The depth at which I burn to be able to be soft
And the pain I feel at knowing I never will be

So when I ask you :
Answer like the archer,
With precision to kill
Answer like the ocean , confident in what it is
Answer like the wind , a gentle caress

Snippets from my poetry book "To Become A Ghost" (still not sure if that should be the title) that I probably will never publish.

Words for Connection
I miss when I could touch your skin and feel what you were thinking.
I miss not being alone.
When you come around now, I can’t see you anymore. Your face is empty of something that used to be there.
Who can I shoulder with my grief? Who can I share the weight with? It used to be you.

Ciudat si fascinant cum oamenii îți spun că te iubesc și continuă să îți facă rău

Terus berdoa.
Apapun hasilnya itu, terus berdoa. Doa itu menguatkan. Doa itu menenangkan.
Tuhan tahu apa yang terbaik untukmu, dan tahu kapan waktu yang terbaik untuk segala hal di dalam hidupmu.

Days blend together until they don’t
a fraction of a tear lives here in memory
Along with all the times I wanted to cry
or should of
or thought of it and couldn’t
I beg for you to make these feelings make sense
The memory of delivering phone books to buy care packages for my mom’s boyfriend overseas
The first time I learned what an invisible fence was while delivering Yellow Pages
The times my mom left me at my grandma’s
And the one time I cried so hard when she planned to leave me there that my nose started to bleed
So she took me to work that day
The time I cried because I thought my mom would be back for me at midnight
And that’s how I learned the difference between 12 PM and AM
An obviously conditional love hanging over it all
Was it truly my fault for picking favorites?
