How I survive a 24-48 hour fast
I begin my day with a black cup of coffee for energy to keep me awake
I always keep Diet Coke and water on me in order to suppress my appetite
When I’m with people I always say my stomach hurts in order to avoid food
If by 17:00 I’m extremely hungry I chew mint gum
I do light exercise throughout the day to stay awake and distracted such as walking, playing a sport, and jogging
I often fast on the days my parents work the most so I can avoid them and just say I ate beforehand (usually I’ll put a bowl in the dishes as my “evidence”)
AVOID THE KITCHEN ! If you’re at home and walk into the kitchen you’re just asking to binge
In order to stay motivated I keep reminding myself of how lovely I’d look at 39kg/85lbs and how much more people would care about me
I go on edtwt and edtumblr to suppress my appetite by looking at all the th!nsp0
JUST STAY DISTRACTED…it really is that easy because once you’re engaged in something, you’ll forget you’re even fasting in the first place
