So this summer I have just been playing Stardew Valley religiously, and have been drawing a bit of my favorite characters, but not much of the bachelors and bachelorettes, so I decided to draw all of them!

Honestly, drawing all the marriage candidates made me like some of them a lot more than before. I don't even have any hearts with Elliot's in my first game with 8 years on it, and I thought having to draw him would be super annoying since I'm not the best with side profiles, but I really enjoyed it!

My least favorite drawings that came out of this were probably Alex, Abigail, and Maru. I really like Alex as a character, but I swear to God his hair was horrible. I HATED drawing that rat nest of hair. Maru's color hair was hard to replicate as well and her face wasn't exactly what I'd imagined in my mind, which hurt a bit since she's a favorite of mine. Abigail just looks wonky in general to me. You can see from the first picture that I actually messed up drawing her multiple times, which is a shame since she's my second favorite bachelorette behind Maru

My favorites to draw were Leah, Elliot, and Sebastian, all of which I barley interact with regularly. I was very proud of the outcome of the side profile for Elliot, Sebastian's hair turned out to be easier than I thought, and I suck at drawing braids, so even though it took me awhile to get her hair down, I really love Leah's drawing

If I do show more of my drawings on here, it's probably going to be some of my more favorite characters like Caroline, Willy, and Linus.

Stardew Valley Headcanons

Some random headcanons that have been living in my notes app for months

When working, Sebastian often pushes his hair away from his face with a headband since it’s so long

He also definitely wears glasses around the house but he’s too shy to wear them out in public

Sam, Abigail, and Sebastian are planning on getting matching tattoos in the future

Emily loves tarot cards and will offer free readings during her shifts at the saloon

For months on end, Abigail would beg Marlon to train her in combat and he finally gave in. Once a week Marlon coaches Abigail in basic sword fighting and sometimes lets her accompany him into the mines

Because Shane and Alex share a mutual love for gridball they will often play a game of catch during the Luau or the Flower Dance

Sebastian smokes Marlboro reds (sometimes Camels) and uses a shitty lighter with a frog sticker on it

Sam is the ultimate stoner and will sometimes let Shane hit his pen during shifts at Jojamart, though his favorite method of smoking is with a bong

Willy taught Elliot how to fish and put crab pots in the ocean and he's so proud of the ginger writer living in his ocean shack<3

Haley and Emily have photoshoots with the clothes that Emily makes, and sometimes they invite the other girls in the village to participate

That's all! Sorry, it's kinda short but I have some more ideas! More specifically what the Pelican Town villagers would be like at a party?? Sounds like fun loll
