This is a shoutout to people who started their 2023 in a bad place. Who feel like things are already out of control so early on this year. Who started the new year in pain, in grief, in fear. May you remember that most things in life are temporary, and even when the sadness feels overwhelming, it isn't all you have, and your suffering doesn't make you less worthy of love, it makes you someone who needs it, and ah you find it. May you reach out for help, may your year improve, may you be surrounding more positive things. May you find what you were looking for when the year first started, and remember that you still have time to change some of your problems even if it seems daunting at first. Even if it feels like the end, I promise you, there is still a fighting chance, a chance to heal a little, to make things calmer, happier and more comfortable.
