Aka my (older) Meg McCaffrey headcanons cuz I love her and you're not allowed to say anything bad about her 🤗

She LOVES spices and sauces, and by that I mean that she's gonna literally put them everywhere. Making toast? Yeah, she's gonna yeet there 7 diffrent spices and 5 sauces

She never uses main lamp in her room. NEVER

Reptiles girlie

She gives me vibes of a person who doesn't make diffrent playlists and just has one, 36h long, where she has all songs she likes + she has most unhinged n random music taste so you can find on her playlist death metal next to pop next to some indie rock

And so it begins... Our fight to defend Eureka until the ship is ready for lift-off. We start with a raid of Yttakin, including some who are inexplicably related to my colonists. Of course. A family reunion raid. I wouldn't want it any other way.

There are a lot of raiders, but not to worry. Albina is a kickass psycaster after all.

The "summon pack" psycast is my favourite. Very overpowered. :3 Amazingly, both Kelorul's niece and Debby's brother fled the scene before they were killed, so they didn't even have to deal with a mood debuff from having family members die.

Another raid arrived shortly after...

... And made the mistake of landing near my sadistic, vengeful girl Hazrov. She cast her "firing focus" psycast and managed to take out one raider before they even started shooting back. She got caught up in a fistfight with another one while Kawoo and Zonovo arrived to help deal with the last two.

She's fine, she's fine. Wookshys carried her to the hospital, and Fafo's already making a new bionic arm. Hazrov did beat up the raider, though, and then Kawoo and the thrumbos dealt with the others.

Zonovo was... Moral support, I assume. He didn't really contribute, but I appreciated him for making the effort to show up anyway.

Whew. That's two raids down, and a lot more to go. I hope Kaz doesn't need to give up any more fingers after this...

What is your favorite headcanon about Lucy?

It's a little convoluted and long and technically multiple but it all fulls under one basic thing:

What Lucy is like outside of her ghost hunting.

(This is mainly book adjacent because this is how i imagined it as I was reading it)

I think Lucy's room is something very personal to her especially as she started to feel more at home after TSS. I always imagined the roof to have a slant over where her bed was with a large window next to it where the skull would be sat on the far end. Her closet is on the other side of that and beside her bed is a tiny beside table which she uses the top draw to hold her very personal items (her sketchbook, her watercolour palette and some photos of her life before L&Co).

It's barebones at first but she'd add to it over time. She set up fairy lights around her bed on the slant with pushpins with the battery control blue tacked to the wall (when she left, she found that it had stained). She has polaroids and other photos of her, George and Lockwood (later, Holly, Kipps and Flo) on the ceiling above her bed. She would have her favourite band posters also on the wall, almost floor to ceiling.

You can almost always find her with music on, and given that it's the top room of the house, she can get away with having CDs blasting with little consequence. She added a CD rack as she collected more because she would frequent music stores and she would also probably get them from the people at Portland Row too.

It also helps because she never had this back up north, it was always sharing a room or being told off for having any music on. It's getting to live as herself with people who love her back.

I dunno man, she gets me really emotional

I think that Huitzilopochtli would like chocolate ice cream, because he's such a complex guy it would be hilarious if he had such a simple flavor (also the chocolate thing again because the four Tezcatlipocas would all have chocolate components in their ice cream and you can't convince me otherwise)

I can imagine Tezca and Huitzilopochtli's conversation about it going like

"Okay but you like chocolate ice cream?"

"Yes."

"Like, plain chocolate? Idk man I always thought you would like some kind of insane flavor like peanut butter cookie and chili crisp or some shit."

So, after watching Nimona for the first time, I got deep into the fandom and noticed that there was this one person(can't remember the name) who made furry like versions if the characters and that got me thinking... what would Nimona look like if I mashed my other current obsession, Sonic?

Bada Bing, Bada Boom! Ya get this!

I was kind of struggling on wondering what to make Nimona, but luckily, there's a villainous shape-shifting octopus in the IDW comics that helped me out! So Nimona is the same species as Mimic, just with her fabulous pink color and casual Nimona awesomeness!

Highly recommend the movie! It's super good!

Aya Appreciation

Shoutout to Aya for being the MVP of this chapter. She could've easily been written out after that one Kunikida story from like chapter 40 or something. Instead, she's truly become a hero and surprisingly one of the most interesting characters in the story. I love her and Bram's dynamic and I hope they can save the world together.
