7 Deadly Sins x Reader Headcannons
PDA in public vs private
Characters: Meliodas, Ban
❤️- read as romantic
Warnings?: Meliodas is a bit NSFW, but really when is he not?
Tumblr media
Meliodas
- You think this man cares that you’re in public?
- NO!
- He’ll grope you regardless
- He’s gonna give you all the lovin’ and more
- Makes many sexual jokes and gestures to try to fluster you or make you react
- If you’re uncomfortable to show a lot of affection he’ll tone it down a bit if you ask
- PDA in private isn’t much different
- He will however wrap his arms and legs around your frame and cover your face and neck in kisses
- Still prefers groping though 😓
- He’ll bury his face into your chest (wether you have boobs or not) and leave hickeys
- He can and will stay there for hours just sucking while massaging your butt
Tumblr media
Ban
- Dosen’t mind showing PDA in public at all
- Not overwhelmingly touchy
- He doesn’t care for other people’s opinions so he does anything he wants
- But again, not super touchy, he’s not naturally super affectionate
- Likes pulling you into his lap to hold you close
- Greets you with a kiss on the lips ^-^
- In private he is more romantic
- Long make-out sessions that don’t have to go any further
- Wondering hands will start at your waist and will slowly make their way down

I loved the hasbin hotel with the sin of envy imagine the dating the sin of wrath.
The way I see most sins is the obey me versions were the sin of wrath is a cat loving book reading demon who you don't want to anger.
Tumblr media
Sin of Envy!Reader x Satan, Sin of Wrath
Includes: Envy!Reader and Satan.
A/N: I actually take inspiration from Obey Me! I’ll base the Sin of Wrath off of Satan!
Tumblr media
You met Satan through Asmodeus. He introduced the both of you because of your similar tastes.
You and Satan spoke for a bit and you learned a bunch about each other.
He learned that your favorite book was his own. He also learned you loved cats just as much as he did.
From that day on, the both of you became friends.
You’d visit the Wrath ring to see him and he’d visit the Envy ring to see you.
You two hung out almost all the time. People even started saying you two were attached at the hip.
You two even ended up adopting a Hell Cat together!
Satan always comes to your performances and sometimes even participates in them.
You two are also a force to be reckoned with. If either of you are angry, the other one gets angry too. If you’re both angry, hell breaks loose.
Your powers and his powers are perfect opposites. Your people are sea people/Glamours and can manipulate water. His people can manipulate fire and are desert-like creatures. Perfect opposites.
You two also get together every other day to read books. You both have similar tastes, so this made you even closer.
One day, you realized you had developed a crush on Satan.
You found yourself thinking about him and his charm whenever he was away.
You wanted to confess to him, but you didn’t know how.
You talked to Ozzie about it and he gave you some advice.
You took it to heart, but went to ask Beelzebub as well. She was your best friend, so why wouldn’t you?
She was SO happy that you trusted her with that and she gave you SO much advice.
Ozzie told you to be honest, while Beel told you to ease into it and flirt with him.
You didn’t know which to listen to, but you didn’t have to think for long.
Satan came up to you and confessed while holding your favorite book.
You two ended up getting together.
Everyone loves both of you. They started calling your ship SeaCat. You two played into it and named a club SeaCat.
You both hang out almost all the time and would fight together as well.
You protected his Imps while he protected your Glamours.
If anyone says anything to either of you, you both go after their head.
He’s a BIG cuddle bug, so expect his clingy ass to walk to your home and break in just to live on you.
Dates at Ozzie’s. You two have your own private room, curtesy of Asmodeus of course.
You two also go to other rings for dates as well.
He’s also very… how do I say it. Cheesy? The first time you two fucked, he put roses on your bed and you laughed your ass off.
You two are couple goals. Almost just as much so as Asmodeus and Fizz.

Redesigning my old Dark Deception Artwork Pt. 2 - Elementary Evil
* Bierce's portals are not the only way to move between realms. In the hotel, I found a relic imbued with the demon's power. It's whispered its location to me. I'm not sure why it was there, but as long as I have it, I won't need the ring piece. I could never get past the creatures who guard them anyway. Who would be suicidal enough to even try? The relic is not powerful, but it allows me to walk through the shadows like he does. However, it only takes me to places where he has been. I try to keep my distance from him when he appears. If he discovers me, my fate will be sealed. Now his path has led me to some sort of school. At least it looks like one. It's not like the hotel. It's much worse. I sense there is only one voice here and it is terrifying. Her appearance is that of a child, but that is no child. It didn't take me long to discover that I could see her. She purposely let me look deeper. I wish that I had not, because what I saw was unbearable. Sometimes, something so horrible happens to a child that their soul becomes corrupted by rage & sadness. When that happens, an evil child spirit is born from that suffering. This one's name is Agatha. The pain & suffering of children is a pain that she is forever tied to. She knew what my reaction would be. She is feeding on it. She is toying with me. I can hear her coming... -E *

My strongest sin is anger. I get so angry, and I get so angry at my anger, I spiral into destruction. I cry, and curse, and do everything to hurt myself because my anger has nowhere else to go, and no one else to relate with. Fighting with the need to be heard and hurt, because it’s “not fair I have to feel this way alone?”
I got angry today, and I had to retreat into my room because I couldn’t stand the feeling of it all. Again. I sat down with my Bible now, writing verses about anger because it’s all that I can do. I also prayed, with tears in my eyes, because it was all frustrating to come back to this burning place within.
Anger, is a very unbecoming emotion for me. And often it has made me choose the worst alternatives to cure it. My anger is my ailment. Now I pray to the Lord that he is willing to take my anger and my reactions, turn it from a stone hitting water, into a stone skipping the surface. That instead of falling into brashness and insensitivity, I slip into patience and control. That my anger will not dwell, but sink, and slowly return me to the state of righteousness I know I can grow from.
In Jesus name, I surrender my anger, wrath, bitterness, irritability, and frustrations to your Holy spirit. Amen.

We all die someday. But as long as someone keeps a person's wishes alive, they won't die. Once you've decided to follow them, no matter how much you bleed, and even if your tears run dry, you stick to it! That's what a knight stands for.

Misconceptions about the seven deadly sins: Wrath
Today’s misconception about the seven vices - the wrath misconception that “Wrath is... just being angry”.
Wrath, as a “deadly sin”, as a “vice” in Christian religion (and culture) is not just “being angry”. Being angry itself is a neutral thing - in fact, the Christian religion identifies a “rightful” wrath or a “holy” wrath, a wrath that good people or holy people can have in front of evilness and injustice. Wrath can be a tool for good, and this is something the Christian scholars have recognized for quite a long time.
So, what makes wrath “wrong”? What can turn it from a holy thing to a vice? Injustice. A “good”, a “fair” wrath acts out of justice - it is a revolt or rebellion in front of unpunished crime, of injustice, of evil set free. But the deadly sin of “wrath”, this sin of “ira” has been repeatedly and explicitely defined by Christian scholars and theologians as a “corruption of justice”.
The sin of wrath is a twisted and misguided manifestation of justice. The sinners of wrath seek to punish an offense or avenge an insult, or give retribution for a crime - just like someone who is a just person would do. But there are four specific ways justice can be turned into “wrath” according to Christian texts.
1) When justice is invoked and enacted for a crime that isn’t one - either an action that is perceived as an offense or insult when it is not, or a crime that doesn’t even exist expect in the mind of the sinner. “This random guy looked at me in the street, and I didn’t like it, so I beat him up”. To look at someone in the street is not a crime, not an aggression, not an insult - but a sinner of wrath will interpret this as a personal offense that needs to be punished, getting angry over perceived or invented slights.
2) When the punishment does not fit the crime. Wrath is what happens when a punishment or condemnation is blown out of proportion compared to the crime it is supposed to correspond to. “This kid stole a fruit from my shop? I will cut off their whole arm”.
3) When there is indeed a crime, and there is a punishment, but said punishment is given to the WRONG person. A sinner of wrath will blame or accuse innocent bystanders or unrelated people of crimes, offenses and insults they have received. To the extreme, we can talk of the stereotype cartoon villain “Because a teacher said my crafting project was bad at school I will BLOW UP THE ENTIRE PLANET”. Justice becomes wrath when it starts punishing innocents or mis-blaming people, being thrown blindly at falsely accused or perceived guilty parties that are in fact not guilty at all.
4) When the form of justice sought by the person actually breaks and opposes the actual laws/justice system. Now this fourth scenario, while perfectly admitted back in early Christianity days and Middle-Ages and the like, is more disputable and has to be nuanced in the modern days - as now we have rightful law-breaking rebellions against fascists or dictatorial states for example. But they key idea to get in this idea is that - you cannot fight fire with fire, and you cannot punish a crime by another crime. This is the “You raped my daughter, I will rape yours in turn - that’s justice”. No, that’s not justice, that’s wrath, and feeding into an endless cycle of violence.
Because this is what wrath (as conceived in the “seven deadly sins” group) is supposed to be. It isn’t about anger itself, it isn’t about mere violence (even though both play key part in the creation of this vice) - it is about personal revenge over-riding and contradicting justice and laws and morals ; it is about petty grudges and delusional blames and misguided accusations, it is about justice losing all prudence, all patience and all moderation. It is the mob lynching and the mob courts, and people that fundamentaly want to punish people just because they don’t like them or are in a bad mood on a bad day. That’s what the “sin of wrath” originally was.
Being angry at injustice or corruption is good. Being wrahtful against criminals or evil people is good. Wrath can be the main tool and weapon right and holy and just causes. Anger in itself is a neutral emotion in this Christian conception of the mind and the soul - which can be used for good or evil. And saying that “The vice of wrath is just being angry all the time” is a misconception. The sin of wrath is believing or claiming you are doing justice when you are doing massive injustice - it is when the punishment is unfit for the crime or when you turn innocent people into victims out of sick or blinded sense of “fairness”.
