i'm going to be very honest right now, i only really visit the seventeen youtube channel when there's a new gose episode and when i'm streaming their mvs for comebacks BUT ANYWAY:

hitori janai — my closeted obsession for red-haired jeonghan aside, i just loooove the vibe and aesthetic of the entire thing !!

_world — i love mvs where they're just having fun and are all smiley and this was definitely one of the more memorable mvs for me for some reason

24h — look...... the clock formation absolutely smashed me into the ground 😞😞😞 the song and the mv def captured svt's versatility as performers and wonwoo's part in the first chorus definitely is something to remember

fallin' flower — i just fucking LOVE the... sensuality??? of the theme??? that's not quite the word i'm looking for but every time i see the fallin flower mv i just need to yell FUCK at the top of my lungs

oh my! — i have a very soft spot for summer songs and oh my was definitely such a nice watch for me when i first saw it 🥰

5. what are your favorite and least favorite concepts?

Least favorite is generally sexy for the sake of sexy (no story reason, no clear aesthetic motivation). It doesn't do anything for me, and it often looks over the top/put on/not comfortable.

Favorite concepts, well, anything queer. I like things that tell a story. I like fantasy and sci fi concepts. Anything that seems kind of ethereal and out there is a win for me.

Most of all, I like it when there are layers to what is going on. Something that I can enjoy on both a quick listen/watch, and something that I can think about more and discover details and analyze.

26. what song describes you or your situation right now?

I often don't really think about songs in this context. So I'm sort of floundering at this question. I'm going to pick some songs off the playlist that I play when I'm stressed that are in the hopeful/positive section of that:

"Life Is Beautiful" by Oneus

"Crow" by Junhui (of Seventeen)

"Hitori Janai" by Seventeen

Not exactly what the question was asking, but the best that I've got. This is a playlist that I listen to that makes me feel more me for lack of a better explanation.

30. what are some things you’ve had to unlearn?

A lot of the stuff that my bio parents managed to plant in my brain in the vein of feelings of worthlessness. Also the shame and fear association I had for a while with talking about being part Kazakh (because of the fun and joy of Borat having come out when I was in middle school and just an important part of me becoming a running joke in middle school land in a way that I didn't have the words to argue with at the time). There's definitely a lot of other stuff!
