#watched the first two movies with her and then she was angry when i told her we still need to wait for the third #and also while shes more into characters like rin she thinks her character lacks a lot of emotional conflict and sakura is better developed #her words not mine #shes seen ubw and i had to explain that rins true emotional developement lies with sakuras and while theres still stuff to tackle in the #last movie obviously there wont be enough time to go as deeply into their issues as they deserve #also not even the vn did sakuras and rins conflicts full justice #also i couldnt stop myself from telling her what a bitch rin is in the game towards sakura which the movies gloss over mostly #its kind of a shame imo but i also think nasu took it too far in the vn at some point #so i kinda get the movie not keeping that part of rins character in #anyway she really loves how gruesome the movies are in comparison to the ubw anime. big mood
