OH MY GOD I FINALLY WATCHED THE EP PREVIEW FROM 7 AND LOOK

WE SEE JOE AND REKI BONDING (OHMYGOD) THEN SHADOW AND MIYA LOOKING SCARED AT SOMEONE SKATING, who could be langa or joe. if its langa it looks like joe is going to skate to help, and if its joe it looks like cherry is hoping he will win. i dont want to believe langa will skate in the tournament after his fight with reki but im afraid the others might accidentally sway him (excluding joe who is helping reki joe rights yes) and of course adam would be pissed if langa didnt come… either way miya looks kinda scared so im nervous

BUT im pretty sure they are doing qualifiers for the torunament so they might just be horrified watching adam skate violently with a lot of people who entered

Episode 7 of sk8 spoilers sorta

Okay but like, I was rewatch episode 7 and the theme song suddenly makes so much sense. I’m probably a dumbass and everyone else probably realized it but like, in the theme video whatever it’s called, you see reki chasing something then falling, then the song (paradise) at some point says “can’t nobody get in my way” then it says “let’s go together” that could be a representation of either Langa (we see him getting very competitive in episode 7 and losing sight of some things), Ad*m because like he’s horrible and competitive and ugh, or it could be a symbol of Reki not letting anything get in his way of learning and catching up. Then the let’s go together is pretty obvious that it’s about the Sk8 fam and Langa and Reki’s friendship and how connected the whole group is. And Reki running and falling is pretty straightforward of him feeling like he’s not at the same level and trying to catch up. But I’m just wondering how I didn’t catch catch that before (like I might have sorta acknowledged it but not realized it)
