As a Ukrainian, the past two years and especially and increasingly the recent months have felt like I and other people in my country are some test subjects behind a glass wall. And people from Western countries come and watch us slowly dying due to various poisons that are being introduced.

Occasionally someone throws us a vial of an antidote, but it's small and diluted and never enough to actually fully help. And they watch us dying one by one until they get bored or even annoyed and leave to go on with their day. And they have all the means to help. They just won't because they don't want a scandal with the people who are pumping poison at us.

I have known, my entire life, a particular truth about the world. The majority of evidence has continued to support that truth, throughout my 30 years of life.

She is not.
