Shizuo and Izaya work at the same company where Izaya is the IT guy (he fixes computers and manages social media presence) while Shizuo is in a marketing branch and meeting branch

Shizuo usually breaks he's shit on purpose to see Izaya again and get all nervous.

Izaya is so oblivious to Shizuo's advances, like when Shizuo gave Izaya his coffee with his number on it. 🥺 Izaya didn't know it was there so he threw it away.

Shizuo is a little older than Izaya. Shizuo is 25 while Izaya has just turned 20

In a conversation Izaya mentions his sister which leads to Shizuo saying he'll help him babysit which makes Izaya go :😯😳/ but hey it was the only way for Shizuo to get close to Izaya so I guess it was worth it.

So Izaya and Shizuo start to spend more time together, by Shizuo continuing to break his computer and getting the pest to fix it. While they babysit together, which just makes Izaya just a little less shy and makes Shizuo fall more inlove

Izaya starts to develop feelings for Shizuo, but he's shy and a idiot so he thinks Shizuo wont like him back. (When he is literally - already inlove with him

So thats how a month goes mutually pining.

Until Shizuo confess its very straight to the point he did it by calling Izaya up when nobody was in the office and telling him while not looking at Izaya because he was embarrassed.

They ended up kissing and making out with Izaya grinding on Shizuo's thigh where they ended up having to leave and continuing it on Shizuo's bed and car🥴🥴

After that they continue to date. And its adorable.

I'm in love with the idea of Shizuo and Izaya dating and not telling anyone about it. They still chase each other through the streets and everything, but the moment they're out of sight Shizuo's pinning Izaya against a wall and sticking his tongue halfway down his throat.

Shizuo often stays at Izaya's apartment, and he'll wake up early and make the other breakfast and coffee in the morning because he knows Izaya is tired from working late. Namie's the only one who knows, but she doesn't care enough to tell anyone.

They considered telling people in the beginning, but they decided they both have enough enemies that they didn't need their relationship being used against them. So instead, they just use it to fuck with people. A client who refused to pay up has his bank crash suddenly, due to the influence of a certain info broker. When Izaya needs information, he'll make sure there's an "anonymous tip" that Shizuo's going to be looking for them, and with the offer of protection from Izaya they start talking really fast.

Because the thing is, they're both kind of terrible people. Yet whenever people write them together it's just them being sweet and domestic, going on dates and stuff, with no real mention of all the fucked up shit they do. What I want is the chaos that would wrack the town once the two teamed up.

Can you imagine the two most dangerous people in Ikebukuro dating? Their only natural enemy before was each other, and if they're working together... shit would go down.

Shizaya TK Headcannons

- I’ve decided to fuck around and write some headcannons for my boys finally, because I have a lot of thoughts but not always enough energy to make them into a fic. 

And so, whatever this is~

. When Izaya’s in a Mood he fucks around with Shizuo until the other gets the hint. Although normally his brand of being a little shit tends to be more running his mouth and monologuing, he’ll get far more physical in this instance, throwing himself into the other’s lap, poking his cheek—if they’re sitting together on the couch or his bed then he’ll put his cold feet on Shizuo just to be an ass (and also to put himself in range of a counterattack but you didn’t hear that from me). 

. If Izaya’s being particularly bratty, or doing his usual asshole routine of fucking around with citizens on the street, Shizuo will pick him up and just carry him away without saying a word. Izaya protests of course, but Shizuo just tickles him until he’s too giggly to complain, and there’s no hope for him to escape while he’s helpless in Shizuo’s arms. 

. Saying the word “tickle” or wiggling your fingers will kill Izaya. He’ll act tough about it at first, scoffing and rolling his eyes at the routine. If you keep it up though, he’ll start blushing and whining at you to stop. If you do it just right you might even get a giggle out of him, but it’s rare. 

. Izaya is absolutely the kind of person that will put his foot in your face to be annoying, and whenever he does Shizuo will grab his ankle and scritch under his toes until he apologizes. 

. Once when the two were making out, Shizuo slid his hand down a bit further to his ass and squeezed, and Izaya let out this ungodly shriek. Shizuo has never let him live it down. 

. Izaya always has to have the last word in, and, as such, whenever the two are in an argument (only if it’s a light-hearted one, ofc) then Shizuo will alternate between poking his sides or squeezing his thighs while talking, so that whatever point Izaya was trying to make is quickly lost in bubbly laughter. It also helps to lighten the mood and keep the argument from getting too unnecessarily heated. 

. They have competitions with tickling pretty often, because Izaya’s stubborn as fuck and likes winning. Things like keep your arms up, stay still, don’t laugh for a certain amount of time, try to do so-and-so while being tickled, etc, etc.... Shizuo is the usual winner as Izaya is arguably the more ticklish of the two, but every once in a while Izaya will garner a win for himself. Izaya used to cheat constantly until Shizuo made his own rule that ended with Izaya pinned and squealing for each time he decided to “bend the rules”. 

. Izaya suffers from insomnia pretty regularly, and sometimes if it’s getting really bad he’ll have Shizuo gently tickle his back, because it kinda tickles but its’s mostly relaxing, and it’s one of the few things that will actually get him to sleep.

. Of course, Izaya also has his fair share of tickling his not-so-tough-boyfriend. Shizuo is fucking weak to tickle bites, and Izaya both knows and takes advantage of it constantly. Izaya’s kisses will start to stray from his mouth down to his neck, and Shizuo will shoot him this warning look that Izaya never heeds. Gently biting at his earlobe or around his collarbone has Shizuo bright red, and he’ll start letting out these giggly growls, and Izaya nearly passes away. 

. Normally Shizuo’s laugh is pretty laid back and chill, but when he’s tickled it gets super bright and pure in the forms of howls and cackling. Izaya’s in love with the sound, which is most of the reason why he tickles the other so often not that he would ever admit to something so sappy ofc.

. Shizuo doesn’t mind being tickled, and openly admits that he likes it to the other one day. He’s not embarrassed by it, and he also doesn’t get flustered by teasing or things like that (which is ironic considering how easy it is to rile him up with everything else). He can also say the word easily, an ability that Izaya semi-struggles with. 

. Izaya constantly claims that it’s unfair how unaffected Shizuo is, but the blond is always quick to point out that he’s only mad because it’s so easy to tease Izaya. The conversation usually ends with Izaya silently pouting because he knows the others is right but he isn’t about to give him the satisfaction of admitting it. 

. Tickling is one of the few things that weakens Shizuo and sedates his usual strength. His limbs get fuzzy and light and he just kinda curls up on himself and takes it. He cannot fight against it to save his life.  It’s a godsend that none of his enemies know just how effective that particular method is, or he would never hear the end of it. 

. Izaya figured out that the other was ticklish back when they were still being shits to each other in the streets. Shizuo was lifting a vending machine or some shit (boy needs to take a break), and Izaya decided to fuck with him while his arms were occupied. Almost getting both of them crushed by a vending machine was worth it to watch Shizuo tremble with held-in laughter as he fought to hold onto his concentration. 

. After he knew, of course, tickling became a constant in their fights, to the point that sometimes Izaya could have Shizuo running just from giving him that knowing look. 

. Shizuo discovered Izaya was ticklish later on, when they ran into Shinra on their way to a date. Izaya was being his usual brat self, and Shinra poked him in the side in retaliation. Izaya is giving him death glares, but because Shinra is Shinra he doesn’t care and proceeds to wreck the other. Izaya proceeded to avoid Shizuo for weeks after, in case the other tried to test his newfound information. Which he did. A great many times.

HEADCANNON TIME!!!!

So, this is oddly specific. I have a headcannon that each character has a specific smell. By this I mean they use certain body products which give them the smell or something like that. This post is principally about body products.

ASSASSINATION CLASSROOM:

Gakushuu Asano: he cares A LOT about how he looks, smells etc. He smells mostly of citrus and has one of the most on point routine ever. His skin and hair is flawless.

Karma Akabane: Pretty much like Gakushuu but less extreme. He would smell like strawberries

DURARARA!!!:

Shizuo Heiwajima : definitely doesn't care. He has the basics and it's enough for him. He uses anything labelled towards men and the cheapest too.

Izaya Orihara: He is a bitchy diva. I'm not sure how he smells to Shizuo but it's a strong addictive and distinct smell. For us he just smells clean and like vanilla. He uses the cream of the cream products and take hours to get ready.

BLACK BUTLER:

Grell Sutcliffe: She has a good hair and skincare routine. She only uses red berries (strawberries, raspberries..) and rose scented products. She also uses the most expensive brands.

Ronald Knox: he's an Axe guy. He has a favorite smell but he uses Axe and hate to admit he used to put on too much. He doesn't have a strong smell, but he do smell like a man. It as to be subtle enough so that girls fall for him

William T. Spears: he is an Old Spice guy. It's because it's a joke from Ronald. He has a subtle smell just like Ronald and more often than not the share products.

THOMAS SANDERS:

Roman: very subtle, very manly and very romantic smell. He cares a lot about his skincare and uses waste free and fragrance free products.

Patton: he smells like cookies and sweets.

Logan: doesn't care about the smell, he just uses the most efficient products

Virgil: he gets his products from Roman. I kinda see him with blackberries and blueberries...

Janus: he keep telling you he uses a certain brand while he uses another but turns out he was telling the truth. He mainly use soft soaps because of his scales and is also a fragrance free supporter

Remus: I absolutely hate people who smell bad and tried to make no one smelly and sweaty but Remus. He smells horrible. Just, too much, not often enough, the strongest smell and also pickled poo logs.

Shizuo tickling headcanons;;

-generally not one to initiate tickles out of the blue

-he’s not super playful with friends so he doesn’t really tickle them, usually doing that friendly punch in the shoulder or ruffling their hair

-and because it’s Shizuo, even his friends are a bit wary of tickling him

-I don’t think he’d mind a few playful tickles from Celty or Tom or Kasuka though!

-Shinra would get punched if he tried lolol

-I think Shizuo would be averagely ticklish, maybe a little less

-He’s most ticklish on his neck, his ribs, and his feet, but everywhere else is pretty average

-his laughs can range from quiet, reluctant giggles, to growly chuckles, to full on unrestrained laughter

-even then though, I don’t think he’d get too hysterical, just big steady laughs

-not much of a squirmer

-he knows that a single jerk of his arm could hurt someone so he tries to stay as still as possible, just curling his arms close to his chest or loosely grabbing their wrists

-it usually takes a bit of work to get him actually laughing

-starting with lighter fluttery tickles on sensitive spots and then getting more intense once the giggle dam finally breaks is the best way to go~

-His endurance is god tier though, and he can take his tickles like a champ haha

And you know I can’t talk about Shizuo without including some shizaya

-Izaya is the only one Shizuo will go all out on

- 1. Because Izaya can take it and 2. Because the little shit deserves it lolol

-Shizuo tickles him surprisingly often because he likes that he can still take out his frustration on him when he being annoying without hurting him

-Shizuo’s a mildly teasy ler

-he’ll say things like “picking a fight with me…you must like this, right, Izaya?” Or “What was that squeal just now, huh?”

-but there’s also threats in there like “Die laughing” or “If I tickle you ‘til you pass out, you’ll be quiet, right?”

-scary lol

-ofc Izaya gets him back

-sneaking up behind Shizuo when he’s out walking with Tom and running a finger down the back of his neck to make him jump

-or tickling him when he’s being a grump on the couch at home

-even though Izaya’s annoying as hell, Shizuo likes that he’s not afraid to touch him orz

-they are in love, your honor

Pirate Shizaya headcannons. I preferably love the idea of Izaya being a coordinator that Shizuo has practically kidnapped because Shizuo held the damn map upside down and is know lost(he is the captain) also I love everything u do

Aaah okay I had to think long and hard about this because really I have TOO many ideas. I’ll preface this with saying that the Golden Age of Piracy actually coincides with the Edo period of Japan where the country was ruled by the Shogunate and was generally closed to outside politics, influences, etc. So with these two periods overlapping there is so much room to play with. I for one am losing my mind about samurai pirates.

Orihara Izaya, Captain of the Dragon Zombie Pirates.

Alright alright. So I think Izaya was probably born in a noble and well respected samurai family of Japan. However this boy craved adventure and to the see the world and to meet all that it had to offer. Not a fan of Japan’s anti-foreign involvement (open the country, stop having it be closed), he led a group of revolutionaries out of Japan to the seas.

During this time I can definitely see Izaya finding his way onto a pirate ship and manipulating everyone in sight until there’s a mutiny and he becomes the new captain, because of course that’s what our boy would do.

However despite this, and after proving his worth, his intelligence, his skill, I think his crew would be fiercely loyal to him. I can see him keeping a few of his original Japanese crew around too. I think Mikado would be his right hand man, Mikage and Ran his enforcers, Shinra the ships doctor, and his childhood friend who followed him out to see in search of ‘true love’. Simon I can see maybe as the quartermaster, I think he’d be good at rallying the crew. Overall I think there would be a mismatch of people from all over the world, because Izaya loves picking up strays.

Izaya is a cunning and intelligent captain. He uses wit and no small degree of charm to achieve his goals. He's fascinated by the occult, especially myths and legends. I feel like he'd love to hunt for the fountain of youth and see the kraken with his own eyes. He dreams of bigger prizes than just the usual gold.

Izaya is showy af and definitely has all the flashy pirate coats, not mention a penchant for ridiculous hats (Captain Barbossa’s hat anyone? And all the tricorns). I think he’d be an adequate warrior, trained with a samurai sword, but his weapons of choice are two daggers and close range where he can use speed, agility, and intelligence to outwit his opponents. (I imagine he fights like Anne Bonney, who I love, from Black Sails). I also kind of think he’d be a pirate like Calico Jack Rackham (also from Black Sails, look I love BS there’s gonna be a lot of BS references). Also our boy is talented as parkour and can parkour around a ship like a motherfucker (thank you Black Flag).

Heiwajima Shizuo, Monster of Caribbean, Captain of the Beast Pirates*.

Shizuo is a powerhouse in the pirate world. Where Izaya is all brains and cunning, Shizuo is brute strength. I actually like to head canon that his violent ways got him cast into indentured servitude and he was sold off across the seas and ended up in the Caribbean. Due to his strength he made a good labourer for the British but also fuck the redcoats. I think Shizuo would have led a revolt against the slavers and started his own pirate crew after that. He would’ve given his fellow slaves the option to go where they want or join his crew and a few probably did.

Tom’s of course his right hand man, they are brother’s in arms and have fought many battles together. I think Vorona would be a good enforcer and I definitely want Kadota to be his quartermaster (with the rest of the van gang on the crew as well - those four are a fierce raiding party). Though Shizuo is 100% hopeless at navigating so he's gonna need a good one on board.

Shizuo is definitely a brawler with his insane strength, and the thought of his weapon of choice being this fuck off massive Warhammer is just too good to pass up. I want Shizuo bare chested with high-waisted pants, pirate boots, half shaved head, long blonde hair in braids basically just looking like an absolute barbarian beefcake. ALL THE TATTOOS. He is the definition of a rough, fierce pirate.

He likes hunting prizes and spending his gold on drinking, gambling, and fucking, really any pleasure he’s for, but his favourite thing is a good old fashioned fight. I think he'd do very well in slave fighting pits and probably even had some experience with them in the past. Though he is adamantly against slavery and has been known to hunt slavers and free slaves (any pirate who engages in trading slaves is not considered a pirate to him but a blight to be obliterated from the map). Because of his past he absolutely despises the British and really any kind of authority. While not on Izaya’s level of intelligence he’s got great instincts and can almost seemingly sniff out a good prize.

Rival Captains

Izaya and Shizuo both meet in Nassau in the Caribbean. They are the definition of brains VS brawns. These two crews are always running into each other and fighting. While Shizuo is ferocious and terrifying, when in the same room as these two pirates one would consider Izaya more menacing. Shizuo's and Izaya's rivalry is well known throughout the seas and seeing them fight in person is the stuff of legends.

They're constantly going after the same prizes and then fighting over them. Though there are a few times they do team up for an alliance when it's a very delectable prize. Also they will unanimously team up against the British, the Spaniards, the French, the Dutch, etc, because as much as the loathe each other they hate anyone who would try and encroach on their freedoms.

Basically they are both stubborn as hell and don't like being told what to do.

For their ships I can see Izaya having a Brigard, something swift, that at Izaya's hand can outmanoeuvre and outwit any foe. Of course his ship has a dragon as the figurehead! I haven't thought much in the way of a Jolly Rodger, but maybe a dragon skull and instead of crossbones it is crossed samurai swords??

Shizuo on the other hand has a British Man-O-War that he no doubt won after he and Izaya teamed up to launch an attack on British settlement when both their crew-mates were captured and sentenced to death for piracy. Izaya lead an assault on land while Shizuo and his crew snuck onto the Man-O-War in the port and captured it, then turned it's guns on the settlement. For his jolly rodger I think it would be the usual skull and crossbones with maybe his infamous Warhammer running through the center line.

The sexual tension between the two captains is a painful to watch for their crews and each crew even has a betting pool going on when they will eventually get it on. The crews actually get on relatively well during alliances, and the parties and feasts they throw together after a successful hunt is wild. Though they'll easily go back to trying to kill one another one the alliances end.

Also a lil Shinra add-on. In Izaya's quest for the occult they find Celty and Shinra falls in love with her. I haven't thought more past pirate dullahan asgdfhdhjsjf.

And yeah that’s all I have so far. I also had an idea of Izaya being like the son of an important person (governer, prince? Prince Izaya is good) and being captured by Shizuo’s crew. And while they are pursued by multiple pirates, nations, etc, because Izaya is priceless, he learns to love life on a pirate ship and bonds with Shizuo and his crew. So eventually when it does come time for Shizuo to hand over his bounty he doesn’t want to let Izaya go. (He’s gonna, and then he and Izaya will turn around and rob the fuckers blind and sail off into the sunset together). Also Izaya memorising a treasure map and destroying it so he becomes the map and Shizuo has to put up with him. TOO MANY IDEAS.

Izaya 100% got turned on once from watching Shizuo push a pull door and then rip it off the hinges. Izaya is attracted to 1 (one) dumbass, and that dumbass is a himbo that could take out a whole army.

Shizuo is in love with Izaya’s hands. Izaya is quick and adept, and would probably be excellent at knitting. Shizuo could watch him do it for hours.

Izaya is a frequent cat napper. He doesn’t sleep for shit at night and wakes up when he tries. Shizuo will find Izaya in various places around the apartment, dead asleep for about 2 hours before getting right back to work. Shizuo just covers him up and leaves him to sleep. 

Shizuo sleeps better next to someone and Izaya will stay in Shizuo’s arms while Shizuo falls asleep because they both enjoy it, Shizuo for the comfort, and Izaya because he is a touch starved trash baby. 10/10 Izaya reads and trolls on his phone while being spooned.

Izaya is trash at caring for himself because he’s always involved in things and doesn’t think of himself as an individual. Sure, Izaya’s skin is always nice, and his nails are always done, but regular meals? Sleeping???? Nah. It drives Shizuo crazy. 

Shizuo doesn’t get injured seriously, but he gets various cuts and scrapes, and Izaya likes to be the one to dress them instead of Shinra. Shizuo likes having Izaya do it because Izaya looks so focused, and it’s another excuse to watch Izaya’s hands. 

Both are addicted to each other in an obsessive way. It works well for them and for everyone else, because they’re too occupied in each other to cause as much chaos as before they started dating.

Shizaya gym au

-Treadmill wars, they’re constantly peeking over at each other’s treadmill speeds to see who can outrun the other--Izaya usually ends up winning much to Shizuo’s chagrin. 

-Shizuo of course is exceptionally good with the very heavy weights, despite his slim figure and lack of large muscles. Izaya secretly likes to subtly take a peak or two over when Shizuo is working out. 

-They both fight for the elliptical machine that is closest to the TV, locker room, and towels (basically the best spot) and every weekend the other does what they can to get to the gym earlier so that it’s not taken. At first it was more like an unspoken competition, until Izaya decided to open his mouth about the matter and before they knew it it was constant bickering between the two. 

-One day they come in to the gym all ready eye-balling each other and seeing who can get to the elliptical first when they see an ‘Out of Order’ sign stuck to it. They grudgingly seek out the next best spot which happens to be to open machines next to each other. 

-Though he will never admit it, Shizuo will sometimes sneak a stare at Izaya’s butt whenever the latter is working out on a machine in front of him. 

-The locker rooms are just awkward. Especially when they’re changing out of their sweaty clothes or one takes a shower and they take the wrong turn or vice versa.

I just finished jaywalkers and I am just filled with FEELINGS. Thank you for writing the series and giving happiness to so many people!! Now I’m just curious, does Kei ever ask Kuroo to sing him Kiss Me since Kuroo found out he witnessed the moment? Do any of them (or you) have a favourite page/moment in Bokuto’s final project? :3 You also included a teensy tiny bit of Aokise which is one of my favourite ships as well!! Any headcannons about that duo? Hehe

for your questions:

tsukki wants to preserve the heart-rending magic of the moment he first saw kuroo singing kiss me, so he never asks kuroo to do it again. in a way, that song was never meant for him to actually hear, and he respects that.

as for bokuto’s project, i don’t think i have a favourite page in particular, but every moment where they’re surrounded by friends - i love those. you know how in one of those fics, i think the one where it’s bokuto’s birthday, early on in the series - i described this moment where they’re all sitting out on the grass and kuroo and himuro are playing their guitars and suga’s guiding bokuto to dance and oikawa’s filming it all...that ends up in the final project, i think i even mention it. i think that has to be my favourite. i can see it so well. i’ve lived that moment before. there’s just - not a lot in this world that’s more beautiful. 

and!!! AOKISE. god you should’ve been here in 2012/2013. i was fucking obsessed with them. it was a whole thing. they’re still in my top ships of ALL TIME. (with shizaya, erejean, midotaka and kurotsukki) that being said, i didn’t really think a lot beyond their cameo in jaywalkers, but rest assured that they are living their best lives, despite aomine’s john cena alarm.

Izaya is dangerously under weight he hates change so he manages to stay the same weight since high-school. So Shizuo is all against his boyfriend nearly shattering into glass. So at every hot pot he feeds Izaya threw his fingers there always off in there little world so feeding Izaya is pretty normal. And his little flea wont say no to Shizuo feeding him so he has to eat.

Izaya starts to have multiple nick names for his blonde beef cake. 'Honey bear, shizu-chan, shizzy-chan, blonde, monster, honey pot , Mr Shizuo, Goshuujin-sama (forcefully), asshole.'

Shizuo and Izaya when they have off days will try to stay in bed forever and not get up its a challenge. Izaya always loses because he needs to get started on searching for info because his clients can stack up. When the flea tries to leave this is what happens.

Izaya : I need to leave \ Shizuo : Nooo, mine / Izaya : I know but, eehhh / Shizuo : stop multi task.

Izaya bakes sweet things for Shizuo but never gives them too him and he alway tries to pretend to be asleep when Shizuo eats them. It never works

Shizuo watches Izaya when he does yoga mainly downwards dog. That his favourite position to see when he drinks his morning coffee

They have competition for EVERYTHING !! 'How can last longer in bed', 'How can find the popcorn they like more', 'Lets see how long shizu-chan can last when he' s tied to the bed post'

Shizuo has a dimples, they show when he smiles and Izaya is so fascinated with the he likes to poke and bop them. He loves touching his monsters dimples

Anyway, Izaya once had to leave for a week long mission for a client. And Shizuo didn't think he would miss the flea this much. Practically craved Izaya's dork laugh and werid quirks, everybody noticed how out of it Shizuo was. And that he was checking his phone constantly. Thr first morning of Izaya being gone, Shizuo trodd on a piece of lego, oh it went right in the heel. When he turned on his phone the wifi, while it wasnt bad just wasnt great.

They like to dance to slow songs when there alone and a bit drunk Izaya usually steps on Shizuo's feet. But it doesn't matter.

Izaya shaves his legs, and when he was younger, back in middle school, he tried shaving his arms and nicked himself really bad on accident. The next day at school he shows up with bandages on his arm and lies to everyone and says he got in a fight, because he's too embarrassed to admit the truth. Shizuo is so confused because who else is fighting my man??

Shinra's the only one who knows and Izaya lives in fear of that information getting out to others (cough shizuo cough).

H - Habits: As a lee/ler or both, do they have specific habits when it comes to tickling?

Ler - He has a very specific look reserved for Izaya, the look that explains in exact length and detail just how fucked the other man is. Izaya knows to start running the second he sees it, and god forbid he's faced with it when Shizuo already has him with in range. He has other looks of course when he's angry or irritated with Izaya, but this one is specifically his 'I'm gonna wreck the shit out of you till you're dying of laughter on our couch' look.

Lee - He kicks his legs when tickled and it's the cutest fucking thing. Izaya jokes about him being a brainless beast a lot, and he's always quick to point out how animal-like of an action it is (a dangerous game, but Shizuo can't do a whole lot when Izaya's got his annoyingly long nails spidering in that one spot under his arms). He's not super squirmy on the whole, but this is his one way of reacting, he can't help it.

N - Nights: Their tickle behavior during nights?

Omg okay so I love the idea of Shizuo giving Izaya soft tickles to help him sleep, the only thing that will get his insomniac ass to sleep. I also like to think that Shizuo isn't as good at fighting Izaya off when he's tired, so sometimes Izaya will take advantage of it and start teasingly running his fingers over his sides and ribs. And Shizuo's twitching and grunting and letting out these growled giggles, but he's not really fighting back, and he has this soft smile on his face.

Hi! I really love how you portray Mikado/Anri/Masaomi in your fanfictions and headcanons. You flesh out their relationships better than even canon does, in my opinion. Do you have any more headcanons or opinions about them?

But also, I am super duper awful at making headcannons on command. But I’ll give it a shot. I think that overall, Anri would be subtly affectionate, while Mikado would go overboard at times(kind of like how he essentially wanted to remove all crime in the city using crime). Like it would be her birthday and he would get her a cake, like a normal person. But then he would think, what if that’s not enough? Anri mostly does the cleaning, and sometimes she cooks, and all the time she’s awesome. Maybe he should bake her a cake from scratch, or take over her shift at the antique store. Or buy her 5000 cakes, really he has no way of knowing what would be enough.                                                                                             

I think Anri would also be the one that makes Mikado leave the house more than once a week. Also the person who takes the computer away from him(because that def needs to be done). 

I also think that Mikado would make Anri more assertive overall(because she’s protecting she & him, instead of just herself). One of my favorite episodes(and chapters) in durarara is when Anri finds Haruna after the former tried to kill her.  I love how much resolve she has when she says “I will have peace in my life.”. I don’t think many fic writers draw attention to the fact that Anri is kind of made of steel(probably because most fics are about shizaya =/). She’s remarkably strong, but doesn’t use her strength much for her own benefit because she sees herself as a parasite. But I think that she would be more than willing to put her foot down to protect Mikado.

On Mikado’s end, I think if Anri continues to have supernatural enemies....he may slip back into his ruthless gangleader persona. And he probably wouldn’t tell her about it either. I think Mikado would be willing to do whatever it took to keep her safe.

I headcannon in established shizaya Shizuo's biggest promblem with dating Izaya wasn't Izaya. It was Namie and her passive aggressive comments. She focused all that bitchyness on Shizuo to become a cock block.

Why, because he headbutted Seiji and Izaya wont trade insults with her to make the little kiddies cry.. That's what gets Namie throw the day

Wow Namie is a petty queen and I stan 🙏🙏 she is definitely the queen of snark and passive aggressive comments.

I feel like Shizuo would be cutely intimidated by Namie at first (he’s got hang ups when it comes to women methinks), until she opens her mouth and he realises she’s as shitty as the flea.

He does not understand the weird hate friendship the two have going on and he can’t keep up with their underhanded passive aggressive double speak, but he also doesn’t really care. Izaya’s weird and his friends are weird and he’s used to it. Tho by that logical, Shizuo’s just as weird cause he’s the one dating such a weirdo in the first place.

Also as if Izaya wouldn’t totally try pit them against each other but they both know exactly what he’s doing so they just gang up on him instead.

Also Namie hating Shizuo cause headbutted Seiji is extremely in character asdjfskgs. Once again Namie does not get paid enough to deal with Izaya, let alone Izaya and Shizuo together being lovey dovey and disgusting.
