Doodles from a Bloodborne modern AU but everyone’s job is boring as shit. 

(Following a conversation with @cephalololopod and @galaxirin in which I shared an anecdote about riding the tube in London and having the conductor sass people over the loudspeaker in Simon’s actual honest to god voice).

So, Simon the train conductor (on the Victoria line specifically).

Laurence and Micolash work for Willem’s multinational that sells unregulated machine parts they don’t even manufacture themselves. Laurence is an HR Manager and has never green lit a single employee’s raise because 1) he’s still petty as hell in this AU and 2) Micolash in Finance keeps cutting his budget. The only department where Micolash doesn’t slash the budget is R&D. 

Gehrman runs a landscaping business called Flora - but he only mows lawns. No flowers or anything else. Just grass. His lawnmower’s name is The Doll and he talks to it in a hushed voice. He smokes like a chimney. 

Maria is a traffic controller but does illegal shit on the side for extra cash and is entirely unbothered by it. Lately she’s been fixing Little League games. She takes bets from the insufferable suburban parents who are Gehrman’s landscaping clients.
