Me being emotional under cut:

Longtime followers know that Brainy owns my heart, but Kara owned it first (and also still does; they can share the title) so that’s who I went with for this day.  

She was my first comfort character, possibly my childhood crush/wlw awakening, and just... meant a lot to me, okay? 

As I’ve said, many times before, I was going through some personal stuff when I discovered the show, and immediately got attached to Kara. 

Her ability to stay optimistic despite everything that’s happened to her is just so inspiring and she’s everything I like in a character. A role model, strong female protagonist, and a lot like me. (The personality tests don’t lie.)

In conclusion, I love her, and am STILL NOT READY TO SAY GOODBYE 😭
