WIP_ Block Mall | Dispensary

Instead of working exclusively on the Ice Cream Shop as mentioned in the last post I decided to chew on the dispensary. Here's all I need to do to complete it.

I need to find fitting signage. I cant change the color of the letters outside (which is highly frustrating).

Add Hats the the hat stand between the mini fridges.

Add the rest of the juices in the mini fridge to the right.

Make the display counter pretty! [Lighters, mini bowls, trays, etc...)

Make the outside more welcoming.

Finally put together a little collage of this modern house shell in Sims 4 that I remodeled. I'm so proud of it cuz I wanted to go for COLORS PRINTS HELLA SHIT and it worked out I think 😭😂 I'm more CAS stylist stuff so this one made me proud cuz I worked extra hard to do the entire house*💀 challenged myself to not worry about symmetry and strict coordination

The EA name is sahmandbean with their Modern Classic Shell lot

*Pls keep in mind I know not a thing about interior design and I just let my artistic choice of "oh I like this color/object" guide my sense of decoration 😌

Then an extra one of just random stuff from the interior (by now you can see I'm a CC warrior)

Bedrooms close up. Three Sims live here so they're matched by personality (I did update these since the screenshots cuz I can't chill but with only a couple items)

So, I've been playing GTA RP in a server for the last month (very chaotic, may I say) and my friend has asked me to stream tonight, because my character in the city is a business owner and I'm doing my Grand Opening tonight lol. I know it's not Sims content, but if anyone wants to pop by and say hi and see what we're getting up to, I'll be streaming tonight starting at around 7:30PM EST! The Grand Opening isn't until 8PM, but I'll be prepping to open. Also rumor has it there's supposed to be a secret car show in the city tonight 👀

jaxon guzman, 31: kinda unhinged, you just don't know what goes on in that mind of his. freaks out customers works at a marijuana dispensary in del sol valley and has a gf that's equally unhinged

kevin offerman, 25: studies early childhood development at ubrite, loves 2000's pop music, green tea and cozy video games. he's also hope and jamison's nanny 🤍

kieran panzacola, 33: looks tough bc he is. definitely the strong and silent type but has a super soft spot for his puppy maddie ;-;

Turn your game on. Once in the game, turn on the bb.moveobjects cheat and place the lot wherever you like. I placed mine in San Myshuno! The views are beautiful there!

*In-Game (must be in gameplay mode for this)* right click anywhere on the ground and choose "Nisa's LTE" and choose the traits that you want functional on the lot.  Full instructions here. I recommend choosing any of the live in business traits,  lot professionals, employee professionals, dispensary, bar, cafe, daycare etc. to make the lot fully functional! Click on any door and open/ allow all of the services. Voila! Enjoy the lot!

Sims with this trait may experience moments of random itchiness throughout their "craving" stages.

Social interactions for all addicts will be randomized depending on their moods or current buffs.

Custom social Interactions will be exclusive to friends / old friends or family members.

Sims with this trait will experience moments of regret and neglect if they have children.

The stoner trait has now been included within this mod. Please do not forget to delete the trait if you have it downloaded separately.
