01) First Masuda Method Shiny of the Pokémon Violet era.
02) A Shiny just noticeably different enough to be spotted at several paces.
03) LITERALLY falling into a Shiny Pokémon's metaphorical lap.
04) I just realised looking back on the footage that I paused the camera on that Shiny Eiscue in the sea and DO NOT NOTICE IT? Good job it came to shore a few seconds later or that would've been a massive fail on my part.
Oh yeah, and there was ANOTHER Shiny just there on the beach too. No big deal.
05) Not only did I nearly miss that Shiny Eiscue, it had the GALL to kick out of one Quick Ball AND freeze my Mismagius. Rude.
Female? Hidden Ability? Special Attack Lowering Nature? Goddamn, that's a home-run right there.
I wanted to just put out these pics of some of my gijinka teams before I post each member individually~ These are just the ones I've completed digitally. Stay tuned for the rest <3
HOENN: The OG team
The first Pokemon I ever caught were a shiny Ralts and a Wurmple. Shimmer has been following me to every game I can put him in.
JOHTO: The revival
I hadn't touched Pokemon in a while, and the first game I got when I got my Nintendo DSiXL was Soul Silver. To this day, Typhlosion is still my favorite starter Pokemon, and Xatu has a special place in my heart.
UNOVA: The cringey chuuni high school Spec
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEE and Mr. Wiggles. This was back when I was in high school and I was a weeb and edgy and really really weird. I have the fondest memories of Black, though, because my family all played it with me. This was also the start of an era: I first started drawing Pokemon gijinka back then.
PALDEA: Right here right now
I actually have a rotating team for Paldea, but these are the main 6 that I use (SPIDOPS IS GOOD, Y'ALL ARE JUST MEAN). And yes, I did name my Ceruledge after a certain otome game character.
