#not strictly true I’m just more adventurous with seasoning #she wouldve used oregano and thyme and left it at that #I used oregano thyme rosemary chili powder red pepper flakes cinnamon and nutmeg #also she just straight up wouldn’t’ve made this dish 😂 #she would’ve made sausages then sautéed spinach then made pasta all as separate things and not thought to make it One Dish #but it’s so much better as one dish #this has been a post
