Not only do they share naming conventions (Hong Mei also translates directly to Red Sister, while Red Daughter translates to Daughter Hong), but Red Daughter Wine is a type of Shaoxing Wine (rice wine, yellow wine) by the name of Nü Er Hong that is buried on the day of one's daughter's birth and is only to be dug up on her wedding day to celebrate her marriage. And it's this specific tradition I believe Red Daughter Wine refers to, so that's the name I chose to give him.
