One of the best parts of Undertale Yellow is that thanks to it, or Clover to be more specific, more people are acknowledging and appreciating the tragedy of the fallen humans.
For so long, I've felt like people have been treating them as nothing more than power-ups. Like they are just objects without a face or a name or a real story to tell. Each of them has suffered. They were thrust into an unfamiliar environment where they were seen as an enemy by pretty much everyone around them, and were destined to either die or damn countless others to suffer.
At least Clover was given a proper funeral by those whom he got to call his friends.
MILD WARNING: Mildly creepy imagery. A somewhat distorted blurry face in the background, but nothing too crazy.
Finally, the gang's all here! I've missed drawing these guys together. Now they can all go back to their families... Can't they? Stay tuned!
To explain Green: He healed through the lava, but was still crushed by falling debris. He is not able to regenerate what is detached from him- but there's no way I'm drawing that.
The surgeons are booked several months out. Without going into too much detail, I've got large (probably) benign tumors that need to come out eventually. I should be fine in the long run. If I'm not... Whoops? Let's do our best out there.
It's been 4 whole years and I'm still drawing these buggers, goddamn. I was thinking since my last redraw was almost 2 years ago why not do it again? Ft. Frisk and Chara redesigns ✌️
I don't know if they have a tumblr or anything, but I finally caught wind of the vintage UT Asgore-centric fic "Day to Day" by CourierNew, and aside from a couple dated things HOLY SHIT ITS SO GOOD??? Impeccable Asgore characterization, and holy shit Perserverance's chapter in particular hit SO hard like wow its nearly everything I could want out of a previous human/Asgore encounter
So I drew a little slice from that chapter that really did it for me
