Just found out I’m one of those unlucky folks who has to collect their stimulus check as tax credit. I’m not going to see that money. I had spent months and months trying to get my refund from IRS in 2020 and they finally gave it to me almost seven months after I filed.
Trying to get your money from the IRS is like trying to get “the ring” from Gollum.

i literally haven’t queued posts in over a month so i’m wayyy behind but my queue has been at 300 for the past 24 hours bc i still have more to go lol
i’m probably gonna be annoying and bump posting to every 10 minutes just to get thru some of this stuff
#my life since november has just been insane#i was diagnosed with a severe chronic illness and normal medication wasn't working#i'm in the process of trying to get the medication i do need to be subsidized or payed off bc it's literally 12k a month#i hated my old job so a coworker who also worked somewhere else got me a job with her#literally after the second day i asked her what the fuck was up and she admitted that yeah this job was worse#and she was actually trying to leave so i think she just wanted the referral money even tho i was completely fucked over#so that lasted like two and half weeks and they worked me to the bone for that time#even tho they originally wouldn't schedule me for enough hours#that way they knew i'd have to come in at any random time they asked bc i have bills to pay#so for the past four days i've been without a job but this is the first time i'm seeing any real hope bc i desperately needed a break#in january i got a refund for some dental work i paid for but got to busy to actually have done so that helped#and then my father finally decided to pay for the majority of my second procedure last week#the stimulus check hit over the weekend and my paycheck from [redacted] came thru today so i'm finally back to a little monetary stability#i would just like everything else to fall in place as well
