Thinking about an AU where Techno, Wilbur and Tommy are all the harbingers of the actual entire apocalypse and Phil (just some insane guy) decides that those are in fact his kids and starts gaslighting the absolute shit out of them about it.

I wanna try something where they're just more insidious and passive killers than anything else, theyre mostly just biding their time and watching as wherever they're lingering around gets sicker and just starts withering away.

They're a slow moving threat that just can't be stopped and for some reason (because Kristin thinks its funny) Phil just isnt affected by them.

Phil: Oh Techno's always been like that ever since he was a baby Techno: I have literally never met you a day in my life Tommy: Idk man... you have always been like that Wilbur: Oh my death he's actually getting to us

Its a mix of that combined with that "how did he know I was a gemini" meme

Phil: Wil! I brought you some salmon, I know how much you love it! Wilbur: How the fuck did you know I like salmon Phil: I'm your dad silly, of course I'd know :-)

I just think itd be super fun since Phil in this au is literally just some insane dude. He literally lies about their entire childhood but does it so consistently and so realistically that it throws them off guard.

I also have a few ideas where they start referring to Phil as their dad in the beginning as a sarcastic / mocking thing but accidentally just getting themselves even more adopted as they do it.

Phil: Wilbur put on a coat Wilbur: I don't need one! Techno: Go on, Wil. Listen to dad Wilbur: Ugh fine. Only because dad wants it, though

Stranger: Whos this? Tommy: Oh thats our dad. He kinda just tags along Stranger: Aww thats so sweet! You got his nose and everything Tommy: I- wh- no he's not actually our da- Phil: I know he did! Isn't he the cutest, spitting image isnt he? Tommy: You're not my dad! Stranger: Oh someones embarrassed! Phil: Yeah he's going through a rebellious phase right now

Just a mixture of things like that where it starts as calling him it but then accidentally actually giving him parental authority along with that.

I also wanna explore how Kristin and Phils relationship would be like. Maybe her as death being very bemused by this silly human that just decided she was his wife one day.

She literally visits him in dreams and stuff and he just acts as if they're married and have been for years. He complains about their 'rambunctious kids' and how he has to threaten them with her so that they behave sometimes. She finds it so silly and just cant help but play pretend.

Kristin: Hello, human Phil: My love! Its been so long since I've seen you Kristin: We've never met Phil: Oh don't say that! It hasnt been that long. I've just been far too occupied with our boys to visit too much Kristin: Our boys? I made them Phil: And they came out beautiful! I'm so glad Wil and Tech got your eyes. I was hoping they would.

I think that'd be a core part of this AU as well. Everyone is playing pretend but then it just fuzzies and it all becomes real for them. At first its a joke that Phil is her husband and their father but then they get lost in the fantasy and fun of it all and actually accept him as such.

Phil has no ulterior motives either, he's literally just a strange insane man that heard stories about neotrio and started thinking they were his kids one day. He genuinely believes his delusion and they end up accidentally making it a reality.

He just makes lucky guesses and plausible lies often enough that he's still shiny and new, he's still fun to play with and thats what ends up 'tricking' them all.

Let me see, I know I briefly talked about WIDFALI being an idea I got while writing a commission a friend. Then I really went full tilt when she gave me a list of things she said could not be done in a vore story.

I KEPT THIS SPOILER FREE, BUT I THOUGHT I SHOULD WARN ANYWAY. I'M SORRY I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PUT READ MORE ON PHONE.

Original Character Concepts:

Lynette: She was named Myra, meaning beloved, and favorable. Her roommate was originally her partner, not brother, and her family weren’t even really mentioned in the story. Personality wise, she was far more tomboyish, and smart/clever. Unlike Lynette who's more jokey, caring and determined. (As I continued to alter and develop the story, Myra's personality didn't fit).

Alexander: He had more of Lev's current personality, but still quick to anger. He had seven sister. (Monster wise: he has not changed, though he was not part magus in the original).

Drake: He has stayed consistent as a helpful, sometimes angst dude, though he was an only child. (Monster wise: Drake was originally only a vampire).

Zilla: She had Beatrices personality, stuck up, full of herself, etc. The morning shifters weren't ever going to be mentioned in the story, except for a small nod that they exist and that was it. (Her monster was at first a Siren, Viola did not exist in the original).

Claudia: Was a guy originally named Claude, but more serious, much like Elliot. Elliot hasnt been shown too much, I know so you cant tell too much regarding it! (He was a zombified Magus in the original concept, not a Fae).

And Lev:...I can only say he was swapped out with someone else. (They may or may not have been introduced yet, but it's something big in the story later. His was originally the Naga, not Zilla).

June would have been in Viola's place. He was midshift cleaning up. June was moved because because of some stuff later.

And as a whole, it used to be a simple day in day out, wacky competition between them. Myra being an unwilling prey who, after a while gets used to it just enjoys the games with them. (I really wanted to write something I never had before, and make it less plot centered and more slice of life.)

However...when I started to develop their backstories in correlation to what happened on their homeworld, Yexodele, I realized it wasn't going to be that simple. At the time I was on a writing binge for the main story this spin off comes from, so that's what made me change everything. I'm sorry to those that would have liked a easy going story. But, I'm happy with what I've got cooking, and I hope my readers do to when the ball drops.

Still, I find it super hilarious that all this is related to a pizza place. Lol.

weekends have always sucked i think. growing up it meant being stuck with the family all weekend, but i wasnt able to articulate that i hated it at the time. i wasnt aware enough to realize that i was so overstimulated and overwhelmed by them. im the youngest, and they all say im mature for my age, but it hasnt always been like that. when i was still too young to have a consistent idea of my role here i was the sensitive one. i was always being pushed to an outburst because someone was pushing my buttons and i didnt know how to tell them to stop and id just cry. and then its that patronizing older sibling consoling where they mostly just dont want mom to hear that im crying, or i move on from it but theres ‘jokes’ for the rest of the night about how sensitive i am. its funny that that turned into me being the one notorious for not crying ever and being less wildly emotional than everyone else. anyway. 

then the weekends sucked because it was too hard to restrict during them. i didnt have the school structure and mom was home to cook more like big breakfasts or meals shed be too tired for in the week. then at college the weekends sucked because i was bored and had to confront the fact that i really need to learn how to reach out to people when i want company because waiting for when i am obligated to see them doesnt work anymore, but id feel annoying. 

now weekends still suck. i think i sleep in harder here when everyones off work, my version of getting the early part of the day to myself since i cant actually get it. but it doesnt really work, i still feel shitty and overwhelmed when i wake up. 

im realizing this post isnt super ed based. my point is its the weekend and it sucks. 

my brother and i did arm exercises outside today. i really really tried to take it as the invitation to spend time together that it was and not the disordered shit it also was. then i hated myself because ive been doing arm workouts secretly already but it was him just starting out and i liked that i was less tired than him. stupid. stupid. 

i also just weighed myself even though i ate like a couple hours ago, which i always mentally scold them for doing (right in front of me by the way, because of where the scale happens to be in the house - which does not make me feel great when i usually ate the same time they did and now i have to think about my weight). 

also earlier i asked my mom to grab me some splenda packets while she was out for me. she started passively telling me i should use real sugar instead and not the stuff they test on rats. and heres the thing, shes like totally right and i know that, but i was so mad in that moment. she was talking to me the way she talked to my older siblings when shes trying to nudge them to check to calories on something or whatever, that tone ive always hated, but shes never used it on me before. maybe cuz im ‘the skinny one’ or dont talk to her about weight and dieting as much but either way, she never uses it on me. it also bugged me because splenda is one of those ‘safe’ habits from my eating disorder that i cant fully shake no matter how far i get in a recovery phase - theres a few of those. ill always use splenda, ill always use small utensils, ill always drink the diet versions of drinks, ill always take the stairs next to the escalators. just small ingrained things that i know logically are unhealthy but, you gotta pick your battles yknow. as long as im eating three meals a day and not going too crazy over that, i dont really give a fuck if i still use the splenda packets instead of real sugar yknow? but i dont know. it bugged me. 

about a year ago i went off my meds without telling anyone. i know it was a big thing, but i kinda cant remember it right now. its weird how memory does that. i remember talking and thinking about it a lot and crying a lot, it was a whole event, when i got found out. but i dont know i cant really remember it right now, and it was only a year ago. im only kinda thinking about it cuz i have been off them for like what a day or two? only out of laziness and forgetfulness, but of course now that im here im at that stage where i feel the urge to never take them again and i dont have the sound mind to really even like,, think through the decision. which i think is what happened last time. i went off them by accident, realized it, thought ‘well wait, should i just keep going or take them again?’ and then didnt have the mental clarity to answer myself so i just kept not taking them until shit got bad. 

okay, i do remember being asked why i went off them, i remember that. and i remember not really having an answer. i kinda went along with an only kinda true reason of ‘they made me feel weird’ or ‘they made me feel spaced out’ when it was probably more accurate to say ‘i just wanted to do something to feel in control again.’ 

maybe thats why i want to now. part of me is like, relapsing into an ed isnt even like special in this house, its not enough for me to do that. 

another thing is that even though i know correlation doesnt equal causation or whatever, i am painfully aware of the fact that i havent really lost a lot of weight in that ed way since ive been on meds andddd i wanna relapse lol. 

im running out of mental steam writing this, my brain is a bit foggy. so i should stop i think. 

tomorrow theres a barbecue or something at my aunts house, i think ill ask my mom if i can stay home. ive never done that before but. shell say yes. and i desperately need to feel like i live alone for a moment. i need to mentally prepare for my summer class starting this week and i havent had the chance to yet. i also dont wanna have to eat food i didnt prepare around people who trigger me and who im constantly masking around. not an ideal scenario you feel me

Sighhgghgghhhhhhh. for some reason it has been just completely impossible to go out in public lately without having a complete breakdown later, i think theres just a lot of potential triggers when shopping with someone else and then we’re in public so we(i) dont think we can deal with our feelings until we get home but that just means we’re hiding(/dissociating away) that we’re upset/cleo is trying to communicate that we’re upset but in the way where actually communicating that feels absolutely forbidden so its not like. actually readable as distress to anyone else and then it just snowballs so we are/cleo is REALLY upset by the time we get home and she doesnt feel like our roommate is a safe person to bring it to (which is honestly kind of fair like she is definitely A Safe Person but i dont really think she can give cleo what she needs) so she just totally breaks down on her own and shuts everyone else out. and she got so upset today that jude came out (!) and took care of her and put her in pjs and put her to bed in headspace lol. which hopefully means jude will actually be around—i dont know why she has been so dormant for so long when cleo hasnt? and they are absolutely a package deal, like judes whole role as an alter is to take care of cleo (and also she used to do my homework lmao) but she hasnt been around consistently in years and years. ??? jude is like. the older sister we never had but wished we did, i think shes kind of an introject of our next door neighbor when we were really little who was super sweet to us and hung out with me and my (irl) sister a lot.

anyway though Sighhg sigh sigh i dont know. what to do. when we get triggered in public because it doesnt feel like an option to me to deal with it in the moment, which im open to having my mind changed on but i just dont even know what that would look like and it stresses me out but i am Tired , like physically i am exhausted, of being sooooo so upset for hours after doing stuff in public with my roommate. (Ftr i think it would maybe happen with other people but i mostly go out with her. she uhhh helps me a lot lol) i think we(/cleo) are wanting to be more emotionally open and vulnerable with our roommate but we feel stuck on something. idk she knows a lot a lot about us but we dont get upset around her basically ever, so thats a pattern thats hard to break, and shes really not a physically affectionate person at all and thats really what cleo needs. so im at an impasse.

Gale's Story Idea: 'Those of another world must die' or 'Isekai no mono ha shi ke re ba naranai'

(I probably butchered the Japanese. But the point is to give it a light novel title feel)

(Since a few people have been asking what my light novel idea was. I decided to explain it and go a bit more in-depth)

Premise: Rumors have been circulating about a Killer known only as 'Hero Eater' is targeting heroes in the Human Kingdom of Itsumo. But not everything is as it seems, Itsumo has many dark secrets and the kingdom may need a change...

The world of Itsumo.

Now the setting would be similar to most fantasy Isekai worlds. Money consists of Gold, silver, Bronze coins. Platinum coins are for the super rich.

Magic exists, Magical items exist. Levels exist.

There are dragons, goblins, the typical fantasy fair/ D&D/MMORPG feel but with a lot more twists

Summoned Heroes

When it comes to Summoned heroes things get different.

1. 'Heroes from another world' are treated above the standard people. As being summoned from another world gives them stupidly over powered abilities compared to the average citizen of Itsumo. The Elites show them favoritism.

2. Aside from obviously enhanced strength, speed, durability, and magic. They level up faster, have overall higher stats, and Summoned heroes also get some sort of Overpowered ability.

3. These over powered abilities or OPAs are ranked from S to E. Depending on that OPA, determines your lot as a 'Summoned Hero'

4. E's are the lowest. The skill is just slightly useful. Summoned heroes are still MUCH stronger than the average soldier. So these heroes are often brainwashed Coerced and put as soldiers on the front lines, or bodyguards of the elite. (Basically they are just glorified meat shields.)

4.5 There is nothing ranked lower than E. Those summoned ALWAYS have a OPA.

5. C and D Ranks are considered worlds more useful. These heroes depending on their abilities are thrown into a field where their skills can be utilized. These heroes are usually thrown a boon by the king and get funding. These heroes are the ones responsible for the innovations in technology (such as guns, refrigeration, etc). (Though in truth they have done a lot of f***ed experimentation)

6. A and B Rank are considered 'Heroes of the Kingdom'. Those heroes are the ones that you see going around and fighting demon hordes with ease. The ones you see with the harems (usually of whatever their fetish is). They basically have license to do WHATEVER they want, so long as the King doesn't intervene.

7. S Ranks. These summons are incredibly rare, but their skills are 100% broken. To put it in perspective. 1 S Rank hero could easily beat 10 A ranks without breaking a sweat. This is where the OPA's become near god like. Fortunately for some reason, only 7 S ranks can exist in the world at a time. Only when 1 dies can a new S rank otherworlder can appear. Currently the King has some of them watching over different parts of his kingdom. But all of them are considered Legendary.

8. (Little known fact that summoned heroes are often loners, losers, incels, neets, and other lesser freaks of society. Who else would willingly go to another world if their life is actually good?)

9. Some heroes do start out doing good... but power corrupts

Religion:

The Religion of Itsumo in stated by King Tyran. Insists that there is a kind and loving goddess (Named Oveun Ativ) that blesses Itsumo with the heroes that appear. Basically making those from another world as 'Her blessed children'.

So often regular citizens range from worshiping them or at the very least respecting them. (Though this is simply a front, the average citizen HATES these arrogant s***s. Considering the awful stuff they put them through.)

The Church also has a monopoly on Hero summoning. The ritual that they use is as follows.

1. A young girl will be chosen once a year from every village. (basically not where the nobles live.) It was considered a great honor. (and if the town didnt comply the church would inform the king and that town would be burnt down and all of the young maidens there would be brain washed and taken anyway) A maiden will be trained in magic for several years until her 18th birthday. During this time she must not have relations with men, must not touch the blood of an animal, must read the sacred scriptures and serve the church without question. (Indoctrination)

2. According to the church, the Summoning ritual will then have the young Maiden perform the summoning magic in which if performed successfully, will summon the hero and she will take the form of a portal of light which summons him. After which she will ascend and become an angel that serves the goddess. (This is not true. Its a virgin sacrifice. Those girls are killed in a ritual. Its f***ed up what the s***)

3. If a maiden summons a B or A rank hero she is regarded as an example for others to follow. For she clearly followed the doctrine of the church. She was likely Heavily rewarded by the goddess.

4. If a Maiden summoned C or D rank, they are not discussed often except by friends and family.

5. Maidens that summon E ranked Heroes are considered disgraces. Maidens that clearly did not follow the teachings of the doctrine. Their names are stricken from the records.

6. Maidens that summoned an S Rank hero. Are written into the logs as Blessed by the goddess. They are treated like Saints and some worshiped like deities. Some doctrine claim that they serve at the hands of the goddess after achieving this.

Economics

Summoned Heroes basically caused Economic collapse for adventurers.

Summoned heroes often hunt monsters and get rare drops, and often those with rare skills can get much more value than typical adventure guilds.

Merchants initially loved Heroes getting them rare drops but when many other worlders started selling so many Rare drops like they were common... it made rare items worth much less and drove value of such items and materials down dramatically. Newer merchants will rarely buy goods from adventurers because of this.

Blacksmiths and artificers initially also had it great. They now get access to powerful materials for cheap. Since their work is labor intensive the value of the item is much less impacted on the product. Though Other worlders with Craft skills have popped up and open businesses that have been driving other types of stores out of business since they can easily craft higher grade weapons for cheaper and faster thanks to OPAs.

The only real way to make money was in the service industry. With rare items and monsters easily hunted and sold for cheap, Restaurants, inns and Taverns have less of a thin margin. And with Otherworlders constantly moving about, the inns had constant customers. Many of these customers would throw money around and expect to be waited on hand and foot. Inns that had pretty women were often the most popular.

Brothels were very popular among Summoned heroes. Though the places that experienced the most traffic were the ones that had more ... unique characteristics. (Animal ears, pointed ears, Wings, horns.) Beast-kin were often very requested.

Societal Impacts

Women would often try to sleep with Summoned heroes. Children made with those of another world often had a chance of producing offspring with an OPA. Which meant that the kid could have a much better life.

The 'Trope' of offering the daughter for saving them was more of a way to ensure their Family had a better life. But in reality this just meant Summoned heroes often obtained harems. This resulted in declining birthrates as many summoned heroes didnt actually often marry humans. Most would simply keep the harem. Or if they did marry they would often sleep around.

Heroes that dismissed companions often left them as single mothers. Some would be lucky to remarry, but many were left single due to social stigma. The claim is that men felt insecure marrying women that have been with heroes, because how could they compare. (In reality it was more like they felt the woman had little self respect to be willing to partake in a relationship with a hero with a harem.) And the off chance the hero did comeback to the woman to find her married, the new husband was likely slaughtered. (This selfish mentality of treating women as things to be owned was disturbingly common in the summoned heroes mind)

The Main Characters.

Oralee: A maiden that was raised in the church as long as she could remember. Her family had a lot of faith in the church and were honored that she was picked. She followed the doctrine to very high levels. Never ate meat, Never even made contact with another of the opposite sex. She dreamed of summoning an S Rank hero and bringing great honor to the goddess (As a recent S Rank passed away and hasnt been replaced yet). Though the night she along with her fellow maidens were supposed to summon heroes. The 'Hero Eater' arrived and started killing everyone.

Hunter "Hero eater": A high level individual. A skilled fighter with a plethora of weapons in his arsenal. Skilled in strange magic that seems unorthidox yet effective. He wears a skull mask with a black cloak. He wields two daggers. One Named Malice, and the other named Mercy. His goal is to kill every other worlder he comes across. What is his motive? Does he want revenge? Power? Fame? Why did he spare Oralee. What does he look like under that mask?

BNHA characters and their genshin experiences

I've been way into genshin for the past couple months, if anyone wants to play with me message me (I'm lvl 45 rn) but be warned I have shitty internet and am a partial razor main

but this is mainly characters I can see actually putting time into genshin

Bakugou

Mains: Yanfei

his main has probably been most every pyro character at some point

he wants diluc so bad, whenever someone else complains that diluc ruined their pity he wants to ruin their existence

before yanfei his main was probably hu Tao

hed definitely play klee if he had her lmao but he doesnt and is patiently waiting for her rerun

he has a lot of 5 star characters and is f2p, he can always get banner characters within at least the first pity, but for standard 5 stars hes gotten keqing and qiqi way too many times and hes livid

especially as a previous hu tao main, he was begging for Jean, still has yet to come home

hes probably a very high level, not fully maxed out considering he hasnt been playing all that long, he was probably forced to start when the rest of the bakusquad started playing it and he just took off

has really shitty artifact luck though, like his characters arent bad or anything but they could be so, so much better

and ugh hes livid

explores everything, has 100% exploration everywhere, but hes not bored hes still got artifact farming to do and he enjoys terrorizing enemies

in co op he will set you and everything around you on fire. cope.

Todoroki

Mains: Xiao or Ganyu

probably only started playing because Izuku asked him to

kaeya has also been on his team since day 1 and he is never leaving doesnt matter his friendship has been level 10 for weeks now who cares

was f2p until xiao, who didnt want to come home at all, and he finally got him on his 180th pull

now he doesnt care and will buy primogems whenever hes bored

he has a lot of constellations on kaeya and hes so proud of that, probably c4, is considering buying way too many primogems just so that he can hopefully get his c6

now his artifact luck is godly, you'll go into a domain with him and be like ugh I got nothing and hes like I got a 4 piece set with all attack or crit rate/damage main stats like haha I hate you

but yeah his characters are very strong cause of this, but he doesnt put effort into building a lot of them, he only levels up and gives good artifacts to his team and a couple other characters he likes but everyone else just sits there for a while

hes not super obsessed with the game, but he does think its funny seeing bakugou get so upset whenever they do domains together

doesnt even bother doing daily tasks really unless hes trying to save primogems

Midoriya

Mains: Venti

hes so good at building characters, like he looks up builds online and watches those "do INSANE damage with these tips" videos - and he sets out to get them done and he does

bakugou is once again livid whenever they play together, because Izuku barely has to try and can do so much more damage than him

he does have to put in a lot of work for his artifacts though because he doesnt settle for the okay ones he needs the absolute best

he builds his favorite characters the most ofc, but he evenly distributes things to other characters he knows can be useful- those characters might not have insane stats but they're still good

will not kill timmies pigeons, hell hunt birds in the wild for fun though

definitely a food hoarder

also does a lot of exploring and probably has at least 90% for each area

Kaminari

Mains: Lisa

he is 1000% in love with Lisa, he took her quest very seriously

and so many people say shes horrible, he hates it, hes made her crazy strong out of spite

his team consists of only his wifus- meaning lisa, beidou, rosaria, and mona

for a long time beidou was his second but then rosaria came along and hes like ugh big tiddy goth gf, but lisa still remains queen

these are the only characters hes built though, save for a couple like probably razor and xiangling that he used before he fully got this team

is an ayaka saver

he doesnt care too much about most 5 stars but will sometimes get them just to say he has them, but they end up just sitting there rotting away because he never puts work into them

he does have hu tao though and would get ganyu if she ever had a rerun

Kirishima

Mains: Diluc Razor or Beidou

they're all on his team, the last person switches out but it's most likely zhongli or childe

hes all about dps, support who, he just wants to hit hard and do insane damage , so yes he made dps zhongli

except his builds arent that great, with some help his builds are decent, but on his own hell be like ugh that's some sexy 300 damage

probably didnt know what 90% of the stats even meant and just put random attack ones on people and went yeah that looks good

doesnt really care though and is just having fun so hell play how he wants (as he should) but he does have to ask for help when farming bosses

loves exploring but misses so much, hell get distracted easily and end up just messing around

honestly probably hasnt bothered to ascend his world since he got to level 35, if he did the quest hed probably go straight to 45 and even then hed still have extra exp because hes been there for so long oml

thinks baizhu is hot (and is correct) so shes desperately waiting for him

was a I must play 24/7 player until after the last story quest, then she got kinda bored but still plays frequently so she can save primogems and likes playing co op

shes got some pretty strong characters and is proud of her account

definitely makes tiktoks of her playing with the bakusquad cause it's always v chaotic (it's probably only denki and kirishima most of the time, but sometimes either bakugou or sero will join in)

he does get super invested into the story though, hes so curious about the world and where the story is gonna lead

probably watches a lot of genshin theory videos and now he over thinks everything in the game

he explores a lot, not so much to find every single thing but more so just because he likes looking at everything, hes very excited for all the new places

Shinsou

Mains: Childe

hes a very thorough player, he explores a lot and puts a lot of work into building his characters

most of them arent all that great but he has plans to fix them

his main team is very well built, not the best, but still good

he struggles when he has to switch someone out for a domain or something because his other characters are so painfully mediocre right now and he feels so bad

shinsou, playing a character that can do like max 200 physical damage and biggest damage is like 2 thousand, repeatedly saying I'm sorry, I'm sorry, you deserve so much better, I'm so sorry

even if it's not the worst damage by far, he feels bad about anything under his main team's stats because they're just so much higher

broke. has no primogems. spent them all on childe and his constellations. does he regret it? well he sure does appreciate his c6 so- hell manage

yes he spent real money on his stupid mass murderer who he loves very much

fights childe every day even though he already collected the treasure, he is but a humble simp

probably decently lucky with wishing like he can beat the 50/50 almost every time

Tamaki

Mains: Chongyun and Sucrose

he only started playing recently, probably kirishima got him into it, but he immediately fell in love

kirishima was like tell me when you're level 16 so we can play together !!! and 2 days later tamaki was level 16 and kiri was shook because how the hell did he do it so fast

hates domains, the dread he feels when he realizes the lower level isnt going to give him anything anymore, and he has to move up to the next, and the next,,

asks kirishima to help him only to realize he isnt much help, is too nice to say that so he let's kiri keep trying- one day kiri gets deku to play with the two of them and tamaki almost cries because finally he can get through the level 90 domain and actually get things ugh

cannot get xingqui to save his life he refuses to come home and poor tamaki is so sad he wants him a lot hes even got all his materials saved up

Monoma

Mains: Ningguang

honestly doesnt play all that much but takes pride in making his account seem v good, is a whale

but hes very good at the game, didnt know what the artifacts were for at first and gave people ones based on how they looked but once he figured it out hes fixed them

is a very standard player, logs in every day to do his commissions and use his resin then logs out, he doesnt put too much time into the game and doesnt worry if he misses a day or two

worships ningguang, also really likes xinyan, his other team members are probably venti and albedo

has every single banner 5 star that has come out since he started playing, probably doesnt have klee though and is v upset about it, and is thanking the heavens for all the reruns lately

also doesnt have keqing and wants her a lot cause he likes her

accepts every single co op request he gets, and despite what a lot may think hes actually a very nice person to play with, not toxic at all - unless you're someone he knows then he might be mean to you shshshsh

Shigaraki

Mains: Razor

haha isnt it so odd that they sound so similar haha (if you dont know they have the same japanese va and I'm guessing hed play it in Japanese)

obviously he can be kinda busy ya know being a criminal and all that but when hes not he puts a lot of time into genshin

sadly doesnt have very good luck when it comes to characters or artifacts, but hes doing his best even with 0 primogems and his 50% crit rate

doesnt explore all that much, most of the exploring hes done came from him trying to get all the oculus

his razor is so good though, except that's the only character hes put tons of effort into

except for now zhongli, hes not replacing razor but ugh does he love zhongli

but his other characters are pretty mediocre at best, he could build them if he wanted to, hes good enough at gaming to figure it out, he just doesnt have the time to spend to do it so he focuses on his main team

also (spoiler alert kinda) when we had to go to the wolf spirit to fight the abyss herald and razor was there, afterwards how razor was saying how he was too weak and stuff and was super sad, at that very moment shiggy decided the entire abyss order had to be destroyed - sorry aether (he chose lumine) but razor is more important than you

no dot is cool, it’s a banger lol. i kinda wish it was a full group song, but i like how much sua is able to show off! we got rapping sua again! i bet the choreo for this is great, i saw that there is one, though i havent watched the performance she did at the showcase

entrancing is beautiful, i was expecting either something like this or like her legendary overdose cover for her solo, so this makes sense. kinda sounds like a movie or videogame soundtrack lol (but with singing on top of it)

winter is chill, i dont have much else to say. i like how it finishes off in chinese though, that’s sweet

for is nice, yoohyeon’s voice is great, she’s such a good singer. it’s more of a winter song than handong’s winter is haha, it’s practically a christmas song, which is weird cause it’s april right now. but thats okay lol

beauty full... okay i was not expecting dami to go like full pop punk or whatever lol. interesting. i think it fits her voice well

playground is playful, yeah it’s not bad. it’s probably the catchiest out of the solos? ive only listened to each of them once, but that’s my first impression

hmmm. yeah they’re not bad, but i don’t feel super excited about any of them tbh. if i had to choose a favorite, it’d be between sua’s and dami’s, but even with those i feel like i’m left wanting a bit more. most of the solos are pretty chill, even siyeon’s soundtracky ballad-ish one that i feel like could have been a lot grander and larger scale. i feel like No Dot could have gone harder, and Beauty Full could have been edgier and faster. i like Beauty Full’s commitment to a style of rock that hasnt been done by Dreamcatcher before, and i’m a big punk fan haha punk is my bread and butter, but then again this really isn’t the type of punk that i ever listened to all that much. if it even counts as punk, i suppose. but yeah tho it’s not bad, i think it’s the one i’m the most likely to listen to the most, out of all the bsides, not just the solos. but all in all, i feel like Dreamcatcher have lost a little bit of their edge and their punchiness with this album. that’s okay, cause this chiller approach is something consistent across the album and if that’s what you’re into then you would love it! it’s just not something i’m head over heels about. there’s no Sahara or Red Sun or Break the Wall or Wind Blows or Wake Up or Mayday on this album, but that’s okay. 

here’s my takeaway... I don’t love it. there isn’t really a song that i think i’m gonna be obsessed with, and tbh Maison is the title track that i’m not feeling from them the most in a really long time, maybe it’s the least i’ve been feeling one of their title tracks in the whole time that i’ve been a somnie. but.......... that’s okay. like... with plenty of other groups, feeling this way about a comeback would be really disappointing for me, but with Dreamcatcher i really don’t think it’s a big deal. they’re the kpop group i’ve listened to the most, almost double the amount that i’ve listened to any other kpop group. they’ve given me so much over the years haha, it’s okay if there’s one or two that i’m not as into. they’ve definitely earned the right to do whatever they want too, they don’t have to prove anything to me haha, everything has already been proven. another thing is that i dont feel like theyve sold out or anything lmao, this isnt a case where a comeback feels like a misstep or a mistake, no, because it still feels very Dreamcatcher. their identity shines through and i love that about the concept and theme and energy of this era. it’s plainly and simply just that i’m not feeling the songs especially hard, and that would be the case no matter what the songs were about and what the music video looked like and what the album title was and all of that stuff. i can like the concept of a song a lot, but not feel like the song itself is really hitting me. you know what i mean? and that’s okay

and like... the fact that i’m saying all of this... is a testament to how much this group means to me. i didnt say i hate any of the songs haha, cause i dont! trust me, you would know if i did. when i say im not really feeling Maison, that really just means that i’m kinda neutral on it. like... that just goes to show how good their discography is. if me feeling like a song is “decent, not bad, i’ll listen to it here and there” is the most negative i’ve been about a Dreamcatcher title track, then that just means their other title tracks must be absolutely insane haha. like, if that’s the lowest that the bar goes, that’s pretty good. 

i intended to just talk about the solos but i guess i had a lot more to say about Maison and stuff after listening to it more and processing my thoughts more haha. i’m not disappointed by it. i think i'm at the point where i’ll never be disappointed by a Dreamcatcher comeback no matter what, because they’re just in the Kpop Hall of Fame in my opinion lol, they can pretty much do no wrong. the only way i’d actually feel negatively about them at this point is if they did something that really felt like a betrayal, was really suberbly awful, something that tarnished everything they’d built over the years not just by being bad but also by flying in the face of everything they stand for, or something like that. like it couldnt just be a bad song, it would have to be morally bad too in order for me to even hate it lol. and Dreamcatcher are a group i can trust to never do that. there’s a 0% chance of that happening lol. the worst thing that will happen is that they might put out a couple more songs that i think are just kind of “okay” haha. like that’s it, that’s the worst case scenario. sooooo yeah. 

i’m just glad to be a fan of this group. whether i get obsessed with a comeback or not, i’ll always be an absolutely massive fan of them. i respect all 7 of them so much. i hope i’ve made that clear, and i’ve put my opinions about Maison in context, so you know that i’m not hating haha. i bet nobody actually read this far in this post though lol

I do have to admit that I like the weird relationship Roger and Melanie have going on, but I am totally on board with something like asexual biromantic Roger. Maybe he doesn't even realize that this identity -- or the split attraction model in general -- exists, and he lowkey thinks he's broken because he can see himself spending his life with a girl or a guy (I don't know if I expect him to know what an enby is tho he kinda gives off oblivious dumbass vibes) but he can't see himself sleeping with anyone? Yes this is the cliché asexual experience no I will not apologize for using it lmao.

We know Vanessa likes Uncle Roger but I don't really see either of her parents taking her to visit him much so I wouldn't be surprised if, especially as she gets older, they start talking over the phone more than anything else. Despite being such a popular guy, he doesn't really seem to have many friends, so I can see him kinda venturing into the subject with her just because there’s no one else he can really do it with. Idk how exact he'd go about it without being weird but maybe it starts with the bi label first? Maybe Vanessa comes out as bi first (after telling her parents obviously) and Roger wants to show that he's supportive and he kinda ventures into his own romantic orientation just a lil and Heinz just happens to be walking by during that part of the conversation and Vanessa just happens to have put her uncle on speaker so she could get ready for her totally-not-a-date with Candace (shhh let me ship in peace) and Heinz is like what the fuck and he can tell Roger's not quite sure what he's saying but that he's being honest and definitely not bullshitting it and Heinz is like 🤔🤔🤔 but he just walks by and doesn't say anything

And then like an hour after Roger gets off the phone with Vanessa, he gets a text from Heinz that says something like "You never told me you were bi" and Roger's like (●__●) because he had absolutely no idea his brother was going to overhear that. It would be awkward with anyone, but it's especially awkward with Heinz because a) they're not close and b) they're both from a country that gives off Very Homophobic Vibes™ and he doesn't expect that to make a good match, which is why he's so surprised when Heinz just takes it in stride (he probably cracks a joke about bisexuality running in the family or something idk) and it makes him feel a little better. He's never really been able to talk about this to anyone -- even with Vanessa he felt like he had to tiptoe around everything because she may be 17 (I’m assuming this would have to be at least a year after the show ends) but she’s still a child and you can only say so much to your niece.

I feel like even though he’s being nice to his brother, he still wouldn’t want to invite him to Pride, but Vanessa would absolutely make that decision herself. Roger would probably be a lil wary bc he doesn’t want the whole city to know yet, but Vanessa would remind him that as the mayor, people wouldn’t necessarily see it as his way of coming out; it could look like his way of supporting Danville’s LGBTQ+ community because he is absolutely still the mayor after the show ends and idc what MML has to say about it. 

And Heinz doesn’t find out until after Vanessa’s already invited him so it’s not like he can say no -- Roger’s the mayor, after all; he probably should go to Pride, if only for his public image -- so he just kinda has to suck it up (which is fine because he’ll have Perry the Platypus and Norm and he can ignore his brother the whole time. Just because he’s not actively planning the downfall of his brother’s career doesn’t mean he wants to spend time with the guy) and deal with it. 

But then he gets a letter from Perry that morning that he can’t come but that Heinz should go anyway (and Heinz doesn’t find out, but he reason he can’t come is that Phineas and Ferb are bringing him the Pride with them instead and Perry absolutely plans on leaving them halfway through to spend the second half of the day with the Doofenshmirtz family) and Heinz is like -_- and then Vanessa ditches a few minutes into it to hang out with her not-girlfriend Candace (and her brothers and their pet platypus in the rainbow get-up, and she’s decently sure that this is her dad’s ex-nemesis so she finds it hilarious but that’s not important) and Heinz is like -__- and then Norm runs into Chloe and he’s like :)))) and leaves and now poor Heinz is all alone with Roger and he’s like -___- And I feel like because Roger’s the mayor, there’d be a couple different reporters asking to get pictures of him and some kids who think it’s super cool to meet the mayor because they’re naïve enough not to realize that the government’s a platypus and Heinz keeps getting shoved out of the way and he’s like -____- and he’s this close to ditching his brother and peacing out because this is not the fun Pride he wanted it to be and then Roger starts talking about like actual things with actual substance and Heinz is like 0_0 because their conversations usually consist of small talk and only small talk and this is really weird but he goes with it anyway and then they end up talking labels and sexualities and romantic orientations and by the time Pride ends Roger feels like he knows not only himself but his brother better than he ever has and it’s a very wholesome conversation and they’re both completely oblivious to the platypus in the fedora with a rainbow band that looks at them for about 10 seconds and then walks away because he is not interrupting some much-needed Doofenshmirtz bonding time

"i'm not angry i just, hate being second all the time. c'mon ayen, you know that since the first day we became friends."

you were once y/n, the transferee girl. you sat beside jeongin on your first day, who thought you looked cute on your first day.

coincidentally, you liked his friend. a senior who was named minho. assuring to yourself and jeongin that it was nothing more than a crush was the hardest part. being drunk at a party and confessing to him had become what you quote "the best thing i've ever did".

after class ended, you decided to stick with jeongin who became class president and now is tasked to clean the classroom. why were you there? you really trusted him, a lot and as a friend.

"hyung!" jeongin called out to your supposed boyfriend who was walking toward your classroom.

"y/n-ah, bubs, cutie" he said, ignoring the male and rushing to give you a warm hug. "if you feel less, remember i love you so much. today tomorrow forever, remember?" he told you and you just stood there, uncertain how to react.

"y/n you should go home, i'll be waiting for seungmin too." jeongin said with a warm smile, looking at your annoyed face that contrasts minho's neutral face.

you've never really been anyone's first choice, in middle school you never really had a permanent set of friends that treated you like a friend. you were always rejected and your parents never really cared for you as much as other parents do. you knew you grew up quickly, and you're trying to fix yourself as much as you can.

"oh look, the theme park is open today." he said, pointing outside to the moving ferris wheel. "come on, we are fixing the blue, making it color yellow." he said while dragging you outside the coffee shop as you silently drink your coffee.

he put your bangs down slightly, smiling at what he did and ruffles your hair softly. "my y/n is so cute. she's pretty, nice and she is the first person in my mind. "

"minho?" there she was, the girl you hate the most. minho's first love. his family loves her that sometimes you get compared to her. you knew of her existence, unsure if she knew yours though. "ah this must be your new girlfriend!"

noticing your uneasy gazes, minho spoke up. "hi, yeah and we're leaving." he said. "i really don't know where the entrance is, can i come with you? i'm meeting up with my friends." she pouted as you nodded.

"yeah, you're y/n, super cute. minho and you were together since last year? congrats!" she asked and minho was the one to answer. "yeah, here's the entrance to the theme park." he scoffed and held your hand tighter while you walked towards the ferris wheel.

the next day, you had to bring it up to jeongin and seungmin, people you trusted the most. "yeah its kinda like in a teasing way, i absolutely hate it. its like she wants to punch me in the face and move me out of her way!"

"oh my god, never be a punch bag you can move around." jeongin said. "i'm not a punchbag!" you said in an enthusiasic tone "Y/N ISNT A PUNCHBAG." seungmin accidentally said too loudly, causing the librarian to look and he bowed his head to say sorry. "my bad." he said and the three of you laughed quietly.

What do you make of the pacing so far? It feels a little off to me. Based on how much drama we know we’ve still got to come from so many angles I didn’t think they’d stretch the Aaron stuff so much. But I’m hoping today’s clip kicks it into gear a bit. I want to be done with idiot Aaron now 🙄

I think seeing how skamfr paced their first day you can see how wtfock pacing is a bit stalled. Skamfr is like foot on the pedal the whole way and I think wtfock likes to build but my issue is these late night clips are super short and always feel a bit lacking. Its not terrible pacing its not like I cant follow just something feels a bit off. I do like we got two school clips today because if we got one 7pm clip i would have been a bit annoyed but I do like consistent school clips and in school dynamic to be shown. I dont mind the Aaron storyline because it parallels some of the kato shit right? which is here are these very naive young white kids who show blatant racism towards men of color and they are conditioned to think shrugging your shoulders and saying am sorry just magically fixes things but they make no effort to learn they just perpetuate more micro racist behavior. Like kato questions her surroundings in the most offensive ways sometimes and it like she really hasnt learned shit has she and Aaron too like they dont get it and I dont mind the lengthy plot because its true. I work with 30 year white males who still in this day and age who have college degrees do not fucking get it. It should be shown how ignorant people can be.

Like.. they "know " they can command their Kwami... but COMMAND their Kwami??? To a point that it scares them that what they say and the hold it has on their partners???

Perhaps Marinette gets so invested in her work, and she's even got Tikki helping her, sets her on one repetitive task, but she soon realizes that Tikki is getting tired, and asks why she hasnt stopped and taken a break, and Tikki is like, 'Well, you told me to help you, and so I must. Dont worry Marinette, it's fun!' Marinette is like, but you didn't stop when you needed to. 'You gave me a command, so I must follow.'

Marinette freaks a little and makes a visit to Master Fu and have a "review" over the whole Miraculous holder schlep, since he obviously withholds information.

For Adrien, he just got put down by his Father again, is super frustrated, he's irate, he has so much to do, and he just wants to be with his friends or relax.

Plagg is trying to cheer him up, or he went the sarcastic route and starts flitting about the room, being "obnoxious". Adrien snaps and tells Plagg to just sit down and behave for once. He walks off to do whatever he was going to.

Later, he realizes Plagg had been awfully, and uncharacteristically quiet. Even for a naptime. He finds him exactly where he saw him last.

Stoically sitting, quietly. Staring at the surface he's sitting on. Adrien inquired at the behavior, and Plagg upright just says, you TOLD me to, and I have to obey my Master. Confused, Plagg, ever so briefly, sums up that He's just an all powerful Kwami. But has to obey his Master's every whim.

Adrien has a bit of a melt down, picking Plagg up and apologizing. Maybe tearing up a bit, vows to never do that to Plagg again.

And for a nice icing on the cake, Ladybug and Chat actually discuss it, communicate on it.

Ladybug is actually the one who brings it up, and Chat's floodgates just open and he tells Ladybug what happened, and vice versa. Have a heart to heart and talk about how they can show their Kwamis their appreciation.

guys au where zuko and azula are a race of shapeshifting murder aliens taught from birth to hate all other species ( ie impostors) and sneak onto the skeld where the gaang are (feat. captain jet and second and third crewmates smellerbee and longshot) to kill all of them, only they learn to defy their nature to protect those they love

zuko is broody and quiet and therefore immediately suss, but sokka, who has latched onto him, claims that he’s been around zuko the whole time so he cant be!

zuko cannot do any of the tasks bc he’s taken to following sokka around in turn and the guy deals with all of the tech, but sokka (who’s like, the only one on the ship w a core understanding of how everything works) is used to it so he doesnt think anything of it. helps him do (and by that i mean does by himself) all the wire tasks and downlloads, which take acc hours to complete

azula is a master at diverting suss from herself, and in doing so always accidentally turns the attention to zuko. this causes great debates during emergency meetings (“where were you when the body was found!?” “WITH SOKKA” *everyone glares supiciously at sokka” “gUYS IM LEGIT KATARAS BROTHER HOW WOULD THAT WORK”)

zuko hasnt killed anyone bc he’s always around sokka, and azula always gets super annoyed with him abt it. she constantly recites ozai’s expectations about their mission, but zuko literally cant think bc hes staring at the way sokka’s suit hugs his butt just right lmao

yue is on the ship as well and zuko immediately wants to kill her after he hears about how she and sokka were once involved

spoiler alert: he doesnt bc sokka cried when someone even insinuated that yue be ejected and he doesnt want to cause him pain D: u didnt hear this from me but he and yue once struck up a conversation abt how they dont understand wtf sokka goes on abt half of the time (which consists entirely of the innermechanics of the ship and quantum physics) and theyve been friends ever since

Im 15, and i have a pretty irregular period. my tracker says it should be coming up but it hasnt. Ive also had strange discharge and a somewhat strong smell down there. Its kind of clear/white, and its like tje consistency of snot. It’s almost like little boogers but not quite, if that makes sense. Im not sure if this is normal, but i just got over the flu so could that be it? My mom is super conservative so idk how to ask for a gyno appointment and im scared.

Irregular periods are very common during adolescence, especially so during the first three years of getting your period. Unless this is paired with super painful cramps or any other symptoms, it’s probably not a reason to worry. 

Anyway, that description sounds like ovulation discharge! When you’re ovulating it’s common to get white discharge, and it’s kind of mucus-y, kinda like egg whites. That’s probably what you experienced, so definitely not a reason to worry!

The flu should not alter the consistency of your discharge (though during being ill with the flu you might actually experience more discharge than normal).

About your mom... I strongly advise that you try to talk to her, should you get the chance. It might be a good idea to drop in conversation that your period has been irregular. I understand this is super hard to do in a conservative environment, but maybe framing it as just a general health situation might help. Like, maybe if you’re talking about dentists or getting a cold or a general check up, bring up your period, so it gets correlated to health and not any topic she might deem not safe. Could also help to maybe get a general check up and bring these concerns up with your GP, who might recommend a gyno anyway.

rambling about jacanas from the last post here bc i was gonna put it in the tags on that post but it got way too long to fit,,

so like jacanas are one of the few bird species that has a polyandrous mating system, meaning that the female mates with multiple males, who then raise a nest of chicks.  this is opposed to polygyny, the system most nonmonogamous birds exhibit. in polygyny, the male mates with multiple females, who do more of the “work” the chicks (in some species the male helps raise the young but has a lesser role, in some species hes not involved in raising the young).

and something thats common in species with polygynous mating systems (such as red wing blackbirds) is for females to have extra-pair mates.  in extra pair-matings, the female will have one male that she nests with, but will “sneak” onto other males territories to mate with the one there, and then come back to her nest mate’s territory. and like as far as i know, male jacanas dont do an equivalent of that? or if they do it hasnt been studied

so thatd be something interesting to look at - whether extra-pair matings are a thing in polyandrous systems and what factors could be contribiting to that. itd also prob be interesting to look at the paternity of nests.  cause the female does mate with the male whos nest she lays eggs in, but she also mates with a bunch of other males.  and unless they have some mechanism to segregate eggs by who fertilized them (which would be highly complicated and also , she’s just laying them at random in different nests.  which means, like in polygynous systems, theres a pretty high chance that several, if not all, of the chicks a male raises arent his biological offspring.

and like, in a lot of polygynous species, males have developed behaviors to try to prevent their females from getting extra pair matings.  bc raising a nest of kids that arent yours does not help you spread your genes, natural selection favors behaviors that would prevent that.  so like some of these species’ males have evolved to try to prevent the female from leaving their territory, or to put less effort into caring for young if they think the female left the nest too much (and therefore is likely to have “cheated”).  these kind of behaviors maximize their chance of raising their own offspring while putting other males’ offspring at a disadvantage.

but that kind of thing wouldnt happen in jacanas.  because the females lay the eggs, theres a 100% chance of the offspring being theirs.  even if a male were to go mate with an additional female, her mating success would be unaffected.  so there would be no evolutionary pressure for the females to become “restrictive” about their males’ behaviors.

but what about the males mating success? wouldnt it still be beneficial for him to give advantage to his own offspring over others?  theoretically yes, but he doesnt exactly have a way to do that when his offspring have just as much a chance of being in his own nest as someone elses.  he cant stop the female from having her harem, so he would have to “develop” a way to distinguish his own offspring from others. so if a male could tell his young apart from others, he could favor the chicks in his nest that happen to be his biological offspring.  and this might be an advantage for a certain amount of time. 

however, once the behavior/ability spread to any significant portion of the population, it would likely end up backfiring and wiping itself out. because while a male would be able to favor their own offspring, so would others. and unlike in a polygynous system, the eggs are consistently placed at random (as opposed to it being more likely that some of the eggs are yours with some others thrown in). so when the young of a male 1 (who can distinguish and favor his own young) get put in the nest of male 2 (who also has the ability), male 1′s young then end up at a disadvantage.  and if a male happens to not be related to any of the young in his nest, his reproductive success is now 0 because the other males wont care for his offspring.  now apply that across a whole community and youve got drastically reduced offspring success for everyone.  this would likely weed out the selective males before they became a majority in the population.  at the very lest it would probably prevent them from becoming more than a small minority. so basically, because females distribute their eggs randomly, male jacanas’ reproductive success is better served by all males caring for all the young in their nest equally than it would be by attempting to favor their biological offspring.  

ima end here bc i should be editing a paper thats due tonight but also,,,the evolution of this system would be super interesting to look into.  my guess would be some kind of kin selection thing in its evolutionary history? like maybe there could have been a polyandrous system where females mated with males that were all related to each other. so itd be male siblings taking care of each others young, which would increase both their direct and indirect reproductive success.  and then random mating could have become a thing later on after the “take care of your whole nest and dont distinguish” was standard.  and then, becuase it was still beneficial to take care of your whole nest, that trait stayed.  except instead of being reinforced by “i am directly raising my offspring and other offspring related to me” its reinforced by “not complying with this would be shooting myself in the foot”.
