present a masculine man with morals and raw strength and outstanding skills in different areas of expertise. I feel he can also produce a scary tone of voice when Jack is angered by any unruly and disgusting misdeed a fellow classmate did such as when Ace, Deuce, and Grim made contracts with Azul to help them pass the final exams.

Ruggie Bucchi — Bryce Papenbrook

Most known for:

Inosuke Hashibara in Demon Slayer

Adrien Agreste in Miraculous

Eren Jäger in Attack on Titan

This is yet again another voice actor that I agreed would make a good Ruggie, but I have only one reason…Did nobody hear his laugh as Inosuke when Inosuke was flexing his flexibility to scare Tanjiro and Zenitsu? He nailed that laugh which is why I think he can perfect Ruggie’s mischievous laugh, especially hearing Inosuke’s voice in my head, a voice that always reeked of mischief and insane ideas that should’ve gotten him killed but is still alive. Like Inosuke, Ruggie knows how to survive and think on his feet and if we also analyze Eren Jäger (by the way, that’s the actual German spelling of his name—I am not spelling it wrong), Eren also understands survival but is reckless and takes matters into his own hands when things don’t swing his way which Ruggie did when he caused the injuries of his peers so Savanaclaw could win the Spelldrive tournament against Diasomnia.
