stonefield manor | cc build. stonefield manor is gorgeus and luxurious mansion featuring a stunning brick exterior, spacious interiors for entertaining and a backyard full of greenery.

i’m back this time with an european/english inspired brick house. my inspo for this house is here. this house is maxis mix, i used both alpha and maxis cc. this is my favorite build out of the few i’ve done this year and i hope you like this build as much as i do

also i’m sorry about the quality of these pics, it’s soo bad and idk why

edit: i might edit this lot in the future and remove some cc to make it more gameplay friendly but as of right now i have no plans for that

office, pool, outside grill area, bonus room (that i left empty), & garage.

packs used: a lot of them. i’m not gonna list them since majority of them aren’t necessary.

for the computer in the office, kitchen AND in the teens room your sim has to sit down first, otherwise it won’t work. otherwise everything is functional and playtested

the upstairs has a weird lighting glitch i tried to fix it but it didn't go away so i hope you dont mind that

i use K-hippies terrains mod and their other replacements too so the grass won’t look as realistic as it does in my game if you don’t own the mod. it's not necessary but highly recommend. you can find it here

i don't recommend using this lot without all the cc plants/trees since i don't know how they are gonna get replaced if u don't have them & they're not that high poly

New house again

Well, remember how I recently renovated Sunmi's apartment? Well I lost it because my savefile got corrupted so I decided to move them to a small house in this new savefile and I like how it turned out better than the previous one :D

Tiny Town Challenge: Annie Aperture

This character was significantly easier than Ziggy Yarn... thank god. She joined the freelance career as a photographer (because just taking a bajillion photos was not particularly fun). In many of her freelance jobs, Annie worked with the style influencer, Lien Sadya and they became close friends. Lien and Annie eventually fell in love and right at the end of the challenge, Lien moved in with Annie to share her tiny industrial home.

As a parting gift to the community, Annie spent the remainder of her money on beginning the build of the community centre.

Sad news 😭 I had to remove my entire Mods folder from the Sims and take out a lot of broken CC. In the process, I lost Sasha & Avery 🥺 my sims for the Young Adult series were not messed up, thankfully.

I’ll post the last bit of video footage of Sasha & Avery with a story on what was coming for them. The series can come to end because they were about to graduate high school. We just won’t be able to go on their college journey 😟 all good though.

Expect the video of the days leading up to Sasha & Avery’s graduation soon.

The first episode of Young Adults Living in the City will be up after that.

So I started a legacy a few months back but I haven’t been able to play with them for a while now. I feel like I needed to reconnect with my game. I have been making a lot of builds recently, and even though it’s just for myself, it’s been really exhausting. I guess I needed a break. So I went back to my legacy household. Animal Crossing Build?!

I have decided to start a new build series over on my Youtube. I want to recreate an Animal Crossing island but in The Sims 4. I chose a 64x64 lot to do this on.

I have done the layout so far for the building I want to add. Like the shops, townhall, museum, and of course the houses for the villagers.

I am excited for how this build is going to come together!
