Just heard shifttok moving to tumblr cus tiktok got banned in the US and I'm just making sure you guys understand that shiftblr is miles different from shifttok okay.
No one here is interested in drama. No one here CARES about drama, and we pretty much just mind our own business if we aren't sending useful and encouraging posts to each other and the community. And here's an important one.
If someone makes a post saying they believe in a certain thing that you dont, you leave them alone and scroll. You don't go trying to make debates in their comments and asks or try harassing them in their dms just because they do things differently to you. Just leave them alone.
Shiftblr is a peaceful place and there is no reason for there to be heated debates everywhere just because someone shifted to a reality where they are a different race. Please just leave them alone.

# — the house would be somewhere in a quiet forest where it’d just be us two, it’d probably rain a lot which is totally okay because i don’t mind cloudy or rainy weather it honestly calms me.
# — there would be a small town like 25-30 minutes away from our calm house so if we ever needed any food or anything we wouldn’t have to grow our own crops im sorry but i’m not down for killing chickens i can’t do it..

ngl as much as I love my ATLA and MCU DRs, sometimes I think I shouldn’t shift there, or should at least shift to a very different version/AU, because whenever I watch a movie or TV scene that is particularly violent, it reminds me of the violence I might encounter in those DRs, that it’s going to be just as real, and I might not want to actually experience that.
Anyone else have this dilemma? I don’t want to script “boring DRs”, but I also know myself and that I’m a very anxious person who probably would not thrive in those environments. I don’t personally believe scripts are foolproof, like scripting “I never get injured or hurt or traumatized, etc”, so that’s kinda out. Sooo kinda tricky situation lol
My focus is kind of my WR anyway, so I can decide where to shift once I’m there, but I’m curious what u guys think.

whenever i get sad or anxious about shifting i always think of the phrase “shifting found you for a reason” and how it happened.
i think it’s a common belief that mothers always know better about the location of items and i was never someone who could find things on the first try. i once asked my mom about where an item i needed was and she told me “on the kitchen counter, right in front of you” from the other room. and i swear that it wasn’t on that goddamn counter because i looked, okay?
so i walked over to the living room where she was, told her it wasn’t there and when we both walked back to the kitchen?
poof, there it was.
i came up with the theory that as we walked back to the kitchen together we switched to some alternate reality where the thing was actually on the counter.
about two weeks later, i found out about shifting.

shifttok is so obsessed with rationalizing shifting. literally everything they say is trying to justify why they didnt shift.
"i didnt shift last night because i just said affirmations and went to sleep" BITCH. people do that ALL THE TIME and they DO shift
"i didnt shift because i put my dr on a pedestal" people put their dream colleges on a pedestal. THEY STILL GO TO THOSE COLLEGES make it make sense
"i didnt shift because blah blah blah" bro.. you didnt shift because you're imposing these rules upon yourself that didnt exist in the first place.
think about it. you're jogging on a clear path at a nice pace, you know that you're gonna get to your destination soon. SUDDENLY you start putting down hurdles you have to jump over and holes that you have to avoid. does that make sense to you?
you can shift. everybody can shift. i spent literally 4 years trying to figure out how to shift when i already knew. fucking take a breather and just do what feels right.
the first time i shifted i turned on a sub and went to sleep. no affirmations, no method.
"i dont like doing affirmations, i get distracted." then dont! no one said u needed to
"i have trouble focusing on my method and i keep wandering off" then do that! just let go
you will shift because thats just what happens. this isnt some superpower. instead of searching for the key, realize that you are the key.

all the times i shifted, i 100% believed i was there. and it’s tricky to do bc you always feel you’re gaslighting yourself to some degree.
but i found it helps if you say “no matter what i feel, hear, or see, im in my dr” and ignore your cr.
you don’t even have to feel your bedsheets or anything from your dr. feel the change in energy. like how you’d feel if you changed rooms with a blindfold on. the physical sensations are the same - but energetically it feels different.

BUNNIES
— all bunnies and rabbits can be in bodies of water without going into shock and dying just like dogs
— bunnies and rabbits are not hunted down as prey by animals or by humans
— MY bunnies are immune to any kinds of infections, diseases, and their bones are strong, not fragile
— My bunnies can't go missing or be stolen
— My bunnies can consume any kinds of food; they are immune to choking or getting food poisoning
— My bunnies can't be harmed in anyway possible. Even falling from high surfaces (god forbid they do) will not cause them any harm or break anything because they are flexible and have a high pain tolerance
— My bunnies don't have attachment issues; They love to be around me and my family but they don't panic if they are ever alone
— All bunnies in general are highly respected just like cats and dogs and pets of any kind are never kicked out of homes or abandoned

OO1. imagine being next to someone from your dr, whether it be you in the drivers seat or in the passenger seat, imagine what the weather will be like, snowy? sunny? rainy? imagine what time of day it will be, nighttime or daytime? evening or dawn?
OO2. imagine how the car seat feels, it is soft? does it have leather on it? does it have any pillows on the headrest? and lights in the car? will the radio be playing? what is being played? or are you sitting in silence?
OO3. [ for the people with someone ] who’s sitting with you? what are they wearing? imagine how they’re holding the steering wheel, imagine them glancing over at you, imagine laughing or the conversations you’d be having with them.
OO4. [ for the people alone ] imagine the details of the streetlights, imagine the focus you’ll have on the road, imagine jamming out to your favorite songs, imagine having stopping at a corner store and getting gas.
OO5. where are you going? where do you think you’d be headed? would you be getting surprised? would your destination have to do with the day? [ e.g: like your birthday ] would you be happy? confused? anxious? what are you wearing?
#— tip: try visualizing during meditation in first person, if you can’t do so then do whatever is comfortable, if you can’t visualize then try asking yourself questions, believing you’re in the car.
