Our perspective stands amongst the scene of a witch in the midst of a love spell casted deep within the baltic sea
We see a delicate smoke-like stream of mystical energy serving as a central axis to divide the canvas into two near-symmetrical regions. This central stream sets the tone of the visual experience as six grey bats fly towards the viewer as a collective
Two extra arms rise from the centered witch as her spell takes complete control of the spatial composition and its visual participants. Those who view this divine digital painting find themselves possessed by the spell of this mystical energy with crafts and chills
There exists a high degree of implied motion in every region of the canvas at hand. This can be seen everywhere from the curved arms to the dancing smoke and even countless particles floating amongst the arctic air
A great deal of harmony is displayed within this piece as the smoke follows a uniform color in conjunction with her outfit and even the bats which beautifully baptise the canvas before us
Our subject casts this spell while in an iconic position for meditation. This practice has been in development for over three millennia as countless novices grinded their way for years to push and continue the craft of mindful breathwork
We note a small wood dish hosting a divine flame in the closest foreground; The visual energy of this fire translates to the soles of her feet to provide a secondary yet incredibly important light source
Pauline Voß is a Deutsche artist working primarily with digital paint. Native to Erfurt, Germany, Skadivore is a highly talented artist mixing a divine style seamlessly with fantasy themes as if she lives amongst them. This piece is her submission to "CODEX OBSCURUS", a book and arcana tarot deck consisting of contributions from over a hundred forty artists
There exists a calculated and consistent practice in the realm of meditation; One who learns to train their mind begins to unlock capabilities they had once only dreamed possible; The fire and spirit of consciousness is highly effective when trained patiently and properly
Overall this mystical digital painting immerses its viewers far within the baltic sea as a lone witch casts a love spell to release six bats in a surreal scene of ice, fire and smoke
"a love spell by the baltic sea”
