Stuco Shiori AU thoughts as promised:

Shiori has the same backstory as the anime, but it diverges to where instead of Shiori leaving after she starts dating the nameless boy, Juri is the one to leave school.

Shiori as a result feels abandonned, not expecting Juri to leave without a word. She subconsciously tries to be more like Juri, joining the fencing team and eventually the student council.

Shiori in contrast to Juri acts as the nice approchable and reliable senpai, she made a confident persona for herself but is still as insecure and bitter as ever.

Shiori develops a protective attitude towards younger students out of her own self hatred, not wanting anyone to become a mess of a person like herself(also she needs sleep she is stressed all the time).

Juri transfers back during the student council arc, and takes the open fencing captain position that Shiori has been aiming for.

Shiori's happiness towards Juri coming back is quickly replaced by her jealousy and anger as usual and it triggers her first duel with Utena, wanting to prove that she is superior to Juri.

Shiori doesn't personally know Ruka because he left soon after Juri, and she joined a while after they both left.

During the saturn game events, Shiori tries her best to help the protagonist because she can't rely on the boys and she's like: It's my job as a student council to look out after her because if i don't she will die and if she dies i will hate myself more and feel guilty and i ALREADY hate myself and if i can't stand myself now I won't stand myself later, so here goes four days of no sleep- No Juri-san I look just fine sorry I'm not perfect like you :)

Of course as a result of their roles swapping, Juri ends up being a black rose duelist and let's just say Utena fighting an unhinged Juri was a true nightmare.

I won't dive into more right now because spoilers but these are the basics.
