Cathy Cott, a 64-year-old semi-retired resident, asked the lawmakers why the Legislature had such an obsession with the LGBTQ+ citizens of the state, what people do in their personal lives and how they raise their children, according to the Tahlequah Daily Press, which first reported the remarks. When she got no answer, she asked about the bills targeting the LGBTQ+ community. “We are a Republican state — supermajority — in the House and Senate,” said Woods, R-Westville. “I represent a constituency that doesn’t want that filth in Oklahoma.” The newspaper reported several audience members clapped, while others appeared shocked. “We are a religious state, and we are going to fight it to keep that filth out of the state of Oklahoma because we are a Christian state — we are a moral state,” Woods said. “We want to lower taxes and let people be able to live and work and go to the faith they choose. We are a Republican state, and I’m going to vote my district, and I’m going to vote my values, and we don’t want that in the state of Oklahoma.”

In Oklahoma, a lawmaker can feel politically safe saying something like this right in the middle of the media flurry around Nex Benedict. At this point it's hard to even call it stochastic terrorism.

I don't even know what I want to say about this. It feels like anything that could be said just... goes without saying. I'm furious, I'm saddened, I'm grateful to activists everywhere who put in the work to hold their legislators accountable.

Italian Barty cause his mom is Italian so well he speaks Italian and Lily who decided to learn Italian when she was a kid with no apparent reason but now they spend hours talking in Italian (the others find it very annoying but it's also Barty's revenge of Evan and Regulus talking in French all the time)

Again with Italian, as it's Barty's first language, he sometimes (often) tell the person he loves (aka Evan for me but ship who you want) how much he loves them etc but in Italian and only Lily understands and she absolutely teases him with that

Wizards don't have maths (lucky bastards), but in a muggle au Barty would be so good at maths and Lily would struggle with it so he would help her (but their study sessions are very chaotic cause its Bartemius Crouch Jr we're talking about)

Barty tells Lily things he doesn't tell others cause he doesn't want them to worry (like things that happen with his father or his insecurities)

Lily sees Barty as her little brother I KNOW IM RIGHT

Once after Petunia as made Lily cry Barty tells her that if she wants he can be his sibling (he also said he could break all of petunia's bones but she said no to that)

THEY BOTH LOVE ANGRY MUSIC

They learned every single one of Hogwarts rules to be able to break them all (without getting caught obvi)

In a case with rosekiller and pandalily they're both dating one of the rosier twins and they find it so funny. They make jokes about it all the time (James and remus do the same with the black brothers but that's beside the point)

Barty is the only one allowed to take a book out of Lily's hands (no one else can do it they would die)

Nobody knows but Lily as a hidden tattoo matching one of Barty's

You can't do that with AI!

In my dreams, I imagine near perfect pictures and sounds that can never and will never be matched unless you were somehow just rich and powerful enough to order them be made into existence. It's for that reason that I fully understand the tinker-tinks behind AI technology fiddling with vocals to make something new, as we all do with video and audio mixing, but a) that doesn't make it ethical, and b) it still doesn't compare to perfect visions and whispers of ideas that exist only in our head if you're given a prompt---

for example, in my dream I was watching Katy Towell's The Little Girl who was Forgotten by Absolutely Everyone short

but instead of Tim Jones narrating it was being voice acted by Mathew Rhys, the voice of Emperor Belos from The Owl House.

No offense to Tim, he's still great, but holy moly Emperor Belos narrating Children r Skary was a matchmade in spooky heaven and one of the few good things I've ever dreamed about.

OF COURSE, only in MY DREAMS was one of the better things I've dreamed about also about horror but you can't do that now can you AI now can you??

I think I'm gonna make more posts about little alters and about my littles! And these posts will be under a lens of little alter focused, being that it's a core part of their identity, and that it can be uncomfy or hurtful to mask or hide this core part of ourselves. Not that singlet age regressors don't also experience similar identity issues, but it's more prominent in systems.

I'm also gonna talk about what's frowned upon in overall age regressor communities and how that's harmful towards system littles. People see age regression as a usually healthy coping mechanism for people with trauma, but ignore the fact that being a little alter can be distressing and painful and that many of them don't want to stay in childhood forever. Being a little alter is very dissociating and disorienting, and people never talk about the bad parts, because they want to shelter and protect that innocent part of themselves. But there are many, many systems where it's retraumatizing to be treated like a child without any power. So "child safe" environments are not healthy for them.

So my blog is for the dark grimm fairytale esque littles, not just the pink and fluffy little spaces. I don't mind a sweet warm hug for system littles out there, but I would much like it if there was places for the Coralines, Fran Bows and Alices out there. Young children exploring a strange and scary world, which is much more like my childhood than I really remember.

So yes, I want to explore, play and have fun, and make posts surrounding that, but I'm out here for the children and littles in my system and other systems, who had strange and frightening childhoods, and ended up being spooky and haunted children. And that's not talked about enough in age regressor and inner child and system little communities.

Looked at more (almost all of them) of your ocs, so cute. They are adorable.

So cool, love the horns/antlers? And colourful hair, sea horses are cool.

Depending on how much you've read already these might already be something you know :'D

Quill is part fruitbat, part deer, part dog, part praying mantis, part bird (could be a parrot given his ability to learn words) and possibly part snake.

Quill hasn't learned to speak in full sentences so he communicates with single words like "hi", "road" (his way of asking to go for a walk), and "bed" (his way of saying goodnight).

Quill has learned to weave with his secondary pair of arms (I call them his mantis arms).

Quill learns new words through echolalia which in short is that he echoes a word you say to him in the same tonality back at you (it is often seen with autistic people).

While Quill can speak a few words his vocal chords are actually better suited for high pitched bird like sounds so he is often found echoing bird twitter/song.

Oh no his story isn't that tragic :'D Quill was bred in captivity to be a housepet. Phoenix found Quill at a parisian adoption center where the little guy had been given up since nobody had wanted to adopt him from the breeder. Phoenix themselves being a chimera chose to adopt Quill as a sort of son. Quill is often seen helping Phoenix carry around their arrows (Phoenix are an archer amongst other things) - actually this is how Quill got his name. :3
