Hangry Llama Food Truck (CC-Free)

I asked Simmers for some lot ideas and @keoni-chan suggested a food truck, so behold: the Hangry Llama, a functioning restaurant that has taken up permanent residence in a small disused parking lot.

Sims will be seated by a host at the repurposed toll booth. They can also grab a cup of lemonade to accompany their meal from any enterpising neighbourhood children, and if they grab too many, there are two portable toilets on-site. It's a pet-friendly venue, so pooch can get a feed with the rest of the family.

The lot has been playtested and works a treat. Great place to sober up after the club at 2AM or for broke teenagers' first dates.

Quick note - moving or placing lots resets any floor tiles over the road, so please make this teensy edit in your hood before you play it.

Dive Bar "Tipsy Flamingo" - No CC

Bar Crawl, anyone? Let's continue with another bar lot!

Second in the series of four bars is the infamous Dive Bar. Never having visited a bar, I had to rely on movies and TV I have seen and internet pictures, but I think it turned out quite well!

Lovingly nicknamed "The Tipsy Flamingo", the bar has lots to do for keeping bar patrons engaged.

No CC - All EPs and SPs installed. (A clone of this lot was playtested with no issues as a community lot, not as an owned business.)

🏘️CC free lot incoming!🏘️

Pitstop Valley needed a community center. And because I'm really not a builder, I decided to make one anyway.

And because I really wanted a challenge - I made it CC free!

Welcome to the Pitstop Valley Community Center! You'll notice that one of its best features is its sunlit, spacious entryway.

Pitstop Valley's residents appreciate the community center as a place to hang out with friends and neighbors.

Just look at those big windows! All of that light, so lovely.

To the left of the front doors, we have the dining area.

It's nothing fancy, but it's a good place to stop to chat with friends, drink bad drip coffee, and catch up on gossip.

Just past the dining room is the community kitchen. Where people come to take cooking classes and participate in community dinners.

Lots of space to make a spaghetti! Or burn a cake!

Hallway area out to the library and the kid's playroom.

Small but cozy - the community library, with a few alcoves for relaxing in.

And outside of the library - the kids playroom! Full of donated toys.

The reading nook, and even more toys!

Back out in the hallway, past the bathrooms...

...we have the men's locker room...

...and the women's locker room...

...and the basketball court! Gooooo Mutants!

Go sports!

Just off the women's locker room is the aerobics room.

And just beyond that...

...is the computer room!

With posters put up over the windows to keep out the glare.

All of the 'art' is required.

Download - Pitstop Valley Community Center

On to the technical stuff...

The community center has lots of big, big windows and no lights. Why? Because Pitstop Valley is the home of my Apocalypse Challenge. According to the rules, if a member of the founding family has not cleared the Science restriction, no one can have lights.

There is no landscaping of any kind! Not only because the lot is pretty much all taken up by the building itself, but because no one has cleared the Natural Science restriction yet in Pitstop Valley.

It really is 100% CC FREE! I play with 'Mr DJ'.

This lot has been thoroughly playtested to make sure there are no weird glitches. But please - contact me if you see something weird so that I might be able to fix it!

330 Main Street Pleasantview Renovation

I made this lot to look like an outlet mall, which is the quintessential small town kind of lot in my personal opinion. It features a music shop, a funiture shop, food stalls, an H&M, and a book store. I also had the foresight to block off all the instruments in the music store so that you don't have to listen to Sims spam terrible music.

Yes, I did even out the plants after someone pointed it out to me.

This is the most fun thing I've built in a while. It's also completely useless as a functional lot because there's nothing to do. I didn't know about the actual aquarium's secret basement speakeasy until I had already built up the exhibit hall.

Hi guys! Long time no see. I just finished my comprehensive exams in my PhD program so now I want to spend more time on Sims because I miss it lol. Here is a new community lot I made yesterday! Details under the cut.

This is a "yacht club" (it isn't a beach lot and there are no boats..) that I made because I have snobby sims that needed a place to hang out that wasn't the rapid racers roller rink. It has a bar, restaurant, and pool, and of course a nautical atmosphere. You could also use this as a restaurant for any tropical themed hood more generally. As always, no custom content in this lot.

I built something similar to this as a set for my series, but I wanted to make into a functional hotel. The rooms have a variety of beds that can hold up to three sims in certain rooms. The CC I used is included, but it's not much. I would make sure you have CEP installed because some of the CC is recolors.
