Do people have advice/suggestions for fidget toys or other objects to help with stimming? Trynna sum up what works for me:
pressure, but not like, squishy
scratchy but not with sound. Nail scratched on nail scratchy
nothing clicky
Roll-y is nice but not like, too smooth. I like texture.
something that engages fingers, and something that engages my whole palm
I've...never sought help with my sensory issues before so....anything helps really. I have gotten a fidget cube once before but the size and shape of that was too small and I didnt really like it. This post is 'cause I ... don't really know all what is out there. Any help is very, very appreciated.
