Birthday headcanons please!

Coming right your way, my friend!

BUSTER:

-Buster never really had birthdays as a kid. It was tradition for him and his father to buy a couple cookies and eat them together at the park, but that was about it.

-When the group find out, they were each giving him a gift for his birthday. Ash asked why he looked so confused.

-Once they learned, they all went in seventeen directions the compass doesn't even have yet to go find him more gifts XD

-Now Buster celebrates his birthday every year with the whole cast! After the whole gift giving thing, Buster will shove a ton of junk food and candy into everyone's hands and they'll go watch movies together the rest of the night!

ASH:

-Ash never asks for much for her birthday. Her parents would pitch in and get her one random item when she was a kid. It was the one day they would try not to fight or scream or be mean in any other way.

-When Ash joined the troupe, it was different. It all started when Buster gave her a new (really overly exspensive but) really nice guitar. When the cast learned it was her birthday, they all went and got her things and took her out for ice cream! It's tradition now.

MEENA:

-This being Meena, she loses her mind over the new baking kits and recipe books and headphones and whatever else the cast or her family happens to give her! It's usually either cooking or singing related, and she loves that.

-Ash and Johnny make it a thing to take her to the funnest place they can think of for her birthday and let everyone get into a little bit of trouble and just have lots of fun!

GUNTER:

-No one really knows where Gunter goes on his birthday, he's never home and never shows up to rehearsals on it. We can only assume. The casts drops by and leaves birthday gifts in front of his apartment door XD

JOHNNY:

-Obviously, birthdays are weird as the son of a gang leader. Growing up, Marcus would just pick up something random at the thrift store or something and give it to Johnny spontaneously. That's how he got his skateboard.

-Also obviously, the cast wouldn't let this slide and Buster INSISTS on throwing a huge blowout party for him at the theater. The koala even hand-makes the cards, and they are massively impressive.

ROSITA:

-All of her kids make her cards, and pitch in together with their allowance to give her gifts. Norman gets her a gift too.

-The cast comes by with all sorts of delightful things, and Buster makes sure (alongside Gunter) that Rosita doesn't have to lift one finger on her birthday.

-Meena, Ash, and Porsha do the cooking, and everyone else present babysits or entertains Rosita! :D

PORSHA:

-Porsha's dad was simple about birthdays. Porsha would ask for anything for her birthday, and it would just be there for her in the morning. It wasn't thrilling, but it was how it worked.

-As the cast isn't made of money, they definitely couldn't do it the way Porsha was used to. So, they each went different ways so each person could buy her a special gift.

-Her birthdays are essentially like Christmas!

NOOSHY:

-This lynx is COMPLETELY FOREIGN to the idea of a birthday party, and that is why the group holds these massive parties for her. And she gets to show off her dancing as much as she wants to the crowd.

-They spoil her rotten on her birthday with candy, soda, presents, junk food, and ice cream and she absolutely loves them for it.

CLAY CALLOWAY:

-No one but Ash and Buster knows his birthday, as he really doesn't want them throwing a party for him, but Ash and Buster make sure that Clay still gets his fair share of presents.

-They also will make him gumbo because he loves that stuff more than gold.

I know I haven’t updated this in a long time, because there’s been so much happening lately, but now I can continue my writing. I deeply apologize to those I’ve let down, and hopefully this update will make up for it. And more as well. I will see how much I can update.

Sing 2: Alice in Wonderland, my version (Part 2)

All Buster could see right now was nothing but black. He couldn’t tell what was happening or where he was. He felt like he was underwater, but was able to breath though. Soon, after a short while, he was able to come back to his senses, though he still unable to open his eyes.

After a minute, he felt he was laying down on something hard like rock but still slightly soft. He could feel little things pricking the edges of his body and pleasant warmth pouring down on him, along with his ears picking up the sounds of birds chirping, insects buzzing about, frogs croaking and soft wind blowing by.

Finally, he was able to lift his eyelids and see his surroundings. He saw the sun up in a pretty blue sky with white puffy clouds floating around, it’s light and warmth shining down on him. He then sat up and saw he was laying down in a bed of flowers. He looked around, he was most likely in a forest, since he was surrounded by trees. He stood up and dusted the grass and dirt off of him. He was still wearing his regular suit. He stepped forward, still looking around him.

“What the heck happened? What am I doing here?” Buster thought. “Am I far away from home or in a completely different country? Or maybe even on a lonely island? I don’t know! And I definitely don’t remember falling asleep in a bed of flowers—“

He was cut from his thoughts when he suddenly saw he had almost fallen into a pond in front of him. Luckily, he managed to quickly regain his balance, pulling his foot up and back, stumbling a bit back while doing so. He stared at his reflection in the pond. He was still wearing his usual suit, and it looked like nothing had changed. He could see the blue sky, white clouds and burning sun in the reflection of the pond. But there was something else that caught his eye. Just above his pond reflection and upside down was a short plump cat, dressed in a red waistcoat, grey trousers and a neck tie, holding a pocket watch in one hand, and holding an umbrella in the other. He was looking down at his reflection in the pond across from Buster, moving frantically and stuttering and mumbling to himself while adjusting his tie around his neck. He stopped for a minute and looked at his watch.

As soon as he saw what time it said, he panicked.

“Oh dear! Oh my! Oh my goodness! I’m gonna be late!”

And he sprinted off, leaving Buster to stare at the direction he headed off to.

“That cat..he almost looked like…looked like……Crystal’s assistant Jerry!”

Buster immediately jumped up and ran into the direction the cat, or possibly Jerry, headed off into. He raced to catch up with him, hoping he could ask him where he was and what was happening.

“Hey! Wait a minute! Stop!” Buster raced after him, trying his best to catch up.

The cat, still running, turned around to see Buster running behind him.

“Sorry! But I can’t stop! I’m late!”

“Late for what!?” Buster yelled back, still running behind him.

The cat just ignored him and bended down, starting to run on all fours, and quickly sprinted away without looking back.

Buster groaned with annoyance and just continued to chase him. The chase lasted for a short while, finally, after running through the forest, past trees and bushes, he finally caught up the the cat, only for the cat to run into a large bush in front of him. Buster quickly followed, but saw that the cat was gone. He started to wonder where to go now, since the cat was gone, when he looked down and saw there was a large hole in front of him.

“Could the cat, or possibly Jerry, have jumped down this hole after entering the bush?” Buster thought to himself. “But that’s more of a thing for bunnies or rabbits than cats. And what could be at the bottom of the hole that lead him to jumping down in there?”

Buster stared down at the hole, if the cat did happen to jump through the hole, he could still catch up with him if he also jumped in. He decided to jump down, but then hesitated. Ever since the incident with Crystal, and almost loosing his life, he noticed how Rosita’s former fear of heights have somehow been passed onto him. He didn’t want to feel like he was being dropped by Crystal by jumping into the hole, but he knew he had to if he wanted to catch up with the cat (or possibly Jerry) and find out why he was in a forest.

Finally, taking few breathes in and out, he stepped back and hesitated, but then calmed himself down. He took one last look at the hole before clutching his eyes shut and leaped into the hole.

Well, that’s it for now. I’ll update the rest soon. And I’m sorry if there are any mistakes or some things don’t make sense. If there’s anything you want me to know, comment.

It's payday! What does each person do with their money first thing?

Oooh this is a fun one!

Johnny: Generally, he takes a cut of his money and has that money for spending on hanging out together. Snacks, drinks, whatever everyone happens to like. If it is someone's birthday, that's what he uses it on. Johnny likes to bring everyone to restaurants though.

Ash: Ash is not the spend-y type, but she does know how to manage money smartly. She leaves 30% purely to save for the future, and the rest she is free to use on whatever happens to catch her eye - which is generally the latest albums from her favorite band, new guitar picks, or cool movies she happened to find at Roc's.

Nooshy: She spends at least half her money on ice cream and treats. Which... is understandable. She's a street kid, so anything sweet was really foreign to her until she met Johnny. The only candy she ever got before then was the occasional fruit chew or bubblegum someone might throw to her when she danced.

Porsha: Ultimate Spender. She goes straight out and will drag someone along with her to go spend money on anything and everything she and whoever she brings happens to like. Her paychecks don't last super long, but she lives at the theater with Buster so no worries.

Meena: She saves some, putting it away for later use, and the rest goes to new ingredients and baking tools so she can always try out the latest new recipes her mom pulls up on pinterest. She loves her baking so much :)

Gunter: Let's be honest, we probably don't want to know. Could be unitards or woman's underwear with this guy. Or even bars. I mean, have you seen the end of that Sing Merry Christmas from Moon Theater video? He's basically naked at the end!

Rosita: Generally, she spends it on food and grocery supplies and whatever she needs to feed her family. Family comes first with Rosita. It's very sweet.

Calloway: (because of course I'm putting in my favorite lion of all time). He saves it. He saves his money, only spending what he absolutely has to. That isn't to say he doesn't have a soft spot for the theater gang - specifically Ash - and he WILL get gifts for them - especially her.

greetings, I have the good news that I made an AU of Sing2 called Red Moon, where I will make a story in Ao3 and Wattpad, but for now it is only available on Wattpad but soon it will be in Ao3, there will be two versions of this story, both Spanish and English, but for now, English is only available but there will be a Spanish version of the story soon.

The climax of “Sing 2″ is a bunch of plucky, singing animals teaming up with a recently retired crime boss (who just got out of jail a while ago), to take over a hotel that belongs to a different crime boss (who just tried to have them all whacked earlier that day), so they can push ahead with their Vegas show and prove all of their haters wrong about them.

Everything about that is shady as hell, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
