VALENTINES PREPARATION WITH HONEY (DAY 7/7)⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🎀
Tumblr media
welcome to day SEVEN of honey's valentines day series ✨ in day six, we talked about the getting ready for valentines day, for day seven we will talk about ways to self-fulfill. in case u wanna manifest more sps in the future ofc.
Tumblr media
AFFIRMING ;
speak it out as though you were talking about it to ur bestie
make an affirmation tape like i mentioned in day three of the valentines day series and loop it
write it or read it mindlessly
VISUALIZING ;
SATS before bed
visualizing when u wake up + before u go to sleep
MORE ;
decide ur sp is ur valentine -> whenever u think about ur sp again, just remind urself that u have what u want -> go about ur day
write a story about urself and ur sps
like i've mentioned in day three, if your self fulfilling but ur mental diet is trash then its like taking one step forward and three steps back. whenever u get an opposing thought DEBUNK it. rampage if u want, or simply flip the thought to that of a positive one.
lastly for the super fun affirmation for our last day of the valentines day series...
isn't it so wonderful that i've manifested a valentine?! im so so limitless and theres not a doubt in my mind that i can't manifest something else. nothing can stop me from getting what i want, im so grateful for the valentines day i had this year, it was AMAZING.

i know that it’s only the start of august and no one wants to be thinking about going back to school because yuck but i thought that i would share something i’ve been thinking about. in complete honesty, last school year was horrible and i almost cried thinking about it because i realized that it was so bad because of me and not because of my professors or my crazy schedule or lack of good friends. i made it bad. i would stress about midterms and assignments and then get them back and realize i did fine and i wouldn’t have the energy to celebrate it because i wasted it all stressing about if i failed. and it’s just like,,, why do i do that to myself?? and i think that it’s so important to not spend our time worrying about the what if until/unless it actually happens because time is SOOO PRECIOUS and the time i spend crying over assignments could be spent asking for help to understand. i want this year to be better and i deserve a better year but that responsibility falls on me. it’s always easier said than done but really, don’t fall victim to stress, ask for help, don’t be afraid to make new friends, invest in your old ones, and trust yourself and believe in your potential to do well. life and school is already so hard and the last thing you need is to make it harder by doubting yourself and believing that every what if and every worst case scenario will actually happen. i don’t want my next school year (and frankly the rest of my life) to be controlled by so much negative energy !!!!!

How to bullet journal
Tumblr media
Bullet journaling is a flexible and customizable system that combines elements of planning, organization, and creativity. Here's a little guide on how to start:
1. Get the Right Supplies:
You'll need a notebook (typically dotted or grid paper works best), pens or markers, and any other decorative supplies you'd like to use (such as stickers, washi tape, or colored pencils).
2. Set Up Your Key:
Start by creating a key or legend to signify different types of tasks or events. For example, you could use a dot (•) for tasks, a circle (o) for events, and an asterisk (*) for important items.
3. Create Your Index:
Reserve the first few pages of your notebook for an index or table of contents. As you add pages to your bullet journal, jot down the page numbers and corresponding topics for easy reference.
4. Set Up Monthly Logs:
Dedicate a spread (two facing pages) for each month. Use one page for a calendar view of the month, and the other for a monthly task list, goals, or any other relevant information.
5. Daily Logs:
Each day, create a new entry with the date. Use bullet points to list tasks, events, and notes. You can also include symbols from your key to denote the status of each item (e.g., completed, migrated to another day, canceled).
6. Collections:
Collections are themed pages or spreads for specific topics, such as habit trackers, meal plans, or reading lists. Customize your collections based on your interests and needs.
7. Trackers:
Incorporate trackers to monitor habits, goals, or other metrics over time. Examples include habit trackers, mood trackers, or spending trackers.
8. Review and Reflect:
Regularly review your bullet journal to track your progress, identify patterns, and make adjustments as needed. Use reflection pages to jot down thoughts, insights, or lessons learned.
9. Stay Flexible:
One of the key principles of bullet journaling is flexibility. Don't be afraid to experiment with different layouts, formats, and styles to find what works best for you. Adapt your system as your needs and preferences evolve.
10. Have Fun:
Bullet journaling is not only a practical tool but also a creative outlet. Don't be afraid to add artistic elements, doodles, or decorative touches to personalize your journal and make it uniquely yours.
There's no right or wrong way to bullet journal. The beauty of the system lies in its adaptability and ability to be tailored to suit your individual preferences and lifestyle. Experiment, explore, and make sure to enjoy the process!

“What progress, you ask, have I made? I have begun to be a friend to myself.” That was indeed a great benefit; such a person can never be alone. You may be sure that such a man is a friend to all mankind.
