What ways do you know to set the intention for shifting?
I made a post on how I personally set intention, so if you want you can apply what’s written there to shifting.
You can do other easy though, through emotions or robotic affirming, or other ways. For the two I mentioned I’m gonna do examples.
First, putting intention through emotions. What I do is choose an emotion I know well and use it to affirm. For example, I take the feeling of frustration, start to feel it overcome and use it to affirm. Emotions are fuel to intention, any emotion can work if it’s strong enough. For the example I made, I would affirm while feeling frustrated, saying cringe edgy stuff like “i’m shifting to my dr tonight, for fucks sake! i don’t accept any other reality, okay? i’m just gonna fucking shift there and nowhere else”. That way you’re just boosting your intention.
While for robotic affirming, what I do is simply put a timer of 10 minutes before going to sleep, and I’m gonna affirm “I always wake up in my dr” on repeat and then I will simply fall asleep.

GUYS I JUST FIGURED OUT INTENTION. LIKE ACTUALLY.
Every time I've tried to set intention, it's always been a "failure." It's super annoying, but I was like "what am I doing wrong?
I KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG.
Every time I've tried to shift, it's always been without actual intention. I was repeating words, but not their meanings.
What is shifting to you?
It doesn't matter why your shifting, but the emotions and thought process does. When you wake up in your DR, what will you feel? Not physically, but emotionally.
THAT IS WHAT GIVES YOUR INTENTION, YOUR WILL TO SHIFT. THAT ALONE CAN, AND WILL SHIFT YOU.
To set intention, you feel the weight of your words. Ask yourself, what do you emotionally feel about shifting? That emotion you feel, right now, in that universe, is enough to shift you. When you lay down, and close your eyes, no matter the method, when you shift, you have to think about the emotional impact you'll have waking up on your DR bed or area. Think about the feeling of your environment. How happy you'll be to feel that one thing there. And once you feel that happiness, that excitement, affirm. "I am shifting." Or, if it pleases you, say "i have already shifted." And you wanna know why that shifts you? Because your emotions are your intentions.
THIS CAN BE SAID ABOUT LITERALLY ANYTHING. TO MY CLUELESS INTENTION SHIFTERS/MANIFESTORS/LOA, KNOW YOUR INTENTION IS JUST YOUR EMOTIONS PUT INTO PRESENT TENSE.

Yall can shift however the fuck you want. If you wanna breakdance and do cartwheels before you shift or while you try to shift GO AHEAD. If you have doubts or "blockages" you can still shift! Cause guess what? There's no such thing as a blockage!
Now I used to be skeptical of the whole "there's no such thing as a blockage" thing. Because I thought to myself "but I have ____ mindset, so I can't shift. That's a blockage" WRONG the only "blockage" there was was ME.
What I'm saying is if shifting blockages were real there would only be one and that's YOU. The only thing "holding you back" from shifting is you, and even then that's not really true. You can shift without even knowing was shifting is.
Basically what I'm saying is, JUST SHIFT IT AINT THAT HARD YALL NOTHING'S HOLDING YOU BACK AND NOTHING CAN! YOU CAN DO IT I BELIEVE IN YOU 💗💗💗

1) When you shift you aren’t ‘going’ anywhere. You’re already in your DR, just need to become aware of it
2) blockages aren’t ‘real’ yes maybe you're having doubts but that doesn't change anything. you can shift just as easily with doubts and ‘blockages’.
3) using subliminals, methods, motivation etc. isn't going to make you shift. only you can make yourself shift.
4) shifting isn't easy. shifting is not as easy as breathing, its as simple as shifting. Stop over complicating it and just believe in yourself.

🍎 MOMENTS BEFORE 🍎
🔆 I am telling you this time was very different from the first time for one very very important reason: I didn‘t fucking try to shift. Last time I was actively trying methods and visualizations, I actively tried to keep me in the right mindset and I don‘t want to say I was forcing it, but I was definitely concentrating on shifting. 🔆 Ever since I started embodying the energy/the mindset I was describing in this exact post, I never even methodically tried to initiate shifting. All I ever did was rely on the universe to basically let me meet my DR as soon as it deemed me ready for it. 🔆 However I was following a certain routine for the last week when it came to shifting and I suppose that was very crucial. Each night before falling asleep I would take my melatonin spray and I would very consciously and with clear intent say with each spray I took: „This is my shifting spray, and now I will shift tonight.“ I always take like 4 sprays and then I would lay down to sleep and just imagine one certain scenario tied to my DR and nothing else. I wasn’t even actively trying to feel every emotion, or sensation like I used to do it when I attempted shifting, I was just playing the scene over in my head and basically just enjoyed the moment for myself. 🔆 Last night tho, I did not take any melatonin and I didn’t even imagine my little scene because i laid down to sleep so late at night I actually forgot to try basically. But since I was so used to my routine and this was so imbedded into my brain my subconscious was very aware of my shifting-intent. Since I was not actively trying to shift, I was not monitoring any feelings or signs or symptoms and everything just happened naturally which is the key here. I did mention in this old ass post, that when you are too aware of you shifting you basically sabotage yourself and keep yourself from shifting.
🍎 THE MOMENT 🍎
🔆 I distinctively remember how I was in the middle of falling asleep, and suddenly I felt like I was floating. And when I say suddenly I mean from one second to the other I suddenly felt like there was no mattress under me anymore, and I was just flying around in the fucking universe or something. 🔆 even if I didn‘t open my eyes somehow everything I saw was a white light swallowing me and everything around me was white 🔆 As weird as this may sound now but I was very aware of the fact that I was between realities in that moment and that I was basically swirling round the universe in order to land in my DR. 🔆 In my imagination my DR-Day starts with me waking up on a bed, because I am in a luxurious hotel in Bali and it‘s my wedding weekend (I‘m having a How-I-met-your-mother-season-9-kind-of-DR) . I always had a very specific hotel room in mind when visualizing me waking up. And even if I wasn’t really conscious of anything I just know I was swirling around trying to do a front flip onto that damn DR-Bed in order to land there. 🔆 I know how fucking idiotic that sounds but you guys need to understand that I am just that weird sometimes, that it is really like me to front flip into a different reality😭
🔆✨ the most interesting part about all of this, is that just like last time where I was feeling myself getting pulled into a different reality, I was able to physically feel all of my flips, just like when you go on a roller coaster and that fucker is turning you upside down a lot and you are starting to get sick. I could literally feel my stomach turning upside down.
🔆✨ before any shifting denying people want to comment on my post that I have psychosis again: I am a legal adult that has lived two decades, I can very much distinct between a dream and physical sensation, I have encountered enough situations in my life that allow me to make a pretty spot on differentiation here. I fucking know I was not dreaming.
🔆 I fucked up a little when I started becoming too aware of what I was doing and accidentally grounded myself in the CR again (like last time goddamn it)
🍎 ADVICES ?🍎
➡️ 📜 ⬅️ this ancient advice is going to be the best one I can give you. (dare to click that old ass looking paper emoji) Trying to control how all of this goes down, will only drive you insane I promise. Just like the last time, I shifted when I wasn‘t actively in my shifting-mindset. Last time I called that a Mini-shift because well I didn‘t end up really spending time in that other reality but this time I am confident enough to say I shifted. I was experiencing exactly what has proven me again that shifting is not only real, but that it is definitely a feeling you have to get used to.
I am so excited that after my nearly year long shifting break I am not only back, but evidently on the right track and stronger than ever

nea’s method. how i shift.
hello. i’ll be doing something different tonight, something that made me shift in the past. this worked for me so it might not work for you, but you already know this.
i decided on another reality to shift to only for this night because i’ve seen that getting too attached to a dr is only gonna take me back sometimes and make it forced. in the past i shifted to spiderman, fantasy dr and hotel transylvania with this method, so why not try it again?
basically, i just choose a reality to shift to, one that i’m not too attached to but still am interested to visit, could be even one that you’re “creating” at the moment. i don’t care if i have a script or not, actually for this new dr i haven’t made a script (just wanna go raw lol).
what i do afterwards is do my usual routine that doesn’t necessarily be about shifting, so i could just shower, eat well, and do breathing exercises. then, before going to sleep, i put on an asmr or ambience that reminds me of the reality i’m shifting to. and finally i would just fall asleep to that, so that it’s the last thing my mind thought about before sleeping, something similar to SATs, but not quite.
you can also visualise and do affirmations, but i shifted doing nothing and just watching the video, so i really just have to fall asleep to it as i used this only as a sleep method, idk if it would work as an awake method too (i mean of course it could work, it all depends on your assumptions).

about my new desired reality, if you’re ever curious, i got the inspiration from an asmr that i’m watching lately. it was very interesting to me because i usually only like older ambiences and realities, or even just present, but future? what even is that. so i was like, you know what, imma try it. i am a limitless being who can shift anywhere so why not try everything? so that’s what i’m doing tonight. no script, no idea where i’m going exactly, but i’m excited that’s what i can say for sure.

The Alice In Wonderland Shifting Method.
To summarize, here are the 5 steps of the Alice in Wonderland method: Lie down on your bed and imagine yourself lying beneath a tree. Recite shifting affirmations until you notice any symptoms. Imagine someone approaching you from your DR, then get up and go after them.
The Raven Shifting Method.
You basically lie down on your back in a starfish position and begin counting to a hundred while saying affirmations like “I am shifting,” “I will shift,” and so on.
The Pillow Shifting Method.
Write down affirmations and where you want to shift on paper or on google docs (you can also put your script under your pillow as well) Put the paper or device with the affirmations on it under your pillow.Go to sleep while visualizing your dr (desired reality)
The Piano Shifting Method.
The Piano Method is a really popular shifting method created by Amino user Cassie. It entails visualizing yourself playing the piano and then walking through a door that leads you to your desired reality.
The Mirror Shifting Method.
Imagine yourself alone in a room,Imagine you’re heading towards the mirror slowly.The ‘You’ you see in the mirror is your ideal being which you always want to be.Put your hands on the mirror. Your superior being put hands on yours.Emerge into eachother.
The Heartbeat Shifting Method.
The Heartbeat method for shifting realities involves listening to a heartbeat sound, visualizing that you are sleeping on someone's chest, whilst repeating affirmations until you have shifted to your desired reality
The Estelle Shifting Method.
Put on a song or playlist that reminds you of your DR,Lay down and visualize your DR and say affirmations.
The Julia Shifting Method.
With the Julia method, you need to start writing a script followed by a few minutes of meditation. Next, you should recite affirmations that relate to your DR. Once, you are done with the first step start counting to 100 and repeat affirmations that define your identity in your next destination. And for the final step, visualize what you want to later open your eyes to your desired life.
The Rope Shifting Method.
The Rope method for shifting realities is one of the most basic reality shifting methods, and many shifters have used it to shift to their desired reality. It entails meditating for 5-10 minutes and visualizing your subconscious being dragged from your body by a rope.
The Tea Party Shifting Method.
For the tea party method, you should begin by meditating and then visualizing yourself having a cup of tea with your DR version as you lie in bed. After finishing your tea bid your other version farewell and imagine you two becoming one. Once, you are awake you are expected to open your eyes to your DR.
The Cloud Shifting Method.
Begin your shifting by drawing your attention toward your breathing. Next, imagine your DR in the sky and specifically on clouds. Continue visualizing your DR until your current reality and your desired reality come together to become one.
The Tv Shifting Method.
Imagine yourself sitting on the couch in front of the TV. As you switch channels to find the right one, all of a sudden you should come across a channel that broadcasts your DR. At this moment, the TV screen will be your portal to your DR, but remember that you need to say affirmations to make your transition easier.
The Ballroom Shifting Method.
If you are looking for shifting methods similar to the Estelle technique, the ballroom method is the one for you. First, let your body loose as you listen to your favorite songs. Next, imagine yourself dancing with a specific someone to those songs as you keep an eye on each of their reactions. The moment you stop visualizing; your dance partner will ask you to follow him/her to the other end of a staircase with 100 steps. With each step, you need to repeat one of your affirmations.
The Train Shifting Method.
Imagine yourself on a train ride as you stick your head out of the window of the train. While you are gazing at the outside visualize scenes of your DR passing you by. Make sure that these scenes are accompanied by your desired affirmations. Once, the train stops running and you arrive at your destination, it means that you’ve made it to your DR.
The Staircase Shifting Method.
When practicing the staircase method, you should imagine yourself in front of a staircase at the end of which is your DR. As you take each step on the staircase repeat the necessary affirmations for shifting and when you get to the end of the stairs, you are supposed to come across a light, which will be your door to your desired world.
The Swirly Eye Shifting Method.
For the swirly-eye shifting method, relax on your bed and start counting to 1000. As you continue to count take some time to rub your eyes gently. At some point, you should start seeing a line, which would take you to your DR. Make sure you start saying shifting affirmations and visualizing when you begin to see that line. You are supposed to wake up to your DR by the end of this practice.
The River Shifting Method.
Choose a spot to relax and begin to count to 100. While counting shift your focus to your breathing and imagine yourself next to a river. In this river, you should see a reflection of your DR with the help of your visualization skills. When the time is right, try to dive into that reality.
The Elevator Shifting Method.
The elevator method is about visualizing yourself in an elevator, which keeps on ascending until you choose to make it stop. As it goes up, you are supposed to feel a rush of energy going through your body, which gets more and more intense as you head up. The moment you feel like you are full of energy that is when you need to stop the elevator and enter your DR. This method usually ends with you waking up in your desired state.
The Eleven Shifting Method. (Stranger things)
Inspired by a fan-favorite TV show “Stranger Things” and its main lead character “Eleven”, this method begins with you going blindfold at the start of shifting. For the second step, you need to relax by listening to Subliminals. Here, you should start feeling like your desired self as your current reality starts to vanish. To make sure that your shifting is working out, you are supposed to feel an aura of energy taking over your body.
The Sunni Shifting Method.
First, relax your body and mind by laying down in a comfortable position. Then, start visualizing your DR in every possible detail. To practice the Sunni method, you should be a person with a very strong imagination. Activate all of your 5 senses, when imagining things. Next, focus on saying the required affirmations until you begin to feel the shifting symptoms. If your practice was successful, you should open your eyes to your DR by the end.
The Hug Shifting Method.
If you are longing for someone, the hug-shifting method is the one for you. Start by laying down on your back and closing your eyes while imagining waking up in a room. After a few minutes of being in that place, your desired person should walk into the room as you hug them. Imagine spending a whole day together and later saying goodbye by hugging and telling them that you’ll see each other soon. When you are done, start saying affirmations before bed and sleep.  The success of this method will be determined once, you wake up to your DR.
The Valentino Shifting Method.
If you want to spend time with a specific someone, you’d surely love the Valentino method. First, you need to write a letter to that person followed by a script. Then, say shifting methods affirmations before closing your eyes. For the next step, visualize a room and open your eyes when you are ready for your DR or you can fall asleep and be in your desired state when you wake up.
The Intent Shifting Method.
With the intent method, you have to be ready for hitting the sack for the shifting technique to work! Right before falling asleep, get comfy in your bed and start imagining yourself in your intended reality. Once, you feel like you are about to sleep, tell yourself that you wish to open your eyes to your DR. The next time you wake up, you should be in your desired reality.
The Coraline Shifting Method.
If you have watched the “Coraline” animated movie or you’ve read the book, you’ll know how to perfect this method. First, you need to relax on your bed then, start imagining a key by your bedside. This key will open the door behind which there is a tunnel. After going through that tunnel you can open your eyes to your DR.
The Double Staircase Method.
In the double staircase method, you will imagine yourself taking the steps to find a mirror at the end of the staircase. Then, after you finish observing yourself in the mirror, you will turn back and find a door, which will take you to another staircase. At the end of the second staircase, there will be one person from your DR asking you to go through the door, which resides at the end.

Dissociation will not help you shift it'll only make you struggle.

This may be controversial. I normally say that what matters most is what you personally believe but this can genuinely negatively impact your mental health. Encouraging this can genuinely ruin lives.
Trying to worsen your dissociation or depersonalization is just plain self destructive. It will hurt you and your mental health.
Dissociation will kill any motivation you have for shifting and failed attempts will slowly hit harder and harder. You'll feel empty. You'll think of your DR and feel nothing but apathy because you can feel nothing at all.
Dissociation is not pretty or beneficial don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I know from personal experience.
As you lose your ability to ground yourself and feel your feelings you will also lose your ability to do so with your DR. It will be so much harder to connect with it while you're in this reality. If you are unable to connect with what's in front of you how will you connect to something that you can't yet see?
How will you connect to a version of yourself you haven't yet met if you can't connect with the body you are already in?
Dissociation will ruin your realtionships, it'll cause you to self sabotage, you slowly lose yourself. Encouraging dissociation is so so incredibly dangerous.
You are not tethered or tied to this reality. You are not stuck here. Just like any other reality. No galaxy can contain you.
You do not need to disconnect yourself from this reality it ALREADY has no hold over you. You are infinite and so much more powerful than you know. The goal in any reality is to care for yourself and grow as a person, not to become a shell of yourself.
I can tell you from personal experience grounding yourself will make you connect to your DR more. You'll feel your feelings for your comfort characters stronger, you'll feel hope and excitement, you'll be an active participant in your shifting journey. Ground yourself.

How do I get rid of shifting doubts?
I manifested my way out of shifting doubts, and I actually used some aimless logic and proof from history and literature.
A great example is Dante Alighieri, an Italian writer of the 1200s and 1300s. Which is famous for Dante's inferno, purgatory, and paradise. I love to think that he wrote about his shift without knowing what it was.
So to answer your question and avoid shifting doubts, you have to be sassy with your own brain and simply stop the doubts.
Pratical example: "I'm trying, but shifting sounds so stup-No, it is not stupid because there is proof of it, and I am totally capable of doing it. There is no reason for me not to bellow otherwise."

I SHIFTED FOR THE FIRST TIME !!!!  (as detailed as a shifting blogger can be but scroll down for the juicy part)
Hi, Hello, my beautiful beautiful readers! It's your favorite blogger Evie again and I don't know where to begin 😭 You've read the title so you know damn well what this post is about, and I am freaking over the moon to say it finally happened!
"So how did you shift?" Is most likely your very first question, and I promise I will answer it, but not without giving you full context on what led up to this magical event (or just scroll down in case only the shifting part concerns you)
so as I mentioned in my last post I had been in this state of not putting any effort into my shifting attempts anymore and basically treating shifting like any other of my manifestations: that it will happen on its own, if I simply want to.
⇣the post in question in case you're interested⇣
"Did it work?", you may be wondering. It did not. It might work for other people, because some points I made in that post still apply to me, but the idea of just counting on it to happen on its own didn't really work in my case. This being said, just because it didn't work for me, doesn't mean it can't work for you, and if you are an advanced manifestor who has complete trust in the law, this mindset might even be yours to apply.
Ever since I posted this, some days went by and my typical shifting-cycle repeated. I didn't shift after being so confident I would, and then the realization hit hard and I became severely demotivated. I even told my shifting bestie I was about to give up and lucky for me she motivated me and gave me back my faith. Speaking of faith: I had been noticing that certain angel numbers kept reoccurring in my life. The numbers being 1237 and 119. These numbers seem random, but 12:37 is the time my niece was born and 11th of September is my birthday. (yes I was born on 9/11, no not in the year that it happened, but two years later which is basically irrelevant information but it's a little fun fact about me.) I always thought the universe was showing me my birthday, up until I googled both of these numbers and realized they both mean something among the lines of "keep faith and trust in the universe". And lucky for you I did.

Then on Monday I had a doctors appointment, and being bored in the waiting room I opened Tumblr. My feed was full of law of assumption content and I actually took the time and read through them all, and I reposted the ones I felt like gave me a lot of insight. Now to the freaking craziest part of all of this. (okay not true but it sure meant the world to me). I wake up in Tuesday and see that THE @astra-nomy reposted my post about the newest shifting tip I had found, and not only that, my comfort-shifter @multiversebaddie not only liked one of my posts, BUT FOLLOWED ME BACK. All in the same night and even right after another. CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT THAT DID TO ME????? I was like no, nope you guys, I can't not shift if my favourite shifting and loa bloggers fucking found out I existed. (APHRODITE FOLLOWS ME I CANT COMPREHEND THAT). Plus @lavender--fairy commented on the post mentioned earlier, and her post that I reblogged, was the one who actually gave me the key to shifting. Hell yes. I mean I knew what I needed to know from other bloggers anyway, but her post actually brought me back to the correct mindset.
✧THE ACTUAL SHIFTING EXPERIENCE AKA THE REASON YOU ARE READING THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE✧
so now it is Wednesday. I never really talked about what DR I am shifting to, and I mentioned it somewhere on an old ass post but to put it as briefly as I can: my DR contains a certain group of YouTubers, and I am shifting so I can be friends with them. Now they post videos on Wednesdays and due to the time difference I get to watch them at 11:30 pm, so basically right before going to bed. I went and grabbed a quick shower and then I laid in bed and started doing what I was always doing: affirming. But due to me being me this quickly turned into overthinking and overcomplicating EVERYTHING which is why I stopped, went back on TikTok to clear my thoughts a little and then returned to my attempt.
✨ THE METHOD ✨
☞ I laid in a position most comfortable to me and I started imagining myself in my DR making myself ready for bed. In my head I reminded myself of the thing that I was able to remember due to @lavender--fairy 's post: The 4D is the real reality, and the 3D is only the translation of your inner thoughts. meaning: if I can visualize it, I am already IN it.
☞ Along with me imagining my DR-me doing what I did, I always reminded myself (affirming if you will) that if I can imagine it, I am in it. I purposely chose the Visualization of me doing things I was already doing in my CR day-to-day because you can feel the moment so much better and ground yourself in that reality way easier than imagining me climbing a mountain since I never did that.
☞ I was making myself aware over and over again, that the imagination is the real reality and that if I can imagine it, I am in it. For as long as I was trying to fall asleep. I even moved and rearranged my position constantly, imagining that I was my DR-me doing the same thing. I really just emerged myself in that visualization and started feeling what ever I did, because essentially that's how manifestation works. You don't need to worry about the 3D, and you don't have to feel like you're lacking something. You imagined it in the 4D, so you already did it silly!
☞ In combination to that I never forced myself to stay focused on my DR. Because as mentioned in this post below, you are supposed to let you mind do its own thing in a way, because you can't shift If you are too aware of what you are trying to do.
✨ THE MOMENT ✨
I found myself in this weird state between falling asleep and still being conscious enough to see and understand what you are envisioning. So I was technically awake while it happened. I didn't visualize my DR anymore, instead my mind went into a completely different direction and I saw myself buying milk with Harry Styles. No I did not even script him into my DR, this was just my brain doing brain things. Nonetheless I was still affirming that if I can see it, I am in it, and suddenly I felt myself getting pulled. I heard a little whooshing sound and I literally zoomed out of my body. I was standing in a dark corridor and I could see an open door in the distance with a little something happening in the room it was leading to but I was too far away to see what was happening. Suddenly the corridor started spinning and I felt myself getting pulled into a whole different door. I gained consciousness in this unknown room, but I couldn't tell where I was, or what I was seeing, because it was just dark in there and my eyes had no chance of adjusting quickly enough. I panicked and before I could even comprehend it, I knew I set the intention to shift back to my CR. I got pulled back into this mysterious corridor and shoved into another door by some weird energy and I opened my eyes back in the CR. I know it wasn't a dream because this whole zooming out, the mysterious energy sending me from door to door and the random dark room felt way too physical for it to be a dream. I could literally feel myself in this corridor as only a "being" of some sort, but definitely not as a human with a physical form. From the many success stories I have read regarding shifting realities, I have noticed that many shifters do not reach their desired reality on their first try. Almost every shifter that has talked about shifting mentioned that their first shift was weird and to a strange, undefined reality. (@multiversebaddie shifted to a random ass classroom for example)
✨ ADVICE TO TAKE AWAY FROM THIS EXPERIENCE ✨
I believe I shifted when I did, because my mind was in this gloomy state between conscious and unconscious, which ultimately made me believe myself on the spot when I told myself the affirmations I mentioned earlier. I did not doubt them and that's probably why the void state is such a powerful state to be in, because even if I wasn't, I imagine it to be very similar to this.
Another thing, that won't hurt you is educating yourself on the law of assumption. I know it helped me a lot and I believe that people who struggle with shifting, would benefit if they understood the way manifestation worked because ultimately manifestation and shifting is the same thing.
