Okay so last night I found out about a thing called shifting because I was looking for music for my side blog. I wanted Danganronpa music at first, so I looked up “relaxing Danganronpa music” hoping there was like a music box song or something. Instead I found a video with music from the game…to help you shift into the Danganronpa reality.
Immediately I was like “oh, is this what the kinning community mean by shifting? I’ll check it out” so I did. It was kinda boring, but I found another video of a subliminal by Celestial Subliminals or whatever to help you shift, so I listened for about 3 minutes before feeling a sense of uneasiness and immediatley shut it off. Subliminals are NOT new to me, I used to use them constantly in 2017-2018, so when I felt that uneasiness I knew to get away from it, and I was right because according to the community it’s a very bad channel.
Anywho, so I spent the next 3-4 hours on TikTok, Tumblr and Instagram learning about shifting. I learned about shifting, scripting, clones, how all of it works in the brain, respawning (NOT a good thing) and more. After researching I really wanted to try it.
So when I was falling asleep I didn’t use any particular method, I just added a bunch of methods together in a way. But it got me thinking, how does one lay completely still with stims and/or tics? I kept trying to stim and I hadn’t realized just how much I stimmed at night when trying to sleep until that moment.
I laid there completely still without moving (until I moved) and counted to 20, then started repeating “I am” over and over, and then started thinking about my DR (desired reality). My DR that I randomly thought of to start off with was the My Little Pony world, but human and involving me being best friends with Fluttershy.
Eventually I fell asleep. I did have really weird dreams that I can’t remember but I don’t think any shifting occurred. It was half lucid, so I was able to kind of think for myself, which is pretty rare for me, but it was definitely just dreaming. None of my dreams had to do with MLP.
I kept waking up throughout the night with a really sore and aching body. My legs are still sore at the moment, so I’m not sure what that was about. I also woke up at one point with a really loud, high pitched ringing in my left ear. That’s pretty normal for me, but not when I just wake up, and apparently one of the “symptoms” of an almost shift is ear ringing. So I think I may have actually gotten somewhat close on my very first try.
I’ll probably try some more, but I’m going to script first, 1 for shifting purposes and 2 for fun. Scripting is writing out exactly how you want your desired reality to be and your DR self to be/look.
Any tips/thoughts are appreciatied!
Ever wonder why so many people fall out of love with their business? Or their job? Or their career?

You started something because of something you DIDN’T want. But eventually, that motivation will only go so far.
Think of it like this…
You can hit the gas running while looking in the rearview mirror shaking the dust of what you DON’T want for only so long.
You can’t drive forward for the long-term while looking in the rearview mirror.
You’ll crash.
And so many do.
From burnout.
Overwhelm.
Self-sabotage.
Eventually, at some point, you have to shift your motivation strategy to look ahead - at the vision to where you’re going.
And, ideally…
What you are driving toward.
Living FOR something instead of just living AGAINST something else.
This is where love, hope, vision, pleasure, possibility, and your potential await.
You just have to know how to affix your gaze as a leader, in the right direction.
Are you facing TOWARD what you want?
Or are you driving forward, looking in the rearview mirror, at what you DON’T want?
You decide.
One is motivated by fear, anger, rage, guilt, shame.
All of those can be POWERFUL motivators. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with them.
But they are short-term. And short-lived.
The other is from joy, happiness, acceptance, love, peace, and pleasure.
In order to have longevity and sustainability in your business or career, you MUST be able to shift your gaze to the vision, to what makes YOU happy, to what brings YOU pleasure…and then serve from there.
And there’s no better way to tap into what brings you pleasure than to discover pleasure in your body.

i’ve been trying to shift for like three months! and haven’t yet! i’m losing motivation. And i feel like i’m never going to shift. i’ve been trying the raven method and sticking to it. but I have tried other methods and even mixed them together! after doing the raven method I fall asleep but I do Not wake up in my dr. idk what i’m doing wrong though! I don’t script, maybe that’s the issue but I heard you don’t need to. and frankley I just use affirmations and visualize where i’m going and who i’m going to be around. scripting sounds like a nightmare! also my bf found my script which I did on my phone on my notes and he confronted me about it….. he was mad and telling me i’m in love with anime characters and not him lol. also quoting things from my script on how I wanted to look in my dr. it was hella embarrassing and low key rude. invading my space like that. so I got self conscious and embarrassed about it and deleted it. anyways does anyone have any tips for me please!
