Regressor Steve Harrington Moodboard and Headcannons

He regresses to 5 or 6 not as young as the others but he doesn’t mind being a big sibling to the other kids!

He’s the type of kid who Carries around a baby doll and acts like it’s real.

Loves loves LOVES hanging out with the younger regressors like Jonny and Eddie. He loves helping them with things.

Has every single cabbage patch kid accessory! But he only has one baby , he doesn’t want his baby to feel replaced. :(

Makes fake food for all his friends can’t make any for Eddie or will because they won’t get that it’s pretend and will actually eat it.

Him and Robin are still best friends but Steve strictly prohibits her trouble making.

Even when Steve regresses he’s overprotective of all his friends. His parental type personality doesn’t go away when regressed but he doesn’t have any power over any of the kids.

If he’s doing something his baby doll can’t be around for he will have one of his friends he trusts (mostly Nancy) watch his baby.

Baby’s name is Charlie btw

Loves shera! It’s his favorite show when he’s regressed! He really likes Disney movies to.

He has a shera play set it’s his most favorite thing! ( second to his baby Charlie ofc)

Every weekend he and the rest of the party get together and regress with a movie! It’s their favorite part of the week.

Steve makes them all microwave meals so they can eat together.

He plays with all his friends. He tries to find games that can involve all his friends regardless of their age.

He has matching friendship bracelets with all of the party that he made! He included everyone’s favorite color to!

Doesn’t really like juice that much. He prefers water more than anything.

Likes doing more “girly things” as his parents would call it. He fake cooks, he has those play cleaning supplies and he adores dolls.

He would sacrifice his favorite shera toy to sit in on a hellfire session while regressed. He loves how Eddie DMS his campaigns with how animated he gets. Of course Eddie and the rest of the club would allow him to sit and watch their campaigns in a heartbeat but he’s too shy to ask.

He feels uncomfortable with the idea of having a caregiver. In fact he feels like he doesn’t need one, he adores looking after Eddie when he’s regressed but never likes having someone look after him. It’s not like anyone hasn’t cared for him before, Eddie has watched Steve when Steve was regressed but Steve didn’t really like it.

He likes to make fake dinners for his baby doll and him ( a single mom who works to jobs who loves her kids and never stops)

The only person who’s allowed to do puzzles with Nancy.

Dinosaur nugget KING!! Will not touch normal chicken nuggets.

He doesn’t touch the stove or oven when regressed, he meal preps for when he’s going to regress.

Absolute sibbies

They always want to be together

Playing games, sharing snacks, reading and watching cartoons

Cartoons are an absolute must

Ricky introduced Mischa to a bunch of old 80s and 90s cartoons (He-Man, Shera, The Real Ghost Busters etc.) and Mischa fell in love with them

They spend at least a couple hours watching them every playdate

Mischa also loves reading about and hearing about Zolar from Ricky

(Mischa learned how to sign with the others so he could understand Ricky easier, and so if one of the other littles went nonverbal they could still communicate)

Ricky loves to bounce ideas off of Mischa, he always seems to understand his wild plots

The two usually get up to a little mischief, but most of their time is taken up by playing and watching their shows

They tend to steal treats a lot

When one of the bros is regressed and the other big, they are the coolest older brother ever

Playing pretend, making the little one laugh and giggle through jokes and tickling, helping their brother calm down after a long day

Of course they hit their speed bumps

Ricky gets sensory overload a lot, so school is extremely difficult for him when he regresses

Mischa tries his best to help (always has noise canceling headphones and fidget toys) but sometimes the only thing he can do is find a quiet place for Ricky to sit and unwind

Mischa often struggles with feeling lonely or like a burden when regressed

So Ricky takes extra care to reassure him that he's not a burden and that he loves him and will always be his sibby

Neither of them really have a set age range, so they switch who is the "Older Brother" often

Mischa tends to take on more of a protector role, even when regressed, so Ricky tends to have to help him get calm and not as vigilant when regressed

Mischa's not as big on napping as Ricky is, but he still never minds ending the day with snuggles and a comfy blanket <3

Do you have any voice headcannons for your shade of scales characters?

this is an amazing question. sos takes place in Naarm / Melbourne Australia, so a lot of characters have Australian accents which isn't overly common for a lot of voice head canon videos/etc (there are lots of characters from different backgrounds as well, and most have semi-Australian accent mixed with where they are from, but some do not - it is hard to find good voices as most are American and it is very much NOT an american story - something that I'm very into making sure that my characters and story isn't American and isn't adjusted to be easier for US default ism). so im just going to go over some common voice actors / descriptions and say "they're kinda like this" and give some mannerisms I use in the text! Emily: soft, very shy voice but has some confidence. so thinking characters like Glimmer from Shera or Horse from Centaurworld. Generally speaks with full words and doesn't like to shorten words. Katrina: Talks very fast, in short spurts and rambles easily. Vi from Arcane could work but not quite? She's really hard. I was inspired a lot by Peril from WOF when writing her so probably similar to Peril HCs. Jasper: Soft, kind male protagonist archetype with his voice. Thinking of how people might hc Clay from WOF or Alderheart from Warrior Cats. Hayden: Hayden's very much a typical "angsty" male protag type. So any characters that are similar to that kind of voice (think Zuko, Flame & Winter from WOF, and characters like that). Talks very fast. Hyeon: Hyeon's the character I very explicitly describe their voice multiple times. Its very raspy and almost dragon like as they can't shift between forms properly, so their voice is kind of "stuck". They don't speak much and when they do it sounds more formal than you'd expect. Other side characters that I have some info on:

Roxanne: Any character that's associated with Queen Scarlet from wof is kind of almost there? Also Marina (the music artist) as a lot of her songs are Roxanne's theme songs and I made her while listening to a lot of that kind of music. Very sly, very controlled voice. She doesn't lose her composure often so Sen: I havent' posted much stuff on her here yet but she defs has a very typical soft motherly voice, an actual nice mother who cares deeply for others.she would have a fairly heavy South Indian accent as she grew up there then moved to Australia.

also as a side note, the characters in SOS would probably have heavier australian accents than modern australian accents due to that the timeline of sos diverts in 2000, so less american tv and culture could influence accents.

A fairly chaotic analysis(ish) if you will. Posting it because they said they wanted to read it and I am in fact, madly in love with them so, as they wish. Pt 1. Because they are constantly on my mind and I will inevitably see a character and go "it's them <33" in a loving tone again.

Again obvious. Also with how hard they kin this turtle, obviously he reminds me of them.

Charming and use humor as a coping mechanism? Check.

And this may just be a headcannon on my part but I feel like Leonardo Hamato is really good at hiding he has a crush on someone/dropping hints. My partner was so good at hiding their crush on me there was a point in time I thought they didn't like me at all and liked someone else entirely. I also missed all the hints given to me. They also dropped a lot of hints and once even asked me out jokingly while we were mutually pining after each other by asking if the next hangout would be a date and I thought about replying with "it can be whatever you want it to be" but was scared of misreading the situation and changed the subject to a random item on the shelf. I'm incredibly emotionally dense.

A good leader too. They legitimately always seem like they know what to do which is great considering I never know what's going on.

Also they are so creative in their plans. We once had a date where we got blankets and squishmellos before cuddling. It was awesome!

Funny and witty too? I can't possibly ask for anything else.

Ah yes. A doctor. What are doctors good at? Exactly, science. You know what this doctor in particular can also do? Sing and play guitar. You know who else does that? Yeah, my point exactly.

Good at identifying tells and keeping a straight face.

Also really good at de-escalating anxiety, which we all know Nico has to have at this point and Will knows how to help. The way this applies to my partner happens a lot when we're holding hands. For example, we had an assembly and we're holding hands. For reference I don't do well in those situations anxiety wise as a general rule of thumb. They started to squeeze my hand in sets of three which I mimicked it was quite grounding.

Also they're so accepting. They liked me before I came out as a Trans according to the two year timeframe they've given me and they still liked me after?? I also told them I was feeling dysphoric and they said something along the lines of "why? You're literally a man." That kept me going for a month. I still remember it randomly and end up smiling like a doofus for the next hour or so.

Entrapta - Shera PoP

Another mad scientist. I'm detecting a theme. She likes small things and I am small actually 5'2 at my age, in this economy awful therefore my partner likes small things. Flawless logic I know. *multiple tiny bows*

Otherwise similarly to Donnie, Entrapta is very smart. But Entrapta is also not so smart sometimes. Specifically, in social cues. For example a way this relates to my partner is knowing when a vague(ish) comment is about them. I once told them someone I liked told me I was attractive in makeup, it was them, literally the night before. They went "oh." Looking quite confused and a little concerned. I told them they were the said person in response.

Cute mannerisms. For example talking with their hands. Adorable.

Entrapta is really into space and science, you know who else is into space and science? The love of my life, correct.

Entrapta has pretty hair. Without even trying. YOU KNOW WHO ELSE HAS PRETTY HAIR WITHOUT HAVING TO TRY? Exactly.

You know that cute face Entrapta has when she gets to talk about her inventions and sciences? Have you ever seen that on a real person? I have. Yes it is as adorable as you would think. Yes it is also a reason why I hype up all of their ideas and hyperfixations. No I won't stop actually.

Double Trouble- Shera Pop

Okay hear me out. Hear me out.

They're both hot actors.

They both can sing as well. The full package I literally am so lucky.

Also Double Trouble is tall and attractive. You know who else is tall and attractive? Yeah. Exactly.

Street smarts, they both got 'em. I don't know how to handle a strange man with a cardboard sign preaching to me while walking to a maverick, but they do and I think that's amazing.

Also that sarcasm/lying, like during game night when they were bluffing or covering for my very poor bluffing. I can't lie for shit. Something to see honestly. Their tone during is so endearing and attractive?? I don't think you understand. I can't comprehend how someone can sound so charming while dishing out lies and sarcasm. It legit had me swooning. If they were cast as a villain in anything I think I'd explode actually.

Spop HC: Seahawk gets absolutely no backstory other than him mentioning “where (he’s) from,” He has odd gender-stereotyping tendencies that no one else on the Etheria seems to have, and we have no idea what happened to “his crew” assuming they aren’t part of the myriad of people we see whom he has pissed off over the years.

In conclusion, Seahawk, like Hordak, was randomly pulled through one of the portals Lighthope briefly opened while searching for a First Ones progeny and is absolutely an alien from the wider universe. However, he’s so used to weird shit happening to him (whether he causes it or not) that he just kinda went with it like “welp, guess I’m here now,” and has never mentioned it to anyone.
