Este año que cumplo un número par decido que sea el comienzo de apreciar más a las personas que me rodean, a veces tiendo a desplazar y herir a gente que me aprecia, quizá sea mi mecanismo de defensa ya que inminentemente sé que algún día moriré y sufrirán, por eso no quiero que se encariñen conmigo y yo tampoco crear un lazo porque suelo desbordarme de amor. Autumn Equinox Spell for Balance

You’ll Need:

A white stone

A black stone

A collection of fresh autumn leaves

Around September 20th, the autumn equinox, or Mabon, falls. like it's spring counterpart, this is a time of equal hours of light and dark, a season of balance. But as the days begin to grow shorter, you may be feeling a little wobbly, both physically and spiritually. Do this working to help you get a bit of seasonal balance, so you can get back on track as the night grows colder and longer.

Go outside and sit on the ground. Hold the stones together, saying “Black and white, dark and light, balance finding me. This summer is done, and the winter comes, balance finding me.”

Place the stones on the ground in front of you, and consider all the balance you have – or still need to find - in your life. Close your eyes for a moment, holding the leaves in your hands. Smell them, and take in the aroma of fall as it surrounds you. Say “As the days grow short, and the cold arrives, I'll find balance and joy within my life.”

Toss up the leaves in the air, and let them fall down on you before you get up to go home.
