something about you
pairing(s): xavier thorpe x fem!reader
wc: 1.6k
summary: xavier has been missing all day and reader is worried. she finds him and he realizes that even when he wants to be alone, he doesn’t want her to leave.
warnings: reader is shorter than xavier. other than that, none! slightly unedited
Tumblr media
something’s wrong. xavier has never gone this long without speaking to you. to be fair, it was only the second class of the day, and the two of you had texted the night before, but he usually sent a good morning text and walked you to your first two periods, as those were the only classes you didn’t share. it was the first time since your little tradition started, and you hadn’t realized how much you relied on his presence in the morning. you checked your phone for the thousandth time, hoping he had texted you, and you somehow didn’t see it.
time ticked by slowly, and you couldn’t control your leg as it bounced up and down. when your teacher dismissed you, you flew to your third period, anxiously awaiting the tall boy who sat next to you. your worry grew when xavier was a no show. you didn’t see him at lunch. normally, you sat with xavier, who liked to be alone, if he wasn’t with you. today, you sat with enid, yoko, bianca, and her siren crew.
“hey, guys,” you smiled as you sat down. everyone politely greeted you, and enid scooched over so you’d have a bit more elbow room. “have any of you seen xavier?” you asked, looking around the table.
“he’s your best friend,” bianca pointed out. “shouldn’t you be the one to know that?” you squirmed a little at her words, worry bubbling in your stomach.
“he hasn’t texted me all day, and he wasn’t in class either,” you confessed. “i haven't had time to check his dorm since it’s on the other side of campus.”
enid squeezed your hand, and gave you a comforting smile. “i’m sure he’s fine. maybe he’s just not feeling well.” you nodded, and tried to focus on your lunch. in botany, thornhill scolded you multiple times for not paying attention and being on your phone in class. you were texting xavier, asking if he was okay and if you did anything wrong. no response.
the second that you were dismissed from your last class, you took off running to xavier’s dorm. you pushed past many people, subjecting yourself to dirty looks and shouted curses behind your back. reaching his room, you banged on the door loudly. no answer. you hesitantly twisted the doorknob, and to your surprise, it was unlocked. “that’s not safe at all, xav,” you muttered to yourself as you let yourself in. the room was empty, with half of the room being devoid of any sign that someone was there. that was rowan’s die, before he left. xavier’s bed was cold, as if he hadn’t been there all day. that left just one option: he was in his shed. he had to be.
you left your best friend’s dorm in a rush, slamming the door behind you. you winced at the noise, and gave an awkward smile to two werewolves who shot you nasty glares. as you walked into the woods, you prayed that xavier wasn’t mad at you, and your mind raced as you recalled the conversations you’d had over the past few days, trying to remember if you had somehow upset him and not realized it. after about ten minutes of walking, you came upon xavier’s shed. you’d only been in it a few times, as you respected his space. you saw the lights through the windows on the door. you knocked on the door.
xavier opened the door, and your heart leaped. you hadn’t seen him all day, and you missed him so much. “hey,” you smiled softly. you knew something was wrong. his eyes didn’t have his usual shine, and he looked so exhausted. he smiled back at you, but it didn’t reach his eyes. xavier opened the door wider and wordlessly let you in. with one glance around the shed, you knew he’d been in here all day. crumpled balls of paper were strewn around the floor, his paintbrushes scattered around the table, along with half finished paintings leaning against the walls. xaviers face and hands were flecked with paint, and he just looked so melancholy. xavier had closed the shed door and come to stand beside you as you took in the messy state of the shed. you heard the soft voices of the neighborhood playing through his phone’s speakers. you gathered him up in a tight hug, which he returned, to your delight. the minute that his arms wrapped around you, you let out a small sigh and pulled him closer to you.
“you okay?” he asks, his voice raspy from not using it all day.
you huffed in amusement, finally letting go and looking into his eyes. “you’re asking me if i’m okay?” xav shrugged, the ghost of a real smile lingering on his lips. “xav, what’s going on? you’ve been MIA all day. did i do something to upset you, or…?”
he shook his head, taking a seat in his chair. “no, y/n, it’s not you. it’s just… the nightmares started again. last night, it was so bad i just–” he cut himself off and you hugged him again, slotting yourself in between his legs and pulling him close to you. “i took today off because i wasn’t sure if i could keep this one in. sorry for not texting you, i turned my phone off for most of the day. turned it back on like twenty minutes ago because i couldn’t stand the silence anymore.”
“wanna tell me what it was about?” you asked softly. “if not, that’s okay, but it’s better to not keep things bottled up inside of you.” he pulled himself out of your clutch, then pulled you onto his lap, burying his face in your neck. you told yourself that he was just seeking comfort from his best friend, but you couldn’t help the butterflies in your stomach and the way your hands became a little shaky.
“it was the monster again,” he began. “i keep seeing it, and it’s always the same dream. the monster gets one person. he tears them apart, and there’s nothing i can do to save them. i keep seeing the light fade from their eyes right in front of me, and every time, i wake up nearly screaming.” he lets out a shaky breath.
“who is the person you’re dreaming about?” you ask.
there’s a few moments of silence before he whispers the word “you”. your heart nearly breaks in two for him. you knew how much he loved you, probably about the same that you loved him. you couldn’t imagine having these horrible, recurring dreams about xavier.
“i’m so sorry,” you said. “want me to help you try and get your mind off of it?” he nods, and you jump up, immediately missing the feeling of his hands on your waist. xavier returned to his place in front of a canvas that was turned away from you. you grabbed an easel propped up in a corner and a blank canvas. xavier pushed some paint and paintbrushes towards you. you leaned over to grab his phone and turn the music up all the way. a chase atlantic song was playing. xavier seemed to be in another world, eyebrows knit tightly as he used deliberate strokes of his brush. every now and then, he’d look up at you in concentration and go back to his painting. you wondered what he was drawing.
you, on the other hand, were more focused on the music being played. you had a few strokes on your canvas of what kind of looked like a mountain range landscape. as the music switched, the song ‘something about you’ by eyedress came on. “i love this song!” you cheered. xavier looked up and grinned at you.
you began to theatrically sing along to the song, using your paintbrush as a microphone, and dancing along to the music. “she looks just like a dream,” you sang. “the prettiest girl i’ve ever seen..”
xavier laughed at your dancing, and you beamed, happy to see him happy again. “i love you,” he said, then looked startled at what just came out of his mouth.
“i love you too, xav,” you said, slightly out of breath from singing and dancing. you moved to return to your mountain range, but his voice stopped you.
“no, i-i love you.” he paused, looking nervous. your heart leaped in your chest as you dared to hope that meant what you wanted it to. you could feel it begin to beat faster as xavier put his brush down and moved to stand in front of you. “no one’s ever cared about me this much to check in on me and stay until i feel better. you mean so much to me and i love every second i spend with you. i’m sorry if this ruins everything we have, but…” his voices drops to almost a whisper, and he reaches up to cup your face in his hands. “i love you.”
instead of answering, you stand on your toes to press your lips to his, and he kisses you back immediately. your mouths moved in sync as your hands weave into his hair, and he pulls you impossibly closer to him. after what felt like a million years, you pulled away, trying to catch your breath. “you should’ve done that a long time ago,” you said, and xavier rolled his eyes, smiling.
“whatever,” he said, kissing you again. “so, can we be more than best friends?”
you smiled and wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him in for a tight hug. “thought you’d never ask.”

hey cas! hope youre well!
i saw you wanted microfic prompts so how about a jegulus fic where regulus has just turned up at the potters' despite telling james he wouldnt run away? preferably fluffy rather than angsty though haha
no pressure though! ❤
I LOVE this!
-
"James...I can't. You know I can't."
The words rang through James's brain constantly, distracting him from every action he tried to complete. He wasn't just worried. He was terrified. To know that Regulus was at that horrible place, with those evil people?
He hadn't slept in days.
He didn't talk about it much. He knew Sirius was worried, too, but he didn't bring it up because he didn't want to make his best friend even more anxious. But really, he was one wrong step away from a complete breakdown.
He settled into bed that night knowing he wouldn't sleep. He tried, really, but he just couldn't close his eyes without picturing Regulus cowering on the ground, Walburga or Orion pointing their wand and screaming at him. If he thought about it too much, the tears came, and he just lay there, crying and cursing, frustrated that he couldn't do anything to protect the vulnerable piece of his heart that currently resided outside of his body.
So he was decidedly awake at 2am when there was a noise outside. A knock at the door.
His heart skipped a beat as he rose, tip-toeing down the stairs to the front door, peering into the peephole to see.
"Reg!" he exclaimed, far too loud for this time of night.
Opening the door, he didn't hesitate to pull the shorter boy in his arms, suppressing a sob of relief as he did so. "What happened? Are you?" he asked as he released his boyfriend and held him at and arm's length, trying to get a better look at him.
"I'm okay," Regulus murmured, looking pale and nervous. "I just...I realized that...I want..." he took a breath and steeled himself. "I want to be here. With you. If you'll still have me." He stared into James's eyes almost defiantly as he said it, like he was daring James to reject him, to let him down like so many others had.
"Love...I've been waiting for you this whole time," James murmured, pulling Regulus into his arms again. "I'm never letting you leave."

☆ nsfw, 18+
☆ sub! hueningkai, dom! reader, childhood best friends, pervert reader, more of a pervert hueningkai, kind of dark?, possessive reader, obsessive hueningkai, virgin kink, corruption kink, breeding kink, feminization (running theme of hueningkai being your wife), the whole "staying pure till marriage" thing but on hueningkai's side, very very brief mention of hyuka being ready to trap you, blatant disrespect of privacy but it's kai so it's ok
☆ brain dump on virgin! hueningkai who's been concerningly obsessed with the idea of saving his virginity for you so that he's completely yours when the two of you get married, but you're too blinded by the image of your cute innocent childhood best friend to even notice
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ღ hueningkai's who's been your childhood best friend since kindergarten
ღ always the sweet one, clinging to the back of your shirt while the two of you run around the playground
ღ teachers would always coo, telling him that he has to grow strong so that he can take care of you in the future when the two of you are married
ღ you would always wrinkle your nose in disgust while hueningkai would blush bright red
ღ "eugh! no! hueningkai's going to be my wife when we get married and I'm gonna be big and strong and make sure he's happy!"
ღ that always made him smile; letting you take care of him just sounded right
ღ he's been by your side leading all the way up to now, hopelessly devoted to you and your promise to marry him
ღ he just wants to be your blushing bride :(
ღ but you grew out of your promise somewhere along the transition from middle school to high school
ღ suddenly you were more focused on growing up and finding other people besides your puppy boy best friend
ღ it's not like you didn't love him—that was completely wrong—you were still rightfully obsessed
ღ but you were much more perverted than he was
ღ learning about dom/sub porn, feeling yourself grow wet in your panties at the sight of a poor sub begging to cum
ღ you wanted to learn more about your sexuality, wanted to experience it more ever since one of your exes moaned into your mouth when you pinned him flush against your bedroom wall
ღ hueningkai...just didn't fit into your sexual fantasy
ღ sweet virgin hueningkai that would still blush and stutter when you played with his hair and told him he looked pretty with a flower tucked behind his ear
ღ your darling hueningkai who never got rid of a single plushie you bought for him, even when he started to grow out of them he'd never admit to using them to masturbate to the thought of you
ღ but it's not till a few girls behind you in the lunch line start talking about him that makes you wake up and smell the roses
ღ it takes them talking about how cute virgins are, how hot it is to take their virginity and stake their claim on them, even going as far as using hueningkai as their example
ღ you never thought of having sex with your childhood best friend before, he was just too sweet to rough him up the way you'd like to
ღ but the thought of other girls taking advantage of your sweet hueningkai didn't feel right either
ღ and then you couldn't do anything but think of how cute he was
ღ standing so tall now, an intimidating 6'0 but he still had the same sparkly eyes he did when he was barely an inch shorter than you.
ღ he still comes over on the weekends to watch a movie, still walks with you in the halls and talks to you about how his grades are utterly fucked, all while you daydream of just fucking ruining him
ღ you're almost ashamed, disgusted at the realization that you're looking at your best friend and imagining his lips wrapped around your clit, begging you to suffocate him more in between your thighs
ღ but it's the belief that you're such a pervert compared to hueningkai that lets him catch you off guard
ღ your beautiful inexperienced hueningkai also grew up, but it seems that you've forgotten this
ღ spacing out in class because he keeps thinking about how you called him pretty, touching his face and desperately trying to remember the skin and makeup routine he did this morning
ღ burying his face into the penguin plushie you won for him your freshman year as he desperately ruts against the mattress of his bed, vibrator hitting his prostate as he tries to imagine that it's you controlling the speed of the vibrations
ღ feeling you braid his hair and wishing so badly that you'd get bold enough to yank his head back by the roots and stuff your fingers down his throat, telling him to suck on them nice and good so that he'll be good enough to gag on your strap
ღ it's only natural that he catches on to your shift in behavior one day
ღ you're sitting on the couch while he's on the floor, head leaning back to let your fingers play with his hair
ღ he's trying to explain to you the way that the "bye, bye butterfree" epiosde made him sob as a kid when he catches the way your focus zeroes in on his lips
ღ his breath catches in his throat at the realization, and when you snap out of your daze you're staring back into hueningkai's wide eyed stare
ღ "you want to kiss me," he breathes out, almost as if in disbelief
ღ your hands immediately jolt out of his brown hair, excuses and stuttered denial about to leap off your tongue
ღ but hueningkai is quicker, whining and snatching your hands back to press them against his chest
ღ leaning up into your personal space, causing you to lean back as your best friend practically crawls into your lap
ღ "please please please, please you don't know how long i've waited," he whimpers
ღ "just want to belong to you, please just take me, ruin me," he begs, sliding your hands up so that they're placed in the conjecture between his neck and shoulders
ღ you almost want to cry with how turned on you are at the sight
ღ pretty little virgin hyuka who's desperately rolling his hips against yours as your hands slide up and cup his face, he's so drunk on the fact that you finally want him after all this time
ღ such a good reward for being patient, he thinks
ღ finally gets to get his virginity taken by you, finally gets to say that he stayed pure until marriage just for you because he's never letting you go
ღ doesn't even need to trap you because you're so obsessed with him, going crazy when you finally end up fucking him on the bed the two of you used to laugh and talk on for hours
ღ broken sobs and cries of "yes yes yes, fuck! oh fuck it's so good—finally yours, feel so fucking full, please—please just make me yours!"
ღ he's so loud and so sensitive, staining your sheets with tears and cum as he accidentally overstimulates himself by asking for more and more every time you whisper about fucking him full
ღ wants to be your property, he's been saving himself for years just for this :(
ღ fucking himself with his dildos and vibrators so that he knows how to arch his back for you, watching every time you opened your laptop so that he knew your password, going through your history to see the things you liked, the porn you liked, everything about you
ღ your sweet little not-so-virgin-anymore hueningkai who's the biggest pervert between the both of you, but insists that he's just your pretty little bride <3

With your phone alarm going off, you come out of the bathroom, ready and prepared for the day ahead of you. Numbers on the clock tell you that you have enough time to eat breakfast, brush your teeth then head to your first class of the day. When we say breakfast, we mean coffee and maybe toast bread (if you're lucky) because that's the kind of luxury living in a dorm gets you. Roommates aren't always the best thing ever but lucky you, you did not get the shorter end of the stick. Because of Bahiyyih, she was a year above you but that did not matter since you two seem like long lost sisters. She's definitely one of the reasons why you are currently mentally sane.
Unfortunately, she'll also be the reason why you meet the one that will make your college life a living hell and test that sanity of yours. Being close to her means you come along to her brothers' dancing competitions, being at those competitions also means you meeting Nishimura Riki...
Here's the thing, there was nothing wrong with Riki, when you first met the rest of Huening Kai's dance group members; Riki was the most kind and most welcoming. He was someone who you clicked with so easily, someone who presented himself as if he was so trustworthy... emphasis on 'was'. Because right now, the man standing in front of you is reminding you what 'hindsight' is.
It started during your freshman year, after gaining a solid friendship with Bahiyyih; she wanted to bring you to one of her brother's performances for the school's event. You never minded going to them because you enjoyed musical art in your own time as well. When you went to see these events, you only ever looked at the group as a whole, judging their skills and expertise. That was until you went backstage to see Huening Kai. His group just won first place and you went over with Bahiyyih to congratulate them.
That's when your life was going to start shifting because when you knocked on the door, Riki opened the door with a warm smile, and gestured you guys to enter. "Hiyyih, nice to see you again" he says in a sarcastic tone, showing the close-ness he has with Bahiyyih as well.
"Oh Riki, I love seeing you around" Hiyyih responds back with the same kind of sarcasm. "This is yn, be nice". You looked up at him, and geez did that feel like an effort to do since he was 6ft tall, maybe even more than that. He smiles shyly as he notices how cute your height difference was. "Wow, look at Riki boy being all shy, that's new". one of the other guys say, which you later find out it was a senior named Heeseung.
"Leave him alone guys before he becomes beet red" Huening Kai walks in and greets you after. You look back at Riki who was still opening the door, standing in the same spot. "You okay there, bud?" Kai nudges him; getting him out of his trance. "What? Love at first sight?"
There you have it, your little meet-cute with Riki, it is also the day that marks the teasing shipping by everyone that knew you two. But that did not stop Riki from sticking around, it's like the teasing only egged him on to bother you as well. Since that day, nothing could have prepared you for the antics and shenanigans Riki would add into your life. But you weren't complaining.
"What's going on with you and Riki?"
"Are you two dating?"
"Do you like him?"
You felt like you were being interrogated by your friends at the lunch table. Since they saw that Riki treated you for boba tea and cake, also they noticed how he would constantly do romantic things for you, which you had to try your best to explain how you were friends and that he was just a natural gentleman.
"Yeah, cause any guy would go out of their way to get you things in the middle of the night, offer to run errands for you, and buy you flowers just because...why not?" At this point, your friends were setting you up for failure since they were not letting you rebuttal and debunk their theories.
"Guys, I swear...we are just friends." shoving another spoonful in your mouth and rolling your eyes at your friends. Look, you had no issue with the constant teasing and shipping but sometimes they can push it.
"Oh yeah, then why is he coming over with a bag of goodies like he knows you're on your period today?" turning around, and yes, he was coming over to your table with a black plastic bag filled with necessities. "Hey yn, I picked up some stuff when I went to the convenience with the boys." He hands over the bag and you take it with a smile. "Wait, why did you-"
"I just took notice to your cycle-" Riki stops himself when he realized how shocked you looked and maybe started thinking that he was a psycho. "Oh- OH wait...did that sound weird...I'm sorry." soon after, you had to assure him that it was okay and that you never expected it.
After he leaves, you sit back down and face your friends who had a certain look and smile on their faces. Some of them raising their eyebrows at you, like they want to say "just friends, huh?"
"Don't even start" warning them but the look still remains on their face. Again, rolling your eyes and focusing back to eating lunch before you had to drag your feet to your next class.
Guess what? you have that next dreaded class with him.
Later, you're in your usual seat, re reading the notes in case the professor wants to suddenly have a pop quiz. So focused that you do not realize that he already sat next to you. "Do we have an exam that I don't know about?" eyes leaving the notebook to look at him, one bicep on the table, head held by his palm. He's rocking the same hip hop fit and classic smirk.
"Why do you have to stress yourself out like this, relax yn" taking the book out of your hands and closing it. Before you could say anything, he places it on his desk and looks back at you. "There's no pop quiz or exam, the professor isn't even coming to class."
"What if there's a substitute and they give us a task?" chuckling, he looks at the wall clock and gives you an ultimatum. "In the next 20 minutes, if no one shows up, let's get out of here and just hang?" This was nothing new, Riki has always proposed this idea to you but never got to happen. So, you always just say yes.
Usually after he would give the ultimatum, the professor or the sub with walk in. To which you see the disappointment in his eyes as he slumps in his chair, along with a "I hate this class".
But this time, it has passed 15 minutes and no one else but your classmates have entered the room. For those 15 minutes, Riki has been mentally planning on what he's going to do or where he's going to take you if you both do end up leaving. Why was he even nervous, he's been out with you, multiple times...but in groups.
Another 5 minutes goes by and before Riki could bask in his victory, someone from the faculty comes in. You smirk and rub his back jokingly. He looks back at you and sends you a death glare. "You hate me that much? You can't even spend an hour and a half alone with me?" As he starts pouting, the professor speaks up.
"Your professor won't be able to make it in today, he also did not leave any task or assignment, so you are free to go." now the reactions are switched, your smirk fading and Riki's pout turning into a smile.
Now, you find yourself in the newly opened cafe in the campus. With a very happy Riki. "Now that I think about it, you're stuck with me for 4 years, and maybe even beyond that. You know...after graduation." He sips on his coffee and whips out his phone. "What if I move schools?"
"Then I'll just have to follow you there." Taking a picture of the food and while you were looking out the window, he snaps a quick picture. "You look pretty, yn." its times like this where you start to question if your friends were right and maybe Riki has feelings for you, but you think back to his interactions with other females; he pretty much acts the same towards them...but does he call other girl pretty and take them out to more than just friendly dates?
"Riki, can I ask you something?" You couldn't let this live on anymore, you had to get a straight answer from him, getting the answer to this 'what are we' situation you both were in.
"Sure, anything."
"Even if it might change our friendship?" He pauses but bounces back quickly and proceeds to shrug. "It can't be that bad, shoot"
"Do you perhaps...like me? romantically?" Looking straight at him. "I just...I'm getting mixed signals from you and I-"
"I do"
"What?"
"I really do"
From that moment on, your freshman year was occasionally filled with Nishimura Riki.
In the beginning, everything was molded perfectly into your life, nothing seemed to overlap, had a handful academic stress but had resilience. Riki was the addition that you loved. In the beginning.
The first official date happened a week after that talk, Riki decided to go to your dorm room, which was extremely restricted to males, but somehow, he slipped through the wire and convinced you to go on a spontaneous date. He took you to a park and you two had a picnic and played soccer together. It was a fun time, getting to know Riki and him getting to know you on a different level and for a different reason.
The first kiss was when you were at a little group hang out, Riki and his friends separated from you and the others, only to come back with funny disguises; embarrassing you guys by dancing and singing loudly in the middle of the mall and only promising to stop if you kissed his cheek. Which you were going to do but he moved his face so you could kiss his lips.
The first 'I love you' was when it was spring break for freshman year when Riki had to go back to his hometown to visit his family. When you two were saying your goodbyes, you said the three little words.
As the sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a warm glow over the campus, you and Riki found yourselves standing beneath a blossoming cherry blossom tree. It was the last day before spring break, and Riki's hometown beckoned him back to his family.
Finally, with a soft sigh, you looked up at him, your gaze filled with affection and vulnerability. "I love you," you whispered, the words hanging in the air between you like delicate petals.
Riki's heart skipped a beat as he processed your confession, a rush of warmth flooding his chest. He felt a lump form in his throat, overwhelmed by the intensity of his emotions. "I love you too," he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper but filled with sincerity.
A little fast forward to second year, you were now both sophomores; still going strong as a couple. It been roughly 8 months since you two got together in February, during your freshman year. Now we stand in September, the very first day of your sophomore year. First day was always nerve wracking for you, no matter what because you have too much to look forward to but also so many things to worry about.
But still, your main focus and priority was still to be on the grind, work your butt off to get high grades, do extra-curricular activities, but still making times for friends and loved ones.
And that's what you made sure to do, months passed, and you were one of the few students who were on the top of their classes but still manage to have their own private life, to others; you make it look so easy.
"Got time for your boyfriend, or no?" Putting down your book and then sitting down next to you, Riki had a pout on his face, giving you puppy eyes. "You seem to like this book more than me these days" continuing to sulk until you give in and give him attention for the rest of the day.
"I just have an exam coming up, that's all." You try to reason but nothing ever seems to work for Riki, "I still reach out and keep you updated though" unfazed, he simple places his face to rest on his palm, still facing you with the same pout and puppy eyes. Sighing, putting down your reviewers and pens, asking him what he wants.
"I'm not taking you completely away from your study time, I know how important this is to you but take a break, let's go out and get some snacks, then we can come back here and I can study with you?"
Now you knew your boyfriend, and this man does not study. But somehow, still gets decent grades, far from a failing one. "You? studying, that's funny."
"Hey, I'm turning a new leaf, I want to match my smarty pants of a girlfriend." Rolling your eyes as you pack your things. After zipping up your bag, Riki goes to carry your bag for you, along with his.
You really felt like Riki was meant to be in your life and you were meant to be in his. The two of you just seemed too perfect for one another, as said by many people in your life. The support, love, and genuine care you have for one another was something you rarely see in college couples. Others tried to find a flaw in you two but somehow, nothing seemed to come to the light. Sure, there were small arguments here and there but even for your first big fight, you both never screamed nor yelled at ech other to get your point across. It was all clear and patient communication to fix whatever caused the problem. It was never you vs him, it was always you two vs the problem.
"Seriously, have you ever seen a more inseparable pair? They're like two peas in a pod!" Kai says while gesturing to Riki and You
"I know, right? I'm convinced nothing could tear those two apart." Hiyyih nods in agreement
"Yeah, not even a tornado or a zombie apocalypse could break their bond. They're like the ultimate relationship goals." Jay laughs as he watched you two from the distance.
"Hey, let's not jinx it. Knowing these two, they'd probably take on a zombie horde together and come out unscathed." Heeseung raises his eyebrows but says sarcastically.
-
"Can you calm down; you're stressing me out!" one of the guys on the dance team takes hold of Riki's jittering self. Clearly, he was under stress and pressure to do well in this event. "Yeah Riki, you'll do great, like always" Kai comes up to him and pats him on the back.
"Yeah, but this time, I have a solo part and what if I-"
"You won't. You're literally a born to be dancer and performer." there you are, what Riki needed right now. Walking into the room giving him the biggest hug you could give him but considering the height difference, you were more like a baby bear to him.
"You've got this, Riki. Just remember to breathe and let your passion flow through every movement."
"Thanks, Babe. I don't know what I'd do without you here."
The emcee's voice echoes through the speakers, announcing the next performance. Riki takes a deep breath, centering himself as he steps onto the stage, the spotlight illuminating his figure.
As the music begins to play, Riki's movements are fluid and graceful, his body seemingly moving in perfect harmony with the rhythm. Each step is imbued with emotion, a testament to his dedication and talent.
From the wings, You watch with bated breath, heart swelling with pride as you witness Riki's mesmerizing performance.
As Riki reaches the climax of his solo, the audience erupts into applause, their cheers filling the auditorium with thunderous applause. Your eyes shimmer with tears of joy as you rush forward to embrace Riki backstage, admiration for him overflowing.
"That was incredible, Riki! You were absolutely breathtaking up there."
There was someone in the crowd who thought the very same about Riki...Remember the talk where your friends were joking how nothing could tear you apart? Yeah, the 'nothing' was there at the auditorium.
It's a typical day on campus, with students bustling between classes and the air filled with the hum of activity. Riki is sitting in a lecture hall, scribbling notes furiously as the professor drones on about the intricacies of a science theory. Suddenly, there's a knock on the door, and the professor pauses, motioning for Riki to step outside.
Riki furrows his brow in confusion but follows the professor's lead, stepping out into the hallway where a man in a sharp suit awaits him. The man exudes an air of confidence and authority, and Riki's curiosity is piqued.
"Riki, I presume? My name is Hiro Endo. I was at your performance yesterday, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed." Extending a hand
Riki's eyes widen in surprise, his heart pounding with excitement. He shakes Hiro's hand eagerly, his mind racing with possibilities.
"Thank you, sir. That means a lot coming from you. But may I ask what brings you here?"
"I represent one of the most renowned entertainment companies abroad, and I believe you have the potential to be a star. Your talent is undeniable, and I would like to offer you and a fellow member of your dance team an incredible opportunity to work with us."
Riki's heart skips a beat at the mention of such a life-changing opportunity. He glances around, searching for his friend from the dance team, who steps forward with a mixture of excitement and disbelief.
"I… I don't know what to say."
"Take a look at these documents. Everything is legitimate, I assure you. This is a chance for you to pursue your passion on a global stage, with all expenses covered and a generous compensation package."
Riki's hands tremble slightly as he flips through the documents, his mind whirling with the magnitude of the opportunity before him. He looks up at Hiro, his eyes shining with determination.
"I'll do it. I'll take the chance."
Hiro's smile widens, sensing Riki's commitment to seize the opportunity before him. With a firm handshake and a promise of further details to come, they part ways, leaving Riki with a newfound sense of purpose and excitement for the future.
As Riki returns to his class, the weight of the decision he's just made settles in his chest.
As Riki navigates the rest of his day, the weight of Hiro's offer hangs heavily on his mind. With each passing moment, the pros and cons of accepting the opportunity to go abroad to South Korea swirl through his thoughts, leaving him torn between excitement and apprehension.
During his next class, Riki finds it difficult to concentrate, his mind wandering back to the conversation with Hiro and the tantalizing prospect of pursuing his passion on a global stage. He imagines the vibrant dance scene in South Korea, the opportunity to learn and grow as an artist, and the chance to make a name for himself on an international level. But alongside the excitement, a nagging sense of doubt gnaws at him.
As the afternoon stretches on, Riki decides to seek solace in the one person who knows him best: Yn. He sends her a text, asking if they can meet up later that evening to talk. With each passing hour, the anticipation builds, and Riki finds himself grappling with the decision of whether to tell Yn about the offer now or wait until it's officially in writing.
On one hand, he wants to share his excitement and fears with Yn, knowing that she'll offer him the support and guidance he needs. But on the other hand, he worries about burdening her with his uncertainties and fears, especially when the offer is still tentative.
As evening falls and Riki meets Yn at their favorite spot-on campus, he takes a deep breath, steeling himself for the conversation ahead. He knows that whatever decision he makes, Yn will be by his side every step of the way. And with her unwavering support, he feels ready to face whatever the future may hold.
"Yn, there's something I need to talk to you about."
You look at him, expression a mix of curiosity and concern. Senses the gravity of his words and braces self for what's to come.
"What is it, Riki? You seem… tense."
Riki meets your gaze, his eyes reflecting a mixture of excitement and uncertainty "A talent agent approached me. He offered me an incredible opportunity to work abroad with one of the most renowned entertainment companies in South Korea."
Your heart skips a beat at Riki's words, a mixture of pride and apprehension washing over you. You knew this day would come, but the reality of it hits harder than anticipated.
"Wow, Riki, that's… that's amazing! Congratulations!" forcing a smile.
Riki reaches for your hand, his touch gentle and reassuring "I know it's a lot to take in, but I truly believe we can make this work, Yn. We've always been so good at communication, and with technology these days, staying connected will be easier than ever. Plus, think of all the opportunities this could open up for both of us."
Your heart aches at Riki's optimism, knowing deep down that your relationship will face challenges you both can't simply overcome with good intentions and video calls. Again, forces a smile, masking your inner turmoil as you squeezes Riki's hand gently.
Softly "Riki, I appreciate your optimism, I really do. But… but we both know that long-distance relationships are incredibly hard. And with your career taking off like this, I… I don't want to hold you back."
Now it Riki's heart to sink at your words, the weight of uncertainty hitting him like a punch to the gut. He had hoped you would share in his excitement, but now he realizes the depth of the fears and doubts.
"Yn, I… I don't want to lose you. You mean everything to me, and I can't imagine my life without you by my side."
Your eyes glisten with unshed tears as you meet Riki's gaze, voice barely above a whisper.
"Riki, I love you. And I want nothing more than to see you succeed and chase your dreams. But… but I can't ignore the reality of the situation. Sometimes love isn't enough to bridge the distance."
Riki's heart shatters at Yn's words, the realization dawning on him that their love may not be enough to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead. With a heavy heart, he pulls Yn into a tight embrace, holding her close as they silently grapple with the uncertain future that lies ahead.
"Yn, please… just hear me out. I know this won't be easy, but I truly believe we have what it takes to make it work."
Your gaze flickers with a mixture of longing and uncertainty, heart torn between the love you feel for Riki and the fear of the unknown that lies ahead.
"Riki, I want to believe that too, I really do. But… but how can we be sure? What if the distance becomes too much to bear?"
"Because I know, deep in my heart, that our love is stronger than any distance. We've overcome obstacles before, Yn, and this will be no different. We'll make it work, together."
"Yn, I promise you, with every fiber of my being, that I will do whatever it takes to make this work. I won't let our love slip away, not now, not ever. Please, just give us a chance."
With a trembling breath, you nods slowly, a flicker of hope igniting within you. "Okay, Riki. Okay, let's give it a try."

The airport terminal buzzes with the energy of travelers coming and going, but for you and Riki, the world narrows to a single, heart-wrenching moment. Hand in hand, you stand amidst the throng of people, your fingers intertwined as you cling to each other desperately, unwilling to let go.
Tears prick at the corners of your eyes as you gaze up at Riki, your heart aching with the weight of your impending separation. His face mirrors your own emotions, etched with sadness and longing.
"I don't want to leave you, Yn. I can't bear the thought of being apart from you."
You choke back a sob, your throat tight with emotion. "I know, Riki. I feel the same way. But… but we have to be strong. We'll find a way to make this work, I promise."
Your words hang in the air like a fragile thread, tethering you together in the face of uncertainty. But as the minutes tick by, the reality of your impending goodbye looms ever closer, casting a shadow over your fragile hope.
It's only when your friend Kai approaches, his expression solemn yet compassionate, that you realize the time has come to part ways. With a heavy heart, you turn to Riki, your eyes glistening with unshed tears.
"Guys, it's time. The boarding call has been announced."
Riki's grip tightens on your hand, his heart breaking at the finality of Kai's words. With a trembling breath, he presses a tender kiss to your forehead, his touch a silent vow of love and devotion.
"I'll never forget you, Yn. I'll carry you with me wherever I go."
Your voice catches in your throat as you return Riki's kiss, your heart overflowing with love and longing.
"I love you, Riki. Always and forever."
With one last lingering embrace, you reluctantly release each other, your hearts heavy with the weight of your farewell. With tears streaming down your cheeks, you watch as Riki disappears into the crowd, leaving behind a void that echoes with the echo of your love.
As you watch Riki's retreating figure, you cling to the hope that one day, your paths will cross again, and you'll find your way back to each other, stronger and more resilient than ever before.
The car ride home from the airport is silent, the weight of Riki's absence hanging heavy in the air. You stare blankly out the window, your mind a whirlwind of emotions as tears trace silent paths down your cheeks.
As the car pulls up to your doorstep, your phone pings with a notification. With trembling hands, you unlock the screen to find a message from Riki, accompanied by a selfie that pierces your heart like a dagger. In the photo, Riki's red eyes and tear-streaked face speak volumes, a stark reminder of the pain you both feel in your separation.
Your fingers tremble as you open the message, your heart breaking with each word.
Riki's Text: "Goodbye, Yn. I'll call as soon as I land. I love you, always."
"Yn, we're here for you. Lean on us, okay?" You look up to find Bahiyyih's compassionate gaze, her eyes brimming with empathy. Around her, Jay and Kai stand in solidarity, their silent presence a comforting anchor amidst the storm of emotions.
With a shaky breath, you nod, allowing yourself to be enveloped in the warmth of your friends' embrace.

As the third year of college unfolds, you find yourself immersed in a whirlwind of classes, assignments, and extracurricular activities, each day passing in a blur of busyness and routine. But amidst the chaos of student life, there's a quiet sense of contentment that settles over you, a reassuring reminder that even in Riki's absence, your love endures.
In the four months since Riki left, you've thrown yourself into your studies with renewed focus and determination, channeling your energy into academic pursuits and personal growth. The days blur together in a blur of lectures and late-night study sessions, but through it all, Riki's presence lingers like a guiding light, his love a steady anchor amidst the tumult of college life.
Despite the distance between you, your bond with Riki remains as strong as ever, nurtured by late-night phone calls, heartfelt messages, and the occasional video chat. Each interaction is a precious lifeline, a reminder of the deep connection you share and the promise of a future reunited.
As the weeks turn into months, you take solace in the knowledge that despite the miles that separate you, your love knows no bounds. And though the road ahead may be long and uncertain, you face it with courage and conviction, secure in the knowledge that no matter what challenges lie ahead, you and Riki will weather them together, stronger than ever before.
The soft glow of your phone illuminates the darkness of your room as you settle in for another late-night study session. With a tired sigh, you pull up your phone, a smile tugging at your lips as you wait for Riki's familiar face to appear on the screen.
After a moment, his face pops up, his eyes lighting up with a grin as he sees you. "Hey, love," he says, his voice warm and filled with affection.
"Hey, Riki," you reply, your heart fluttering at the sight of him. "How's your day been?"
Riki leans back in his chair, running a hand through his hair. "Busy, as usual. But seeing your face makes it all worth it."
You feel a blush creep onto your cheeks at his words, a warm rush of affection washing over you. "You're such a sweetheart," you say, unable to contain your smile.
For the next hour, you and Riki lose yourselves in conversation, sharing stories about your day and trading jokes and laughter. Despite the miles that separate you, the connection between you feels as strong as ever, each moment spent together a cherished reminder of the love you share.
As the clock ticks past midnight, you reluctantly bid Riki goodbye, knowing that another day of classes awaits you both in the morning.
In the bustling cafeteria, you and your friends gather around a table, the lively chatter of students filling the air with warmth and energy. As you dig into your lunches, a familiar face approaches you, a hopeful smile playing on his lips.
"Hey, Yn," he says, his voice tinged with nervousness. "I was wondering if you'd like to grab coffee sometime? Maybe go see a movie?"
Your heart skips a beat at the unexpected invitation, but you offer him a gentle smile. "Thank you, but I have a boyfriend. I appreciate the offer though."
With a disappointed nod, the guy retreats, leaving you to return your attention to your friends. But as you resume your conversation, a question lingers in the back of your mind, like a faint whisper of doubt.
It's Bahiyyih who voices the unspoken concern, her brow furrowed with curiosity. "Hey, Yn, what if someone else likes Riki? What if people start asking him out?"
Your heart clenches at the thought, a surge of protectiveness welling up within you. You take a moment to collect your thoughts before responding, your voice firm yet tinged with uncertainty.
"I trust Riki," you say, your words a quiet affirmation of your faith in your relationship. "And I trust in the love we share. If someone else likes him, well… it's flattering, but it doesn't change how I feel about him."
Later that evening, as you and Riki settle in for your nightly video call, you can't help but share a lighthearted moment with him. With a playful smile, you recount the encounter at the cafeteria.
Riki's laughter fills the screen, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
You chuckle at his teasing remark, feeling a warm flutter in your chest at his words. "Well, he definitely got the wrong idea. But it was kind of funny."
As the conversation winds down, you both find yourselves drifting off to sleep, the comforting presence of each other's voice lulling you into peaceful dreams. With your phones still on video call, you share a silent moment of intimacy, the soft glow of the screen casting a warm halo around your faces.
The next following months were just like that, Riki and you still communicated. Things were different, that's for sure.
Now, you were in your 2 months of the second semester of third year. Riki was now preparing for new upcoming performances, both of ypu had realized that in this time of year, you both are busy and have less time for one another.
As the clock ticks past midnight, you find yourself nestled in the familiar comfort of your dorm room, the soft glow of your phone casting shadows across the walls. With each passing minute, anticipation builds in your chest as you wait for Riki's late-night video call, a nightly ritual that brings you both closer despite the distance between you.
But as the hours stretch on, the silence of the room grows deafening, broken only by the soft hum of the ceiling fan and the distant sounds of laughter from down the hall. With each passing minute, a gnawing sense of unease creeps into your mind, overshadowing the excitement that had filled you earlier.
You check your phone for what feels like the hundredth time, hoping for a message or a missed call from Riki, but the screen remains stubbornly blank, devoid of any notifications. A frown creases your brow as you glance at the time once more, realizing with a sinking feeling that Riki's late-night call isn't coming tonight.
As the minutes turn into hours, you wrestle with a whirlwind of emotions, from disappointment and frustration to worry and concern. Thoughts race through your mind, each one more unsettling than the last. What if something happened to Riki? What if he forgot about your call? What if…?
With a heavy sigh, you push aside the barrage of doubts and fears, choosing instead to focus on the love and trust you share with Riki. You remind yourself that he's likely caught up in rehearsals or meetings, his busy schedule leaving little time for anything else.
But even as you try to rationalize his absence, a small part of you can't shake the feeling of loneliness that settles over you like a heavy blanket. You long for the familiar sound of his voice, the warmth of his laughter, the comfort of his presence.
With a resigned sigh, you resign yourself to another night spent apart, the glow of the phone screen casting a soft halo around you as you drift off to sleep, holding onto the hope that tomorrow will bring the reassurance and connection you crave.
As Riki steps into his apartment, exhaustion weighs heavily on his shoulders, a testament to the long hours spent at dance practice followed by a whirlwind of classes and meetings throughout the day. With a weary sigh, he kicks off his shoes and drops his bag by the door, his thoughts drifting to you, thousands of miles away in Japan.
Glancing at the clock, Riki's heart sinks as he realizes how late it's gotten. It's already well past midnight, and the thought of interrupting your sleep with a late-night video call fills him with guilt.
With a conflicted sigh, Riki debates whether to reach out to you anyway, knowing how much he craves the connection and comfort of your voice. But as he weighs the pros and cons, a sense of responsibility tugs at his conscience, reminding him of the importance of rest and self-care, both for himself and for you.
Reluctantly, Riki sets his phone aside, knowing that the late hour is no time to disturb your sleep. Instead, he resolves to send you a text in the morning, a simple gesture to let you know that he's thinking of you, even when they're apart.
As he settles into bed, the soft glow of his phone casting shadows across the room, he drifts off to sleep, wrapped in the warmth of your memory.
For Riki, the demands of his dance career and rigorous training schedule weigh heavily on his mind, leaving him little time or energy to devote to anything else. Each day is a relentless cycle of rehearsals, performances, and late-night practice sessions, leaving him drained and exhausted by the time he collapses into bed.
As the weeks slip by in a blur of obligations and responsibilities, you find yourself struggling to keep up with the demands of college life while navigating the increasingly distant landscape of your relationship with Riki. Despite your best efforts to stay connected, communication between you has become sparse and erratic, leaving you feeling adrift in a sea of uncertainty and longing.
Each day is a delicate balancing act, a relentless juggling of classes, assignments, and extracurricular activities, all while trying to carve out precious moments to connect with Riki. But no matter how hard you try, the distance between you seems to grow wider with each passing day, leaving you feeling increasingly isolated and alone.
The once constant stream of texts and calls has dwindled to a trickle, leaving you yearning for the warmth of Riki's voice and the comfort of his presence. Each unanswered message feels like a tiny dagger to the heart, a painful reminder of the growing chasm between you.
In the quiet moments of solitude, you find yourself haunted by doubts and insecurities, wondering if Riki still cares as deeply for you as he once did. The silence weighs heavily on your mind, casting a shadow over the once bright and hopeful future you imagined together.
But despite the uncertainty that clouds your thoughts, a part of you still clings to hope, holding onto the belief that love has a way of overcoming even the greatest obstacles. You remind yourself that distance is just a temporary hurdle, and that as long as you and Riki remain committed to each other, you'll find a way to weather the storm together.
And so, as the weeks turn into months, you hold onto the promise of better days ahead, trusting in the strength of your love to guide you through the darkness and into the light. For even in the midst of uncertainty, you know that with Riki by your side, anything is possible.
As you take a much-needed study break, you absentmindedly scroll through your social media feed, hoping for a momentary distraction from the weight of your thoughts. But as you idly flick through the photos and updates, your heart lurches painfully in your chest at the sight of a familiar face.
There, amidst the sea of posts and selfies, is a picture of Riki, his arm casually draped around the shoulder of a girl you don't recognize. The image is a stark reminder of the distance between you, a painful testament to the reality of your fading connection.
Your breath catches in your throat as you stare at the photo, your mind struggling to process the flood of emotions crashing over you like a tidal wave. Jealousy, hurt, and betrayal swirl together in a tumultuous whirlwind, threatening to overwhelm your fragile heart.
With trembling fingers, you tap on the photo, your heart pounding in your chest as you read the caption beneath it. "Fun day out with my favorite person ❤️ #love #happyducky"
The words hit you like a punch to the gut, each one a painful reminder of the intimacy and closeness shared between Riki and the girl in the photo. A sense of betrayal gnaws at your insides, leaving you feeling raw and exposed, as if your world has been turned upside down in an instant.
Tears blur your vision as you stare at the screen, your mind racing with a million questions and doubts. In that moment, as you sit alone in your room, surrounded by the suffocating silence of your own thoughts, the pain of heartbreak washes over you like a tidal wave, threatening to drag you under.
With a heavy heart and trembling fingers, you reach for your phone, the weight of the day's revelation pressing down on your shoulders. Despite the ache in your chest, you muster the courage to send a text to Riki, your fingers hesitating over the keys as you struggle to find the right words.
"Riki, we need to talk. Please call me when you get this."
With a shaky breath, you hit send, the message disappearing into the digital abyss as you wait anxiously for a response that never comes. The minutes stretch into hours, but your phone remains stubbornly silent, devoid of any sign of life from Riki.
As you climb into bed, the weight of uncertainty settles over you like a heavy blanket, casting a shadow over the once familiar comfort of your room. Despite your exhaustion, sleep eludes you, your mind consumed with thoughts of Riki and the painful realization of his betrayal.
With a heavy sigh, you curl up beneath the covers, your heart heavy with the weight of unanswered questions and unspoken truths. In the silence of the night, you find yourself grappling with a maelstrom of emotions, each one more overwhelming than the last.
As you drift off into fitful sleep, your dreams haunted by echoes of Riki's laughter and the warmth of his embrace, you can't help but wonder what tomorrow will bring. But for now, all you can do is wait, the uncertainty of the future looming large in the darkness, a silent reminder of the fragile nature of love and trust.
With a groggy groan, you roll over in bed, your hand fumbling for your phone on the nightstand. The sound of its insistent ringing fills the room, pulling you reluctantly from the depths of sleep.
Groggily, you glance at the caller ID, your heart skipping a beat as you see Riki's name flashing on the screen. Without bothering with a proper greeting, you answer the phone with a sassy tone, your words laced with a hint of annoyance.
"What, did you finally remember you have a phone?"
There's a moment of silence on the other end of the line, and you can almost hear the surprise in Riki's voice as he responds, his words tinged with uncertainty.
"Uh, good morning to you too, Yn. Is everything okay?"
Despite your frustration, a pang of guilt tugs at your conscience at the concern in Riki's voice. With a sigh, you relent, your tone softening slightly as you reply.
"Yeah, sorry. I just… didn't expect to hear from you, that's all."
There's a pause as Riki absorbs your words, his voice gentle as he speaks.
"I know things have been rough lately, but I want to talk about it. Can we meet up?"
As confusion swirls in your mind, you can't help but furrow your brow in disbelief. "What do you mean, meet up? You're in South Korea."
There's a brief pause on the other end of the line before Riki's voice comes through, filled with an unexpected urgency. "Just… open your front door, Yn."
Your heart races with anticipation as you rush to the door, your hands trembling with excitement. With a flick of the lock, you swing it open, your eyes widening in shock at the sight before you.
There, standing on your doorstep, is Riki, a sheepish grin spreading across his face as he holds up his phone in a gesture of greeting. "Surprise," he says, his voice tinged with excitement and relief.
Your jaw drops in astonishment, your mind struggling to process the surreal sight before you. "Riki, what are you doing here? How did you…?"
But before you can finish your sentence, Riki steps forward, enveloping you in a warm embrace that sends shivers down your spine. "I couldn't stay away any longer," he whispers, his breath warm against your ear. "I needed to see you."
Tears prick at your eyes as you return the embrace, your heart overflowing with a dizzying mix of joy, relief, and disbelief. In that moment, as you stand together on your doorstep, the distance and misunderstandings of the past few weeks melt away, replaced by the overwhelming certainty of your love for each other.
As Riki takes in the redness of your eyes, concern etches his features, but before he can voice his worry, you step back, breaking free from his embrace. His eyebrows furrow in confusion as he looks at you, searching your face for answers.
"What's wrong, Yn?" he asks, his voice filled with genuine concern.
You meet his gaze with a sassy smirk, your tone laced with sarcasm. "Oh, nothing. Just stumbled upon a cute little picture of you and your 'favorite person' on Instagram last night."
Riki's expression shifts from confusion to realization, his eyes widening in understanding. "Yn, it's not what you think—"
As you step back into the apartment, the weight of the moment hangs heavy in the air, a palpable tension swirling between you and Riki. But before you can retreat any further, Riki moves closer, his arms encircling you in a gentle back hug. His touch sends a shiver down your spine, the warmth of his embrace a stark contrast to the coldness of your heart.
"Yn, please," he pleads, his voice soft and pleading. "Let me explain."
You stiffen in his arms, your resolve wavering as his words wash over you. Part of you longs to hear his side of the story, to believe that there's a rational explanation for what you saw. But another part of you, wounded and betrayed, hesitates to let your guard down, afraid of the pain that lies on the other side of forgiveness.
With a sigh, you turn to face him, your eyes meeting his in a silent plea for honesty. "Fine," you say, your voice barely above a whisper. "But make it quick."
Riki nods, his expression earnest as he takes a deep breath, steeling himself for what comes next. And as he begins to speak, his words wash over you like a soothing balm, each one a testament to the depth of his love and the sincerity of his regret.
-
Throughout the week, Riki's presence brings a sense of warmth and familiarity to your home, filling the air with laughter and shared memories.

On a clear night, Riki suggests a spontaneous adventure: stargazing in the park. Hand in hand, you make your way under the twinkling sky, laying out a blanket to lie on. As you gaze up at the vast expanse of stars above, Riki whispers secrets and promises, his words mingling with the soft rustle of leaves and the distant hum of the city. In that moment, surrounded by the beauty of the universe, you feel closer to him than ever before.

Amidst the chaos and laughter, you share a connection that transcends words, a bond forged in the simple joys of being together.
These moments, filled with laughter, love, and shared experiences, serve as a poignant reminder of the deep connection and affection that binds you and Riki together.
But amidst the joyous reunions and heartwarming moments, you can't help but notice the subtle shifts in Riki's behavior, the fleeting glances at his phone and the whispered conversations that leave you feeling uneasy.
In the midst of a family dinner, you catch Riki sneaking glances at his phone, his brows furrowing in concentration as he types out a quick response to a message. At first, you brush it off as nothing more than the usual distractions of modern life, but as the week wears on, the frequency of his interruptions becomes harder to ignore.
During a quiet moment alone together, you voice your concerns to Riki, your words tinged with a hint of worry. "Is everything okay, Riki? You seem… distracted."
Riki's smile falters for a moment before he offers you a reassuring squeeze of the hand. "It's nothing, Yn. Just some work stuff I need to take care of."
Despite his words, a nagging sense of doubt lingers in the back of your mind, a silent reminder of the uncertainties that have plagued your relationship in recent weeks. But you push aside your doubts, choosing instead to trust in Riki's love and sincerity.
As the week draws to a close, you find yourself unable to shake the feeling of unease that gnaws at your insides. And then, one fateful afternoon, as you innocently reach for Riki's phone to check the time, you stumble upon a series of messages that shatter your world into a million jagged pieces.
With trembling hands and tears in your eyes, you scroll through the messages, each one a damning testament to the betrayal that has unfolded right under your nose. And in that heart-wrenching moment of truth, the painful realization dawns upon you: Riki's distractions weren't innocent after all. He was hiding something from you, something that would irreparably change the course of your relationship forever.
As you hold Riki's phone in your trembling hands, the weight of the truth settling heavily upon your shoulders, you're startled by the sound of the bathroom door opening. With a shaky breath, you quickly set the phone down on the bedside table, your heart pounding in your chest as you scramble to compose yourself.
As Riki emerges from the bathroom, his expression bright and carefree, you force a sleepy smile, pretending as though you've just woken up. "Hey, sleepyhead," he greets you with a warm smile, oblivious to the storm raging within you.
You return his smile with a forced one of your own, your mind racing with a million thoughts and emotions. Despite the urge to confront him, to demand answers to the questions burning in your mind, you hold back, choosing instead to bury your pain beneath a facade of indifference.
As Riki settles onto the bed beside you, his warmth seeping into your bones, you fight the urge to reach out to him, to seek comfort in his embrace. But as you steal a glance at his unsuspecting face, the memory of his betrayal looms large in your mind, a silent reminder of the shattered trust between you.
In that moment, as you lie there beside him, a silent tension fills the air, a palpable barrier that separates you from the man you once loved. And as you struggle to make sense of the turmoil within you, one thing becomes painfully clear: now is not the time for comfort or reconciliation. For now, all you can do is bide your time, waiting for the right moment to confront him and demand the truth.
As the days pass by, you find yourself grappling with the painful truth that hangs heavy in the air between you and Riki. Despite his attempts to maintain a facade of normalcy, his behavior remains unchanged, his frequent disappearances to answer calls or texts a constant source of unease.
Each time he slips away, you can't help but feel a pang of betrayal as you watch him, his smile once meant for you now a cruel reminder of the deception that lurks beneath the surface. And as he returns to the table, his kiss on your cheek feels hollow, a bitter reminder of the love that was lost amidst the web of lies and deceit.
In that moment, as you sit beside him, a silent tension fills the space between you, a chasm of unspoken words and unresolved emotions. And as you steal a glance at his unsuspecting face, a surge of anger and resentment wells up inside you, threatening to consume you whole.
But instead of giving in to the urge to confront him, you bite back the words that burn on the tip of your tongue, choosing instead to keep silent, to bide your time until the moment is right. For now, all you can do is play the part of the oblivious lover, keeping your true feelings hidden beneath a mask of indifference, all the while knowing that the truth will eventually come to light.
I played dumb, but I always knew That you talked to her, maybe did even worse I kept quiet so I could keep you
As the night stretches on, you lie awake in bed, your thoughts swirling in a tumultuous storm of emotions. Beside you, Riki shifts restlessly, his concern evident in the furrow of his brow.
"Yn, what's wrong?" he murmurs, his voice thick with worry.
But you remain silent, your mind consumed by the weight of your own thoughts. You know you should speak up, confront Riki about the truth you've discovered, but the words catch in your throat, suffocated by the fear of what might come next.
Sensing your hesitation, Riki reaches out to gently caress your cheek, his touch a soothing balm against the turmoil within you. "Please, Yn," he pleads, his voice barely above a whisper. "Talk to me. I can't help you if you don't tell me what's wrong."
But still, you remain silent, your heart heavy with the burden of your secrets. With a sigh, Riki pulls you close, wrapping you in his arms with a tenderness that threatens to undo your resolve.
"Fine," you finally whisper, your voice barely audible in the darkness. "Just… hold me tight until morning, okay?" And with that simple request, Riki pulls you even closer.
In the depths of the night, as sleep claims you in its gentle embrace, you find yourself drifting into a dream so vivid and beautiful that it feels almost like reality. In this dream, you and Riki are together, happy and content, living out a future filled with love and laughter.
You can see it all so clearly: the two of you walking hand in hand down a sunlit aisle, surrounded by friends and family as you exchange vows of everlasting devotion. You can feel the warmth of Riki's touch, the softness of his voice as he whispers words of love and affection into your ear.
Together, you embark on a journey of endless adventures and shared experiences, building a life filled with joy and happiness. You can see yourselves growing old together, still holding hands and stealing kisses even after decades have passed.
But then, in the quiet darkness of the night, reality comes crashing back with a cruel inevitability. As you stir from your dream-induced reverie, your eyes flutter open to the sight of Riki sleeping peacefully beside you, his features softened by the gentle glow of the moonlight.
In that moment, as you gaze upon his sleeping form, a pang of sadness grips your heart, the harsh truth of your situation looming large in the darkness. You know deep down that the future you envisioned in your dream will never come to pass, that the love you once shared with Riki has been tainted by betrayal and mistrust.
With a heavy sigh, you turn away from him, burying your face in the pillow as tears prick at the corners of your eyes. In the stillness of the night, you grapple with the painful realization that the dream you so desperately clung to will forever remain nothing more than a fleeting fantasy, a bittersweet reminder of what could have been.
In the soft light of dawn, you find yourselves once again at the airport, the familiar scent of departure lingering in the air as you stand on the precipice of another goodbye. But this time, there's a subtle shift in the atmosphere, a quiet sense of resignation mingled with a newfound sense of resolve.
As you watch Riki prepare to board his flight, a bittersweet smile graces your lips, a fleeting reflection of the conflicting emotions swirling within you. You know that saying goodbye to him will be painful, but deep down, you also know that it's the right thing to do.
As you stand at the airport, the weight of unspoken words hanging heavy between you and Riki, you can't help but feel a sense of urgency bubbling up inside you. With a glance towards him, you catch his gaze, a flicker of confusion crossing his features as he meets your eyes.
"I know, Riki," you say softly, your voice barely above a whisper, but laced with a quiet determination.
Riki's brow furrows in confusion, his lips parting as if to speak, but no words come out. He searches your face for answers, but you simply offer him a small, enigmatic smile, leaving him to grapple with the puzzle of your words.
As Riki boards the plane and takes his seat, the pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place in his mind. With a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach, he realizes the truth behind your cryptic message, the weight of his actions crashing down on him like a ton of bricks.
As the plane taxis down the runway, Riki's mind races with regret and remorse, his heart heavy with the knowledge of what he's lost. In that moment of clarity, he knows that he may have let go of the greatest love he'll ever know, all for the sake of fleeting moments of temptation and desire.
And as the plane takes off, carrying him away from you and towards an uncertain future, Riki is left to grapple with the consequences of his choices, knowing that the pain of your goodbye will haunt him long after the plane touches down in a distant land.
As you sits in your car, watching through tear-blurred eyes as the plane carrying Riki disappears into the vast expanse of the sky, a wave of emotions crashes over you like a tidal wave. Tears stream down her cheeks unchecked, mingling with the silent sobs that wrack her body.
Memories of their time together flash before your eyes, each one a bittersweet reminder of the love you once shared and the dreams you two had dared to dream together. But now, all that remains is an empty void, a gaping hole where once there was warmth and affection.

Your phone buzzes insistently, pulling your attention away from the conversation with Jay and Kai. You hesitate, your thumb hovering over the answer button, torn between the desire to hear Riki's voice and the fear of worsening fresh wounds.
Jay notices your hesitation and raises an eyebrow. "Who's calling?" he asks, curiosity piqued.
You shrug nonchalantly, a forced smile playing at your lips. "Just someone from school," you lie, the words tasting bitter on your tongue.
Jay frowns, sensing your reluctance to answer. "You gonna pick up or what?" he prods, his tone tinged with impatience.
Your heart pounds in your chest as you weigh your options. You know that talking to Riki will only make things worse, but a part of you still longs to hear his voice, to find some semblance of closure in your fractured relationship.
In the end, you shake your head and decline the call, your hand trembling slightly as you set your phone back down on the table. "Sorry, just not in the mood to talk right now," you mumble, offering your friends a weak smile.
Jay nods understandingly, but you can see the concern etched in his expression. You know that your friends mean well, but there are some things you're not ready to share, some wounds too deep to be healed by mere words.
As the conversation shifts back to lighter topics, you can't help but feel a pang of regret at your decision to ignore Riki's call. But deep down, you know that it's for the best, that some bridges are better left unburned, even if it means sacrificing the chance for closure.

As Riki steps off the plane in South Korea, his heart heavy with the weight of his actions, he is greeted by a familiar face waiting for him by the gate. But instead of the usual excitement and anticipation he feels at seeing her, there's a knot of guilt and remorse churning in the pit of his stomach.
For the first time, he looks at her and sees not just the thrill of their secret trysts, but the pain and betrayal that his actions have caused another. He sees the hurt reflected in her eyes, a silent reminder of the consequences of his actions, and he can't help but feel a pang of regret deep within him.
As she approaches him with a smile, her arms outstretched in greeting, Riki can't bring himself to return the gesture. Instead, he hangs his head in shame, unable to meet her gaze as the weight of his guilt threatens to crush him.
In that moment, looking at her standing there before him, Riki realizes the magnitude of his mistakes. He knows that he can never undo the pain he's caused you, but he also knows that he can't continue down this path of deception and betrayal any longer.
With a heavy heart, Riki takes a step back, distancing himself from the girl he once thought he loved. And as he walks away, leaving behind the echoes of his past mistakes, he knows that the road to redemption will be long and arduous. But for you, and for the chance at a better future, he's willing to take that first step.

As the months flew by, the weight of Riki's absence lingered heavy on your heart, a constant reminder of the love you had lost and the wounds that still remained unhealed. Graduation loomed on the horizon, a bittersweet milestone marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.
Despite your best efforts to move on, Riki remained a lingering presence in your thoughts, his memory haunting you at every turn. It was a struggle to push him out of your mind, to silence the ache in your heart that longed for his touch and his presence.
But as graduation day drew nearer, you knew that it was time to confront the truth, to lay bare the painful reality of your relationship with Riki. With a heavy heart, you confided in your friends, finally revealing the truth that you had kept hidden for so long.
Their reactions ranged from shock to anger to profound sadness, but through it all, they stood by your side, offering their unwavering support and understanding. With their help, you found the strength to stop seeking updates on Riki, to let go of the need to know what he was doing or where he was going.

As you browse through racks of dresses with Bahiyyih by your side, laughter and chatter filling the air, your heart skips a beat when you suddenly catch sight of a familiar figure standing just a few feet away. Your breath catches in your throat as you lock eyes with Riki, his expression a mix of shock and desperation.
Time seems to stand still as the reality of the moment sinks in, the air heavy with unspoken words and unresolved emotions. For a brief moment, you're transported back to a time when his presence brought nothing but joy and happiness, but now, all you feel is a dull ache in the pit of your stomach.
Bahiyyih's eyes widen in disbelief as she takes in the scene before her, her hand reaching out to grasp yours in a silent gesture of support. She can see the pain etched on your face, the raw vulnerability that lies beneath the surface, and she knows that this unexpected encounter has dredged up a flood of emotions that you had long tried to bury.
Riki opens his mouth as if to speak, but no words come out. Instead, he simply stands there, his eyes pleading for forgiveness, his heart laid bare for all to see. But you know that forgiveness won't come easily, not after everything that has happened between you.
With a heavy heart, you turn away from him, the weight of his gaze burning into your back as you walk away. As Riki takes a step forward, his instinct urging him to chase after you, Bahiyyih steps in his path, her expression a mix of determination and concern. She places a gentle hand on his arm, her touch a silent plea for him to stop and reconsider.
"Riki, wait," she says softly, her voice tinged with urgency. "I know you want to talk to her, but now is not the time. She needs space, time to process everything. This..you, being back all of the sudden"
Riki's brow furrows in frustration, his heart torn between the desire to make things right and the fear of making things worse. He knows that Bahiyyih is right, that barging after you now would only add fuel to the fire, but it's hard to ignore the ache in his chest, the desperate longing to reach out and hold you in his arms.
Reluctantly, he nods, a heavy sigh escaping his lips as he watches you disappear from view. He knows that this won't be the last time he sees you, that there will be other opportunities to make amends, but for now, he'll have to trust that time and distance will heal the wounds that lie between you.
As you sit in your room with Bahiyyih by your side, a heavy silence hangs in the air, broken only by the soft sounds of your breathing. You're not crying, but your mind is elsewhere, lost in a whirlwind of conflicting emotions and shattered illusions.
Thoughts race through your mind like a raging river, each one a painful reminder of the walls you had built up around your heart in an attempt to move on from Riki. You had worked so hard to rebuild your life, to find happiness and fulfillment in the absence of his love, but seeing him earlier today shattered those fragile walls like glass.
In that moment, all the progress you had made feels like nothing more than a cruel illusion, a fleeting mirage in the desert of your heartache. You realize now that no matter how hard you try to forget him, to bury the memories deep within the recesses of your mind, he will always have a hold on your heart, a piece of you that can never be replaced.
And as you stare off into the distance, lost in the labyrinth of your thoughts, you can't help but wonder if it will ever be possible to truly move on from him. Will the ache in your heart ever fade, or will it linger like a shadow, a constant reminder of the love you once shared and the dreams that were shattered in its wake?

Riki finds himself sitting in Heeseung and Jay's dorm room, his heart heavy with guilt and regret. He knows that he's made a mess of things with Yn, and now he's desperate for advice on how to fix it.
Heeseung, ever the empathetic one, offers words of comfort and reassurance. "Look, man, we all make mistakes," he says, his voice gentle and soothing. "The important thing is that you recognize what you've done wrong and try to make it right. Yn is a smart girl, she'll understand if you're honest with her."
But Jay, ever the realist, isn't so quick to let Riki off the hook. "Come on, Riki," he says, his tone sharp and biting. "How could you let her suffer for months while you did nothing? You can't just waltz back into her life and expect her to forgive you. You've got to show her that you're willing to do whatever it takes to make things right."
Riki winces at Jay's words, knowing that he's right. He's let Yn down in the worst possible way, and now he has to face the consequences of his actions. He knows that it won't be easy, that he'll have to work hard to earn back her trust and forgiveness, but he's determined to try.
With a heavy sigh, Riki nods, his jaw set with determination. "You're right," he says, his voice firm. "I messed up, big time. But I'm not going to let Yn down again. I'll do whatever it takes to make things right, even if it means facing some hard truths along the way."
Jay's sharp gaze fixes on Riki, his expression one of curiosity mixed with skepticism. "What about the other girl?" he asks, his tone cutting through the tension in the room.
Riki's heart sinks as he braces himself to explain the tangled web of deceit and betrayal that he's woven. Taking a deep breath, he begins to recount the events that led him to this point, his words stumbling over the painful truth of his actions.
"I thought I could have it all," he admits, his voice heavy with remorse. "I thought I could keep Yn in the dark while I pursued something with this other girl. But it was all a lie, a foolish fantasy that only ended up hurting everyone involved."
As he speaks, Riki can feel the weight of his mistakes pressing down on him, threatening to crush him beneath their burden. But he knows that he has to face the truth, no matter how painful it may be.
Heeseung listens with a sympathetic ear, his expression one of understanding and compassion. "It sounds like you were in over your head," he says, his voice gentle. "But that doesn't excuse what you did. You need to take responsibility for your actions and make things right with Yn."
Jay's expression remains stern, his eyes boring into Riki with an intensity that makes him squirm uncomfortably in his seat. "You've got a lot of work to do, Riki," he says, his tone sharp. "You can't just expect Yn to forgive you overnight. You need to earn back her trust, and that starts with being honest with her about everything."
Riki nods solemnly, knowing that he has a long road ahead of him. But with Heeseung and Jay's support, he feels a glimmer of hope flicker within him. He knows that he may never be able to fully make amends for his mistakes, but he's determined to try, if only to prove to himself and to you that he's capable of change.
As you step out of the apartment building, your heart skips a beat when you see Riki waiting for you, a hopeful look in his eyes. Your resolve wavers for a moment, the sight of him stirring up a whirlwind of conflicting emotions within you.
"I'll walk you to school," he says, his voice gentle and pleading. "I remember how you don't like walking alone."
But you shake your head, steeling yourself against the pull of his words. "I got used to walking alone when you left," you say, your voice firm. "I don't need you to walk me to school anymore."
With that, you turn on your heel and begin to walk away, determined to put as much distance between you and Riki as possible. But to your dismay, he falls into step beside you, his presence a constant reminder of the tangled mess of emotions that still linger between you.
"No matter how far you walk, I'll always follow," he says quietly, his words a whisper on the wind. "I'll do whatever it takes to make things right, Yn. Please, just give me a chance to prove myself to you."
You can feel the weight of his gaze burning into your back as you continue to walk, the ache in your heart growing with each step you take. You know that giving in to him would only reopen old wounds, but at the same time, you can't shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, there's still a chance for redemption and forgiveness.
As you walk to school, the weight of your emotions threatens to overwhelm you, and you find yourself unable to keep the floodgates closed any longer. With each step, the memories of the promises Riki made before he left come flooding back, taunting you with the bitter taste of broken dreams and shattered trust.
"Remember when you promised that we'd make it work, no matter what?" you begin, your voice tinged with bitterness and hurt. "You said that distance wouldn't be a problem, that we'd find a way to make it through together."
Riki's expression softens, a pained look crossing his features as he listens to your words. "I meant every word of it, Yn," he says, his voice filled with sincerity. "But I know that I messed up, that I let you down in the worst possible way. I'm not asking you to forgive me overnight, but I promise that I'll do whatever it takes to make things right."
But you shake your head, the walls around your heart still firmly in place. "Words are cheap, Riki," you say, your voice tinged with sadness. "You can't just expect me to believe you after everything that's happened. You had your chance to make things right, and you blew it."
Riki's shoulders slump in defeat, his gaze dropping to the ground as he struggles to find the right words to say. "I know that I don't deserve your forgiveness," he says quietly. "But I'm not ready to give up on us yet. Please, just give me one more chance to show you that I've changed."
You pause for a moment, the weight of his words hanging heavy in the air between you. As you finally reach the school gates, the tension between you and Riki hangs heavy in the air, a palpable reminder of the chasm that lies between you. With a heavy sigh, you turn to him, steeling yourself for the answer to the question that has been haunting you since the moment you saw that picture on social media.
"What did she have that I don't?" you ask, your voice trembling with emotion. "Was she worth throwing away everything we had?"
Before Riki can respond, you shake your head, cutting him off before he can offer an explanation. "It doesn't matter," you say, your voice tinged with resignation. "I hope she was everything you ever wanted, everything you couldn't find in me."
With that, you turn on your heel and walk away, leaving Riki standing alone at the school gates, the weight of your words echoing in the empty space between you.
As you take your seat next to Jay in class, the sour look on your face doesn't go unnoticed by him. Concern etches his features as he turns to you, his eyes narrowing with worry.
"What's wrong, Yn?" he asks, his voice low and filled with concern.
You hesitate for a moment, unsure if you want to share your troubles with him. But the words spill out before you can stop them, and you find yourself recounting the encounter with Riki on your way to school.
"He walked me to school," you say, your voice tinged with bitterness. "Like everything's fine and we're still together."
Heeseung and Kai overhear your conversation and begin to tease you mercilessly, their laughter filling the air as they poke fun at your discomfort. But Bahiyyih quickly intervenes, shooting them a stern look that silences them instantly.
Jay leans in closer to you, his expression softening with understanding. "Maybe he's being genuine, Yn," he says, his voice gentle and reassuring. "You know how much he cares about you. And besides, he came over to our dorm last night to talk. He seemed really sincere."
You chew on your bottom lip, the weight of Jay's words sinking in as you contemplate the possibility that maybe, just maybe, there's still hope for you and Riki. But despite the flicker of optimism that blooms within you, you can't shake the lingering doubt and uncertainty that clouds your heart. Only time will tell if Riki is truly genuine in his intentions, and whether or not you're willing to take the risk of trusting him again.

As you return to your apartment, the events of the day swirling in your mind, you're surprised to find the familiar scent of your favorite flowers wafting through the air. Your heart skips a beat as you step inside, your eyes widening in disbelief at the sight before you.
The entire apartment is adorned with bouquets of your favorite flowers, their vibrant colors filling the room with a sense of warmth and comfort. And lying on the couch, nestled among the blooms, is a beautifully wrapped gift with a note attached.
Your hands tremble slightly as you pick up the note, your heart pounding in your chest as you read Riki's words. In the letter, he pours his heart out to you, apologizing for his past mistakes and expressing his sincere desire to make things right. He promises to do whatever it takes to earn back your trust and forgiveness, begging for another chance to prove himself to you.
My Dearest Yn,
As I sit down to write this letter, my heart is heavy with regret and longing. I know that I've hurt you in ways that words can't even begin to express, and for that, I am truly sorry. I never meant to cause you pain, and yet, my actions have led us down a path filled with heartache and uncertainty.
I want you to know that I've spent countless nights lying awake, haunted by the memories of our time together and the mistakes I've made. I've replayed our conversations in my mind a thousand times over, wishing I could turn back the clock and make things right. But no matter how hard I try, I know that I can never undo the hurt that I've caused you.
And yet, despite everything, my love for you remains unchanged. You are the light that guides me through the darkness, the warmth that fills my soul with hope. I can't imagine a life without you in it, and the thought of losing you terrifies me more than anything else in this world.
I know that I don't deserve your forgiveness, that I've broken your trust in the worst possible way. But I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make things right, to earn back the love and respect that I've lost. I promise to be honest with you, to communicate openly and honestly, and to never take your love for granted again.
Please, Yn, give me another chance to show you how much you mean to me. I know that words alone can't heal the wounds that I've inflicted upon your heart, but I hope that with time and patience, we can find a way to move forward together, stronger and more resilient than ever before.
With all my love,
Riki
Tears prickle at the corners of your eyes as you read his words, the weight of his sincerity washing over you like a tidal wave. Despite the pain and uncertainty that still lingers in your heart, a small part of you can't help but be touched by his gesture, by the lengths he's gone to show you how much you mean to him.
But as you look around the empty apartment, the absence of Riki's presence casting a shadow over the room, you can't shake the feeling of unease that settles in the pit of your stomach. Will he keep his promises this time, or is this just another empty gesture meant to placate you?
With a heavy sigh, you set the letter aside and reach for the gift, the weight of it heavy in your hands. Whatever happens next, you know that the road ahead will be long and difficult.
As you carefully unwrap the gift from Riki, your heart flutters with anticipation, unsure of what lies within. With trembling hands, you peel back the layers of paper, revealing a beautifully crafted wooden box nestled inside.
Your breath catches in your throat as you lift the lid, revealing the contents within. Inside the box lies a treasure trove of memories, each one carefully preserved and presented with love and care.
There are photographs, snapshots of moments frozen in time, capturing the laughter and joy that once filled your days together. Each image is accompanied by a handwritten note from Riki, sharing his thoughts and feelings from those cherished moments.
But it's not just photographs that fill the box. There are letters too, pages upon pages of heartfelt words and declarations of love, each one a testament to the depth of Riki's feelings for you. As you read through them, tears prickle at the corners of your eyes, your heart swelling with emotion at the thoughtfulness and effort that went into creating such a meaningful gift.
And then, at the bottom of the box, nestled among the memories, lies a single red rose, its petals still fresh and vibrant despite the passage of time. It's a simple gesture, but one filled with meaning and symbolism, a reminder of the love that still blooms between you despite the trials and tribulations that you've faced.
As you sit with the gift from Riki in your hands, a nagging doubt creeps into the back of your mind, casting a shadow over the warmth and comfort that you felt moments before. Was this all just a ploy to win you back, a carefully orchestrated act of love bombing designed to manipulate your emotions and keep you under his spell?
The thought sends a chill down your spine, filling you with a sense of unease that you can't shake. You know that Riki is capable of great kindness and generosity, but after everything that has happened between you, it's hard to trust his intentions completely.
With a heavy sigh, you set the gift aside, the weight of uncertainty settling over you like a dark cloud. Only time will tell if Riki's gestures are sincere or if they're just another ploy to keep you under his control.

On a sunny Saturday morning, Riki wakes up early to prepare for the surprise picnic he's planned for you. He carefully selects all your favorite foods and snacks, making sure to pack them neatly into a wicker basket. With a satisfied smile, he adds a bottle of sparkling cider and a bouquet of your favorite flowers to the mix before heading out to the park. - After weeks of soul-searching and reflection, Riki sits down at his desk with pen and paper in hand. He takes a deep breath, steeling himself for the task ahead, and begins to write. With each word, Riki pours his heart out onto the page, expressing his deepest regrets and sincerest apologies for the pain he's caused you. He bares his soul, laying bare his thoughts and feelings in the hopes of winning back your trust. Hours pass as Riki fills page after page with his handwritten words, his emotions flowing freely onto the paper. When he finally finishes, he reads over the letter one last time, making sure every word is just right. The next day, Riki delivers the letter to you personally, his heart pounding in his chest as he watches you read it. - One evening, as you're scrolling through your social media feed, you come across a post about a movie you've been dying to see. You mention it in passing to Riki, not expecting anything to come of it. But to your surprise, Riki jumps into action, surprising you with tickets to the movie for that very evening. He clears his schedule for the night, ensuring that you have his undivided attention as you enjoy a night out together. As you settle into your seats at the theater, Riki reaches for your hand, his touch sending a shiver down your spine. Throughout the movie, he steals glances at you, his eyes shining with affection. - One evening, as you arrive home from a long day at work, you're greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of your favorite meal wafting through the air. Curious, you follow the scent to the kitchen, where you find Riki hard at work, surrounded by pots and pans. He looks up with a smile as you enter, gesturing to the spread of food laid out before him. "I wanted to surprise you with dinner tonight," he says, his eyes shining with excitement. "I hope you like it."
-
As the morning sun filters through the curtains, you awaken to the sound of your phone buzzing with notifications. Groaning, you reach for it, expecting the usual barrage of messages and emails.
But as you scroll through the notifications, your eyes widen in disbelief at the news that greets you. The message is simple yet profound, a single sentence that rocks you to your core:
"Riki quit his dancing job and came back to Japan for you."
Your heart skips a beat as you read the words again, unable to believe what you're seeing. Could it be true? Could Riki have made such a monumental decision, sacrificing everything he worked so hard for just to be with you?
With trembling hands, you dial Riki's number, your heart pounding in your chest as you wait for him to pick up. When he finally does, his voice is filled with warmth and affection, a stark contrast to the uncertainty that fills your own heart.
"Yn," he says, his voice soft and filled with emotion. "I know that I've made mistakes, but I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. I love you, and I'll do anything to prove it to you."
Tears prickle at the corners of your eyes as you listen to his words, the weight of his sincerity washing over you like a wave. In that moment, you know that you have a choice to make, a choice that will determine the course of your future.

“You need to eat.”
You glanced up at Arthur, the fire between the two of you illuminating him in a orange glow. Your food had gone cold, and you didn’t mean to be wasteful, but today was…a lot. You shifted uncomfortably on the large rock you'd perched yourself on.
“‘M not hungry.”
You heard him sigh as you stared down at your plate.
“You gonna tell me what’s wrong or are you just gonna sit there and sulk.”
“It's nothing-”
It was something, it was definitely something. You went into town on your own, bright and early so you could be in and out of the shops and get back to camp while the sun was still up. That was the plan, pick up some spices, and oddly enough a picture frame, Arthur had asked for it but he said it wasn't for him, probably gonna be a gift of some kind, you didn't think too much about it.
While you were making sure you're satchel was still secure, you heard a familiar voice.
“D/n?” he called from across the street.
You froze, but just for a moment, you tried climbing onto your horse as fast as you could by you were stopped by a firm grip on your shoulder. Turning, you saw him, right in front of you, your cousin, your asshole of a cousin, Damian.
“Well I'll be damned, it is you!”
Taking a breath you said, “Do I know you?”
“‘Do you’- d/n stop playing around!”
His voice was loud, loud enough to garner unwanted attention from those around you.
“I don't know no d/n sir, you've got the wrong man, now you best take your hand off me before you lose it.”
He backed off, a small apologetic yet nervous smile on his face, “sorry, you just uh, look an awful lot like my little cousin.”
Finally mounting your horse, you looked down at the man. You didn't say anything, just holding his gaze in yours for a long moment before giving him a quick nod and riding off.
You rode out of town faster than you should have, gaining various shouts and complaints from the townspeople who'd nearly stepped in your way.
As you broke out into the open road, your mind swelled with thoughts.
D/n was dead, she’d been dead a long, long time and you really didn't need reminders of her life, especially not the parts she hated.
You didn't want to hate your cousin, you just did. He was an ass and so was the rest of his family, you guess that technically included you too, but you never really felt like they were your family- even when you were little. You were different, so they treated you different. You never knew what tipped them off so early. Maybe you played with the boys too much, or you were too rough with the girls. Whatever it was, they knew before you did, they considered their daughter dead before she was, and they treated you like you killed her.
You liked being dead now, you thought you wouldn't have to worry about your family anymore, they had a whole funeral for you and everything, you figured that they'd move on, that if you did run into them, they'd take you as a ghost and nothing more. Your cousin was always an asshole though, and could never quiet get with the program, that made y'all alike in some ways, but mostly it just drew a bigger rift between you and your family. Everybody loved him, but they hated you, wasn't that funny?
You skid to a stop right outside of camp, zoning back into your surroundings just in time. Hoping off your horse, petting her for a short moment before tying her to a post.
It didn't take long for Arthur to find you, having only been in camp a couple of minutes before he spotted you. Before he even reached you, he could see the grim look on your face as you sat on your cot, glaring at the ground.
Arthur sat next to you, rubbing your back with his hand for a short moment. Arthur wasn't really a touchy person, not in front of people at least, a soothing touch on the back was as close to a kiss as you'd get with this many people around.
You glanced up at him, meeting his eyes for a short moment before starting back down at the ground below.
It didn't take much for him to convince you to take a ride with him, especially when he offered to let you ride his horse with him, you appreciated it, knowing that yours would have bucked you off the moment you saddled her after you nearly ran her through camp. You almost felt bad- when you climbed on the horse behind Arthur, watching him avert his gaze from anyone who looked in your direction.
He wasn't ashamed, you knew that, he was just private, didn't like it when people paid too much attention to your relationship, or you at all for that matter.
You rode together for a long while, once you figured the road was clear enough, you wrapped your arms around Arthur and rested against his back, you felt him tense, then ask if you were okay, you nodded, he relaxed after a moment, quietly continuing down the road, he knew you weren't alright, not fully, but he figured talking could wait a couple of hours.
Now you're here, you sat on a rock while Arthur set up camp, when you mumbled an offer to help, he shot it down, reassuring you it was fine.
By the time food was cooked, the sun had set completely, the fire being the only source of light.
“- I swear I just…ran into somebody today.”
You could here the faint clink of silverware against the bowl as Arthur set it to the side.
“‘Somebody’ like who?”
You sighed.
“Like my cousin, Damien, ran into him in town today.”
You weren't fully sure you told Arthur about Damien, but when you looked up at him over the fire you could see a look of annoyance on his face, so you had to at least have mentioned him and his aggravating exploits.
“It's stupid, I just… I don't know. I thought that I would never run into them again, or maybe that they wouldn't recognize me if they did. But he called that little girl's name and it just felt like my heart had stopped.”
Starting down at the dirt, you heard Arthur push himself up off the ground, the dirt crunching beneath his boots. Then he was sitting right next to you, the stone just big enough to hold two queers at once. Meeting his eyes again, you opened your mouth to speak, but all that came out was a long, tired sigh.
“I know, “ he said, his voice so calm and soft, a tone reserved for those that deserved it, “come here, boy..”
And you did, leaning your head on his shoulder, buried in the nook of his neck, your arms just barely around him in an effort. He wrapped his arms around you far tighter, pulling you into him, feeling your shallow breaths as the day's events replayed in your mind.
“That's it, good boy,” he muttered.
A small smile formed on your face. You hummed in contentment, squeezing him a bit tighter, forcing a small chuckle out of him.
“You liked that?” you nodded, he laughed again.
“It's helping..”
“I'll keep that in mind.”

Welcome Wagon | Andrei Svechnikov
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: when less that fortunate circumstances cause you to live with your older brother, you realise it might not be as bad as you once thought once you meet his teammate Andrei.
song: Last Great American Dynasty - Taylor Swift
request: yes/no
warnings: like three swear words, two allusions to sexual thoughts but nothing explicit.
word count: 2.76k
authors note: to the person who requested this, I hope you have the best day like ever! As a proud cat owner it was only right that I picked that Andrei picture. Wikipedia was where I got all of the little facts and Google is where I went for the Russian nickname used in this. Realised that I honestly didn’t keep to the song as much as a probably should have but I hope you still like this! If you want to check out more from the celly you can do so here!
Tumblr media
You were never a fan of stability.
Deemed the wild child of the Staal family or as you liked to see it, the accident child given that there was over 9 years between you and your closest brother in age.
Never truly seeming to settle in a place as you had moved all around the US after getting your degree in Canada last year.
All four of your brothers were worried about it when you used your one call to get out of jail on the youngest of the boys, Jared. You thought that he would be the understanding one since he had spent a night in jail before, but clearly you were wrong when you were met with an irritated Jordan who was stood at the door of the police station with his arms crossed. The idea of trying to explain to him that you arrested for trespassing because of a drunk truth or dare game was not something you wanted to hear the lecture about so instead you just ignored the entire interrogation from him.
You had to admit that you were impressed by the way he stood up. Within two weeks you were moved into the guest bedroom of his home where he could keep a watchful eye on you before you gave either one of your parents a heart attack.
The first month went by pretty slot for you, despite your best efforts Jordan didn’t want you meeting his teammates as he feared what they might do when they knew you were there. Jordan knew that you weren’t ugly -as much as the boys like to make you think that you were when you were a child- and he knew that there were key players in the team that if they made a move on you then you’d be in your brothers arms in a week in tears complaining how they broke your heart. As much as he wanted to act like his teammates were better than that, he knew that you had a type and some of the Canes players slotted right into that category.
One player that wasn’t on his radar was Andrei, the total Russian softie. The winger had actually come over one day as Heather had convinced Jordan to invite the lonely boy over for dinner. Andrei had just been dumped by his long term girlfriend and it was safe to say that he had been a wreck “you’re shorter than I thought you’d be. You blurted out as you opened the door as you were met with the boy.
It was suffice to say that Andrei was shocked by your forwardness “you’re not as polite as I thought you’d be.” He shot back wondering who you were.
A giggle fell from your lips as you smiled “I think I’m going to like you.” You confessed as you leaned backwards to look towards the kitchen “Andrei is here!” You called out as you waited for Jordan to make his way over to the door.
Jordan sent you a warning look to behave as he knew what you were like sometimes “I see you’ve met my sister,” the Canes captain pointed out as he motioned to you.
Just as predicted you stuck your hand out “y/n,” you introduced yourself as you smirked. You could see the way that Andrei’s face dropped, everyone and their mother knew that if there’s one person you don’t go for. It’s your captains sister.
Now what you did next was not your proudest of moments, but you wanted to see how face you could push the boy “but you could call me anything you want.” There was a playful gleam in your eyes as you watched the Russian turn red.
Jordan scoffed as he reminded you that he was still there “inside,” your brother rolled his eyes as he pushed you back inside letting the younger hockey player come in too.
Heather couldn’t help but laugh as she could already see what you were plotting “he’s a good kid,” she pointed out as you nodded.
You just smiled “I’m sure he’s good at a lot of things.” Your words were a mumble that only the two of you could hear “preach to that.” It was comforting that your brothers wife was your little cheerleader in what was inevitably going to get at least one of you in trouble.
That dinner had gone down like fine wine as you let your eyes do more talking than your mouth. You would let them linger on the Russian long enough for him to know that you were definitely interested but not to the point where it was weird and inappropriate. Heather had helped your cause when she convinced Jordan to come check on the kids with her as Andrei was leaving “thanks for dinner,” he smiled as he waved the duo up the stairs.
The North Carolina air was humid as it hit your faces “isn’t the boy meant to walk the girl back to her car after the first date?” You joked as you cracked your cheeky grin.
It was actually really nice for Andrei to have someone in his life who was displaying this much interest in him “our first date is not going to involve your brother.” He was quick to point out as he got to his car.
You had to admit that your thighs were very much clenched in that moment “who says that I want to go on a date with you?” You asked as your crossed your arms sending him a thoughtful glance.
That moment when the hockey players lips turned into a smirk you were taken off guard “I’ve been seeing the way you’ve looked at me all night.” Andrei explained as he took a step forward as he brushed the hair out of your face.
You felt your cheeks turn pink at the moment of intimacy “you’re going to need a way to contact me then,” you pointed out as you held your hand out so he could put his phone in it.
The hockey player let out a soft laugh as he shook his head before he pulled his phone out of his back pocket. He loved the sound of your nails tapping on his screen as you put your contact info into the device “look forward to hearing from you Andrei.” You smiled as you handed his phone back to him.
The boy placed his phone back into his pocket “don’t miss me too much now radnaja,” he sent you a soft salute but was almost knocked off of his feet when you stood on your tippy toes to kiss him “goodnight Andrei.” You mimicked your actions before you began to walk away making sure that you let out your little laughing cheer before the door was between you two.
Month two of living with Jordan was all of a sudden far more interesting once Andrei let it slip to Pyotr that the Canadians sister was living with him. Within two days you ended up meeting the whole team. Most nights you spent sat on FaceTime with the winger as you two spoke about stupid shit. The topics ranged from what your plans were to what stupid shit Jordan did during the day “I’ve got to get going,” you let out a giggle as you had been trying to get off of the call for the last twenty minutes.
Andrei forced his lips into a pout “don’t leave me just yet radnaja.” He begged as you playfully rolled your eyes.
You fiddled with the ends of your hoodie strings “if I didn’t know any better I’d say you were getting clingy Andrei.” Your tongue darted out of your mouth as it swiped across your lower lip.
The boy scoffed as he shook his head “how can I be clingy if we haven’t even gone on that date yet?” He shot back causing you to laugh “who’s fault is that!” You pointed out in a duh tone.
Yes it had been over a month since you met Andrei and after 34 days of talking -not that you were counting because that would have been weird- he still hadn’t taken you on that date that you two spoke about on the first night you met “thinking I’ll get one out of Jack first.” It didn’t take a genius to see that Andrei wasn’t a fan of how your friendship with the American had blossomed. Sure it might have sounded selfish but the Russian wanted you for his eyes and company only.
So naturally your comment caused his expression to harden “I’m taking you out tomorrow.” He announced causing your eyes to go wide.
The way the boys voice got deeper and his eyes went darker made you feel the pool that formed in your panties “how do you know I don’t have plans then already?” You sipped at your water as you held in another laugh.
All Andrei could do was smirk “we both know that you’d cancel them for me.” His voice was confident as he knew what he was talking about, and he certainly wasn’t wrong.
So naturally you had spent the entire next day getting ready for the date. When you came downstairs you were surprised to see that Andrei and Jordan were in the middle of a pretty normal sounding conversation.
Andrei almost lost his entire train of thought when he saw you walking over to them “you better not be threatening him Jordy,” you warned as you sent your brother a serious look.
It made the Canes captain smile how oblivious you were. Andrei had told him about his desires to take you out exactly fifteen days ago. It started with the Russian pulling him aside after training as he was desperate to get it off of his chest “was just telling him to make sure that you are home before midnight.” Now that part was true, Jordan did not need to hear you strolling back into the house at two in the morning because if he did then the captain was going to make a morning training session.
Andrei was quick to nod “should we get going?” He asked as he watched you kiss your brothers cheek as you locked your hand in the Russians before you pulled him out of the house.
Jordan couldn’t help it when he laughed “she’s going to kill him.” He smiled to himself as he shook his head before he walked back to the living room.
The winger was quick to place his arm around your shoulders as he slowed down the pace to his car “you look nice,” his compliment caused your cheeks to turn flushed as you looked up at him “one of us had to look good.” You shrugged softly smiling to yourself as the Russian opened the door for you.
Part of you thought that going on a date with Andrei would be a disappointment, most of the dates you went on with guys your age usually were. You began to think that you were the problem in those dates as you were always the common denominator. But tonight squashed each and every one of those doubts and bits of hesitancy.
You had learnt about Andrei’s family, his favourite Russian words, even what he missed about home. And he had gotten the chance to learn about what brought you to North Carolina.
As he walked you back to the front door of the house you let a smile fall onto your lips “glad you held up on your promise Andrei.” You mumbled as the boy placed his hand on the small of your back.
Andrei couldn’t help it but grin when you brought up your joke from the first night you met him “always knew I would radnaja.” There was that name he kept on using for you.
When you stopped in your tracks it caused him to grow slightly alarmed “what does that mean?” You asked as you furrowed your eyebrows “what?” He cocked his head as he had no clue what you were talking about.
For someone who had heard the word so many times, you sure did butcher the pronunciation of it “ranada,” it fell from your lips like he should have known exactly what it was.
The hockey player laughed as he used his hand to cup your cheek “Radnaja is like daring.” When he saw that your mouth opened like you were trying to process what he had said, Andrei instantly thought that he had butchered it “darling?” You let out a giggle when he nodded.
All you could do was smile as you looked up at the boy “maybe we should spend some time learning each others languages better.” You proposed causing the boy to chuckle “I like the sound of that.” He nodded as he smiled.
The idea of teaching you Russian made his heart warm, but nothing was going to be prepare him for what you did next “we should do this again soon.” You shrugged as you placed a kiss on his cheek.
The gesture was one that was familiar to the two of you, but somehow he was never going to get used to it.
Andrei was totally unaware of the fact that it was the whole reason why you did it. Yes it might have been a touch manipulative but you loved how you could pull so many reactions from him whenever you did that “goodnight Andrei.” You laughed as you saw Jordan watching the two of through the window.
The captain had no shame as he was honestly just watching out of curiosity, he knew you’d be telling Heather the truth about the date so for Jordan to learn about it he’d have to partake in the game of broken telephone.
Stability used to freak you out, even make you feel out of place. But by month four you were craving it. Another two dates had gone by with Andrei and he still hadn’t kissed you. Don’t get you wrong, you loved how respectful he was as it was a stark difference from the guys you used to be with. Yet you were almost growing concerned that he had lost interest in you. Thankfully though for you, you had voiced these concerns off to Heather who quickly shut them down “he looks at you like you’re the only girl in the world.” She pointed out in a duh tone making it sound like you were the idiot for not picking up on how the boy felt about you.
That conversation with her was how you got to another one of your language lessons with Andrei. Every Tuesday you’d do them if he wasn’t on a road trip “that’s just a stupid phrase!” You scoffed causing the boy to throw his head back in amusement “no it’s not!” He laughed as you threw some popcorn at him.
Tuesday language lessons weren’t complete if they didn’t have snacks “I have a phrase I was you to learn.” It was like a lightbulb moment where you had to do your best to mask your smirk as you tucked your hair behind your ears “I have a phrase I want you to repeat.” You smiled as you inched your leg ever so closer to him “fire away.” Andrei nodded as he placed his hand on your knee.
Somehow you weren’t that nervous to say it “I want you to kiss me.” You blurted out causing his eyes to go wide.
He took a second to process your words before he gave you an ‘are you being serious’ type of look. All you had to do was nod and his lips were on yours. Andrei’s hand that came to cup your cheek was almost the same size as your face but neither one of you seemed to care. In all of it you had somehow found your place on his lap “wait,” you were quick to pull away causing the boy to softly tug at your bottom lip leaving it now slightly swollen “yes?” Andrei asked as he cocked his head.
You tried your best to make it look like were being serious “you haven’t taught me the translation.” You batted your eyelashes at him causing the boy to let out a groan “seriously?”
When his head feel back you couldn’t help but laugh as you hooked two fingers under his chin “I’m just screwing with you.”
Maybe North Carolina wasn’t as bad as it first seemed.

Voice Check (Black Clover)
Tumblr media
Heyo heyo how are y'all today? This is a gift for the lovely @intheticklecloset! I've had a serious craving for some good ol' Yuno Asta antics and this is the result! :D
This takes place during episode 131, so possible spoilers below the cut! (Nothing major- the episode was a filler but also freaking hilarious- y'all check it out kjarjajrjke)
Cloud 9 (Taglist Peeps):
@duckymcdoorknob @rachi-roo @imjusthere07
Summary: Yuno and Asta take a break during the day. One thing leads to another and soon Yuno is discovering a hilarious quirk about his short best friend.
“Nehehe- stohohp! Asta!” Yuno ducked down with a scrunch, giggling when his friend pressed tickly fingers into his neck. “Cut that out!”
“Heh, you haven’t changed at all!” Asta laughed, ruffling the taller boy’s hair before flopping down in the grass beside them. It was after their assistant teaching gigs; the kids were with Sister Lily at the moment, giving the boys a small break. “Father Orsi used to do that to you all the time when we were kids. You’d be close to tears only to start giggling like crazy!”
“I don’t recall that.” Yuno averted his gaze, his ears tinted red.
“You absolutely did!” Asta grinned, stretching out his arms before tucking them behind his head. “You loved it too.”
“I did not.”
“Did too!”
“Did not.”
“Did too!”
“Do you want me to end you?” Yuno tried to glare, wavering when Asta grinned at him. “Ugh, you’re as annoying as you are short.”
“Heh, yeah- NOW WAIT A MINUTE!” Asta sat up with a huff, earning a small grin from the other. “You jerk- take that back!”
“Or what?” Yuno raised a brow, feeling pretty smug. “What are you going to do?”
There was a stalemate- the two staring each other down with twitching fingers and shifty gazes. A leaf blew by and landed oh so gently…
“Gotcha-whoa!” Asta had leaped forward just as a gust of wind smacked him in the gut, sending him flying backwards. His back hit the ground with barely any pain- Yuno must have used his wind to protect him. What a great guy!
Then said mage was on him, squeezing the ever living daylights out his sides and sending ticklish waves up and across his nervous system. Not a great guy, not a great GUY-
“Yuhuhuhuhuhuhuhno! Ahehahahahhahaha, yohohohohou jeheheheheheerk!” Asta cried, kicking his feet against the grass as his friend began tickling. “Thahahhat whahhahas mihihihihihi mohohohoohohove!”
“Was it now? Sorry.” He didn’t sound sorry at all! If anything- he sounded unjustly smug, wearing that damn sly grin as he carried on dancing his fingers across Asta’s ribs. “Should have moved faster, Shortsa.” “Ahehahhahahha! Yuuhuhuhno! Yuuhuhuhno I’m gohohohohonna-NYEHEHAHHA! A cackle ripped out of the shorter mage’s throat when Yuno pressed his thumbs into each side of his belly. “Oohoohooh yoohohoohohu’re boohoohohohold!”
“Bad spot?” A thought crossed his mind then. What would happen if he…
“Aww, what’s wrong? Does it tickle too much, whittle Asta?” He cooed, using the same voice he used when he played house with the kids. He didn’t know why- he had the sudden urge to try it and see what would happen. “Does somebody have a ticklish tummy?”
“AHEHAHAHA!” Asta’s eyes widened and his face flushed a bright shade of pink- a color he never thought he’d see on the other boy. His laughter boomed as the hands going to catch Yuno’s hands quickly retreated, crossing over his face as he looked away with a whine. “Doohoohohon’t aheahhahahaha! Yuuhuhuhnoohohooohoho!”
Yuno blinked, stunned. Did Asta…?
Then it all became clear.
“No way…!” Yuno was grinning now, utterly delighted at the reaction.
“Noohohoohohoho! Nohohoohoho, tahhahaht was a fluhuhuhuke! A flu-UHUUHUHUKE!” Asta all but squealed when Yuno pressed into his lower ribs, leaning in reeeeal close as he did so. When he was barely above Asta’s ear, he released his ultimate spell.
“What’s the matter? Can whittle Asta not handle some tickles on his whittle ribs? Hmm? You can cut down magic with your anti-magic, but you can’t block out how ticklish you are, can you? I should start calling you pinksta for now on with how much you’re blushing~”
Asta couldn’t even make words- only noises through hysterical laughter as he shoved and slapped at Yuno’s shoulders, feet kicking up a storm. “EHAHAHHHAHHAHAHHA!”
“What’s wrong? Got nothing to say now?” Yuno teased, feeling on top of the world. So many times Asta had him in this exact position, flustered and giggly and unable to do more than curl up and take it. To be able to put Asta in a similar state- and with the voice he used to play house with- it was amazing!
Alas, all great things must come to an end. Seeing Asta starting to cough, he immediately retracted his hands, falling back until he was sitting beside him in the cool grass. “Heh, okay. We’re done.”
The smaller mage raised a thumbs up, far too tired to properly respond. Residue giggles and gasps escaped his lips, and tears of mirth gathered in his eyes, threatening to spill. His face- once tomato red- was slowly fading to a more reasonable peach. For a moment, Yuno felt a little bad. Did he go too far?
“Ahehahaha! Hehehhee…lohohohok at you- wehenent from beheeing tihihickled to doohohing the tihihickling!” Asta grinned, sitting up some. “Yohohou’re stiihihll more tihihckclish though!”
Nevermind.
“Shush.” Laughing himself, Yuno fell back into the grass beside him, watching the clouds roll by with his best friend. “Sister Lily’s gonna come get us soon.”
“Yeah.” Asta nodded, but made no moves to get up.
“She’ll probably lecture us for running off like she did when we were kids.”
“Then she’ll tell us if we aren’t home when she gets there we get no potatoes.”
“Heh. She never did mean it. There were always extra.”
Asta laughed, happy. For once in a long time, he felt like he did before the Magic Knights. Yuno wasn’t his rival, or someone competing with him for the title of Wizard king, but just him. Just- Yuno. “I miss this.”
“Hm.” Yuno nodded, no words needed. Instead, he bumped his knuckles into Asta’s, a looser version of their go-to sign off. They spent the rest of their break staring up at the clouds until Sister Lily came around and gave her usual warning, sending them flying down the hill like kids once more.
Asta wouldn't trade it for the world.
Thanks for reading!

When you guys first got together, little paper-craft animals would appear in places he knew you would see. You only discovered it was his work when one day, he said a little, “ oh! “ and then held out an adorable paper-tanuki. You keep them all, don’t you?
That isn’t to say he doesn’t still do it. No, no, you will occasionally find a little cat or so still! Once there was even a little chick.
Before dating him, you may have encountered a rude person, bully, or unwanted flirts. Once y’all were together, magically that slate was wiped clean… Did you gain a boyfriend or a guardian angel? (Trick question, answer is both!)
Now, we all know how quiet he can be—speaking only when necessary or so. As such, you have occasionally been referred to as the “ Mori Whisperer “ due to your accidental talent at being able to read this man like a book. Like, the easiest book. One time, you glanced at him from across the room, sprung right up, and left. Everyone was confused, and then even more so when you came back with … poetry book? God, they were even more confused.
When you turned and saw them looking at you, missing Mori’s second-long starstruck expression, you simply went, “ What? He had his ‘poetry book’ look in his eyes. “ No one knew which to question more, how you knew that or how you saw that look FROM ACROSS THE ROOM.
Alright, home boy surprised the death out of you once though. You’re great at reading him, but you had never met an exhausted Mori, so imagine the shock on your face as you were leaving with him from the club room after a late night, and right before leaving out, his hands slipped into yours and pinned you to the wall. His head hung low, resting against your shoulder. Silence. A little squeak of awkwardness slipped your lips and he smirked against your skin, mumbling something about how cute you were and how hard it was to focus on anything else if you were in the room. Even when you were gone he couldn’t focus! He rose up, gave you a smooch on the forehead, and then carried on with a yawn.
You wondered if he could hear how loud your heart was thundering in your chest on the way to your rides home.
If you’re shorter than him—let’s be real, he’s 6’4. I dare you to be taller—he will wordlessly hoist you up in some way, shape, or form. Prove me wrong? Within reason, of course (like ceiling height limits), he is either going to encourage caring you on his back, shoulders, or in his arms (won’t confess to it, but he may, just a teensie tad bit, prefer this method)
If you ARE taller than him, don’t think you’re safe from being picked up. He will just tug you into a hug, contemplate silently for a second, and then WHOOSH, hoist you on up!
Tumblr media
You see this? This right here? Yeah, he’s picking you up like this and looking into your eyes. If you’re lucky, you will catch his lips curl up into a fond smile.
Shares his food with you. Whether you have a habit of not eating or not, he will know. Mori is shockingly in tune with knowing whether you’ve had enough to eat or not—and if you’ve had the proper food groups. He grew up with the words most mischievous, sweets-loving little martial artist! Best believe he is either gently nudging a plate of yumminess to you OR holding it out for you to eat (cue the swooning in the background at such an adorable display of love!)
Mori will hold a bit of food for you to take, leaning into his propped-up hand with a smile in his eyes. When you take it, he can’t help but imagine you looking like an adorable little puppy or something and is quick to quietly take his gaze elsewhere, lest he wants his pale complexion to bloom with the ripest of rosy hues!
Rarely seen without Honey, but when you came into the picture? That because a, “ rarely seen without one of them, pretty much never alone ”. At first it was because Honey didn’t trust you being good enough for Mori and had to make sure you were good enough (what? you think someone’s following you? Oh, no, no, no, you’re um, seeing things. Yeah.) Now it’s just because it happens organically… or does it?
After the initiation period, you and Honey actually get along well. If Mori isn’t there when you come into the club room, Honey will beckon you over to hang out with him! Some of the girls love to visit him especially if you’re there because of the adorable older sibling caring for younger sibling dynamic you inadvertently fall into place of.
Mori may or may not have came in to see this once. Swore his heart nearly popped like a ballon as he saw your face contort into a playfully scolding expression saying, “ Honey-senpai, watch out! You’re spreading strawberry cream all over your face. “ He totally wasn’t imagining you taking care of children or anything, not at all. Not with those kind, gentle hands.
You’re, you’re sorely mistaken!
On particularly slow or boring days, he just might (with permission, of course, he is no heathen!) run his fingers through your hair absentmindedly. If you rest against him or lay your head in his lap, he will pray that you cannot hear how loud HIS heart is.
Also, his love language is acts of service. You don’t even have to ask him for help, he just magically appears (which has startled you a few times! you’ve joked a few times about getting him a little bell to hear him coming. he may have snorted at that, but when you turned back to look at him, he had a neutral expression…). Like, literally magically appears. One time you were having trouble on homework, and guess who sprung up a surprise visit? That’s right.
Morinozuka Takeshi, in the flesh. Cue a comedy scene worthy montage of you getting nice and presentable before letting him into your study room. He said he was also having trouble, but once the impromptu study sesh began, you discovered it was a lie! He was too good at this to be having trouble!
Who told him you needed help?!?

Hiii ! Love your work and saw your requests were open ❤️ could I get Trickster's reaction to having a crush on gn/male!reader but reader not being fond of his music at all and maybe reader being a fan of kate instead (platonic) ? Pleaaase ?
This is definitely one of the more interesting requests! That’s not a bad thing I really like it. Thank you so much for the request Anon! :)
Cw: Ji Woon being jealous and a lil bratty, reader has a country accent for fun, reader is a himbo for some flavor, size difference, shorter than usual.
Tumblr media
"C'mon ya can't be serious?" Your voice rang out with a laugh. You were talking to Kate. She just happened to be one of your favorite singers. She had just shared a story behind one of her songs. "Yep! That's a true story, funny innit?"
What you were not aware of was the jealous pair of eyes watching you. Ji Woon wasn't one for stalking really, he much preferred to be up in your face. Though he kept his distance mainly to not break the Entity's rules. He would probably hurt somebody if he got close enough. He watched you wave goodbye to Kate before heading off to your cabin. He decided that today he had to talk to you.
Taking a deep breath, he stepped forward, making his presence known. The relationship between survivors and killers was always a weird one. You never really thought about Ji Woon due to not having a memorable trial with him. Putting on a smile, you waved at the man before you. Your mama didn’t raise a rude boy after all. This made Ji Woon relax a bit. It was a first for Ji Woon to be nervous, with all his years of stardom would help him this moment.
He hands you a small mixtape, it was clear he stole it from one of the Legion members. “I wrote a song for you. In my own style of course.” He had really turned on the charm for you. He winked and walked off. Guess you have to find a way to listen to it now.
A few days later, or at least it seems like time has passed, Ji Woon approached you again. You noticed him and excused yourself from a conversation with Kate. There was a bit of a size difference between you and Ji Woon. You were of course taller and had more bulk than him, but really you were more a danger to yourself than anything. “I just wanted to tell you that I really am thankful for the song. It was very sweet of ya to do that.” Though you said nothing negative about the song, he could tell by your body language that you didn’t like the song.
His ego was hurt and he had a pout on his face. “What was wrong with it? I poured my guts out!” His line of questioning was starting to make you feel bad. You really did try to like it considering how sweet the lyrics were. It was the instrumental that gave you the ick.
“I’m sorry, I just prefer a simple guitar. Not the electrical screaming in yours.” You explained to him a bit of hesitation. He tried his best to not be offended, he really did. Ji Woon huffed and turned around, you couldn’t tell if he was being serious or not. So in a last ditch effort you pulled him into a hug, resting your head on his shoulder. “I’d still like to go out with ya.” Your words felt like a tidal wave to him.
He huffed yet again. “Fine, I’ll still go out with you.”

Spicynoodles prompt:
Bama?
Red Son looks down from the table and sees his 4 year old child staring curiously at him.
Yes my firefly?
Grandpa Wukong said I was a honeymoon baby? What does that mean?
Red Son spits out his drink.
"Bama?"
Red Son looked down from the table to see his 4-year-old daughter staring curiously up at him. He felt a small smile form. Every day, he was so lucky to have her. "Yes, my firefly?"
Huiying made grabby hands, the silent signal for 'up.' Red did as requested, taking a sip of his coffee once she was secure. "Grandpa Sun said I was a honeymoon baby? What does that mean?"
Red Son spat out his drink.
"What?!" Why was Sun Wukong telling her something like that?!
"Does it mean I was made with honey?!" Huiying asked, her eyes going wide. Honey was her favorite treat. She grinned, starting to wriggle excitedly. "What kind of honey!?"
Red looked around, trying his best to keep a smile on his face. He had hoped this question would wait. "No, no, it doesn't mean that." He looked around, just in case. It would be fine if Xiaotian or Xiaojiao walked in, but if Sun did? He was a dead man. "A honeymoon is a special trip that Baba and Bama took after we got married." Huiying nodded. "But, uh...you weren't actually made during our honeymoon."
-Four years ago-
"Oh shit."
Qi Xiaotian looked up at him with the saddest puppy eyes. “Shit?” he repeated. “You’re not happy?”
“Oh no, don’t get me wrong, I’m ecstatic.” Red couldn’t look at the tests on the counter. All of them bearing the same two little lines that said the same thing: they were going to be parents. “But remember why we’re getting married in a week?” Xiaotian’s sad puppy eyes disappeared as he concentrated. Red could practically see the equations floating around his head. He sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. He loved this man, he did, but still. “We had a pregnancy scare.”
“Oh yeah-” Xiaotian’s grin at having the answer disappeared. He winced. “Ooh, yeah.”
Their families had found out about their year-long relationship right then and there. Once it was figured out that, no, Xiaotian was not pregnant, Sun Wukong had laid out a simple demand: they get married before having a baby. There had been some more harsh words aimed at Red. Although he couldn’t blame the king for not yelling at his Noodle Boy- he had a very cute face that made it hard to be mad at him.
So, off they went to plan a wedding.
A wedding that was only a week away.
“We gotta lie.”
Red looked up. “What?”
“Look, I’m only…” Xiaotian glanced at his stomach and gave it a quick press. It still looked normal chubby instead of pregnancy chub, but Red was willing to guess that a firmness had started to form. “A few weeks along. I have to tell Xiaojiao-” Made sense. Red nodded. “So she knows to keep everyone away when I get changed. We tell everyone when we get back from our honeymoon.”
“And then what?” Red was liking this plan but he was also mildly panicking. Anything could’ve sounded good. “What happens when they’re earlier than expected?”
Xiaotian gestured to himself. He was all cute monkey demon, his tail wrapping around his own tail in quiet comfort. Red felt himself relax a tad at the warmth. “Monkey pregnancies are shorter than human pregnancies.”
That was true. However, there was an issue. Red pressed his fingers to his mouth. “I should restate myself.” He took a deep breath. “What happens when Sun Wukong notices they’re earlier than expected?”
Xiaotian opened his mouth, closed it, and seemed to think. “We could say that me having that glamor spell on me for almost my entire life…” He cycled his hands, working through the spot. “Might’ve screwed with my systems. After all, my body never gave any sign I wasn’t human. Who knows how long this pregnancy could be?” Red opened his mouth. “And we can talk to my OG-GYN. Xe’ll back us up.”
It sounded weirdly simple.
But simple was one of the best plans.
-Now-
“And so we lied to everyone except your Ayi.”
Huiying blinked. “Baba says lying’s wrong.”
Red nodded, fighting back a pained grimace. The honesty of children hurt sometimes. “And he’s right. Don’t do what we did.”
“Is it lying if I don’t tell you something?”
Huh. Well, that was a change. “I mean, it depends. What aren’t you telling me?”
Huiying pointed to her head. “Grandpa Sun has been listening.” Now that she had pointed it, Red could see a little figure on her headband. What he assumed was a little cartoon figure of the Monkey King now had its arms crossed, glaring at him.
“Ah.”
“He says you get a five-minute headstart for lying.”

LAW OF AVERAGES (UPDATED)
What do you know: I posted the wrong draft yesterday. This is the finished story.
"Good evening Officers," I said as I walked down 6th Avenue, feeling in a good mood from dinner with friends. Two of New York City's finest were on the corner, beat cops keeping an eye on the park nearby, or maybe just resting for a bit.
The taller one, a 40-something Italian-looking man, tipped his hat in acknowledgment and flashed a wry grin as his partner, a shorter Latino cop, had his eye fixed on a group of women in sun dresses walking by.
I gave a confident smile, but kept walking. But ten paces on, I turned my head back for another look. Officer Friendly was looking at me, all right, and kind of laughing at my brazenness.
It was that fuck-it attitude that got my success rate up. I have a thing for cops. I mean, who doesn't? But I go out of my way to have sex with them. It helps that I live in the best city on earth and have a full-on smorgasbord of men in blue to scope out. And I swear, policeman or not, so many New York City straight guys have a bi streak. Maybe it's the prevalence of no-strings dude sex on the side, maybe the freedom of the city infects them, too, just like it does with us gay guys.
OK, not every cop is looking to hook up with a dude, not even for a no-strings BJ. But enough are, and if you play the averages right, you get your fair share of cop dick.
It helps that I'm 28, fit as fuck, and have a gym-pumped jock body. Before I moved to the city, I had no idea that my Iowa cornfed looks were cop-bait, but apparently they are. I'm just masculine enough to put a police officer at ease, and just gay enough so that even the most clueless of them know I'm available.
Of course you can't just walk up to a cop and proposition him. Maybe he goes on an app, DL, and propositions you. But usually, it's about laying the ground work, being flirty in a low-key, friendly kind of way. Getting to know by name the policemen in my neighborhood, near my office, or even on trips uptown or to Brooklyn. Seeing which ones might be interested.
I thought that was going to be my plan this evening. But the looking in Officer Friendly's eyes made me want to feel him out more. I gave him another look, then ducked into the first deli I came across. I kind of wandered next to the refrigerated section. Maybe I'd just get a water, or maybe nothing. Mostly I wanted to see if Cop took the bait.
He did. I heard the bell ring from the door opening. A couple of footsteps on the linoleum floor and sure enough the tall, Italian cop was rounding the aisle, his face with a knowing grin as he spotted me.
Compared to other guys, I have an advantage in my hunt for policemen. I like 'em all. Short, tall, fat, thin, older, younger... I don't care if they're classically good looking. If he's law enforcement and he has a dick, I'm into him. I just love cops.
But this one was a real looker. Fit for his age, strong build beneath his bulletproof vest, and a certain dimpled boyishness to his DILF-y Italian looks, with a closely shaved full beard and a square jawline.
"Nice night, huh?" he said as he got closer. As an Iowa boy, that New York accent would never fail to get me hard. His voice wasn't as deep as I expected but it was sexy as fuck.
"Sure is, Officer," I greeted. "They keeping you busy out there?"
He laughed. "Kind of a quiet night, actually," he said. "I'll take quiet, though."
I stopped pretending I was looking for a water or gatorade or anything and turned to converse with the man. I was on the tall side of average at 6'1" but Officer Friendly had a few inches on me. "You boys in blue deserve a break now and then. For all the work you do." OK, maybe the flattery was cheesy, but it was sincere. And it was just the kind of double entendre a law enforcement dude can recognize.
Those brown eyes grew a little wider and he smiled. Officer Friendly leaned in. "You offering tonight, buddy?"
I nodded. The first time this happened, the first time an NYPD cop said yes to my advances, I was nervous as hell. Now, I just excited. "You bet, Officer, if you're interested. I live over on the next block."
You never know what you're gonna get. The shy kind, the offended kind, the naughty kind. Officer Friendly was pure Horndog.
"I got about five minutes. Think that will work?" he asked. His voice was a little quieter, in case someone was listening. No one was.
"Definitely," I smiled. Boasting. I was talented and I knew it. Pretty soon Officer...
"Cantone," he laughed as he saw me scoping out his name tag.
"Pleasure to meet you, Officer Cantone."
God, he was adorable as we walked the block over to my building. Definitely in his mid 40s now that I had a good look but his dimples made him seem youthful. "This you, buddy?" he asked with a smirk.
I nodded. "Did I use up my 5 minutes?" I teased.
He strutted up the steps to follow me. "Just make it worth my while and I'm not gonna split hairs."
I had it down pat. In full-on buddy mode as I ushered him in my place. Then crouching down in front of him, taking only a second to feel up that uniform fabric before I started unzipping.
Cantone had to help me pull his erection out from his briefs. He wasn't huge, but he was plenty big. I liked big. I licked him up and down some and I knew then from how hard he was, Cantone was a bisexual dude. Not just wanting to shut his eyes and think of a chick. He liked getting head from a guy.
So I went for it. Pulled that cop dick down and swallowed half of it.
"Holy fuck, dude," the policeman gasped. "Suck my dick."
I knew he was on a time crunch so I went for it. Nice sloppy, hungry blowjob. His hands settled on my head as I gave him head, which only fed my fire to do him right. I was determined to get this cop off big.
But the hands left and I felt a tap on my shoulder. "Buddy... I hate to press my luck," he hissed. "But do you take it up the ass?" God bless bisexual men.
Honestly, I'm not the biggest bottom, but a fitter policeman in uniform is usually enough to get me to put out. I looked up excitedly, in a way that told Cantone all he needed to know. "Still gotta make it a quickie, OK?" he clarified.
"Fuck yes," I said. I stood up and he followed me to my bed. I tossed him some lube then undid my shorts and leaned over the bed. I was keyed up but it had been a while since I'd been fucked, so I sure hoped this cop knew what he was doing.
He did. It took him twenty seconds for his blunt tool to work me open. To a great extent, sex is psychological for me and my attraction to Cantone and the surprise quickie was making me really enjoy this. I realized how much I missed it a full, thick bare policeman cock working me open and pressing deep.
His dick felt great but it was the uniform and the bulk of the kevlar vest against my back that had me going wild, spreading my legs and pressing my butt back against his crotch.
That was the signal he needed. Wrapping his strong arms around me, he started pounding hard and fast. His cock had me cumming a few seconds before I heard his own belabored breath in my ear and felt his body jerk and seize behind me. I forgot to look at the clock, but it was no more than a minute and a half before he came. I'd been ridden good and hard and it felt glorious.
No guilt either afterward, just a polite shyness as he asked for something to wipe off with. I obliged then watched his naughty schoolboy look as he tucked back in. "Ramirez is gonna razz me so hard," he chuckled.
"Ramirez is just jealous," I smiled, which made him laugh. He stepped up to me, not kissing but nudging my chin affectionately. "Can I get your number?"
I went to get a pad to scribble it down and handed it to him. He folded it like a prize lottery ticket and stuffed into his uniform shirt pocket.
"Thanks man, that was incredible," he said.
Then, he was out the door.
***
I have one rule, and one rule only. And Deputy Inspector Geoff McMullen was about to learn it.
"I could use one of your blowjobs, man," came the DM on Grindr. I'd met the Queens career cop the first year I lived in NYC. He pretty much was central casting, barrel-chested Irish daddy in his early 50s. Cautious enough to feel out guys discreetly, but smart enough to know being a DL married cop was his calling card on the app. He hit me up, I chatted him back and we set up a blow job date.
That first hookup lasted three minutes, five if you include the hello when he walked into my apartment and the chit chat as he tucked back in. That married cop prick was short and fat and clearly loved a mouth on it.
He apologized a little for blasting off so quick, but it was adorable actually. I assured him it was hot as fuck, and he got a playful grin on his face. "I'll hit you up again?" he asked as he paused by my front door.
We repeated that three weeks later, this time me going out to far Queens for a chance to blow him in his uniform. McMullen may not have a big dick but he sure shoots a hell of a cop load. I sucked it down like a pro, then got a healthy taste of the dribbles before licking him clean and tucking him back into his uniform trousers. McMullen loved that touch.
Then Deputy Inspector McMullen disappeared from Grindr, either playing things safe or just feeling guilty or whatever. That's cool.
Recently, almost two years to the date, I heard from the man. His profile was stripped down now, not even a good chest picture, but he'd logged on for a repeat. "I keep thinking of your blowjobs, Kyle. You're the best at em."
I didn't need flattery, I just needed a hard cop dick offered to me. I invited him to look me up when he was in Manhattan. It was the next day, and the Deputy Inspector had a heavy load saved up for me. Even if he was cheating on his wife, I felt bad for the man, in a way. He clearly didn't get enough action at home.
That's why I almost caved two days later when he DM'ed me again. But I didn't.
"Sorry, Officer, I have a three time rule."
"Three times?"
"I'll only service a man three times if he's not gonna put out for me."
"Whadda mean?" Damn I could sense his horniness even over these texts.
"Three BJs is the installment plan. After that I get to fuck your ass."
There was a long pause. There always a long pause. How often did this rule work in my favor? Let's say I struck out a lot. Generally most of the time, even. But the law of averages meant I'd fucked six NYPD asses since moving here. I wanted to make it seven.
"You're bullshitting me," came McMullen's reply.
"Friad not, sir," I decided to address him with extra respect. I wasn't looking to make McMullen my bitch. I just wanted inside his seasoned cop hole. "It's kind of my thing."
"Yeah... can't do that, man," he replied, less upset than I expected.
"No hard feelings." I said. Like I actually expected him to bend over for me.
Maybe this was easier because I was finding new police dick to suck. It wasn't the entirety of my sex life, but it was most of it. There are 36,000 police officers in the NYPD, and I was fooling around with about 2 or 3 a month, including some rotating regulars Life was good.
I was just getting off work one day, when out of the blue McMullen messaged me. "What do I get if I let you fuck me?" he asked bluntly.
Holy fuck, I had a live one on the fishing line. I grinned as I typed, "The lifetime plan. BJs whenever you want."
"You sweet talking fucker ;)"
He didn't elaborate, and I didn't push him. But an hour later he picked up the conversation again. "I'm cherry. Think you can go easy?"
God my dick was so hard right then. "Absolutely man. I want it good for both of us."
"You done this before?" he asked, with less pause than before.
I wasn't sure what he meant. Fucked a cop? "Done what?"
"Taken a guy's cherry."
"A few times, yeah," I replied truthfully. "I'm good at it." OK, you'd have to survey the men I'd done to see if they agreed, but I knew a little boasting would help my case.
He told me he'd think it over and get back to me.
"Take your time Officer," I wrote.
***
Sgt. Ellis wasn't bi. He watched PornHub vids on his phone the whole time I sucked him. The ones with loud moaning chicks doing bad fake orgasms. I never see why straight dudes like that shit. But he had a nice tool.. long more than thick, with foreskin over the head. His build was tall and matched his cock size. He wasn't Office Cantone hot, but he was muscular and the chocolate-dark muscle looked great in uniform. 9 times out of 10 when I blew the Sergeant he was in uniform.
The cop was the opposite of verbal. It never took him long to cum but neither of us rushed it. The man would come into my place, unzip to pull out that long schlong and then pull up a new favorite video on his phone.
Sgt. Ellis was on the Lifetime Plan. He had grinned and bore it when I fucked him. He was a tough as nails fucker and actually relaxed into it. He didn't get off or enjoy in the way gay men enjoyed it. But he actually had fewer hangups than I expected. I made a play for a repeat but he gave a firm no. That was OK, fucking him had been a trip and I still got off knowing I'd tapped that ass.
Some months I heard a lot from the Sergeant, some months not at all. I guess he dated women who took care of his needs. But when he was single I'd get a text from the police officer. A day in advance or a half hour. It was all good.
The man never announced his cum. He didn't need to, I knew it was coming by the way his legs shook. He came a lot and was sweet tasting. I loved it. I gave a soft lick before he pulled completely out because Ellis was always super sensitive after a nut. He'd silently wipe off with the rag I'd give him and tuck back into his uniform. And then put away that damned phone.
And as I walked him to show him out, he'd thank me. "You do good work, man," he'd say.
***
Deputy Inspector McMullen was nervous as anything. I did my best to calm him. A beer, some sports talk, some jokes. I thought of myself as the cop whisperer, but as he sat on my couch almost shaking, I worried this one was gonna bolt.
"You OK, man?" I had to ask.
He looked at me and forced a smile. "I can't believe I'm here."
"I'll do my best to make it easy for ya man," I said. "I swear I'm good at this."
He gulped. "Maybe that's what I'm worried about," he admitted. He took a swig of beer and set down the bottle with a clank on the coffee table. "Think we can just get this started?"
I nodded and led him to the bedroom.
He was half hard when he stripped which was a good sign. "Just go with the flow," I urged, then started my method: slow oral worship of his cock, but not getting him off. Lots of attention to his balls and the spot underneath. Finally, directing him to lift his legs so I could eat him out. I gathered McMullen had never had a rim job before. He wouldn't be the first cop to have that milestone with me, but he was the most enthusiastic.
"Fuck buddy," he gasped as my tongue drilled and teased his daddy ring. "That feels wild."
"It's gonna feel wilder," I boasted and dove back in for some more intense ass eating.
By the time I was moving on to the next stage Geoff McMullen's short fat cop cock was a rock hard spike leaking against his furry belly.
"Feel good?" I asked as the first lubed finger teased then slowly entered him.
He nodded. "So far so good," he answered. The nervous was coming back but not too bad.
I added a second. Tight at first but soon the officer got used to it.
I took my time. By the time I had three fingers in him, the Deputy Inspector wasn't only ready for it, he wanted it.
I didn't want to jinx anything by asking if he was ready to be fucked. I just maneuvered so my slicked up meat was lined with my hand. He looked down his girthy bod at me, his legs pulled wide and back in a receptive position. I timed it so my fingers pulled out as my cock pushed in.
Fuck, I was in cherry cop territory. Giving gentle thrusts in and out about three to four inches. The tightness and thrill I fucking live for.
Geoff breathed heavily but wasn't objecting. I could tell he was adjusting to the mind fuck of it all. Particularly once I felt the relaxed hole allow me to press all the way in.
"You got it, Officer," I announced proudly.
His eyes lit up. "Fuck!" His spike thwapping on his belly.
I thrust in. Actually fucking that rack of Irish cop beef. Not hard but steady.
"Not gonna take me long," I announced. "You wanna stroke off while I fuck you?"
It was like the idea hadn't occurred to the man but after I drizzled some lube on his stick he got the hint. As I worked my hips harder, he jerked like a horny teen, fast and spasmodically. I gathered that was McMullen's normal masturbation style.
It took a minute. A minute for me to show this 54-year-old cop his p-spot. His face went pink then red and his body gave it up. Heavy spurts of seed onto his belly and blocky pecs just as my own ejaculation began inside his guts.
We were both out of breath as we recovered and as McMullen laughed I started laughing too. "Goddamn, that was something else," he said as my dong slowly softened and slipped out of him.
I took a chance, hoping I was reading him right. I leaned in...
"No," he said brusquely, the laugh stopping suddenly. "I don't fucking kiss."
***
Officer Cantone, the 6'4" DILFy stud I'd met on my block, held my head tight against his crotch. He smelled like cologne and cop uniform and man. It's what helped me keep my gag reflex in check as he claimed a deep throat and unloaded those heavy balls of his.
"God fucking damn, buddy, that's sweet..." he hissed, excitement in his voice as he rode out the orgasmic pleasure and finally extracted that beautiful seven-incher from my mouth.
I was still catching my breath and on my knees when the man tucked back in, not even bothering to wipe off the spit and sperm from his dong. "I knew I could count on you, buddy," he said. Of all the cops I'd done, Cantone was the friendliest. The fact he was a bachelor, divorced maybe, made my mind race for the first time to think of what it would be like to date a cop.
"Happy to help, Officer," I said in my normal post-sex manner as I got up on to my feet. "It'll be the last." I explained to him my Rule of Three.
He shook his head. "I'll be damned. That ever work for you, buddy?" He was clearly amused by my chutzpa.
I shrugged. "I'm discreet. But yeah it works more than you'd think."
He didn't say anything. He just picked up his cap and put in on his head. I couldn't tell if he was offended or thinking it over. Maybe both. Gone was that Officer Friendly manner. Instead, he turned and walked out of my place without a word.
That was the hardest part of the no-strings approach, and if there was a man who made me question it, it was Rich Cantone. But damnit, it was such an unrealistic idea. Cops like that didn't date men, they just got sucked on the DL.
***
Deputy Inspector McMullen kicked off his shoes as he undid his belt. I could tell his short fat spike was rock hard. "I got a full two hours, man," he said excitedely. "Maybe we can go for two?"
"Your call," I replied with a laugh. I knew Geoff McMullen would want head regularly now that he was on the Lifetime Plan, but even I was surprised by how regularly he made excuses to come into Manhattan. I offered to go meet him, but he liked the freedom and privacy of my place.
He shucked down his jeans and there it was, commando... that thick married cop cock. Drooling even in anticipation. He stepped out of his jeans. McMullen was a top heavy man, and had put on a couple of extra pounds as he approached 55. Like before, he hesitated to take off his sweatshirt. I didn't give a fuck either way. This career cop was the real deal.
"Kyle..." he asked after I milked load number one of him. "Think you might wanna fuck me today?" Not nervous this time. I could tell McMullen had been thinking this over, a lot. And he knew he had the goods, how crazy I'd be to get in his ass again.
"Yeah, man," I said as I peeled down my workout shorts and stroked my bone. "That'd be incredible."
Then the guy surprised me by leaning in and putting his hand behind my head. Instead of guiding it to his cock, he pulled me up into a kiss. Our first one. I'd fucked seven cops, and Deputy Inspector McMullen was the first I'd kissed.
The kissing made that fuck even hotter. We took our time, particularly since Geoff needed some recovery before round two. It was worth it. I fucked a healthy load out of him and left a matching one inside him. He felt more comfortable in his skin, even after the sex.
I let Geoff shower up first. He had to get back home and I was just enjoying the relaxation of lying in bed after a good lay. A little proud that my swimmers were deep in the Deputy Inspector's guts.
Then, as I checked my phone I saw I had soem texts. A couple from my friends checking in about evening plans, but one was from Officer Cantone. "All right you win. Let's do this."
God fucking damm, I was gonna add cop number 8 to my collection.

Being a highly subjective assessment of one tiny corner of the interwebs. Organized by which ones (in each category) I’m enjoying most.
Tumblr media
Ongoing Series - Thai
My School President (Fri YT) ep 9 of 12 - WinSound totally won me over in this ep. They were great. Their competitive style of romance, made me really happy. Double tsundere it’s so rare to get and not be annoying or depressing. Of course the mains were adorable too.
Never Let Me Go (Tues YT) ep 8 of 12 - Solid little episode. Perth in the pool, thank U BL gods. Peeling the shrimp to rope, always a favorite of mine. Some awesome couple flirting and a nice romantic sex scene. What’s not to like about this episode?
Hit Bite Love (Sat YouTube) ep 2 of 6 - King is fucking adorable. Burger is clueless and (apparently) entirely straight. Shogun is one of the gayest characters ever put in high school BL. Heda is kinda awesome, basically a chaos wingman. Matteo is interesting. I genuinely like the central friendship between King & Shogun a lot. Queer baby besties! It’s Ming & Wayo-esk but better. Holy KINK FEST outta nowhere, BLman! I’m getting total whiplash with this show. Very Make It Right. What does it want to be? Who tf knows but I’m into it, that’s for sure. It’s accomplishing something, which most pulps don’t.
609 Bedtime Story (Fri WeTV) ep 11fin - my backup computer is down so I haven’t had a chance to watch this yet. Hopefully but next week’s report.

Ongoing Series - Not Thai
HIStory 5: Love in the Future (Taiwan Weds Viki) ep 6 of 10 (or 11&12 of 20) - Jonny’s hair is driving me nuts. Hai Yi’s behavior is confusing me too. Office boys remain totally adorable. Very doomy mid run ep 6. Ah Taiwan, how unpredictable you are.
Candy Color Paradox AKA Ameiro Paradox (Japan Fri Gaga) ep 7 of 8 - these weirdos make for very strange boyfriends. Frankly? K seems like a useless bit of business, if you ask me.
Individual Circumstances (Korea Thurs Viki) ep 5-6 of 8 - I’m just annoyed with Mr. Tsundere at this point, he’s gone from grumpy to mean. I just want him to have a really good reason for having disappeared without saying anything, and good does not mean “sensitive pathetic authorial feels.” You don’t abandon your best friend just because you fell in love with them, that’s an unforgivably shitty thing to do.
The End Of The World, With You AKA Bokura no Micro na Shuumatsu (Japan Sun Gaga ep 1 of 8 - Stars Toshiki Seto (Senpai, This Can't Be Love). The world is about to be destroyed by a meteor, so Masumi visits his old uni library to read as much as he wants until the end. There he meets Ritsu, his player ex. It’s a bit awkward, and I’m not sure about the premise (it scares me that it might be sad). It’s racier, gayer, and has better kissing than i was expecting (again a sign it might go dark). Also Is Ritsu a big time bi-slut player or is that Masumi’s perspective? Regardless I’m intrigued if wary.

Finished this week
The New Employee (Korea Weds Viki) ep 7fin - They are so cute it’s unbelievable. I thought it was a good office romance ending, if not a great Bl ending. All in all this is a darn near perfect nugget of an office romance BL, sweet and much gayer than we have any right to expect from Korea. Rainbow rice cakes forever! 9/10
Between Us (Sun iQIYI) ep 12fin - It’s a serviceable series about hot swimmers flirting and dealing with family drama in a sweetly earnest manner, but ultimately it squanders the talent in play. I would’ve preferred a cleaner narrative arc, less angst and more plot, fewer couples, and a shorter series. That said, there’s nothing objectively wrong, sub-standard, or off-putting about this show. And it has lots of consent and other good qualities. It’s fine. Watch along here. 8/10
I Will Knock You (Fri Gaga) ep 12fin - I did think a lot over why I disliked this one. Because on the surface it’s just your standard slightly terrible Thai pulp, and I’m usually not that mean about them. I think in the end it comes down to the uke who just seemed to never warm to the boy pursuing him, and never really actually wanted to be his boyfriend. Also terrible dead fish kiss. 5/10
Gossip
Apparently we have new scions (waves goodbye to BrightWin) - GeminiFourth: The Crown Princes of BL. If you’re wondering how their chemistry is so good (My School President), this article may explain it.
In Case You Missed It
Tumblr media
Caught up on 2020′s The Reason Why He Fell In Love With Me. (Gaga picked it up and I’ve been wanting to see it since it got announced in 2019.)
TRWHFILWM Series 1 - 2 teachers who work together at the same high school, one outgoing and the other reserved, start an affair. Gave me Ossan’s Love vibes and that is my least favorite kind of JBL. It’s just far too cartoonish and slapstick and I don’t like it. That said, it has several kisses, a happy ending, and they are cute together. So if you can this style BL, it you might like it.
TRWHFILWM Special - Completely ignores the first couple and the teacher premise, carrying over just one main character, and should have been a new BL (Boys Love flashbacks). I understand 2021′s season 2 continues this tactic. But I’ll watch it eventually.
Next Week Looks Like This:

Not a lot actually, which is cool, I still got some 2022 catching up still to do. Why You Y Me, may be?
Starting:
Moonlight Chicken (Weds? YouTube) 1 of 8 -

Feb releases list is here.

You walked with Enid right by your side. You were new to Nevermore and she was showing you around while also keeping you up with the latest gossip around the school or in the next town over that was named Jericho.
“Dude” Xavier frowned at his roommate, hitting his arm. “Huh” the dazed boy let out, looking at the long haired boy. “You weren’t listening?”
Rowan shook his head, guilt clear in his features. “I got distracted.” he frowned, watching as Xavier furrowed his eyebrows and looked to where the shorter boy nodded his head. “Oh, They’re new.”
Rowan only nodded, biting his lip. You’d never notice him. He knew it. Xavier knew it. Hell, Enid probably already knew it.
The next time he saw you was when you were going against Bianca in fencing. He watched intensely as you and the siren went after each other, smiling once he realized you had won the match.
“Nice moves.” Bianca smiled, staring you down. “Thank you.” you nodded, smiling back before looking over to another student who wanted to go against you.
“You should talk to them.” Xavier whispered in the boys ear, smiling softly. “I- I can’t-” Rowan shook his head, taking a short breath. “And why is that?” the long haired boy frowned, tilting his head. “They’re out of my league. And i’ll make a fool out of myself if I do.” the boy frowned, looking to his roommate with a look similar to a wounded puppy. “Would you like me to talk to them for you?”
“You would do that?” Rowan asked, confused as why the boy who seemed to careless about him would help. “Yeah” Xavier nodded, looking towards you again, waving slightly when he noticed you were looking in their direction.
You waved back with a smile on your face. A smile that made Rowan melt. Oh, how he loved you.
The third time he saw you was at the carnival. You were accompanied by Xavier who was hopefully putting in a good word for him.
“So how are you liking Nevermore?” Xavier asked, smile on his face. “It’s alright” you shrugged, “Kind of like every other private school i’ve been to, just with more outcasts and I actually like the uniform.”
“You like the uniform?” the tall boy cringed, watching as you chuckled lightly and nodded. “Way better than my last ones. Those were hideous.”
“Do you like anyone?”
You stared at him for moment, head tilted. “I like a lot of people.”
“No, like like.”
“like like ?”
“like like.” Xavier nodded his head, trying to laugh at thought of you two just repeating two words. “Well, I don’t know. I don’t think I know anyone that much to “like like” them.” you shrugged, “But I am curious about someone.”
“Oh? do tell.”
“This boy. He wears glasses. He’s-”
“Rowan. His name is Rowan. He’s my roommate actually.”
“Oh- Did I do something wrong? Because it seems like he’s always avoiding me.” you frowned, placing your hands in your pockets.
“Oh, no. I can promise you, you did nothing wrong. He’s just really awkward that’s all. But, if you liked to meet him I can set something up.”
“Oh, you don’t have to do that.” you shook your head, smiling softly. “But, thanks though.”
“No. I insist. He’s right over there actually.” Xavier pointed to a boy who was sitting alone at a bench. The same boy you had been curious about for weeks. The same boy you may have developed a little crush on. The same boy who-
“Well?”
“Uh, sure. Yeah, let’s go.” you nodded, missing the way he inaudibly chuckled to himself.
“Rowan” Xavier called out as the both of you walked over, watching as he turned his head, eyes going wide at the sight of you. “Oh, hi.” the boy smiled, pushing his glasses up, doing his best to control his breathing, keeping a tight fist on his inhaler that was in his pocket. “Rowan this is Yn. Yn this is Rowan.”
“Hi, Yn.” Rowan nodded, staring at you for a few seconds before looking to the ground again. “Hi, Rowan. It’s nice to finally meet you. Heard a lot of good things actually.”
“Good things?” he asked, looking up, cheeks going red as Xavier winked at him. He really was playing wingman. And he’d forever be in debt to the psychic. “Yeah. You’ve got yourself a good wingman over here.” you chuckled, sitting across from him.
“Oh- Uhm- Wingman? No-”
You stared at him as he used his inhaler, frowning slightly. “Do I make you nervous?”
The boy in the glasses looked at you, swallowing silently. “Not in a bad way.”
“In a good way then?”
“He likes you.” Xavier cut off the awkward encounter. “Xav-”
“I like you too.”
Both boys looked over at you. Xavier smiling in triumph and Rowan in shock. “You do?” Rowan began to smile, setting his inhaler down, controlling his breaths once again. “I do.”

Snowed In
heyyy so I decided I should do a microfic until Christmas kinda thing (shhh I know I'm late but its fineee) so heres my little rosekiller microfic to start it off!!
also, idea taken from @theprongspotter
------------------------------------------
Evan and Barty had gotten themselves a cabin to stay in for a few days before the holidays so they could get away from their friends and there signifigant others.
And it was that same cabin that they happened to be trapped in, the snow and ice making the doors and windows un-openable.
"What if they think we forgot about them?" Barty asked as he paced around the room, "what if they hate us now?"
"Barty," Evan said slowly, "they'll understand. We have the weather channels for reasons."
"But what if-"
"Barty," Evan repeated, his voice sterner this time, as he started to walk towards me, "its going to be okay."
"I-"
"Come on, come sit down,"
Evan took Barty's hand pulling him towards the couch. Barty sat down, tucking his knees into his chest as he bit down on his lip.
Barty didn't understand why he was so nervous. He knew that his friends cared about him and would understand but he was also terrified that they would hate him even if he did one small thing wrong.
"I'm going to make you hot chocolate okay?" Evan told him, throwing a blanket in his direction.
"Thanks," the brunette laughed, sinking into the blanket.
Evan wandered off into the direction of the kitchen, while Barty stayed on the couch, staring out the window as he tried to think of anything other than his racing heart.
Barty wasn't necessarily scared of being alone with Evan. They had been best friends for years and could sit together in comfortable silence for hours.
No, Barty was scared of what he would do alone with Evan. Barty had realized how in love he was with Evan a few months ago and a confession seemed to be ready to jump out of his mouth at any moment.
But Barty was also convinced he was alone in his feelings. It didn't make sense for Evan to like him back. For one Evan was straight. And even if he wasn't (which was basically impossible), there were so many people in their school that would be a better partner than Barty.
No matter how much as Barty lied to himself and others about it, he knew he wasn't as handsome or smart as the other kids in his school.
Frankly, Barty's whole life revolved around spiteing his father and who wanted to be with a boy like that?
"Here,"
Barty jumped slightly, seeing Evan standing in front of me, holding a mug out towards me.
"Thanks," Barty whispered, taking the mug from him.
Evan sat down next to him, another mug in his hand.
"We should just try to enjoy this," Evan nodded, placing his mug on the end table.
The brown eyed boy just nodded in response.
"Are you okay Barty?"
"I'm fine,"
"Liar,"
Barty laughed slightly, shaking his head.
"can I tell you something Ev?" he whispered, glancing over at the taller boy. He took in the bright blonde hair, the crystal blue eyes, the freckled skin. The perfection of everything about him.
"Of course," Evan shrugged, resting his cheek in his palm.
"I'm in love with you,"
The words came out stronger and louder than Barty intended. More sure than Barty ever was in anything.
But this was the one thing Barty was sure about. He knew he was in love with Evan, even if that was the only thing he was sure he knew.
"Can I tell you something too?" Evan asked.
"Sure," the shorter boy nodded.
"I'm in love with you too,"
The words hit Barty like a brick wall. When he confessed, he hadn't been thinking. It was something he had to say because if he didn't, he thought he might die right there.
But when he said the words, he never thought that Evan would say them back.
But here they were.
"Can I kiss you?" Evan asked, breaking through Barty's thoughts.
The other boy couldn't seem to bring himself to speak so he just nodded softly, closing his eyes as Evan's lips met his.
Barty's arms wrapped his arms around Evans neck, kissing him like the world was ending. The blonde boys arms wrapped around his back, pushing him down on the couch.
"I definitally love you," Evan mumbled, smiling down at the other boy.
"Me to,"
And then Barty couldn't've been happier for being snowed in.

I think I'm addicted to your writing!! <3
Anything you Want

Pairings: Sebastian Sallow x MC!Reader
Warnings: MC beings just a little stressed, slight emotional breakdown but fluffy in the end.

Anyone at Hogwarts could tell that lately… you’ve been drowning. With all the stress of being the “hero of hogwarts,” dealing with Harlow, the poachers, and on top of that studying for your OWLS, you were about ready to snap.  Even though you weren’t sure why, Sebastian was there for you through it all.
You weren’t sure if he knew it, but through everything you’ve been through, Sebastian was your rock. He and he alone was the only thing keeping you from going totally insane. He was your escape from it all. He never treated you different because of your power, never used you for your popularity. And despite what you thought, he could see you were drowning.
Your OWLS seemed frightenly close and you felt you weren’t at all prepared. At this point, you had begun to lash out. Anyone who looked at you the wrong way would get an earful. You found yourself purposely walking through the forbidden forest just looking for a fight to blow off some steam on Ranrok’s lingering loyalists. By now you were one broken nail away from having a full blown breakdown.
Later that day, however, you ended up a crying mess in Sebastian’s arms after a mere question of “Are you okay?”
You didn’t expect that was what would push you over the edge, but it was. Sebastian knew you had been having a hard time, but he never expected his as he hugged you tightly, eyes wide with both shock and confusion.
“Shh, shh, it’s alright,” he hushed, trying to soothe you. It only took a few seconds for you to try and pull your self together. Sniffing away your tears and wiping your eyes, you tried to stop the overflowing emotions.
“I’m sorry,” you said quickly. “I didn’t mean to-”
“Stop,” Seb had interrupted, pulling you back to his chest. “Don’t apologize, don’t bottle anything up anymore. Just put your arms back around me. Let it all out.”
You didn’t know what to say. On the one hand you didn’t want to show any more vulernerablitity than you had to, but on the other Sebastian was your best friend. You needed someone to confide in.
“I can’t do this anymore,” you said after a few moments.
“What?” he asked.
“Everything. Being the ‘hero of Hogwarts’, a target for the poachers, Harlow’s gang, and the loyalists. I can’t be that person anymore. I need to just be a student.”
“Then that’s all you have to be,” he said, running his hand down your hair to comfort you. “Tell me what you want to be, and that’s what you are. Anything you want me to, I’ll do for you.”
Your heart stilled at his words. You had wondered if he really meant it. If the boy in front of you would really do anything for you.
“I- anything?” you wanted to confirm, pulling away from him slightly.
Sebastian chuckled. “Within reason of course.”
“I want to be yours,” you said simply. This time, it was Sebastian’s heart that stopped.
“I- w- what?” he stuttered. He didn’t ever think that he’d hear you say those words. That you’d ever want to be anything more than friends.
“You said anything I want,” you repeated. “I want you to kiss me.”
Sebastian was torn. On the one hand, that was all he’d ever wanted. Not to mention you were asking him to do so. But on the other hand, this was not at all the right time. You were a wreck, he didn’t want to feel as if he was taking advantage of the situation. However, as he saw your face of disappointment to his hesitation, the choice was no longer his.
He was quickk to tilt your chin to his own, connecting your lips quickly as to never see that look on your face again. Kissing Sebastian was like nothing you have ever felt. You felt as though there were fireworks exploding all around you and your heart would beat straight out of your chest. You couldn’t help the smile on your face as he pulled away. A comfortable silence fell between you in the moments following. You didn’t feel you had to say anything. It was all said in your kiss.
“Do you want to run away with me?” he said after a moment.
You laughed. “What? Run away? Sebastian we can’t-”
“Not forever,” he clarified. “Just for tonight. No more studying, no more worries. Just us for one night.”
“Sebastian I can’t afford a day away from my studies.”
“Oh please, you’ve studied plenty. I daresay you’re ahead of both Ominis and me combined.” You rolled your eyes at him, but before you could say no again, he continued. “I can see the no building up on your lips,” he said, leaning in to kiss you again before you could confirm of deny anything. While you were distracted by his kiss, Sebastian reached behind you and pulled out your field guilde.
“Sebastian!” you protested, reading for the book but being unsuccessful as he held it out of your reach.
“I will not take no for an answer,” he said, walking away slowly. “I’ll send you an owl with the details. You will get this back after tonight.”
And with that, he turned away and left, leaving you speechless behind him.
---
That night, you made your way towards the castle, following the enchanted map that Sebastian had sent you via his owl. Even you had to admit, it was a nice touch. Eventually, you found yourself at the entrance of the forbidden forest. Upon arriving, the map changed to read one word… “Lumos”.
When the word appeared you scoffed, a small smile on your lips as you casted Lumos and saw the candles appear as predicted. The candles took the same path as they did when you found them the first time with Sebastian’s help, leading all the way to a small table in the forest.
“Not very original, is it?” you laughed once you saw Sebastian standing by the table, a grin on his face.
“Well I was a little short on time,” he admitted with a chuckle. “But I figured why leave a perfectly good picnic spot to waste?” With that, he motioned for you to sit down, pushing in your chair behind you before taking the other seat for himself.
“Did you get the house elves to give you all this food?” you wondered as you looked at the spread laid out before you.
“No…” he said slowly, clearly lying. You raised your eyebrows towards him. “Okay maybe one or two helped out but I picked the food.”
You laughed and shook your head at the Slytherin in front of you as you took a sip of your pumpkin juice. You had to admit, even with his antics, this was a much-needed break for you. Sebastian knew this. He knew that no matter how hard you tried to hide it, you needed this. Almost as much as he needed you. And he was willing to give you anything you wanted to keep this smile on your face.

STWG Prompt: Accidental Confession
CW for MCD
It wasn't an unusual morning for Wayne, sitting at the counter of Benny's Burgers in early November.  It was early in the morning, just before sunrise, and the diner was near empty, just him sitting at the counter and doing his best not to nod off.  Benny refilled his coffee cup to keep it hot and Wayne curled his fingers around the ceramic to let it warm his hands.  He wouldn't be able to stay and enjoy the quiet company for as long as he'd like to, he'd have to be getting home to make sure his boy was up for school.  Sometimes he needed an extra nudge to get himself up.
"Good night for you?"  Benny's voice was low as he leaned against the counter, looking up slightly to meet Wayne's gaze.
"Few power surges, they've been getting more frequent."  He took a long drink and sighed.  "Seems no one knows what's causing them, or if anyone does, they sure ain't saying anything.  It sure makes the night more hectic."
Benny clicked his tongue.  "Seems something strange is happening.  It's the right time of year for it."
"How do you figure?"
"Days are getting shorter, nights are getting longer.  More time for whatever lurks in those woods."
Wayne chuckled.  "That right?  Don't tell me you believe that nonsense."  He admired Benny as much as he dared and his gaze dropped as the other man stretched his arms.  "Nothing's in those woods except deer and the odd bear.  And those damn opossums that keep getting into the trash."
"That's all you've seen in those woods, Wayne.  Doesn't mean there isn't more out there."  Benny patted the counter and turned away to grab a rag.  "How's that boy of yours doing?  Staying out of trouble?"
"He tries his best.  Doing alright, though.  Can't seem to keep him on the straight and narrow, but it ain't like I wasn't getting into trouble at his age."  He chuckled.  "Just gotta get him through this last year of high school, then we'll see about getting his future figured out."
"I could always use a hand around here.  I'll have him washing dishes and wiping tables.  Noreen and the girls'll keep an eye on him."
"God bless you, Benny, don't know what this town would be without you."  Wayne sighed, face warming in a way that had him feeling like a teenager himself.  "Not sure what I'd do without you."
"That right?"  Benny glanced over his shoulder and Wayne took a long drink of his coffee to hide his grin, even though it burned his tongue.  "Not sure what I'd do without you either, Wayne.  You make these early mornings worth it."
"Careful there Benny, you might give a guy the wrong idea there."
"Wouldn't want to give you the wrong idea."
Wayne was sure he was blushing now and stared down into his coffee.  When he looked back up, Benny was facing him.  Wayne had never considered himself to be particularly brave, he kept to himself and lived a quiet life.  The most excitement he tended to see was when Eddie got picked up for one thing or another by the chief of police and he had to go bail him out.  But maybe he could be brave now.  He'd never gotten a chance like this before, not with someone he admired like he did Benny.  "And what might that wrong idea be?"
"Feels like I'm the one who should be asking."  Benny chuckled and a warm palm pressed against the back of Wayne's hand.  "You're the one who brought it up, aren't you?"
"You know how small towns can be.  A guy's gotta be careful about what he says and to who."  Wayne licked his lips nervously.  "Wouldn't want you to think I'm making a pass at you."  He looked down at the large hand and the way it pressed against his.  Hands rough with age and time, similar to his but so different at the same time.
"And if a guy wanted you to be making a pass at him?"  Benny blew out a slow breath.  "...probably shouldn't have said that."  He went to pull his hand away, but Wayne let go of the mug to catch it.
Wayne let out a low chuckle and laced their fingers together.  It felt dangerous, doing this in the open.  It had been a long time since he'd been allowed to touch another man like this.  Even if the restaurant was empty, he knew how risky this was.  "I'm glad you said it.  Wasn't sure I'd be brave enough."
"C'mere," Benny murmured.  He let go of Wayne's hand and waved for him to follow.  Wayne's hand felt cold without the contact.  He thought this might be what young love felt like.  The kind of experience he might have had as a young man if he'd been the kind of person the world had wanted him to be.
His breath caught as he followed Benny into the pantry, the space just small enough to feel crammed with the two of them in it.  "Are you sure about this?"
"I'm sure."  Benny's hand felt even better when it caressed his cheek.  Then he was leaning in and warm lips pressed against Wayne's.  It was chaste, but it was the best kiss Wayne had ever gotten.  Not that there had been many to compare it to, but that didn't make it any less wonderful.
"Wish you would've said something sooner," Wayne murmured, blinking up at him.  "Could've been doing this longer."
"You weren't saying anything either."  Benny chuckled and leaned in for another soft kiss.
They shared soft kisses until, after losing track of time, the bell on the door rang.  "Shit," Wayne breathed.
"You come back tomorrow morning, alright?  I'll be here waiting for you."  Benny pressed one more short kiss to his lips before hurrying out of the pantry.
Wayne wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and chuckled softly.  "What a man," he said softly.
He went home to the trailer park, woke up Eddie and made sure he was off to school, then laid down to get some sleep, dreaming of a future he'd never truly considered for himself.  One where the occasional fishing trip was a little more than what it had once been.
He went to work that night in high spirits, though the news of a young boy in town going missing sobered the mood a bit.  The following morning was worse.  He found blood, so much blood, a gun laying on the table near-
He called the police from the diner's phone and with a little self control, kept himself from breaking until he could get home.
