Today is Jim’s birthday! 💜 (September 24th) He would’ve been 85 years old today. I know this might sound weird, but I genuinely feel a really strong connection to Jim. I know he passed away 5 years before I was even born so it might seem silly to say that, but I really do. His optimistic outlook on life is exactly like mine. His creativity inspires me beyond words. His work and all the characters/worlds he created never fail to make me smile, laugh, and feel hope. I wish so badly that I could meet him, sit with him and talk to him about life and thank him for everything he did for the world. The world needs more people like Jim, who so strongly believed in the power of optimism, acceptance, laughter, kindness, and joy ❤️ Happy Birthday Jim! We love you! I hope you’re having a wonderful celebration up in heaven! ❤️

And he's been this way literally since his inception decades ago?
