Six 2024 Production Guide!
New year means new opportunities for chaos for Six! I got a lot of great reviews from my Boleyn Tour update post, so I thought I'd do another one for what we know about Six going into 2024 - by production!
West End
Current cast is contracted until February 2025, so no major cast change this year
Natalie Pilkington is set to return as Universal Swing after being away for Panto
So far, no change in the alternate system (no second/third covers or alt costumes), but that very well could change
Broadway
Current cast is contracted for a year, so likely a December cast change again
The remaining 2.0 alternates (Ayla, Aubrey, & Kristina) will leave on March 4th
It is unclear whether or not the 3 new alternates will join before or after the current alternates leave
Cassie will likely leave before the Broadway cast change, similar to Marilyn
The first sing-a-long will be on March 6th!
UK Tour
Cast change will occur around July
Shows are currently booked through 28 September
The current cast will perform in Germany & Switzerland from March to April
North American (Boleyn) Tour
Cast change will occur on April 14th (new cast starts April 16th), Adriana (and Wesley and possibly Cassie) will also be staying
Shows are currently booked through July 28th
Australia
A new Australia (and potentially Australasian) Tour will begin in August 2024.
Canada
It is unclear how long the Canadian Production will run, but the cast says they are contracted for a year. So we may or may not have a cast change, depending on if they get an extension or not
Maggie Lacasse (Seymour) is expected to return in January or February
NCL Bliss & Breakaway
Both cruises are on their final casts: Bliss 7.0 & Breakaway 6.0
Bliss will close around February 24th
Breakaway will close around January 26th
Great reminder that the Six the Musical Wiki is a great place to get information! It's constantly being updated with accurate and sourced information by myself and countless other users. Wishing everyone a great year both in and outside of Six!

Six the Musical Production Guide
Hey! I’m bored and there’s a lot going on with Six productions, so here’s a little guide with the different productions and what’s going on at the moment. Also be sure to check the Wiki as it has a ton of more info.
Current Productions:
West End: Running as normal! The current cast has been there since October 2022 and a cast change should occur in September/October/November!
Broadway: Running as normal! The current cast has been there since December 2022 and a cast change should occur in December!
UK Tour: Running as normal! The current cast will leave on April 23rd and the new cast will start April 25th (this coming week). Harriet Caplan-Dean (swing) will be staying with the new cast for a few weeks as they settle in. The new cast will also be performing in The Netherlands in September, like the current cast performed in South Korea. However there will not be a Netherlands production, it’s just a tour stop by the UK Tour cast!
North American “Aragon” Tour: Closing on July 30th in Portland! It’s very likely that the set and stuff will be used for the Canadian Production (see below), but will probably reopen in 2024. Jasmine Forsberg (Seymour) will be leaving on April 29th & Didi Romero (Howard) will be leaving on May 7th. Natalie Paris (Seymour) [OG WE Seymour] & Courtney Mack (Howard) [OG BW Alternate] will be their replacements!
North American “Boleyn” Tour: Running as normal! The current cast will leave on October 22nd & the new cast will start October 31st!
South Korea: Closing on June 25th! Heo Sol-ji (Howard) wasn’t able to debut with the other cast members in March due to an injury, but she might debut around April 29th (no confirmed date yet to my knowledge)!
NCL Bliss: Closing in May! No official date yet but we should be getting a new cast announcement soon where they’ll confirm the dates.
NCL Breakaway: New cast started in March and will be there until August 13th!
Upcoming Productions:
Canada: Opening on August 12th in Edmonton and moving to Toronto from September - November with a possible extension! As of *right now* it is just a sit-down production that’s playing in 2 cities, not an official tour. The Six accounts haven’t really addressed it (I think the @sixustour account on Instagram reposted a story about it) but it will be an all-Canadian cast, so not the Aragon or Boleyn tours. It’s possible that it could turn into a Canadian tour, maybe even referred to as the Seymour Tour, but as of right now it is just a sit-down production in Canada.
I know I come and go from Tumblr a lot, but I love doing these kinds of informational posts so let me know if you want more/have questions!

Abigail Heilman Instagram Takeover (long post)
Tumblr media
@/sixthemusical on Instagram, 17 May 2022
Abigail answered a lot more questions than these, but these are the ones I wanted to keep for reference:
Q: What is your favourite part of your K Howard costume? Abigail: I love this question! And it's a hard one, 'cause there's a lot of things that I love about the K Howard costume... but if I had to choose, I think I would say the choker because it's just so iconic and it really brings the whole thing together.
Q: Do you choose what queen you audition for? Abigail: In my experience, no, I don't- I didn't audition for a specific queen; I submitted generally to the show and the casting kinda put me in which queen they would see me as. So they put me first for Boleyn, Seymour, Howard, and then I ended up as Howard.
Q: How many times a week do you perform on the Breakaway? Abigail: We perform [...] three shows a week. [...] We do- usually a two-show day on Monday and then one show on Tuesday.
Q: What song did you audition with? Abigail: Great question! Um, so, my very very first audition, I auditioned with - what did I sing - Love On Top by Beyonce, and If I Ain't Got You by Alicia Keys. That was my very first self-tape for the show.
Q: What is your favourite song (in the show)? Abigail: (That's a) toughie. This is a tough one. I think it's I Don't Need Your Love. [...] or Six. Or All You Wanna Do.
Q: How did you get into the musical theatre business? A: I started doing Musical Theater when I was in the eighth grade. My first musical was Into The Woods, and I was HOOKED. Um, and I went to college for musical theater - I went to Cal State Fullerton in California. [...] I graduated May 2021 and then I auditioned for Six on the Bliss in June 2021. That was my first audition with Six... um, so I met a couple of the gals that were on the Bliss... and then, um, I re-auditioned for Six November 2021 for the Breakaway, and here I am!
Q: Do you know any of the new Bliss or old Breakaway queens? Abigail: Yes! So actually, here's a story that Madeline (Fansler) and I met at the Bliss auditions in June 2021, and so that's when we first met, we audition for the Bliss. Madeline: Love at first sight. Abigail: Love at first sight, of course. [...] We also met some of the Bliss queens, so I know Brianna Mooney who is Howard on the Bliss... we met Erin Ramirez, who's on the US Tour - she's an alternate - we met  her in the Bliss auditions. We met Sasha (Renae Brown), who is now gonna be Cleves on the Bliss next, and we also met Jarynn (Sampson) and Melinda (Porto) - who else did we meet? We knew Marilyn (Caserta), we knew Ashlee (Waldbauer), we pretty much knew all of them from Bliss auditions. Madeline: also in the auditions, like, we're all in the same space - so we, like, interacted with everyone. Abigail: [...] Jarynn was the first person that I ever met for Six ever, and that was crazy.
Q: Where are you all from? Abigail: I love this question! I am from California, Los Angeles. Jarynn, where are you from? Jarynn: I am from Indiana! Abigail: Lauren (Irving), were are you from? Lauren: Well, I'm from a place called Suwanee, Georgia! And also Norcross, Georgia and also Jefferson, Georgia. Metro Atlanta, Georgia, Gerogia peach! Abigail: She's literally the mayor of Georgia. [...] Dani(elle Mendoza), where are you from? Danielle: I'm representing the Bay Area, California! [horn noises] Sunnyvale, California! Abigail: Clare (Wyatt), where are you from? Clare: I'm actually from Canada, EEEEEHHHHHH
Q: If you were not K Howard, who would you be? Abigail: If could be any queen besides K Howard, I think I'd wanna be Parr, just because I LOVE that song.
Q: Shelby! What's your favourtie song to sing other than your solo? Shelby: Okay, so if it's like, in the show and nobody's gonna hear, it's I Don't Need Your Love. But if it's like, other stuff, then probably No Way. TBH.
