got a lot of requests to upload this and wanted to get it up asap as a ~happy new year~ gift. More info, more pics and download under the cut! You can see all the elements of the lot and how it works in action by checking out my most recent yt video.

Read this before installing:

If u have trouble placing this lot, use the neighborhood terrain cheat that catherintcjd shows how to use in the pics of this MTS post. If you use shaders like dreadpirate's no blue snow, remove them first or you might not be able to see the green square cursor that you use to adjust the terrain. This beach lot terrain was slightly adjusted to fit my map, so if it doesn't place easily in your hood you're gonna have to do this im sorry.

Beach terrain adjustments under the water revert when you share a lot, for this reason the floating garden underneath the glass floor is a bit jankier but you can move things around if you want. The koi fish are on omsp’s so you might want to use an omsp controller to make them visible if you want to move them around. In my version of the houseboat there is the green neon maxis disc lamp that i have underwater on a backwards omsp so it points up at the glass floor. I removed it in this version b/c since the terrain reverted, the light was trapped way under the terrain but still filling the house with a green glow, so i deleted it since it would be a bit tricky for others to remove without having to use CFE.

Snow comes through the hot tub roof onto the bed lmao just know that this happens. You can use simnopke’s time and weather controller to stop snow or stop snow accumulation. I’m not sure if this problem will stop if the hot tub is removed, haven’t tried it. Not sure if rain comes through, i assume it does butttt i haven't noticed. 😇

CC is included, there are two subfolders in the zip: one is maxis recolors and one is meshes or recolors that I either couldn't/forgot to place on the lot before packaging. ** You NEED to install Numenor's no cutaway wall if you do not already have it, otherwise walls will be missing.**

The other day someone asked me if I'd be willing to share the brownstone apartments that I built for my Downtown, but unfortunately they were too large and crashed my game so I decided to build some similar & smaller ones and share them! These seem to function properly yaaay (I did play test them) 🥸

Sooo, I have finally decided to include a folder with all the CC I used, don't know why I never did that before when I shared my lots, sorry for torturing you to download everything manually, don't hate me 🤡

The lot has been cleaned, compressed and packaged without any custom content, as I said, I have provided the folder with everything you need! But if it so happens that I have forgotten something, don't hesitate to let me know! ♥

New Lot: 255 Mountain Pass

This lot is built inside a mountain. The mountain parts do shift down with the walls making it easy to play the lot.

I have not play tested it so you may need to move things around but I doubt it.

I loaded the lot without any of my hacks in the game and noticed that the bathroom windows don't show as in the preview pictures. I have made a separate post regarding this and have posted the link to that post here:

Have you ever wanted to build your own house with a cute little 2-Step Foundation, but didn't want to use the Grid-Adjuster? Well... now you can! No CFE or Grid-Adjusting necessary.

This DIY Starter Pack has 7 different house-sized lots, for you to build-your-own house on. Each lot is oriented so the sun is in front. They can also be used for Apartments, Community, and other lots too, if you rezone them with the cheat: changeLotZoning.

WARNING: Be very careful when removing the foundation. The "undo" button is your friend! If you remove a section of the foundation, then decide later that you want it back... you will need to use the Grid-Adjuster to do so. Also, do not remove the foundation while CFE is activated.

Remember - Large dogs are going to need Simler90's Stair Mods to be able to access these 2-Step foundations.

- Install these 7 sims2packs as you would normally install a downloaded lot.

Download as LotCatalog files/SFS

- Unzip and place these lot files in your Lot Catalog folder. There they'll be available for you to use over and over again.

Burnaby Hall II - Remake of 2008 Lot (No CC)

In which I remake a lot I built 15 years ago and turn it into an English Tudor! Bringing this lot into 2023 has been a super fun project, and a chance to see how my building and decorating styles has changed over the years.

This medium-to-large home features 4+ bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and is set up for indoor and outdoor entertaining. When you enter the foyer, archways lead you to the old world kitchen and dining room. On the right side of the house you'll find the great room where the family can watch a late night movie, play pool, or otherwise socialize. A large, two-car deep garage completes the left side of the house.

Two staircases, one more public another more private, take you to the second floor. Take the one from the foyer up, and you'll find a landing area with couches where the kids can hang out, a nursery, twin bedroom, study, and a full bath. If you want more separation from the rest of the house, take the kitchen stairs up to the parents' suite and a teenager's bedroom. And if you still need more space, an unfinished attic offers plenty of room for expansion.

Outside you'll find a grill station with a built-in bar and a hot tub and large pool off to the right. Large, old trees reinforce the idea of privacy, and tidy plantings border the home. Just hire a gardener in the fall ;)

Downtown: 103 Custer Boulevard

Good evening/morning, this day I bring to you another downtown property as this is the area in The Sims 2 that I am currently working on. This started off as a Victorian in the vanilla game, however since this was made before mansion and garden stuff it's look was pretty primitive. I decided to keep the original layout and just improved on what was already there.

As always, my lots are very modestly furnished, feel free to add or remove whatever you like.

Always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.

I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. This lot is CC free. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.

I finally cleaned up and maxified this makeover that i did ages ago... It has some minor differences but it's mostly the same. It's really pricey. For the super rich sims only!

It has all the alarms~ CC free!! No ikea stuff!

You will need CEP. (!! EDIT: also for the lounge chairs near the pool to be usable you need this chair fix by Honeywell.)

Hi Dears,

Not dead, just busy with life.

I’ve been feeling nostalgic lately and decided to recreate a very special house from my hometown which, sadly, has been demolished somewhere between 2012 - 2018 (judging by the maps photos). It was already in a very poor condition, its façade and balcony were a safety hazard to the pedestrians, so the authorities (or owner?) decided to get rid of it.

Though I’m not very certain about its architectural style and when it was built, I believe it’s somewhere around 1920′s and it’s probably a Romanian Revival style (Neo-Romanian), which has appeared in the late 19th century as a reaction to the Eclecticism - quite a few buildings in my hometown were made in the same style.

This specific house is one that I remember passing by when going to school and I also distinctly remember its withered wallpaper with pink roses, peeking through the closed balcony in the front.

Now, I have no clue how the interior or the back looked like, the location was out of bounds, but I did try to revive it as best as I could, and bring it back to its glory in game. :D

requested on youtube, someone was interested in the house I used in my new mods testing video (22 Bayside Lane). I threw in a bonus house that was nearby and had no one living in it so it was easy to package up as well (24 Bayside Lane). Both are unfurnished and under 20k. Pics and download under the cut!

here is the floorplan for 22 Bayside Lane and the clean installer screen showing the build cc that is included. The only thing I'm a little confused about is I'm not 100% sure I got the roof correct. I included what I THINK is the right roof recolor in the zip folder, but the description of the roof on the house is "metal roofing in evening blue by icad at mts." But as far as i can tell no such roof exists at mts, and the only metal roof by icad that I have that is blue is called "icad metalroofs bluegrey"..so i am not 100 if that is the right roof but i tried my best, someone lemme know if they know the right one. edit: also just realized there's no door to the master bedroom, just remembered there was a section in my mods video where I was confused why they wouldn't go to bed..there's no door im sorry, don't forget to add one lol

24 Bayside Lane is the bonus house, uses all the same CC and has a little like half wall open kitchen vibe thing. edit: omg i hate packaging lots so much. the half wall didn't package bc of course it didn't lol but this is the link to mts to download them. editedit: omg im sorry i didnt' realize the fence was a default replacement omg its by shasta download it here!! Why two bathrooms apparently in such a tiny house? I have no idea idk why i do the things i do the floorplan of this house is weird lol. roof recolor included in the folder.

both lots have been cleaned with chris hatch's lot compressor. I use criquette's lush terrain defaults so if you don't use those the terrain paint is gonna look poo probably, but you can hold ctrl while using the terrain paint tool to erase any you don't like.

I’m really satisfied how the recreation of this build turned out and I’m super thankful for all the love I got for it, so I’m sharing it with you guys! 🌞

This is an apartment building, I have not placed any apartment doors or typed in any cheats (I’m not sure that would be safe) so you must follow this guide on how to make this build functional! It’s super easy.

I have placed one tile glass shop doors where the apartment doors should be, but you can place them wherever you’d like. 🌞

The building has three loft apartments, two huge ones with two floors and one smaller one on the third floor. 

I hope you’ll have plenty of fun and that your simmies will enjoy their new cribs.

Someone wanted a pink mansion and I obliged. 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, an office, and a lot of pink. Mostly furnished, but left the bedrooms bare other than the master.

Have you always wanted to build on small 1X1 lots? Or have a smaller sized beach lot for your surfer shack? Well, now you can! I have done all the Lot-Adjusting work for you. 😉

These lots were made with the UC installed. If you don't have all the EPs/SPs (or at least AL/M&G as your highest one,) you prolly can't use these! (I provided links below, for similar "empty lot" collections - some of them don't need all EP/SPs.)

ALL possible lot sizes are included (within the game's original size limit of 6X6) - including Beach lots.
