So has tumblr been bugging out for anyone else? For me it is five times slower on desktop than mobile, trying edit a post to replace a video made the post disappear from my blog and become uneditable. I couldn't post from desktop, and when I tried to upload the new post from mobile, it took five minutes before doubleposting. It was just a little anxiety inducing.

And money is great, it's freedom in today's words, but I feel like wealth is not the same as how much money you have,

It's "enough eggs to make cake and not need to count how many you have left after"

I’m starting with my first favorite, the Greenland Shark!!

The greenland shark is also known as the gurry shark or grey shark!! Its scientific name is the “Somniosus Mircocehphalus. It is a large shark in the “sleeper shark” family!!

Its meat is actually toxic, however when its treated to reduce the toxins its actually eaten as a delicacy in iceland!!

Historically, it has been hunted mostly for its liver oil, that was until synthetic oil was developed. Now it is mostly hunted for its meat.

Some food they eat

Smaller sharks, Skates, Eels, Herring, Capelin, Arctic Char, Cod, Rosefish, Sculpins, Lumpfish, Wolffish, Flounder.

Small greenland sharks mostly eat squid!! ^^

I absolutely love Jeramie as a character because this guy is so into storytelling through the prophecies as well as living for two thousand years, which leads to him using the power of subtext to play with people in such clever ways. This works so well both as a story and as a way to promote media literacy since this is a Super Sentai season after all, so many kids nowadays are going to need to learn this especially in our current age of information becoming easier to fake and just. 100 million sharks die every year. 8,500,000 die every month. 300,000 every day. 12,500 every hour. 210 every minute. 3 every second.

In a study conducted by a Dalhousie University biologist, Boris Worm, it was discovered that the originally estimated 100 million sharks may be grandly understated. They learned that a total of 273 million sharks were being killed per year.

To put that into perspective, if 273 million sharks were killed annually, that could be as many as 7-9 sharks per second.

We need sharks. As a keystone species, the ocean ecosystem will die without them. Overfishing, loss of habitat, and finning are killing sharks at a rate they cannot recover from.

Donating to shark conservation organizations can be a great first step to saving the sharks.

but not everyone is so happy to not have a label for them selves, not everyone is as okay with being 'just whatever i am' as i was, so THE A IS FOR ASEXUAL allies are always welcome but you dont get a letter in the title, if someone is afraid to go to something because they might be mistaken as LGBT, then there is work to do there, but the A is still for Ace, U_U

Guys, I’ve been hit with a need to make a merman!AU for vashwood...which is fitting since it’s mermay.

Get this: Vash and Nai are both in a facility where they research plants, only in this setting the plants are aquatic (Mermaids) and they’re housed in aquariums for study though most live freely in the oceans. Plants still produce energy and amino acids in boundless ways making the research into how to harvest that energy a top priority with Vash and Nai being the only male presenting plants ever discovered as well as the only ones who can speak freely with humans

(Theres some legal mumbo-jumbo about doing it humanely because I don’t want this to be an angst-fest and Vash and Nai agree to live in the facility to ensure their sisters are properly taken care of. A peace-treaty sort of scenario)

Vash has Meryl, Milly and Roberto taking care of him while Nai has Legato, Conrad and Elendira

They hire Wolfwood and Livio for security and Vash is instantly smitten with the hot new security guard and wants to court the fuck out of him

Only one problem: He only knows how to court plants, not humans, so all of his attempts just make Wolfwood laugh or they go completely over his head

cue Vash trying even harder

I still need to like, plan it out, but this may be my next project to work on for May in between Shattered Glass, I may even draw for it
