What show is this character from??

Trying to figure out who these screenshots are of. I saw them in a compilations video. I suspect they are from Agents of Shield or Jessica Jones or one of those shows that I haven't see. The character can move her hand and a green-yellow light emanates and she's able to hurt people like that. She appears to be a superpowered person who's being held prisoner in a plexiglass room, and later a clip shows her naked in a shower, very starved, and with a powers-controlling collar around her neck. I do wonder if her power is controlling metal? and that's why she's in the plastic room in the first screenshot, but she can manipulate something (screws/replacement) in the man's knee?
