Aww, thanks so much! And yeah, having aphantasia really does make self shipping a whole different thing (often in a very unfortunate way imo). But we find other ways to try to engage with stuff with our f/os <3

Here is my piece for today, which is the thirteenth day of the month! ..I didn't actually plan for it to feature my selfship with Aqua due to the significance of the number thirteen to Kingdom Hearts, but that's ended up as a very nice coincidence, haha. It depicts Aria's bequeathing ceremony, as she had lost the ability to wield a Keyblade upon entering her new body. However, Aqua's status and power as a Keyblade Master allows her to perform an inheritance ceremony to grant Aria the ability again - it's a very special event ^-^

send me a 💭 and one of your F/Os and i'll tell you what i think of them! - Okay, so, I have to admit here that I'm not great with horror-type stuff, so his design does somewhat creep me out. But, I think a lot of the details about him that I read about on the wiki were neat! For example, the idea that he likes keeping things clean around the Daycare for health and safety reasons was something I liked; it shows he's considerate about the children who would be spending time in the daycare, which is nice! I know you requested for Sun specifically rather than the Daycare Attendant as a whole, but I do also think that having that "sun and moon" aspect where the different forms are tied to light levels is a neat touch, and I imagine it makes for a good gameplay mechanic too?

..I think I accidentally fell too far down the wiki rabbit hole than was wise to do for a scary game at ten to one in the morning, since I'm starting to get spacey again, so I may have to leave this one here if that's alright. But, thank you again for sending this ask to me, friend!! I hope my answer was still okay even if it was short

To Selfshippers Craving Physical Contact

I cannot stress this enough: try a body pillow, or something similar.

This has really helped to make my experience with my f/os something physical, which is what I had been craving for a while, especially with more time to think of them lately.

I’d heard talk of people using them here before, but I wasn’t sure if it was something that would be worth it for me, but when I found one at the store for pretty cheap, I thought I should at least give it a chance; I am so glad that it did. Hugging something closer to the length of a body feels much more immersive and fulfilling than I expected. I had severely underestimated the effect of having something to wrap my arms around and hold, it was a whole new experience for me honestly, as I have never had anything to do this with before. I usually have difficulty getting enough rest, but when I have a chance to spoon something while I think of my f/o, I manage to fall asleep in minutes!

So, if you are considering buying a body pillow or just want something to help you feel more connected to your f/o, I highly recommend it!
