I saw your In the Flesh post and read your tags. I can't believe there's a blog talking about it in 2023! I rewatched it last year after years of finishing the show where it still hit just as hard and left me more bitter regarding the cancellation. I think the show creator is planning to release the scripts for the cancelled third season but there's some drama involved in it.

Ah, well there's a reason 'In the Flesh' shall forever live on proudly my heart... I live in 'Roarton'. Or atleast the filming location for it. 😅...

Honestly I've never seen a piece of media so perfectly encapsulate the feel of my home. The bleak, wild... Greyness of it. Not that it looks like that today. For once. 😅 But more then that, I am soo frustrated in a world that calls out for representation, that this show is so unknown! It was a love story that didn't just focus on the characters being gay. It addressed so many issues, that are still so relevant today. More so following the events of 2020-2023 I feel. Like you, I've never been more incensed about a shows cancellation then 'In the Flesh'.

There is a tiny but devoted fandom here on Tumblr! I hope more people come to learn of it, I know so many people who'd love Simon, Kieren, Amy and all the amazing cast so much. And yes! I've been keeping track of the Go Fund me and the third seasons script. I still remain hopeful one day we can see another season. 🤞🤞🤞
