Idk if you answer, ask or not, but what do you think the rest of team seirin does after high school
:ooo ooohh well tbh i havent given much thought to what the rest of seirin team does after high school. but going off what i remember abt skills + passion, i think hyuga and izuki would keep playing basketball after high school and i could also see them possibly going pro (at least in japan). i dont remember if kiyoshi playing on his injury keeps him from playing basketball ever again ? but if/when hes recovered i can see him following the same route they do! i also think riko becoming an athletic trainer would be fucking cool. her being the athletic trainer for japans olympic basketball team would be even cooler. for the others im not entirely sure tbh...
also what do u think seirin does after high school 👀👀

may i request kuroko tetsuya with a s/o who’s quiet and observant like him, like some headcanons of a slow burn kind of relationship between the two during their first year at seirin high?
Tumblr media
It’s definitely a slow going, slow burn relationship.
Besides the fact that both of the presences are low, so they constantly keep missing each other, teenage boys (and especially Kuroko) are the most oblivious creatures on the planet.
I say this with the firm knowledge of helping assist middle to high school sports teams at our club.
They would likely notice Kuroko first and try to make a move.
But they are so shy and quiet that it’s too subtle for Kuroko to get. Or he thinks that they are interested in someone else.
Everyone is always more interested in his more flashy teammates. Even from his middle school days. He’s used to it.
He is honestly shocked when they tell him that they are interested in him, and take the compliment in stride.
Kuroko doesn’t know what else to go other than that.
Besides Momo, who throws her affection at him like grenade volleys, he’s never been in this situation before.
Their one common interest: books.
It’s the gateway to their relationship and coming out of their shells. Talking about books. Recommendations from one another. Joint reading adventures.
S/O even looks up books on sports to try and help out.
They come to practice, but no one really notice them much. Partly their fault as they sit very far away to not disturb said practice.
Kagami is the first person to notice them.
Having trained himself to know where Kuroko is, he can spot them pretty easily.
He’s the one that gets them included more and tries to have them as another unofficial member of the team.
They come to the games and try to cheer them on as much as possible although a lot of it is drowned out by the crowd.
Kuroko always sees them trying though, and their presence is like an anchor for him at games. A beacon in the crowd.
Their first kiss is after they win a big game.

Headcanons for Akashi when he's sad 😔
I did a cute one last night for Akashi laughing, so I thought I'd flip the script and break y'alls hearts rq with some headcanons I have for when Akashi isn't feeling all too great.
First of all, let's start with any canon material we have of Akashi being openly sad. There really isn't much. The only times we see him like that in the main series are at his mother's funeral as a child during that flashback, and then directly after he lost to Seirin. Even with the second instance, he tried to hold in his tears as best as he could and still put on a brave smile to go and shake hands with Kuroko. Aside from that, the only other instance I can think of is during the drama CD (season 3 volume 9) where he had a bit of an argument with Murasakibara.
Canonically, we know why he is almost never openly sad. With such high expectations placed on him by his father, the superintendents of Teiko, and even himself, showing sadness was a form of weakness. This is why, despite the fact that he was clearly overwhelmed with too much work throughout his entire childhood, he never complained. His father likely drilled that mentality into him to just suck it up and keep it pushing, because Akashi wasn't even allowed time to process his grief after losing his mother, the only support system he ever had. With this information in mind, let's get into my headcanons.
First of all, what makes Akashi upset? The first thing I can think of is his massive workload paired with the high expectations placed on him. There are probably some days when all of it is just too overwhelming and he gets stressed out, worried that he won't be able to handle it all. Whenever Akashi switches personalities in the series, it's always during a crucial basketball match. But I personally feel like if he's stressed with work all the time, he's constantly teetering on the edge of dissociating but ends up not. I can imagine him in his dorm after a long day of school trying to finish assignments late into the night, and he's desperately fighting to remain present and in the moment. It probably happens more than people think, and to avoid giving into his other self and letting him take over is something he has to do on a regular basis.
The second thing is when he feels like he hasn't been a good friend. Post-Winter Cup, Akashi tries really hard to reconnect with Kuroko and the other GoM more than he used to back in middle school. And given how he had to salvage his friendships with his former and current teams after almost ruining them both, post-Winter Cup Akashi is probably very insecure about his own ability to be a good friend to others. For example, in season 3 volume 9 of the drama CDs when he and Murasakibara had a quarrel, Murasakibara mentioned that Akashi had no idea how he felt at all before hanging up the phone. That comment stuck with Akashi, so much so that all three of the Uncrowned Kings noticed and essentially staged an intervention in the clubroom because Akashi looked so visibly bothered that it freaked them out. You can tell that he cares about his friends as well as what they think of him. He wants to be someone they can trust and depend on, but when he feels like he's missed the mark, he gets upset about it each and every time because, really and truly, he's trying his very best.
What does he look like when he's sad? The thing about Akashi is that he still sometimes has trouble letting himself be upset because he's busy and has no time for breakdowns (probably why he prefers to dissociate instead since he'd rather just detach himself from reality and not feel anything at all). As a result, he tends to bottle a lot of things up until they all spill out later, and I can see it manifesting in two ways.
1: panic attacks. With what this boy has been through, it would not surprise me in the slightest if he ever had panic attacks. If he somehow managed to avoid them throughout his entire childhood, then I think his first panic attack would come after losing the Winter Cup finals because this is the first time in his life he's ever lost at anything and he feels like his entire world is falling apart. He'd probably be hit with an overwhelming fear of what would happen to him after losing the finals, especially with how much his father emphasized victory and success over everything. And the idea of being a disappointment and disgracing his family name would probably just tear this poor boy apart. And these panic attacks are not pretty. He's hyperventilating and gasping through sobs that he desperately tries to quiet to no avail, and he trembles so badly that he can barely keep himself upright. Not good at all.
2: full system shutdown. Maybe I'm projecting my own personal experiences for this one, but I think if there was a day when he was just so stressed and tired or maybe he got news that was so devastating, his body would refuse to cope and he would just... switch off. That could mean sleeping in the middle of the day for long stretches of time because he can't handle being awake, and then when he is awake, his mind is static and he's totally nonverbal, normally for several hours. Also not good at all.
The only person who's ever seen him in the middle of either one of these types of breakdowns is Mibuchi. The first time was accidental because Akashi didn't have the foresight to lock the door at that moment. But after Mibuchi is able to calm him down/bring him back to reality, then for every time after, Akashi will actively seek out Mibuchi if he feels like he's on the verge of a breakdown. Eventually, he opens up about it to the other Uncrowned Kings and they're very supportive and tell Akashi to let them know if there's any way they can help him (he actually has to hold back tears for that).
I have a separate headcanon that post-Winter Cup Akashi eventually starts going to therapy because he realizes he could really use it, and so I would think with time, he develops better coping mechanisms and also knows how to calm himself down before getting to the point of a breakdown. (He still seeks Mibuchi out, though, cuz sometimes he just needs a hug. Is that so wrong?)
He also learns to just experience his emotions as they come and for what they are. Positive or negative, either way, all emotions are valid, and instead of hiding from sadness, you should feel it and then let it pass. Through that, he's able to make peace with himself and not be so hard on himself anymore.
Anyway, I have no idea where to end it, so I'll leave it here because I'm literally falling asleep as I write this. I need to go to bed. For anyone who I've punched in the gut with these headcanons... I'm not sorry. Bye now! 😃

KNB Headcanon: Mental Health
A/N: We know about Akashi's weirdly written split personality already and whilst I'm not the person who's fond of diagnosing characters there are a few I definitely want to talk about.
-Aomine Daiki: Many have stated they think this man is depressed already, and I do agree with the general consensus. The consistent habits of sleeping on the rooftop, the way how even his friendship with Momoi became more strained, makes it clear he's mentally in a dark place and pretty exhausted with his own talent.
-Speaking of the To-Oh team, Sakurai. I already mentioned in my headcanon about Hyuga, that I feel like Sakurai's apologetic nature shouldn't have been treated like a joke or something to mock as I think he hides some deeper issues. His low self-esteem and self-blaming nature filled with loathing for himself makes me think he's either been bullied since childhood or he has an abusive relative. Children who grow up in an highly critical/verbally abusive households typically develop patterns like apologizing for every god damn thing as their parents will treat their child as an emotional punching bag and they are held responsible for things outside of their control all the time. I swear, To-Oh is the most emotionally broken team after Teiko Middle School.
-Mitobe. His refusal to talk whilst he has the ability does make my own autism radar tingle. I've never met a person outside of the autistic community who hates being verbal. I do think he has some high functioning autistic qualities, but his great emotional support system of his family and friends definitely seemed to have provided him with some preventive treatment to the point he just can flow along in his social life. I also think he's somewhat parentified with the care he provides for his younger siblings.
-Speaking of his friend group, Koganei. The way he lacked focus on how to spend his energy prior to Seirin and how he's stated to hate sitting still just gives me the vibes that he was diagnosed with ADHD as a child but he's one of the lucky ones that has been outgrowing his ADHD. Which is why he might be able to read Mitobe so well. There are plenty of people who have ADHD and autism and if Koganei did attended some ADHD program as a child he might have made some childhood friends on the spectrum. Perhaps that might be how they became friends considering they go way back.
-This ADHD conversation obviously brings me to the one and only Kotaro Hayama. This boy is like the posterchild of ADHD and he's definitely one of those people who isn't outgrowing their ADHD diagnosis. This boy lives his life energetically and unapologetically, and he will be that way as an adult too.
-Kiyoshi: See my tragic teddybear headcanon. This boy is parentified too because of how much care he gives back to his grandparents. Kiyoshi isn't the one taken care of in his household, it's a give and take with how old they are.
Honorable mention:
-It's difficult to place Murasakibara. I've seen some people make autism claims, but Murasakibara shows plenty of behavior that's very much anti-autistic in a sense? Like his tsundere-like nature doesn't really fits with being honest to a fault like most autistic people are, etc. However, I do feel like he shows some signs of being emotionally stunted and to be at the level of a small child. What kind of mental health issue might be paired with it and if he'll outgrow most of his childlike mindset, are things I am not sure on.

Speaking of speech patterns that help identify certain characters, Akashi's speech resembles written language (or you can say he talks more formally than others).
For example, in spoken language, "de wa" usually gets shortened to "ja". Think of "de wa nai" like "is not" and "ja nai" like "isn't". A lot of knb characters shorten "nai" to "nee" too (especially Hyuuga man does it all the time), while Akashi talks in perfect grammar in the middle of a heated match.

I still find it deeply entertaining that Seirin has 3 members sharing the same initials. Imagine one day the basketball club cleans up the club room, finds a stray love letter addressed to K.T. and has no idea if it's for Kuroko Tetsuya or Kagami Taiga or Kiyoshi Teppei

top 5 fave animes?
top 5 fave knb matches?
top 5 fave requests u’ve gotten?
top 5 fave things about your fave character?
Oh man, this is a really long post that took me hours to write XD I apologize for the length and the going a little nuts over a character not from a series I write this blog for ^-^'
Here we go~
Top 5 fave animes (this is hard btw lmao it tends to change over time XD)
Tokyo Revengers
Daiya no Ace
Naruto
Kuroko no Basket
Yuri on Ice
Remembering all the anime I've watched is haaard. and 'fave' is transitory lol. The above five are the one's I've rewatched out of love. There are a bunch that I love but that were just short one-season things that I never wrote anything for like My Roomate is a Cat, and Kotaro Lives Alone, Gakuen Babysitters and Record of Ragnarok.
But honorable mentions go to OG/or high-fave anime that I still write for:
Gundam Wing
Yu-Gi-Oh
Herioc Legend of Arislan
Eyeshield 21
Days
Top 5 fave knb matches
Seirin vs Rakuzan
Too vs Kaijo
Seirin vs Shutoku
Seirin vs Yozen
Seirin vs Too
Top 5 fave requests
This is really hard because there are SO MANY, and there is only one that really sticks out. I went back through my asks and it took so long XD
Kominato Ryousuke x Reader x Kuramochi Youichi smut
GoM play laser tag
Ryousuke, Mochi and Miyuki react to s/o's cheesy pick up lines
Akashi's son goes to kindergarten
Lemony Yamato, Kakei, and Marco
Making out headcanons with Phichit, Guanghong and Yurio
Top 5 fave things about my fave character
Okay, so trying to choose ONE character is really hard... I'm going to go with Mikey from TR because he's my current fave lol
He can be incredibly loyal, especially when he's younger. He will throw down with anyone that talks shit or hurts his gang or any of it's members. Of course, loses this some over time as he gets darker
He's beautiful, and adorable, no matter which timeline Mikey it is. Looks wise, my least favorite is serial killer!Mikey cause black hair looks weird on him, as black hair often does on blonds. My fave is either first!timeline adult Mikey, or pre-serial killer Mikey, when he has the short blond hair.
He loves deeply and fiercely. This is why he breaks a little more every time he loses someone, until his final loss and he gives in completely to the darkness. His inability to deal with his lost loved ones is the corner stone of why he goes dark (even with the revelations of the last few chapters)
He's so badass, but like, super childish at the same time? He rides the fine like between capability and being taken care of. Like he can stand up and be independent, and is the BOSS, but if there are others around that will wait on him, he will take advantage lol
His ambition and leadership qualities. Mikey knows himself, he knows the darkness and knows the path he's headed towards -- it was the path he chose. Because he knows himself, and because he's loyal and loves his friends, he leaves them to keep them safe, mostly from himself.
Mikey is so complex, but at his heart, he's a loyal, loving boy/man that was hurt over and over until he was forced to harden himself to survive. He's childish in some cases (mostly when he's a 14/15 year old baby), but he grows through out the course of the series (sadly, just not for the better). He lost literally everyone closest to him, and really is a product of a life of tragedy and pain. This is why I think he's one of most sympathetic villains I've ever read, and the mangaka has done a great job with the story telling, for the most part.
/End rant cause I could go on forever.

Hi Lovely... Consider me over the bend butt 🍑... Kiyoshi Teppei yandere (contra fem love interest) headcanons? Does an alternative universe like that exist? ALSO: you invented yandere kasamatsu so we are forever in depth to you! ❤️
note: this ask was sent in during an event; i currently only write for kiridai/imayoshi/haizaki/nash
kiyoshi would highkey be a terrifying yandere cause this man is absolutely delusional
he’s convinced that you love him just as much as he loves you, and that everything you do is just some way of showing love, one way or another
(or at least, that’s how you explain his lack of empathy - who knows what he really thinks)
and that’s a whole lotta love - the fact his motto is “with one’s heart and soul” highlights just how obsessive he is; his world revolves around you, all he’s ever thinking about is what he can do to ensure that you two of you will, in time, live happily together
ultimately all kiyoshi wants is for the two of you to live the ‘proper family life’
he wants to come home to you ever day wearing an apron, telling him “honey, dinner’s ready - how was your day?”, and all your many kids surround the two of you, and you and he share a chaste kiss
and maybe you lot live in the middle of a rural area, where there’s no one for you to meet with except the local old ladies, and, on the weekends, kiyoshi chops up some wood for the fireplace, and you bring him tea and a towel to wipe away his sweat, and the kids are running around trying to catch bugs
in short, not having spent much time with his parents has made kiyoshi determined to have a happy + big family, très traditionnelle
and you’d better not get in the way of that
anyway, yandere!kiyoshi’s love language is very much words of affirmations and physical touch
in particular, if you ever need to calm him down, telling him you love him, over and over again, is your best bet
of course, he doesn’t get angry with you, and he’ll never hit you
(the closest he comes to that is being a little too strong with his actions)
but, if you keep insisting that he’s just an obsessive maniac, he might get a little disappointed :)
after all, everything he’s doing is for you
and it’s a little hurtful when you refuse to acknowledge that
cause your future kids wouldn’t want y’all fighting, right?

i love you (again).
synopsis: You were in love with Akashi for three years, but you never confessed your feelings to him. Seijuurou also liked you and also didn’t told it aloud. The match between Teikou and Meikou made your feelings a bit change... But now you are here – at the Winter Cup Finals – and you see the red-haired boy once again. This time, however, not as a Junior High School student, but as a Seirin High manager.

→  in Teikou Junior High ←
↘ You admired everyone on the basketball team. You were really delighted with this sport, especially since you could watch the game so close as a team manager for Teikou and as a friend of the Generation of Miracles, Kuroko and Momoi.
↘ Your role in the team was to take care of the players’ well-being; you were great at planning training and analyzing other teams, but the team always lacked with health care before and after games. Therefore, you left the analysis to the pink-haired teenager, and took care of the bodies and minds of your all friends. You helped Midorima and bandaged his fingers, you gave Aomine and Kise water or towels, you stopped all Tetsuya’s bleedings, and also you brought some snacks for Murasakibara who let you at that time to wrap his knees with some plasters.
↘ You cared for the boys as best you could and the captain was grateful all the time, even though he wasn’t showing it as he should.
↘ By the way, few people knew that you had feelings for Seijuurou. One person was actually knew about i, and it was Kuroko, because you were always the closest to him – and you have come even closer to each other after the changes between the whole team and when each of the members of the core squad improved their basketball skills. You and Tetsu had really similar thoughts on team play. You also liked vanilla shake, so your friendship was even stronger.
↘ When the last Winter Cup competition came, you were really surprised by what was happening on the court. Momoi thought the same, gently squeezing your hand to cheer you both up.
↘ Then it was time for the match between your school and Kamata West Junior High and everything looked like it always was. However, in the middle of the match, Kuroko was injured and had to leave the gym. You did the same thing because you were very worried about your best friend, especially as a Teikou team nurse-manager.
↘ So you spent time with the unconscious Tetsuya until the end of the semi-finals, talking to Satsuki and Seijuurou for a while and then stopping the blue-haired boy from playing on the court. You knew, you knew perfectly well that the young boy wanted to play with his friend from Meikou Junior High, but his condition didn’t allow it.
↘ That’s why you wished Momoi and the captain good luck, and stayed with Tetsuya, comforting him. But you had a bad feeling about this game in the back of your head, so you told the blue-eyed player about it.
↘ “This is our last competition, right? I hope it will be pleasant and worth remembering.” You smiled warmly at which the teenager nodded. “I wish we could play like in first and second grade. When everyone was enjoying the game, not the win.” You added a little quieter, and Kuroko sighed lowly.
↘ “It’s going to be okay, Y/N-chan... Remember that after the finals you were supposed to talk to Akashi-kun.” He replied with a soft laugh that made your cheeks redden.
↘ “Y-Yeah. But I don’t know if I’m ready for this...”
↘ The conversation was nice and calm, Kuroko rested, you too. You weren’t thinking about the game, although you still felt a strange feeling of stress and insecurity.
↘ At the end of the final quarter of the final, Satsuki visited you and Kuroko who wanted to see what was happening on the court. Of course, you and your pink female friend helped the boy get to the TV.
↘ At the same second, you and Kuroko noticed that something was wrong, so you grabbed his warm hand and ran towards the huge gym, gasping for breath.
↘ You both entered the big room at the moment when Kuroko’s friend was aiming for the basket hoop and Murasakibara threw the ball into it, scoring two points for the opposing team.
↘ Seeing the score on the digital scoreboard and hearing the conversation between basket squad, your heart pounded painfully and your eyes turned to the Teikou captain.
↘ A few tears ran down of your red cheeks when you remembered their first Nationals competition and the energy they had at that time. Now, they were completely unlike those happy players.
↘ “Sei-kun... Why?” You whispered, taking a step back.
↘ That day was the last time when you saw the Teikou basketball team on the court. You didn’t show up at any next trip, match or training, and your manager role was over.
↘ Additionally, for the next few weeks you didn’t think about your feelings towards the captain. They have been forgotten.
→  in Seirin High ←
↘ You and Kuroko chosen the same High School – Seirin High, obviously. Thanks to the new school team, you two could enjoy basketball again as you used to. You made friends with the whole squad, with Riko and even with the cute little dog that Tetsu found.
↘ You were supporting the team again as a manager. Or rather as a nurse-manager. The boys (especially Teppei) were really grateful to you and they were glad to have someone like you in their squad.
↘ You were with them all the time, you supported their game and dreams of winning the Winter Cup.
↘ And... they finally reached the finals.
↘ You were more than happy when they defeated the Kaijou High and Kise.
↘ But shortly after that, your eyes met the two-colored orbs that you admired and loved so much some time ago.
↘ You didn’t have the courage to approach Seijuurou before the match, so you sat on the wooden bench during the game, first watched your team, then the Rakuzan basketball squad and Akashi.
↘ Not gonna lie, but it was the worst hour of your life because too much was happening.
↘ You had your hands full.
↘ But when the game was over, Seirin High won and Akashi smiled and shook Kuroko’s hand... You couldn’t stop yourself. You got up and came over to him with many salty tears in your eyes. Tetsuya understood it very right and he didn’t blame you for not congratulating your team first. He knew perfectly well that you had been waiting for this moment for over three years. So he smiled in your direction, walked away from you two and started talking with the team, with Kagami, with Kiyoshi, with captain, with Riko.
↘ In meantime you stood in front of Akashi’s figure and tried to wipe away the tears that were unpleasantly biting your both cheeks.
↘ “...I missed you.” You whispered shyly, lifting your head to look at him. “Happy you.” You added with a smile, to which the red-haired player laughed and held out his hand in your direction.
↘ “I missed you too.” He answered honestly as you put your fingers on his pale skin. “Also happy you.” He pulled your body against him and hugged you uncertainly as you let him to do it. “I’m sorry for everything.”
↘ You moved a few centimeters away from him and then took a deep breath.
↘ “Listen, Y/N.” / “Listen, Sei-kun.” You laughed together while telling the other person to start. Eventually, however, Seijuurou started talking.
↘ “I know that a lot of time has passed and a lot has changed. I have no idea if you have someone special to your heart, but... I like you. I have liked you since you became our manager at Teikou. I hope you accept these feelings, but if you don’t... I understand. I was a terrible person and...”
↘ You hugged him again, ignoring his sweaty skin and clothes. “I admit, I tried to forget about you, but I like you too. I liked you from the first year of Junior High School and I always wanted to tell you about it. I’m so glad you came back. I hope someday... I hope we can play with other boys again like before.” You said in a warm tone, looking at Akashi, then at Seirin team, then at the Generation of Miracles boys who sat in the stands.
↘ Then you looked at Rakuzan capitan once again.
↘ “Okay. I don’t mind. But we’ll go on a date first.”
↘ “O-Oh, yeah. Right. D-Date.” You laughed nervously, feeling your heart beat faster.
↘ “EYYY, AKASHICCHI KISS HER, YOU DUMMY!”
↘ Your cheeks turned a hundred times redder not only because of the sound of Ryouta’s loud voice, but also because Seijuurou... actually did it.
↘ Now, you had the impression that your feelings not only came back, but also grew up.

What would GOM+ Kagami do if they're son runs up to them while on the court? Thanks so much! I genuinely love your blog!!! ❤️
awww thank you so much! i love you too!

Akashi:
gets out of his zone immediately
calls for a time-out, stops the game
picks his kid up lovingly while asking him/her what’s wrong because he knows he’s raised his kid well enough to have a civilised conversation
so when his kid says that he/she wants to “just be like daddy”, a small smile spread across his face
he’ll make sure his kid never does it again but he’ll also let him/her know that he appreciates their intentions
he goes back on the court with a smile still, and even more certainty of his victory - if that’s even possible
because he knows he’s the father he never had
Aomine:
his kid running up to him in the court
he knew you were a good parent so god how could you let this happen
shoots you a half death stare, eye twitching
thinks he’s gonna miss his shot but doesn’t actually
his kid cheers loudly and he couldn’t help but smirk wide and proud
then it sinks in again that his kid was in the middle of big, rough basketball players
“oi, wait for me outside okay? i’ll come get you when i’m done.”
he picks his kid up effortlessly and places him/her down on the sidelines
ruffles his/her hair before continuing the game
Kise:
gasps loudly, gets all his teammates’ attentions
shields his kid from the ball while trying to usher him/her out
freaks out very very dramatically
“____-cchi??!?! our kid is running loose!”
when he doesn’t spot you he becomes frantic
“wait, coach! stop the game. please. call a time out.”
he grabs his kid’s hand and led him/her out of the courts as his eyes scanned the arena for your familiar face
his kid looks at him with big, innocent eyes
*sighs* “you’re just like your mum, huh…”
he chuckles to himself as he shakes his head
Midorima:
gives you a look that practically says “what are you doing you know our kid’s hyperactive and you let him out of your sight?????!”
he shoots his three pointer with ease and heard little claps from his little one
and little footsteps as he/she went deeper into the court
“takao, wait."
"no, you know what, play without me.”
“shin-chan this is your last selfish act for the day though!"
ignores his teammates while walking towards his young child
he motions towards the referee and the whistle was blown
he sees you rush down from the bleachers, he took his kid’s hand
"does ice cream after my game sound good?”
smiles warmly - a smile reserved only for you and the little one
Murasakibara:
“aaaah…?”
first one to notice the purple haired kid wobbling towards him
“wait.”
everyone on court gives him looks
“i said wait. my…”
doesn’t bother finishing his sentence
walks up to his kid in the middle of the game
scratches his ear
seeing his kid approach him with a pack of seaweed chips in his/her grip made him want to stop playing; he considered the possibility
instead he crouches down and opens his mouth
on cue his kid places a seaweed chip on his tongue
“that’s my boy/girl.” he says lazily before picking his kid up and handing him back to you
Kuroko:
eyes go wide as he sees his kid approaching him, arms outspread
letting his kid hug him will undoubtly turn everyone’s attention onto him; both on and off court
knows it won’t be good for the team but doesnt get angry, instead he smiles
[he never is the type to get angry easily oh but when he is…]
squats down so he’s eye to eye with his kid
pats his kids head
“daddy has to play now, where’s mummy?”
gives his kid a hug when he/she pouts
tries to contain his smile when he gets back on the court
Kagami:
freaks out almost as bad as kise
lets out alarmed yell/scream/howl
“don’t step foot on the court! no-no- d-daddy will be done soon okay?? no- don’t cross that line-”
gets ball stolen away from him which makes him oh so frustrated
but his kid was now IN the court and the referee was too thick headed to care???
he gently nudges his kid out of the court while looking out for you
he spots you and points, “mummy’s looking for you!”
and when his kid doesn’t listen he sighs
“i love you so much buddy but-“
"KAGAMI!”
he turns around, gets face slammed by ball
his kid giggles and he smiles half triumphantly half pained
at least he got him/her to laugh

teiko manager anon back ~ my juicy part 2 will disappoint bc guess what: we're skipping two years into the future. akashi never found out what happened, and by third year the gom were the epitome of cruelty. so reader picks a fight with them after meiko game, only to collapse out of stress after. they graduate, she follows kuroko to seirin and they train to defeat gom. but why is she so insecure and easily sad when gom is mentioned? they get their answer when they catch her overworking
oh teiko anon, so so bold.... really out here stirring the pot of chaos with this part 2 huh KEK alright folks BUCKLE IN YOUR SEATBELTS IT”S TIME FOR PART 2 and part 1 is right here ! part 3 will be here ! update: part 4 is here !
Akashi x Reader
Part 2
[Teiko!manager Headcanons]
remember how I said in part 1 how Akashi would find out sooner or later? this would normally be the case, but in this exception…
you came back to school pretty quickly and restored, only to be in shock when Akashi himself confronts you about where you’ve been… like hello? YOUR CRUSH?? is? talking? to you? about your wellbeing?
here’s the thing, Akashi can easily detect lies through body language because he has an extraordinary sense of kinetic vision and critical thinking, but he’s still a human, not to mention… a middle schooler, and he’s not a true mind reader as some teammates would wholeheartedly believe
still, after some easy sleuthing he easily drew out confessions from some teammates who badmouthed you, although every single one were some type of half-truths and inconsistent testimonies that didn’t really make sense in painting a big picture
instead of incorrectly assuming things, he wanted to hear what’s been going on from your own mouth (keep in mind, this is still Oreshi, the guy who’s still cordial and wants to confirm this with you out of respect)
when he asks you some questions, he doesn’t detect any physical signs of lying from you, which only makes him believe that there wasn’t anything wrong to begin with other than you being under the weather and the other teammates saying utter nonsense either out of fear in his presence or using you as a scapegoat to cover up other delinquencies that he may have yet to discover
“(l/n)-san, I take it that you’ve been resting well? I heard from Kuroko that you were absent due to the seasonal flu.”
“Ah, y-yes! I’ve actually gotten plenty of rest and proper meals, so I’m back on my feet quicker than expected.”
“I actually also wanted to ask you something, if you don’t mind?”
“What is it?”
“Has anything odd happening to you lately? Anyone who has given you trouble or has been uncooperative with you as head manager as of late?”
at the question, you only frown in genuine confusion before you answer no; you genuinely believed that these teammates weren’t in the wrong for “speaking their mind” and if anything, you felt like you were the problem in not being capable enough in managing your own job and your health in the process (despite being knowledgeable in health yourself)
because Akashi saw that you weren’t lying, he dropped it completely out of respect and asked you that if there was anything troubling you that you could reach out to him
oh how he was so, so close to finding out the truth
this wouldn’t be brought up ever again because you and Akashi only continued to grow busier and busier with your own duties; eventually, your fears came true when the Generation of Miracles had in fact “left” you behind when their talents blossomed too fast and left unchecked
honestly, you developed a horrible habit of overworking despite Kuroko’s and Kise’s constant checks on you
what do you know? of course the coaches and faculty members would ignore your opposition against putting the GoMs in every game; after all some of them had been quite dismissive of you already
it’s kind of ironic because if Bokukashi was the one interrogating you back then, he would’ve either easily (correctly) assume based off of the teammates’ testimonies alone, or he’d be a lot more insistent in discerning the truth of the situation and nipping it right in the bud to stop the “nonsense”
but at the same time, Bokukashi has a lot more pressing priorities than a few poor-attitude teammates when he has the entire reputation of Tekio’s legacy on his shoulders; anything pertaining to you never crossed his mind ever since his domineering side emerged
you were really excited for Kuroko since he was gushing about playing against his old friend, since his friend couldn’t make it to finals the first time // needless to say, you were also Kuroko’s mental support when he felt really down at that time
after Kuroko sustained an injury in the game before Meiko, you immediately accompanied him to the infirmary
there, Kuroko requests you to go watch the game and you only reluctantly agree because you wanted to see the game just to relay back to Kuroko just in case if he couldn’t make it, and you were still a manager with a job to fulfill; you’d figure leaving Momoi to watch over was sufficient enough
when you walk out the door though… you bump into Akashi, which is the first time in a while where you two were face-to-face like this; your heart sank when you realize that you had to accept the fact that he’s changed and allowed the distance to grow between you two
but a small part of denial makes you quickly turn and flee out the hallway, but you really begin to evaluate your crush on him as you scurry away; Akashi just stares at you for a moment before he enters into the infirmary where Kuroko is
you’ve distanced yourself from other people (GoMs in particular) in basketball out of denial of the fact you were really left behind (plus, you already dread attending to their games because it’s always a cruel reminder that you’re not working hard enough to achieve results of the same level), which is why reality slapped you in the face after the aftermath of the Meiko game… when you witnessed the full extent of their cruelty on the court
you were really hurt—in fact, you looked more distraught than the Meiko teammates themselves
especially, since the fact that Kise himself, who you thought of him as someone you can trust in, partook in this as well (this is actually your first time in seeing his cruel side in action, since he’s always been very sweet and helpful to you because he respects you)
you first confronted Kise when he was alone for a bit, sounding absolutely heartbroken and on the verge of tears; you shocked him out of his cold side and he immediately becomes a mother hen and asking if you needed water or a seat to calm down before you overexert yourself
after telling him your feelings about the game and your growing distance in the friendship, he sincerely apologizes for making you feel in such an awful way and tells you to let him know next time before a game, so that he wouldn’t suggest this type of entertainment for the game again.
you were in complete disbelief… the fact that your best friend suggested this himself? You dumbly asked for his reason, and he only says that you wouldn’t understand it because no one ever gives the GoM a proper challenge
even though he didn’t intend anything bad when he said this, it just made you feel worse, but you still accepted the apology to get it over with
the other GoMs come and you immediately become angry again and tension just skyrockets; Midorima simply looks away and says nothing, and Murasakibara and Aomine do most of the talking back/arguing… and Akashi only impassively stares at you
later, when Kuroko himself confronts them while everyone was walking in the hallway, you completely lagged behind on the group, tearfully staring at the backs of the GoMs and how you felt really alienated and unmotivated to continue being a manager for a team you don’t even recognize anymore
you grew dizzy again, and you knew your body was dealing with too much at once but you willed your body to at least last the trip
at least you gave a warning when you assumed that you were away from the GoMs at Teiko before you went unconscious; Kise happens to catch you before he brings you to the school infirmary
he does stay with you the entire time, knowing the reason for your collapse was all the extreme emotional and mental toll accumulated in such a short time; he feels absolutely guilty, and when you were about to stir awake, he simply leaves a lighthearted note and a cutely shaped bread before he leaves, knowing that you’d be stressed again if you saw him (around this time is when Kuroko confronts Akashi to quit the team, which is why he was nowhere near you at the time of your collapse/rest)
you felt better that at least Kise still sees you as a close friend when you see what he left behind
you still feel awful, to say the least
it felt wrong of you to quit mid-season, since you felt that you were simply giving up and further perpetuating the fact that you weren’t doing the most that you could
but you didn’t feel like staying for the rest of the season, so you decided to overwork yourself again to get the rest of the paperwork and training plans out of the way for the remainder of the games; you even left detailed instructions to Momoi in how to relieve certain pressure points and muscles for instant relief in case someone hurts themselves
a little timeskip where you decided to tag along Kuroko in attending Seirin High, but you were more reluctant in joining basketball again because you didn’t want to re-experience the stress and burdens in Teiko
well, until you made friends with Riko, and her story in how she was skeptical about basketball at first too inspires you to give it a try again
Kuroko feels really happy that you’re at ease again for the first time, but he definitely notices how you grow gloomy when the Seirin teammates praise the GoMs
you slowly relapse into the habit of overworking to “compensate” for your lack of contributions to Seirin’s team, but this time, every member DROPKICKS you to stop working and relax sometimes (Riko and Hyuuga are the main culprits)
even though you never tell them the reason for your poor habits, the Seirin team members just SENSE and KNOW what to say to make you feel like you’re doing more than enough to support the team in their own unique ways (Mitobe giving really cute shoulder pats and thumbs-ups… Koganei giving you slaps on the back and high-fives… Riko bluntly telling you to relax and giving you encouraging winks… Hyuuga being a roundabout in his praises… Teppei openly praising you… and Kagami telling you that you were doing too much LOL)
Kuroko gives you the SOFTEST SMILES (everyone freaks out every time he does that, it’s hilarious)
however, wounds slowly reopen more once again every time Seirin goes against schools that the respective GoM plays for
after every win Seirin achieves against the GoM’s respective school, each GoM would eventually learn a little tidbits here and there about your tendency to overwork and collapse and possible speculations of why, but you never confirm anything with them
even though you easily forgive Kise after the Seirin vs. Kaijo match (seeing how he interacted with Kagami and Kuroko in the park), for the others… you weren’t so ready to confront…
… particularly with Akashi

Sibling headcanons for Nagisa Shiota (Assassination Classroom), Tetsuya Kuroko (Kuroko’s Basketball) & Langa Hasegawa (SK8 The Infinity)
- Nagisa is the youngest.
- Langa is the oldest.
- Langa & Nagisa go to as many of Tetsuya’s games as they can.
- Their family tree is a mess so they don’t actually live together but they’re good at coming up with excuses to meet up.
- Nagisa & Tetsuya meet face-to-face more often because Langa spent the vast majority of his childhood in Canada.
- Langa initially planned to meetup with Nagisa during the latter’s class trip to Okinawa but it didn’t end up happening.
- Tetsuya went on holiday to Canada where he learnt how to ski (this is based on a photo from the anime). He managed to spend a few days with Langa before going home.
- Langa & Tetsuya found out about the whole “assassination classroom” a few years after Nagisa & his class graduated.
- Nagisa & Tetsuya know about S. The former because Ritsu asked him about it (she thought he was “Snow”) & the latter because he overheard their conversation.
- Tetsuya sometimes questions how his brothers ended up in these situations and is thankful that his middle/high school life was relatively normal in comparison.
- Tetsuya told the others about him quitting his middle school team. Langa couldn’t really do much since he wasn’t in the country but Nagisa “unintentionally” let some of his bloodlust slip the few times he bumped into one of his brother’s teammates.
- They were initially wary of Seirin but that faded after the first few weeks.
- Even after everything was resolved, Langa & Nagisa still didn’t like the GoM much but they warmed up to them slowly.
- Tetsuya tries to keep his younger brother away from his former-captain because Nagisa knows way too much about killing & he doesn’t want to find out what would happen if those two teamed up.
- Their friends collectively tease them for being attracted to redheads.
- Nagisa & Tetsuya both end up becoming teachers.
- Langa continues working at the skate shop after graduating.
- Tetsuya tried to teach the other two basketball but it’s not really their thing, they still play it with him though.
- Langa took the other two skating with him & Reki once. Nagisa liked it, Tetsuya? Not so much, but he still tried.
- Nagisa can’t really teach the other two assassination skills so instead he takes them to play paintball. It always ends with a full blown war because Nagisa spent a whole year learning how to kill people, Tetsuya is difficult to keep track of when he doesn’t want to be spotted, and Langa is surprisingly determined when he’s having fun.
- The other two aren’t immune to Tetsuya’s misdirection because they don’t see him (ha) in person very often, however they’re usually pretty quick at figuring out where he is.
Might do a part two in the future, who knows? Not me.

Okay so anyway I have a headcanon that Kagami celebrates Thanksgiving
At first, when he moved to LA, he had no idea what it was until he started seeing it talked about in November on TV and saw signs and decorations for it on the streets and in stores. Completely out of the loop, he asked Himuro about it, who explained everything.
He learned that it was a big deal in America and it's a time when you get a break from school and get to cook big meals and spend time with those you love as you reflect on what you're thankful for.
Tbh Himuro already sold him when he mentioned no school, and a lot of food like this boy was READY.
But the problem was that his he and his dad didn't celebrate Thanksgiving, and they haven't lived in the country long enough to make any friends that would invite them to their Thanksgiving get-togethers. So, Himuro is lke "well, this can't stand. let's make our own celebration!"
Introduce problem number 2. Neither Himuro nor Kagami knows what goes into planning a Thanksgiving party. So they ask the only person that makes sense to ask. Alex.
Alex is confused when they show up for their usual mentoring on the b-ball court, and the first thing they ask about is how to plan a Thanksgiving party. But after hearing that Kagami has never celebrated Thanksgiving, she gets in on their plan and decided to help them.
With permission from Kagami and Himuro's parents, the three of them make a list of everything they'd need for the party, from decorations to food. Then they go shopping together to get all the stuff.
The day before Thanksgiving Day, they get together to start brining the turkey. It's the first time Kagami has ever seen a turkey and his first time preparing one, so he pays very close attention to what Alex does.
The day of Thanksgiving, they come together again early in the morning to take the turkey out of the brine and also start cooking all the other dishes. Kagami and Himuro looked up typical Thanksgiving dishes online and picked the ones they wanted to try the most.
Kagami is very adamant about wanting to do all the prep himself because this is his first Thanksgiving, so he banishes his dad upstairs while he, Himuro, and Alex do all the hard-carrying.
While certain dishes were in the oven, Kagami and Himuro were in charge of decorating. They decided to have the celebration in Kagami's house, so they set the table, lit scented candles (with Alex's supervision), and put up autumn-themed streamers on the walls.
By the time all the decorations are put up and all the dishes have been cooked, it's early evening, and Kagami and Himuro are ready to MUNCH.
Kagami's dad, of course, shows up for the festivities, and Himuro's parents are also invited and come, too. And they all sit around the dining table in Kagami's house and have the greatest feast that Kagami has ever had. There's a lot of smiles and laughs, and, for a split second, Kagami finally understands why people celebrate this every year.
Since the first party was such a hit, they celebrate Thanksgiving every year that Kagami is in America. But when he goes back to Japan, he's alone, and Japan doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, so he doesn't have a big party like he did in previous years. As a result, Thanksgiving ends up being depressing as hell, and Kagami spends it eating pizza and watching movies in the darkness of his living room.
But then, he gets to high school and meets Kuroko, the rest of the Seirin basketball team, and then the Generation of Miracles all in one year. On top of that, Himuro comes back, and Alex pays a visit. And then Kagami thinks—hopes—for a second, that maybe they could have a Thanksgiving party like old times. But with all the drama during the Winter Cup and Himuro threatening to end their brotherhood over a basketball match, that hope quickly dies out, and he spends another Thanksgiving alone.
After the Winter Cup ends, everything settles down, and things are better, Kagami decides after Kuroko's birthday party that this year would be the year. It has to be.
So, in November of his second year of high school, just after the month started, he sent out invitations to the entire Seirin basketball team, the GoM + Momoi, and Himuro, detailing of a Thanksgiving party at Kagami's place. Plus-ones are allowed, and all Kagami asks that they bring is themselves and some good vibes.
He makes a list just like he used to, and he shops with Himuro and Kuroko to get all the things they need. They then go back to Kagami's to prepare. KagaHimu is on cooking while Kuroko is on decoration.
When they're done with all the preparation and Kagami takes a step back to admire their work, he's so proud and made him really feel he made the right decision.
Eventually, guests start showing up one by one, and everyone is impressed by the spread. Once everyone arrives, then the party begins.
The food is incredible, and since it's a lot of people's first time trying Thanksgiving dishes, they have a newfound appreciation for this type of American cuisine.
Then, after eating, they clear up a little and then play some games and talk. Even though the guests present are pretty much the same as Kuroko's birthday party, this time, it feels different. As Kagami sits there and watches everyone chat and laugh with each other, he's reminded of the very first Thanksgiving party he threw as an elementary student, and he gets a little emotional. Out of all the things to be thankful for, the friends he's made after coming to Japan are what he's thankful for the most.
When it gets too late and everyone starts going home, Himuro looks at Kagami with a knowing smirk and says, "same time next year, bro?" Kagami looks back at him and breaks out into the biggest grin before replying,"You know it, bro."
Anyway, I just wanted to do something cute for Thanksgiving. But I'm gonna head out now because I'm at my own Thanksgiving party, and we just got called to eat. Have a lovely Thanksgiving, guys! 🍁🦃💜

Knob zombie apocalypse au:
Whou do you think would survive till the very end and those who don't how would they die?
What weapons would they use?
Would they be in a group or alone? And if they where in a group what would their respective role be?
Who would take advantage of the apocalypse and sell weapons illegally?
KNB Zombie Apocalypse Headcanon
GOM, Light & Shadow pair + Hanamiya
Tumblr media
Akashi
-Would survive -I don't see Akashi relying too much on weapons. I feel like Akashi will rely more on his brains and allies. -I see Akashi being the leader of a small, carefully selected group consisting out of his friends, and a few powerful allies who have connections to other, larger groups. Akashi's group is carefully hidden in the shadows of the chaos. -Akashi would sell weapons through those powerful allies, and would gift his friends weapons for free. If there was just one gun left and Akashi had the option to give it to a friend without weapons or sell it, he'd give it to his friend in a heartbeat. He wouldn't leave his loved ones unprotected and run off with the money. (at least, his original personality wouldn't. His emperor personality might chose survival at all costs and deem the money as more important).
Tumblr media
Midorima
-Would probably survive -I see Midorima rather as one of the guys trying to research for a cure. -So he definitely does work with a group of highly protected scientists (obviously it's Akashi's money keeping them and the facility safe). -Midorima wouldn't sell weapons, naturally. Neither would he use the cure for the rich elite only in some kind of evil scientist dystopian scheme.
Tumblr media
Kise
-Gets killed -His number fangirls are a serious liability during a zombie apocalypse, let's be real. He'll have fallen prey to them pretty quickly. -Definitely tried to join a group of his friends before the fangirls descended upon them. A few Kaijo players died that day, not just Kise. -Kasamatsu survives and will avenge his team members, and whilst he'll avenge Kise too he'll also curse Kise's memory for getting the guys killed.
Tumblr media
Murasakibara
-I can see Murasakibara sticking to one other person to rely on, not a group. -Will get killed eventually -Won't be noticed immediately, his demeanor itself is so relaxed and slow a zombie or two might confuse him for their own kind, giving Murasakibara the chance to get away several times when he suddenly runs away on high speed. -Eventually gets killed because of stupid, silly reason. Like getting into a brawl with a zombie after production of candy has ceased and the zombie accidentally stepped on the first piece of candy Murasakibara would come across after three months of not getting ANY. -Would have been too lazy to take advantage of the apocalypse.
Tumblr media
Aomine
-Travels in a small group of his friends as their primary fighter -Becomes a zombie himself -He will have sacrificed himself, gun blazing like an action hero in a swarm of zombies. -Partially because he cares, but also because he kinda wants to look cool and have that 'heroic sacrifice' thing going on if most people are going to die anyway. -Would have been buying the weapons, not selling them. I can kind of see Aomine hoarding weapons actually.
Tumblr media
Kagami
-He'll have at least gathered the entire Seirin team around himself, if not even more people. -He'll definitely be one of the guys fighting at the forefront of the group. -Gets killed -Self-sacrificially, but unlike Aomine he's zero ego-driven about it. Kagami just genuinely wants his friends to survive no matter what. -Wouldn't be taken advantage of the apocalypse, and I can also see him having acquired a weapon or two (but nothing compared to Aomine's arsenal or Akashi's weapons supply).
Tumblr media
Kuroko
-Travels alongside Kagami and the others -Mostly helps medically (a big portion of this is keeping the coach from being a nurse as considering her poisonous cooking skills I wouldn't trust her with medicine dosages either). -Survives the apocalypse simply because his escape rate is a perfect 100%. -His invisibility in a group setting is going to be a life saver. -Wouldn't take advantage of the apocalypse at all.
Tumblr media
Hanamiya
-He works mostly alone, but he does have connections to people he can trust during the apocalypse -Dies near the very end of the apocalypse -He'll eventually end up underestimating the current changing climate of the apocalypse approaching its climax and make a fatal mistake. -Definitely takes advantage of the apocalypse. From undergrouns weapon distributions to having a hand in fake cures running rampant across black markets with desperate people buying his scam products, Hanamiya is one of the typical bad guys who's evil empire implodes on him before peace finally returns to the masses in the form of the cure.

ASGJFHJHASF U MAKING ME BLUSH, ANON AHAHAHA but i’m so glad you liked them! Kuroko No Basuke has a special place in my heart as it is one of the first anime I’ve watched and loved so it was fun doing headcanons to them.
HC: Falling in love with the same girl: GoM, Kuroko, and Kagami
notes: WOW, DO YOU JUST LIKE TOO MUCH CHAOS?? HAHAHAHA this was fun but honestly so hard to make because of all the characters,,, i just do this for knb since i love them all,,,
warnings: none,,,
okay
u are tHE GIRL
FJGSHAKJFK
and this will be so chaotic so buckle up
u’re going in for a ride
so,, u’ve known the GoM and Kuroko since middle school given that u went to Teiko as well
u’re momoi’s childhood friend so it wasn’t a surprise when u helped the basketball team like her
aomine was all over u the first day
u honestly had it for u bcuz u were a very nice girl
like u brushed off aomine but still talked to him??
like?? wow??
so he annoyed u more
and u never were annoyed
and u just laugh at his attempts
boy,,,
he’s falling hard ugh
murasakibara liked u bcuz u liked to eat and u didn’t hide it
it was a plus since u also know how to cook
when he first tasted ur cooking
it took everything in him not to propose to u then and there
akashi was very hostile towards u
but boy
when u didn’t falter around him
he was already in love with u
u can’t change my mind
that boy will do everything for u
then there’s kise
u just laughed at his face when he tried to charm u with his looks
welp
that’s another boy down
midorima is still a tsun
and u are the very cheerful rabbit to his carrot head
boy
u can make him blush and be flustered just by smiling
GIRL THE POWER OF UR SMILE
and u slowly snaked ur way into his heart
kuroko was a bit more relaxed
but it didn’t change his feelings towards u
bcuz u were the only one who tries to notice him (beside aomine and the others)
and u look so cute when u had whipped cream on ur face
and u accompany him to drink milkshakes
this boy is whipped
everything changed when akashi got his second personality
and basically told the others they would beat each other in high school
that still didn’t change ur attitude to akashi
u still smiled and u were still the ever cheerful y/n to him
however, it didn’t sit right with them when u went to seirin
kuroko was overjoyed
yet u don’t really see his happy reaction sksks
u mainly chose to go to seirin bcuz ur brother was there
yep
u have a brother, just go with it
plot twist, u do,, it’s junpei
he went to seirin and was in the basketball team
so ofc u had to go there as well
it was now the first day of tryouts and recruiting
u were walking and finding the basketball team’s booth
when u bumped into a tall redhead
u looked up at him
wow, so tall
he offered u his hand which u gladly accepted
u smiled at him and thanked him
he just gruffed and walked away
to his surprise, u walked with him
“are you joining the basketball team?”
“huh?”
“well, with your height, you could easily be in the team.”
he ignored u for the most part of u walking
and u were right!!
he was going to the basketball team’s booth
u ran to ur brother when u saw him
“nii-chan!”
“y/n!”
he hugged u and introduced u to riko
who u smiled to
wow u are just so cheerful aren’t u
the tall redhead wrote an application to join and immediately tried to leave
“you don’t have a reason for joining?”
“not really, basketball’s the same, no matter where you go in japan”
u were confused
this guy seems to have a past with basketball
u ran up to him and tugged on his shirt
“i don’t like how u talked to them like that but i understand you. i think you’ll change your thinking once you meet someone who would help you realize basketball is a team sport.”
he was just staring at u
when u said goodbye and waved at him
u were back to being cheerful and smiley
see, 7 guys are chaotic
why would u wanna see this huh
HAHAHA nah jk
n e ways, i feel like they would do everything to get ur attention
but everytime u don’t notice
HAHAHAHA
i don’t think u’d be dense but u would be

Hi! Can I ask friendship headcanons with Aomine and Kise (not separated)?
A/N: But of course you can! The story will start off at Teiko and follow up until their days in Vorpal Swords. Sadly there had to be some separated parts, but I still hope that you’ll be able to enjoy it nonetheless! ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Tumblr media
Teiko:
in the beginning you didn’t know either of them, you only knew their names because of the countless rumors that surrounded them
one day you saw a yellow haired man peek around the corner of the gym like some kind of stalker
“What are you doing?“, you asked.
this was the first time you heard a young man scream with a voice higher than yours
“What’s with all that noise out there?”
the two of you were caught by a dark blue haired boy...
your mouth was being covering by the yellow haired boy while you tried to break free from his grasp and held onto his uniform
all in all you looked like a cute couple that was bickering over something
“The hell Kise it’s you again?“
Kise?
“Aominecchi this is not what it looks like!“
Aomine?
So that’s them...
and that was your first encounter with your future best friends
.
the day after that little escapade, Kise personally came to your classroom to apologize just in case that he had bothered you in any way
you used that chance to strike up a conversation with him
the first topic you brought up was why he was loitering in front of the gym
Kise explained his whole life story to you and even if it was tmi sometimes you kept on listening
“So why don’t you just join the basketball team?“
congratulations my dear reader you just earned yourself a ‘-cchi’ ending to your name!
since that day Kise has been dragging you to the gym
he wanted to show you his own improvements and make you proud that way
one day Aomine sat down next to you and began throwing question after question at you
“You his girlfriend?”
“Since when have you known each other?”
and so on...
after debunking 99.9% of his questions you turned the flow of the conversation around by questioning him
the two of you got along surprisingly well and Kise even stopped his training in order to challenge Aomine to yet another one-on-one
you had to admit that watching both of them go all out just for a simple one-on-one while grinning and laughing was kinda...heartwarming
it made you feel like you had to support them and that amazing friendship rivalry they had going on
so you did
you’d stay behind and wait for them to finish their training
then the three of you would always go to the convenience store and buy something small to eat (sometimes Kise and Aomine will buy it for you as a small thanks for always waiting for them, your protests while waiting at the queue always fall to deaf ears)
sometimes the three of you would go out for a round of street basketball (which was just another excuse for an one-on-one match)
during their match you’d always stand at the sidelines and watch them, but they’d have none of that
“(Y/N), what do you think you’re doing?”
“Come and join us (Y/N)-cchi!”
the typical excuse of not being able to play BB won’t cut it here, because these two will teach you the basics until you’ve mastered them completly
and just in case your skills prove to be GoM-worthy then you should prepare yourself for more incoming challenges from these two
but even good times have their end...
when the whole Generation of Miracles started changing of course your best friends began getting swept away as well
it pained you too see them lose to pride and arrogance
you tried multiple times to convince Aomine that one day there will be someone who can beat him, but sadly he never believed it
he never said it out loud but he was really thankful for your continued support, like REALLY thankful
Kise on the other hand wasn’t changing, but he took the constant victories for granted and that only boosted his ego further
so as his best friend you felt the need to bring him down from his high horse (you basically were a mini version of Kasamatsu)
sadly your meetings and small after school rituals started becoming less and less, additionally your trio was reduced to two duos (Aomine/you and Kise/you)
only once did you manage to get both of them to go out with you and spent some time together (just like the good old days)
that meeting though was just a day before your graduation and I’m pretty sure you know where this is going....
“So (Y/N)...which school will you go to?”
these two had told you their decisions long ago, hoping that you’d follow one of them
guess what...
“I’ll be going to XX high school..”
Kise and Aomine looked at each other, sadness evident on both of their faces
“Guess we’ll be spending less time together huh, (Y/N)-cchi...?”
it was a very sad and heartbroken moment (especially for you)
of course you had always wished for the three of you to go to the same high school, but things just ended up that way and the last thing you wanted to do was choose between one of them
.
..
!! GRADUATION DAY !!
happy faces, crying faces, ...
it was a beautiful day which marked a new beginning for each and every single one of you guys
you were looking for your best friends to say one last goodbye, when you saw them hanging out with the rest of the GoM
what surprised you the most was that apparently all of them were going their separate ways
their small meeting was over quite quickly and that’s when Aomine and Kise finally noticed you
seeing them smile at you, brought tears to your eyes and soon you started crying
both of them were so shocked that they began throwing question after question at your sobbing self
instead of answering them you just wrapped your arms around them in a tight embrace
“You guys...promise me that we’ll continue staying friends, no matter the distance between us.”
seeing you that vulnerable triggered something inside of them, that made them regret how they’ve treated you these past few years, so instead of answering you they just returned your embrace
XX high school:
it was lonely without having both of them by your side, but you still had contact with them (as promised)
whenever you could you’d FaceTime each other and the one of you would always tell the other two what’s going on in their life at the moment
you once decided to surprise them on their birthday by visiting their school
Kise’s birthday was first so you went to Kaijo
what do you think were the chances of you meeting Kasamatsu?
in all honesty...they were quite high considering how you were standing at the entrance gate, looking around all afraid that you might have ended up at the wrong school
he was on his way to the gym and when he saw you looking like a lost puppy he just had to help you out
“Hey, are you perhaps lost?”
“I-I’m sorry I’m just looking for someone.”
when you started describing Kise, the captain’s face instantly went from sweet and welcoming to annoyed and mad
“You another one of his girlfriends?”
that statement should’ve insulted you, but all you did was laugh at that
“Don’t tell me his fan club followed him till here.”
Kasamatsu and you became the greatest friends right then and there
when you entered the gym after he announced your visit to his entire team, the blonde tackled you which almost made you fall over
after that...Kise was screamed at and kicked by Kasamatsu while the rest of his team either eyed you suspiciously, flirted with you (Moriyama) or was trying to get to know you
it was a fun day and it ended on a fluffy note (Kise was so overjoyed that you had bought him a birthday present and were here to give it to him in person that he hugged you for minutes and treated you to a cake slice in his favorite bakery)
.
now onto Aomine’s birthday
you were in the exact same situation like how you were back then at Kaijo, but this time you really didn’t know where to go to (Too academy was to big of a place for a visitor like you)
the man who picked you up this time was none other than the coach himself
when you mentioned Aomine you could’ve sworn that he was about to kill the next person who came across
“Wish I knew that myself...”
seeing your confused face Harasawa explained all the problems he and the team had faced alongside Aomine
you were not happy
you were MAD
“Coach...do you have his phone number?”
that man was embarrassed of himself because he actually got intimidated by your sudden change in personality
he brought you to the gym explaining that Momoi was the person you should talk to
when you arrived the whole team once again eyed you suspiciously
the pink haired girl was the only welcoming person there
she hugged you and both of you went ahead and began reminiscing of the good old days
“(Y/N)-chan, go ahead and give him a call”
it took you a total of five attempts to reach him and when he finally picked up you wasted no time with greetings
that day Too’s basketball team witnessed what real fury looked like (even Wakamatsu was at a loss for words)
when you finished your one sided call it didn’t take Aomine long to arrive
I’m sure you can imagine the faces of his team members ;)
on that day, the team finally experienced what a real training felt like and all that thanks to you and the constant motivational remarks you threw at the birthday boy (‘motivational remarks’ such as: Kise could’ve done that way better! You think you can impress all of those gravure models like that? Hold the ball like how you’d hold a woman’s breasts!)
you were the hero of the day
before Aomine went home you gave him his present and made sure to shower him with compliments
in order to hide his happiness and embarrassment, he embraced you and muttered a low ‘thank you’
.
..
...
like the good friend you were you made sure to go on every match they had and support/root for them
when the first round of the Winter Cup (Seirin vs Too) ended, you were waiting outside the hall for your friend as always, when Aomine suddenly called you
your heart almost jumped out of your chest as you heard him sniff and sob silently
“(Y/N)...I-I’m sorry. You were right, you were always right..I’m sorry that I never listened to you, please forgive me..”
you were panicking while your best friend was crying on the phone
after a long attempt to calm him down and find his location out he actually came to you
seeing him stand in front of you, eyes all puffy from crying and his nose running you just motioned him to come and hug you (which he obviously did)
when Aomine was finally calm enough he explained what had him so upset
seeing how he actually cried because of his team’s defeated (just how you had always predicted) made you happy in a way...happy that he finally found what he was looking for
.
..
once again things had to go south...
next match on your list was Too vs Kaijo
you knew that this match was about to determine a LOT of things for your best friends and all you could do was watch them play (you had to held back on cheering them on loudly)
.
..
Kise’s team lost and you were crying (once again), but this time it was out of happiness...
you were happy that the blonde had overcome his admiration for the blue haired man and had actually copied his style for the first time
with this, both boys had gotten what they deserved and it made them grow out of that shell they had built up from their Teiko days
Vorpal Swords:
all in all you guys went back to your relationship from back in the days
regular meetings, new small rituals and the newest thing of it all was the way they started treating you
you basically were treated like royalty
you sighed: “(Y/N)-cchi! Are you bored? Would you like to go shopping with me? I’ll pay for your outfit!”
you yawned: “You tired? Should we take a break or do you prefer to take a nap? I’ll serve as your pillow so no worries!”
when you decided to confront them about it what they said had you tearing up AGAIN
“We just want to pay you back (Y/N)-chii...”
“After everything you’ve done for us, it’s only appropriate to treat you with the same respect and care you treated us...”
the three of you hugged it all out and at that exact moment you couldn’t have been happier to have gotten to know these two
