She requested people watching (went on the wall where she's on, plopped down and just watched), after we went to the pet store getting her a new toy and snacks and her getting yelled at by a little black dog coming out of another shop.
After that we walked past the dog park with 2 adult & 1 puppy Lab and the adults spotted her from far away and sprint-barked towards the fence with one tackling it at arrival. They went nuts as we continued walking by and Nefja just looked at them quite bamboozled.

Ooh fic asks r open yess! First one uuhh,,, Are you gonna make any changes to the relationship between illia and Blake/got any cool writing plan for them?
Also would love some general white fangmily (<-new way to say white fang [found] family, open to thoughts on it xp) hcs?
I’m always open for asks tbh :) ok!
i actually have a lot I’m changing for ilia and blake’s relationship, some of which I… probably don’t want to give away just yet due to ~spoilers~, but case in point: how I’m (slightly altering) bits of Ilia’s backstory very heavily affects her interactions with Blake when they first meet. Will go more into that once we get there,
but now… ~found family~ Ilia will inevitably be included in this once we get to her (NEXT CHAPTER!!!!!!!!!!), but looking at the stars of the show, Sienna and Adam’s relationship is as close as it is insanely distant.
Sienna outwardly is a very confident and charismatic person, but like, 70% of that is just a persona she puts on. She’s hidden her genuine emotions very well under so many layers of fake stuff that some of those emotions are just outright not there any more, after so many years of fearing her true emotions would be taken advantage of and she’d be betrayed or hurt again. But once she meets Adam and has ~that moment~ in Chapter 3, there’s always this lingering feeling in the back of her head. This familiarity, back to Arun, who, in one of her last moments with him, was vulnerable. Crying about wishing his father was there too. In complete contrast to Adam who is so deathly afraid of showing vulnerability he’s inadvertently making himself more so. She sees it as a second chance, to try and be the person she was before joining the White Fang, to almost “redeem” herself, in her own mind. Having never forgiven herself from the belief that she let her own son die that night (we get into that more later).
But Adam is on fifteen fucking higher levels than her, somehow. Dude reveals nothing. Jack shit about his past, about what he’s gone through, and alongside making shit up he too molds himself into a false persona to the point he doesn’t even know what is fake or real about himself. Fuck, Sienna, who is easily the person Adam is the closest with, who is the only person who he’ll voluntarily show his face to at this point, is unaware of a whole decade of shit that happened that served to be the worst period of his existence. (Cough cough, Chapter 8) And for a good while he’s fucking terrified of being around her. Worrying whether or not he’s displeasing her in any way and that she’ll leave him or even “send him back”. (Yeah. That one guy’s monologue from chapter 1 scarred this 5 year old boy so much it lasted. Seriously that monologue is still maddening to reread) Like? All I’ll say for the future, is that as Adam’s… mental and emotional state, I guess “changes”, so too does their bond. But I promise, after [a certain event] their bond becomes near unbreakable.
I made these tags a while back that I feel explain some bits of this a decent amount. Three little pigs analogy. I’m funny.
The stick house is weaker and when it falls it stabs and lashes and hurts
But the brick house’s walls never really fall down, but that’s alright because there’s warmth still inside.
But~ I’m so fucking sidetracked. Headcanons. Okay.
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Sienna enjoys the sound of rain at night meanwhile Adam fucking hates them because they’re loud and cringe or something. They also shared a bedroom between chapters 3 and 4 (2 year timeskip baby! ANOTHER ONE) because Sienna was, in fact, consistently taking care of and rehabilitating him.
Speaking of… you know the red shirt Adam is given by Sienna at the end of chapter 3? My brain decided to go “What if that was originally meant for Arun and is also what he eventually wears under the one uniform “once he grows into it”” and I will cry about that for the next month

Doing revisions to Sustained By Hate has been great because I get to add things like Chazz's mom talking about his brothers like they're good people in front of him when she arrives on the island because she legitimately doesn't know how awful they are.
Legit a line I added for her is "You and I both know your brothers have always been good, respectable people." Oh poor, horribly misguided Michelle 🥲
In my lore for her they gaslight her and lie to her face about anything bad they've done so she still thinks they're decent guys. And Chazz can't talk to her to tell her the truth because even though he's her favorite son, she'd either not believe him or if she confronted them about anything they would lie and gaslight her into believing them so he just doesn't talk to her about anything they do/have done. So she still thinks highly of them which Chazz doesn't like and she's unknowingly contributing to the problem with his familial situation because she doesn't know what the problem is and therefore can't really avoid it. Which only makes his relationship with his mom tense too which sucks for him because she's the one person in that house that gives a damn about him.
I also get to characterize her more properly to what I've developed her to be since I came up with her originally. And she can be, not exactly meaner, but exhibit her Princeton qualities more on the surface than in the original version. She's too nice in the og to be perfectly frank. Michelle needs to actually feel like she reminds Chazz of his brothers like "oh right, she's their mom too." And I don't feel like she does.
She and Chazz need to actually fight in chapter 4 too like I, as the writer, need to believe he's mad at her and that she feels bad that the last conversation they had before he loses his voice was a fight and that she was too hard on him. Like the og is so tame honestly aksksk.
I'm having too much fun with revising/quasi-rewriting this fic but also being so critical in a way I don't like help 😭

Imagine grown up IK coming back to the Devildom for a visit and going to see her old teachers ueh ueh (sound of crying)
Professor Kaz is just like "look at you! You used to be so small! Now you're still small but there's definitely improvement!"
He still calls her little miss
Her seeing Astaroth and the other newspaper club members again???
(I can see Mephisto visiting the human world to see her (if he can) but I don't imagine the others would, though they'd text a lot)
Alecto is like "Now that you're big we should fight."
Astaroth doesn't like having to look up at her lol
Also thinking of the demon bros seeing her grow up througout the years is just :') UEH UEH UEH
Diavolo is just "you wrre supposed to stay teeny weeny :((((("
p.s I loved the recent chapter,,,GOD my attachment to these silly little guys is all consuming * holds all of them in my hand *
baby all grown up :’))))
solomon’s probably made a point of visiting ik a lot so he’s also kind of watched the whole process, but it’s trickier for the angels, so when they come to visit it’s the first time in a while since they’ve met in person. and simeon just bursts into tears immediately because ahhh you’re all grown up now time goes by so fast
as for luke - idk how the aging process works in canon, but in my head the angels start physically aging pretty rapidly once they ‘graduate’ from their clusters - so he could either 1. also be more grown up at this point, or 2. still be the same way he was during the first exchange year. he’s in tears in either case because BEST FRIEND!!!
ik didn’t have the greatest start in life but now she has gotten to grow up surrounded by a big loving family who’re always there to fall back on if life gets tricky <33

Snippet Sunday
Deciding to write this down before it fizzled out of my head.
“So, I have a werewolf question.”
Tane leaned back in his chair. “And you’ve come to the right place! Werewolf answer for your werewolf question: I am single and extremely ready to mingle. All you need to do is give me a date and time and I’ll do the rest.”
Astrid rolled her eyes, grateful that Adam wasn’t around or else something in the Facility’s break room would have more than likely been dented. “I’ll keep that in mind, but not quite what I was asking. It’s more of an etiquette question.”
“Aw, damn. Okay, hit me. I might not have the right answer, but let me see what I’m working with.”
“On a scale of one to ten, how rude would it be if I went to my best friend’s new wife - apparently there’s a thing with accidental marriages with packs that my pal got himself tangled up in one, which is that really a thing? - and told her that human or not, you hurt my guy and I rip your head off your body and kick it like a field goal into the nearest dumpster?”
The chair Tane had been leaning back on teetered back on four legs with an audible thump. “Babe, that is a loaded question. One, I thought I was your werewolf best friend.”
She held up a hand. “To be fair, Markus has been my best friend longer than I knew werewolves actually existed. He gets seniority best friend status.”
“And two, could you really do that to this lady? Because if so,” he winked at her. “That’s kinda hot.”
“Are you gonna answer this or not? I don’t want to do it because I don’t think she knows about it yet, but I will call his sister instead.”
“Give me a minute, I’m still trying to wrap my head around all of this.” Astrid watched while it looked as if the gears were turning in her friend’s head. “Markus. Sounds German. His last name happen to be Fisher by any chance? Tons of siblings, all of them giants, sister in question this gorgeous looking woman who could crush watermelons with her thighs?”
“Yeah, you know them?”
Tane grinned. “When you do tell Agent Fisher about the absolute mess her big brother got himself in, because yeah, these kinds of things rarely happen and when they do, it’s a gigantic cluster of epic proportions, tell me before you do.”
“You want to see her reaction.” Astrid deadpanned.
“I will make popcorn.”
