LAMPS: My note for now on all lamps is that they need the brightness turned down in game for them to look normal. I have an issue in Blender with the vertex paintbrush just not working, it paints/refuses to paint wherever it wants no matter what I try. It's something I'm always looking for the answer to, and any other creator who likes any of the lamps is welcome to add vertex paint to them. I would update the file and add a credit to said creator.

Recagno House

This house was built at 1155 Boulevard Oroño in the city of Rosario as the private residence of the Pablo Santiago Recagno and Josefa Schlieper family. It was designed by architect Ernesto Sackmann and constructed starting from 1910/1911 by the Company of Enrique Taiana and Brother. Its architectural style falls within the period of Eclecticism Academicism.

Currently, it serves as a Provincial School The Recagno House was built by Ernesto Carlos Adolfo Sackmann. For Juan Duggan, he designed the Santa Rita estate. He also designed and renovated several estates for the Unzué family, including La Liebre in General Hornos, Buenos Aires Province.

The Recagno house is a palacial house in Rosario, Argentina.  

For it to work, you should use a 50x40 lot.

I didn't have the floorplan or pictures for the interior, but rebuilt what I could by some old videos.

COSPLAYER’S DREAM APARTMENT (free download)

💕Location: 121 Hakim House, San Myshuno 💕 Packs used: City Living, Get to Work, Dream Home Decorator, Get Famous, Discover University, Cats & Dogs (The vast majority of the stuff is BGC, you’ll just be missing a few items without these packs! The only one you *really* need is City Living since this was built on one of the lots that came with it) 💕I had to knock down one wall from each of the rooms in order to save the entire thing because EA won’t let you upload entire apartments to the gallery, but they can be added back easily! 💕 Build contains lots of high poly items, please be careful!

I usually build houses tailored to specific sims who already have their own backstories- This is my first time building based on a more generic concept. Cosplaying is one of my main hobbies so I thought it would be fun to make an apartment for a cosplayer sim! Complete with a lil studio area with a sewing machine (which actually functions as a computer) and an area for styling wigs. 

This lot is free to download and is intended for personal use only! Feel free to edit/redecorate as much as you’d like and post it (you don’t have to tag me but I’d love to see what people do with this). Just don’t use this for financial gain, for example using for commissions or putting images that use this under a paywall.
