Hello hello! I read your tidbits for plant ww au and if you don't mind me asking, how come ww is no longer able to verbally communicate? Did dying and reviving take away some of his physical capabilities? Or is that simply a consequence of becoming half plant? 🤔 ww being alive is all that matters but I'm so curious!

hello!! at the time, i think i made it that way because of him becoming half plant-ish? admittedly, i didn’t give the logistics too much thought but he doesn’t make a lot of sounds and doesn’t speak, like dependent plants. it Probably means that something physically has been affected, but i haven’t researched enough into what i want that to be :’] i also think since he woke up again, he hasn’t felt the particular urge to communicate verbally/found viable enough solutions to make do. he isn’t able to communicate with plants either in the shared consciousness way.

if i go deeper into this au, i might change more things around… i’ve already started adjusting what capabilities he should have as being a revived guy from a little less than half of vash’s power + love. ashamed to say i haven’t given too much thought into plants hcs and full capabilities either!! i always forget what they’re capable of in canon ;;

anyway, i hope that answers it!! and here’s some doodles i drew while thinking of how to answer this question!

I'm working on "Blood & Bats" and that includes surnames and characters races and Ethnical backgrounds.

Send me your Race & Ethnicity hcs as well as surname ideas for the MD characters please? (This includes side characters like Uzis class & Ron!! Please send those!!!)

Disclaimer: the story doesn't take place on earth. The generation of the parents & grandparents are moved to Copper-9 due to overpopulation. In this AU C-9 never had an exploded core and is still inhabited by organic life. This is for their families backgrounds from when they moved from earth & to add some details like cultural foods in the narrative

So far in the AU I settled on the following;

Doorman Family:

Uzi - Blasian (see parents for specifics, you can't talk me out of making her Blasian bc I love that common hc)

Nori - Filipino, Japanese

Khan - Black or Blasian, undecided (The name Khan is a Turko-Mongol surname [apparently not commonly used as first name], so I might have Turkish and/or Mongolian in there. But it's also commonly found in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Iran. So I'm unsure what to go for)

Dolls Family stays Russian, needs a Surname

Elliott family:

Tessa, James & Louisa stay Australian

N & Cyn - British

V - Dutch

J - mixed, undecided

Teacher-Family (need Surname):

Thad - Filipino (Teachers Step Son)

Ron - Filipino (Thads maternal uncle)

Lizzy - either fully Filipino or mixed (Thad's half sister)

Teacher - either Filipino or smth else

???, deceased (Thad & Lizzys mom) - Filipino

Need help for pretty much anyone else and anything I listed needing help with here.

Just recently saw your human Archimedes fellow and he’s such a goofy goober I love it. Do you think the mercs ever taught him any of the dance taunts / he picked up and mannerisms from the mercs?

Can’t be associated with the mercs if you can’t do the kazotsky kick.

rraahahhhH!!!!!! thank you!!! Archie is very much a goober fgysgfe and they most likely would!! at least it seems logical he's learn/see them at one point or another and he definetly picked up the merc's mannerisms (they're mostly verbal mannerisms, such as words in other languages/ sayings (Spy's French cursing, Dell's "darns!" and "dag nubbits!" and even Medic's nervous "aheh"s) he's deffinetly picked up some of Sniper's knife skills and accents from all around the base, seriously he can be talking and you would not be able to tell which accent is the primary one, each word is accented diffferently (Dialectologists hate him!!! see how!!!) he probably (once he's more grown up) also picks up a lot of self soothing behaviours on hs own like playing with his hair (slicking it back, twirling it ect.) or his fethers

anyways here are a few taunts that i liked (including the new Medic one (with his new cosmetic aswell)) no kazotsky kick tho, i found it's too hard for me to draw, sorry

50$ to print 10 of the same skin has always been so insane to me. you're telling me it's 50$ to print....only 10.....of a single skin....and that's normal. And not only is that normal, that's what's required for a skin shop. where ppl may not even sign up for 10 runs. and then you're left in the shitter with at minimum 1-4 skins nobody wanted (not to mention if some people decide not to pay afterward) that you have to just pray someone finds & buys on the auction house. And it's 50$. Uhuh. And then that's just the artist's issue and fault and we're gonna blame them instead of the fact that a 10 print run costs as much as groceries.

Has anyone thought about how maybe after Serizawa leaves Claw to join S&S he doesn't want to live alone (a combination of his years of isolation and living with everyone at Claw) and how maybe Reigen wouldn't mind having a roommate (it would cut his rent and keep him company), so perhaps instead of Serizawa getting his own place they decide moving in together would be more beneficial.
