a. This is Chuchu! She's a mute lala who became my reason for living when I started playing during covid. When I made her I want to make the least intimidating tank, so I made the smallest (yes she is min height), pinkest tank I could! She doesn't really have a lot of lore that I've come up with, but she's definitely lawful good, loves adventuring with her wolf pup, capybara, and Nigel her chocobo, and adores fishing.

a. She's just brought me so much joy over the past few years and if someone else can get a little joy from seeing her in this tournament, then that's enough for me. Of course I hope she still does well! I've spent hours in gpose getting pictures of her to be my wallpapers, I've gotten commissions of her, I'm even trying to crochet an amigurumi of her. I just love her so much! Good luck, Chuchu!!!

a. Beef was a fearsome pirate captain who was mortally wounded in an ambush and presumed dead. Hydaelyn intervened to ensure her survival, but the tremendous burst of aether she expended in doing so accidentally wiped Beef's brain completely clean and left her with total amnesia. With nothing but her axe and a talent for busting heads, she decided to set forth and become an adventurer. It turns out that it's a great way to get into fights without getting in trouble with the law, earn fame and money, and get the ladies swooning, so she couldn't be happier with her chosen line of work. In her free time she works on fishing boats, seeks out gourmet recipes, and works her charms on as many beautiful maidens as she can.

Day 3: Ludus!
A flirtatious love! And my most flirtatious character is undoubtedly Faine. Qhota is another @wol-cae-ash character
Early into the night, Faine spied a Miqo'te adventurer walking into Caroline's Canopy. She was a dark-skinned beauty with lovely purple hair. Like a cat playing with its food, Faine pounced at the chance to sit at her table.
The Elezen's elegant hand came down delicately on the chair like a leaf to the forest floor. “May I sit here?” She coyly twirled her hair around her finger.
The Miqo'te smiled, “Of course, please.” Faine gladly obliged her, taking the seat next to her.
“I'm Faine,” she looked into her lovely deep blue eyes, “What's your name?”
“Qhota,” the other woman looked into her own green eyes.
“It's nice to meet you, Qhota.” Faine smiled, leaning in with her hands on her chin. “If I may say, you look absolutely stunning.”
The other girl laughed, “Its just some gear that I had to throw together.”
“I understand that,” Faine laughed, “Still, you make it work for you”
Faine noticed the other girl's ears wiggle with her smile. Truly, Miqo'te were the most adorable race. It would only be a couple more hours before they lay in bed together.
Faine walked from her room the next morning with Qhota at her side. There, in the Adventurer’s Guild of Caroline’s Canopy, a tall- and sexy - Roegadyn friend waited for her. The one lady who was immune to Faine’s charms despite her best efforts: Aisbryda. Ice blue eyes met hers, a sigh of disapproval following shortly after. Faine came up to her, the other female still following near her.
Aisbryda’s gaze moved from her to Qhota, “I apologize for my friend’s behavior. I hope she didn't do anything you weren't okay with.”
Qhota shook her head and assured Aisbryda of everything Faine already knew. It was a great time and of course consent was there. She wasn't a monster, just a flirt. Faine’s lips quirked into a smile, “I always give a good time, Ais.”
The Roegadyn shook her head as if it were wet with disappointment, mumbling something under her breath that, against all sense, sounded almost like an admission of love.
Faine’s eyes lit up like a lantern. “What was that?” she teased.
Aisbryda suddenly found herself very interested in her ale, “I said I can't believe you.”

(For reference: How important is it to you that your OC is attractive? Does that mean attractive to you personally (sexually or just for purposes of playing dress-up!)? Or do you aim to make an OC over which others will inevitably thirst?)
Not really that important I guess? Since I don't tend to be so focused on the shipping or romance elements (although I am a big fan of them in other people's work!)
I never really considered attractiveness when I was creating Mimble, because it wasn't something that would have occurred to me to think about to be honest. Especially since I was certain I wanted to make a lalafell, and I assumed (like my gnome in WoW) that people wouldn't see a lalafell character that way (if anyone paid me attention at all to begin with).
That is not to say I have any objection to lalafell OCs being portrayed or role-played as fully-functioning adults, with full adult relationships. It's just that there are lots of other things I wanted to explore with Mimble and to a degree he probably reflects my somewhat ambivalent attitude to the whole sex business anyway.
With Humble....yeah I did kind of challenge myself to make a more "sexy" character, but sexy in my own way. So I made him a bit of a self-insert - a sexier version of me in appearance, but with enough shyness and awkwardness to make him relatable. Attractiveness wasn't essential, but it was a consideration this time.
Consequently, I didn't go down the route of making a super cute catboy or a sexy highlander, since, much as I find them extremely pretty, I wouldn't be able to put myself into the role of that sort of character in the same way - it wouldn't be relatable for me to play. I don't know if that makes sense? I feel like I'm explaining it badly.
I do have some very overtly sexy retainers though. Much to my housemate's amusement!
Sadly I don't think anyone is likely to thirst over poor Humble, and I didn't really create him with that in mind. Not that I would object at all if they did (although he might panic). Male Roegadyn aren't really most people's idea of sexy, especially compared to Miqo'te and Viera and Elezen etc.
But at least that makes him relatable for me - I have plenty of experience of being a big guy in a world of twinks - something I always describe as feeling a bit like being a sausage roll in a bag of twiglets!

I don't know if I ever showed this here, but I made those two alternatives looks for Nara not too long ago!
I got a pack of 3 fantasias with the summer sale, and I decided to play around with other races for a while. I liked the designs of the characters so much, I decided to make them into separate OC and, who knows! Maybe I will come around to create actual alts for them (I'm just super lazy, and playing ARR again it's a struggle).
The first one is an Elezen scholar named Clarie. She's Ishgardian, but her main residency ended up being Limsa, after meeting her partner. However, after the Calamity she traveled back to her homeland to help those in need. She stayed there until the doors opened again, afraid she would not be able to come back. In that time, she started a plan to help with the education of the more unfortunate in Ishgard.
The second look, is a nameless roegadyn woman (idk how to name her, the roe name conventions are difficult). Born and raised in Limsa, she used to be a fierce pirate in her youth. After she and her man were captured, however, she got the possibility of freedom in exchange for becoming part of the Maelstrom. She quickly escalated ranks until becoming a captain, and there has been for the past 15 years. Sometime in that period, she fell in love and got married with a certain Ishgardian scholar, and both of them lived together in Limsa for a while. They got separated after the Calamity, but now they are going to be reunited once again.
(And some extra photos I made of the roe girl because their hempen clothes reminded me of a sexy barbarian costume)

a. Naru became a hero in search of a missing piece of herself! She never felt satisfied in her home of the Steppe. She was an orphan, and although she had an adopted family, she sought out more from beyond the Steppe. She enjoys helping, but I don't think she likes the word 'hero.' In her free time she paints environmental paintings, tries out her bartender friend's drink combinations, and sunbathing :)

a. "Ah… I'm not too sure. I suppose I'll win if fate chooses me. I'll accept failure, no matter how bitter… Though I don't see it as likely."

a. In my canon, she got fully turned into a sin eater and she uses light instead of void powers as a reaper :)
