Frank is Pisces
I made a thread for this theory on TSBS Discord server and it blew up (it blew up so much more than I ever thought it would, like Jesus Christ. I'm super happy about it though). I figured that since I moved all my canon info stuff over here from the server, I might as well move my theory stuff over too
Long post warning, since there's a lot here. A lot of this exists because I was possessed by my adhd demon one night, noticed something about Frank, and then ran wild with it
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Last two pictures are part of a chart that SqarletGecko made for this theory. If Sqarlet sees this at any point, hi, hello! I appreciate you for feeding into this, Sqarlet)
There will be more images tacked on later. I'd add them now, but unfortunately, there's a 10 picture limit to posts. As stupid as that is. ANYWAY
Frank’s strong enough to kill two different witherstorms. Although him outright killing them was never verified, it was one of the only ways he could’ve come back so soon. The only other way would’ve been to wait by the portal, but assuming Moon would’ve closed it off due to the dimensions that Frank was in housing witherstorms, Frank would’ve had to find another way out
His name is neither Frank nor Forkface, so it’s entirely possible that it could be Pisces
Sqarlet pointed out that Castor said “Pisces is probably off doing his own thing”, which could be anything, and it certainly doesn’t preclude Pisces being on earth as Frank, doing whatever he’s been doing
In the “Lunar Gets Friendzoned” vrchat episode, Castor mentions Pisces again, this time saying (in reference to how Lunar’s “final test” would go, and how someone would be sent to judge his ability to control his powers) “Could be Nebula, could be Libra. Could be Pisces, but I doubt that. Hell, it could even be Taurus.” This is the second time Castor’s mentioned Pisces, as if he doesn’t have a whopping 10 other signs he could pull names from (minus Gemini and Pisces, obviously). This could be a case of simply sticking to a smaller pool out of the 12 names, but still
Castor has mentioned Pisces offhandedly two different times. Yeah, there could be a really simple explanation for that, but it sticks out to me, and I can't pinpoint why
During an Uno video, they did a “one breath for yes, two for no” thing with Frank, and he confirmed that he had a bad past. Given some of the things that Castor has said about Taurus, it’s a possibility that Frank/Pisces was trying to get away from him. Some other Pisces traits are that they’re supposed to be super empathetic and deeply emotional. If Taurus said or did something that impacted Frank/Pisces enough, he could’ve chosen to leave
For a while, Frank didn’t seem to react much when people acted scared of him, but as he’s spent more time with the channels, he’s developing more emotionally, which would make sense if he was younger. According to a google search I ran, “Pisces emotional sensitivity is high, helping them to remain in tune with others also leaving them vulnerable to criticism, worrying about about the effects that their actions might have on others,” which could explain why he acted so sad when he briefly appeared in the lobby in an FFFS episode and everyone acted scared of him
Pisces has a heightened emotional sensitivity, they're very in tune with the emotions of those around them, and this in turn makes them worry about how others might react to them
In another Uno video, Foxy made a lighthearted comment to Frank about how he reminded him of his son, since he has a habit of inserting himself into situations and things. There are other characters who do this too, meaning that Foxy could’ve compared Frank to literally anyone, and yet, he chose a character that’s a child. If Frank is Pisces, he’d be the youngest of the astral bodies
Tumblr media
If you watch him, Frank does have some childlike mannerisms and behaviors. The first thing is the way he sometimes wants to show someone something, but then gets upset when they touch it. It’s like when a kid gets a new toy and shows their friend, but then gets upset when their friends tries playing with it because it’s theirs. The second thing is him apparently drawing on the wall underneath Earth’s bed. Drawing on walls is something that kids do. The third thing is him trying to feed Earth a piece of pizza. Kids will sometimes try to feed people too, though it’s typically only with people they’re close with, that they know pretty well
If Frank is Pisces and therefore the youngest of the astral bodies, there’s a chance that he chose to show up in the daycare because he knows it’s a safe place for kids, and that there are good caretakers there (Sun, Moon, Earth, and Lunar). He could’ve chosen a daycare attendant-esque form to blend in better with the daycare environment, or he could’ve copied what he saw of the caretakers there, much like how kids copy the adults they see
Pisces is the youngest of the astral bodies, so everything that Frank does that seems like something a kid might do,, could sort of tie in with that. Frank has seemed to somewhat mature and "grow up" in a sense as of recently though, so these childlike habits and behaviors have begun to become rarer and rarer
Pisces has ties to illusions, dreams, and the subconscious. This could explain the times when Frank appeared in both Monty and Earth’s dreams, and then dragged the Stitchwraith into his own mind. In the case of Monty’s dream, Frank knew that they’d had problems with their dad and he’d even offered to be their listening ear, so seeing the shape Monty was in emotionally and mentally after their dad died, Frank may have guided them to an image of their dad to try to promote a form of closure and emotional healing and recovery before Monty woke up (did I mention that being a healer is also a Pisces trait?). He was silent in the dream, so Monty’s mind couldn't have heard his signature heavy breathing and did something funky with that. In Earth’s case, Frank somehow knew that she was having a nightmare and he came to wake her up, repeatedly saying “no fear”, as if he was telling her not to be afraid. With the Stitchwraith, the Stitchwraith wasn’t aware that he’d been pulled into his own mind. Frank didn’t confirm that he was until he told the Stitchwraith that “It’s just a bad dream, a nightmare”, and told him to wake up
More Pisces traits are wanting to help people and being a healer. Adding in the ties to illusions, dreams, and the subconscious, I feel like creating dreams to help people recover from things wouldn't be too farfetched. In the case of Earth, Frank knew she was having a nightmare and wanted to wake her up so that she wouldn't be scared anymore. To this day, I have no way to explain how he could've possibly known about her having a nightmare, aside from sensing her distress and/or having some kind of connection to her subconscious
I found a snippet of an article that said “When we meet Pisces, we are taken aback by their remote coldness; they often act like confused geniuses or oddballs who have trouble interacting with others.” It’s confirmed that Frank is highly intelligent; he somehow knew how to get into Moon’s computer and registered himself as the primary user, and he somehow swiped Foxy’s voicebox and installed it in himself, then took it back out and reinstalled it in Foxy. Frank is also an oddball, but I don’t really need to explain that one
Frank has made it abundantly clear that he doesn’t like Ruin. He’s had many opportunities to take him out or even just attack him, but he hasn’t. Castor has stated that astral bodies typically don’t get involved with things or associate with people unless they really need to. If Frank is Pisces, he may have avoided going after Ruin because it’d go against the rules
There are some mixed messages on whether or not Pisces is a rule follower, but a couple things I found that stuck out to me implied that sometimes they follow the rules, and sometimes they do whatever they want as long as they’re satisfied. We were given a glimpse of this with Frank when Lunar tried to run him over with a car in a vrchat episode. Frank didn’t seem to care as much about the fact that he was nearly run over, and instead, became agitated with Lunar for parking incorrectly. He also made Lunar get in his car, and then proceeded to move it out of the alley and to the drive thru, where Lunar was supposed to be anyways. He might’ve also reacted poorly to Monty and Earth bringing a goose into the restaurant they were in, since animals don’t belong there. Beyond that, Frank’s also gotten upset with Sun and tried to menacingly follow him around the room when Sun cheated during a game of Uno, showing that he doesn’t like cheaters
Frank seems to have a knack for interrupting people’s dates. Most of the time, he’s trying to help but doesn’t seem to grasp that his behavior might be making people uncomfortable, BUT according to google, the Pisces sign is known for being jealous of other people’s love lives. After the death of Ruined Monty, Frank may have started to feel a little jealous of others
Tumblr media
According to google, “most Pisceans are very good at earning a stable living,” and “they are usually very effective in any career that needs collaboration with others or inventiveness.” It’s been stated before that Frank works in at least three different restaurants, and a restaurant type environment would require collaboration with others to keep everything running smoothly. He’d be earning good money from those three restaurant jobs, and another Pisces trait is wanting to help people, so working in a restaurant would be a way for him to do that
Strengths of Pisces would include being selfless and thoughtful, passionate and creative, gratitude and self-sacrifice, tolerance and a keen understanding, and being kind and sympathetic. Weaknesses of Pisces include being influenced by their surroundings, being careless, rash, and ill-disciplined, having an inability to confront reality due to an absence of confidence, being insecure, sentimentalism, indecisiveness, and a lack of foresight. These are all from a chart I found, and although I don’t think we’ve seen too many of these weaknesses in Frank yet, we’ve definitely seen a lot of the strengths
We have no idea where Frank was before he first showed up at the daycare. Fazbear apparently had him shipped in to replace Moon, but with how easily he got into Moon’s computer, it wouldn’t be too farfetched to assume that he could’ve possibly also hopped onto a different device and sent a fake email, posing as Fazbears to keep people from asking too many questions about why he’s there
Like Sqarlet has said, we’ve noticed a pattern of astral signs following the usual astrological descriptions, but it’s not necessarily a rule, nor is it to a T. It’s very possible that Frank mostly follows the general tendencies of Pisces, but still has individual quirks and such that are different. It could be a case where perfectionism or a preference for rule-following/organization is just a lil personal thing of his, unrelated to astrology
Another thing suggested by Sqarlet is that the Pisces dealio might explain why Frank’s general choice of appearance is generally uncanny/unsettling. Astral bodies don’t necessarily have a spectacular grasp on how to Aesthetic effectively, at least from an earthling’s perspective
Eclipse once used star power to get into Puppet’s dreamscape, when Puppet was on his way to get Lunar. If star power is what makes dreamscape stuff possible, then Frank would need access to it in order to do the same (see: all the dream stuff he did with Monty and him showing up in Stitchwraith’s dreamscape)
Whenever Frank appears, whoever he appears around is usually experiencing a negative emotion of some sort. Some instances of this can be seen when he showed up and tried to talk to Monty after Monty had a fight with their dad and was frustrated, when Earth and Sun were worrying about Lunar when Lunar lost his voice, when Sun got turned into a dragon and was panicking, and when Earth had a nightmare and was freaking out over it
Foxy’s implied that Frank was probably trying his best to be helpful, during all the dates that he unintentionally ruined. Which… means that although Frank is trying his best to be helpful, he might not understand what “normal” behavior looks like, then he messes up, and then he gets upset when people misunderstand him and his intentions, or when whatever he’s doing ends up backfiring in some way. Pisces’ loves to help others and can’t stand being misunderstood, so this lines up beautifully
During a podcast episode, Frank breathed heavier when Castor and Pollux were mentioned, implying that he may know them. Given how he even attempted to speak again, he likely had some kind of thoughts or feelings toward them, too
The astral bodies are typically aware of almost everything that happens. This might explain how Frank (if he’s Pisces) knew that Foxy would be alone on Christmas. It was only Foxy, Freddy, and Francine present when the Stitchwraith took FC, so unless Frank was spying on everyone or has taken to watching the channels like Ruin apparently does, he shouldn’t know what happened
If the Foxy’s Intervention episode is anything to go by, no one ever knows where Frank is, and yet, he still knows where he’s needed and goes there to help
With the way that Pisces deals with illusions just as much as dreams and the subconscious, it’s possible that the Frank that the Stitchwaith saw was just an illusion. This could explain why Frank wasn’t hit by Stitchwraith’s weird chest laser thing (unless he quickly teleported out of the way), and why we never saw him go up to the Stithwraith and try pushing him around or anything, despite how Frank was acting toward him. We’ve seen Frank physically interact with people before, so we know he can, but if he was an illusion, that wouldn’t be possible
Something else to consider that I haven't shared with the theory thread yet (that I can remember) is that when Pisces feels hurt or betrayed in any way, they can be incredibly vengeful. Their vengeance, according to a search I ran, could be intense enough to break trust and damage relationships, if they're not careful. In killing ruined Monty, Bloodmoon may have unknowingly made Frank feel so deeply hurt that Frank has now decided that he needs to get revenge on him. He kept saying things during their encounter that made it feel like he may be entertaining the idea of getting rid of one of the twins, which... follows a very "you took away someone who meant the world to me, let's see what happens when I do it to you" sort of logic

I thought they were twins? Unless something is afoot here…
She’s totally a robot right?
That or I’m insane
Honestly both are plausible but hell Freminet looks more like Lyney’s twin and he’s supposed to be the younger brother!
And Genshin has a habit of making all siblings look practically identical to eachother even if they aren’t twins
Plus she “doesn’t talk much and zones out often” I mean!!!!!!! She also doesn’t emote, which could be nothing but still kindaaaaaa suspicious yk???

POV: You just realized you had spent the past 10 minutes talking non-stop about your favorite video game and all the theories you had about it. Embarrassed you were about to change the topic and insist that Gale share about his interests. Instead he seems to be enamored listening to you talk about something you’re so passionate about and encourages you to continue.

another post that saved my life fr is that one that says to get rid of rules like "appropriate times for things" like there are Windows and im Strictly Not Allowed to do my Tasks outside of them
but the biggest thing that helped me with honest to god was my teeth. if the difference between brushing my teeth now or later means me knowing i will not have the energy or brain to do it later, i do it now instead of after i want a little snacky snack because brushing my teeth At All, but Not Flawlessly (eating immediately after) is better than letting them be Unbrushed Entirely

something i’ve thought about sans judgement in any route-
it takes place in a church when you go to see him before everyone gets captured by flowey then gets to to the surface right? meaning a few things;
1) ether he himself believes in god and believes in a higher power which would explain his battle area being a church with bells and birds n stuff, maybe he’s faithful to higher power ideology, cuz ghosts exist right so why not,
2) OR he himself put his own person in a god like position, making it his responsibility to cast judgment as god would do, like getting into heaven or hell.
which got me thinking, imagine if sans appears as a cool skeleton but the reveal of the church and the judgement his character does, he basically says “if you didn’t do what i like then im going to kill you” which can refrence to sin, if you sin and disobey god (you didn’t do what i like) then you go to hell (i kill you and your soul).
idk its an interesting thought to think ab sans actually being religious, everyone sees him as super chill and unbothered of almost anything but even chill people can have faith in a higher power, or just spirituality in general. food for thought :)
plz dont make this political im not trying to say sans IS religious it’s literally just a thought i had.

where are characters from the first Hades game now, and some other character-centric theories:
inspired by this post by @thebuttsmcgee
so from the technical test gameplay stream we learned that Chronos straight up took over the underworld and kidnapped not only Hades, but Zagreus and Persephone too. out of the underworlders from the first game, Charon is still doing his thing in secret, Skelly returns in a new coat, the Wretched Broker is back too, and Hypnos is the only other guy from the House who's hiding at Hecate's hub, but he's also fast asleep...
personally, i think Hypnos might be cursed or something like that. Chronos using Hypnos's schtick against him? lose time by sleeping through it all? or maybe he just wakes up a bit later. hell, maybe he's always asleep during the test but not the final game because he would've dropped a spoiler or something.
so what about the rest?
assuming they're not all imprisoned somehow,
-Nyx and Thanatos: they could've fled to Chaos. a narrator's note at the Crossroads says that it houses 'those still loyal to lord Hades', but doesn't necessarily say 'all of them'. Nyx visits Chaos in the first game once their relationship is mended, and like the post i linked said, Than would've probably tried to protect the family and the House for as long as he could. but in the face of no other option, i think Chaos would be a viable place to flee to for the two of them, out of Chronos's reach similarly to the Crossroads. Than also visits the surface though, so maybe he'll show up at the Crossroads at some point? maybe in a plot point, trying to help Mel free Zag and the fam? both of them are important enough to warrant an appearance.
-the Furies: my idea is that all three of them were forced to serve Chronos. they're a very important part of security and upkeep down there, i think he would've wanted the realm's employees on his side. i don't however think they're going to be the bossfight between Asphodel and Tartarus. they, or Meg alone, should have some presence however.
-Sisiphus: it would be kinda cute if the furies went behind Chronos's back and helped to tuck Sisiphus away somewhere safe, given that he is loyal to Zag/the family and maybe that'd mean they were ordered to torture him again. depends on what Chronos's rule over the underworld looks like for the different shades there, but Melinoë speaks to the few that hang around at Crossroads in an almost comforting manner, so i imagine Chronos is trying to rule by fear and get shades on his side that way. Bouldy's gonna be sad, but fine. i hope. but at least a mention would be nice.
-Achilles and Patroclus (and Theseus&Asterius): ...they're probably separated again, aren't they... brainstorming now, i like (pain and) the idea that they're both in Elysium, just not together. because i think Elysium would've risen up as an army of sorts trying to oppose Chronos, given it's all warriors and heroes. separated by war. Nemesis having Stygius with her makes me believe Achilles could be wielding Varatha. additionally, Theseus being forced to step up and put his vanity aside, delicious idea i think. also, Mel arriving to this supposed paradise only to find it in a desolate state. all of them, i think, should be at the very least mentioned too.
-Orpheus and Euridice: they could be both hiding or imprisoned or forced to serve, but. what if this time it's Euridice who's looking for Orpheus. he's at the house and at Chronos's whim, while she makes it to the Crossroads and asks Mel for help. it'd be a shame if they were never heard from again.
-Cerberus: probably locked up with the fam :( orrr he's running wild all around the realm and Chronos is literally incapable of taming him. that would've been fun. Cerberus bossfight tho... nah. no way he wouldn't see something familiar in Mel. but it could be fun too if done right. he definitely has to reappear.
-Dusa: wild theory time but she's hiding in the rafters, spying on Chronos. :D. if the situation is much more dire, she's either also forced to serve, or even banished into Asphodel to be with the other gorgon heads. either way i think she'll pop up again in some capacity.
-House Contractor, Head Chef, Resource Director: probably unwillingly continuing their jobs under Chronos's rule. although the chef might've lost his job, depends if Chronos like, eats normal food. well mostly onions and fish but still. alternatively, the chef will also show up at Crossroads like the Wretched Broker does.
-THE GOOD SHADE from Elysium: okay war hero good shade arc when? i'm sorry, but i love them.
some other ideas, theories and wishes:
-the obvious one is Hera, like many others i also hope she will appear as a major boon giver.
-i have a feeling, however, that Hermes might not. it seems a bit that Artemis and Selene are filling up his role as the little bit specific boon giver, but maybe i'm wrong. Artemis provides crit boons just like in the first game and Selene has a bit more of a Chaos vibe to her. let's see.
-i do think, or would like it if, Chaos shows up, but not as a boon giver. but i believe they would definitely have something to say about Chronos's actions.
-back to Hermes though... there's that sealed staircase that leads upwards from the Crossroads. people have already been theorizing this, but there might seriously be a section of the game taking place on Olympus, or at the very least somewhere under it. still, i don't think Hermes would be a boon giver either if he does appear. i would however like to see him interact with Charon.
-the Fates will, i think, remain obscure, even if Moros has more of a connection to them. maybe they'll be mentioned and explored a bit more, but i wouldn't count on them appearing by themselves.
-i would however like to see at least one more of Nyx's kids. originally, i also hoped Erebus himself ever shows up personified, but i like what they've done with it as a place.
Eris is i'd say the biggest contender, given that she's namedropped in the first game through a weapon aspect and a purchasable item. maybe she's even boss material (again, if Nemesis has the sword, Eris may wield the rail).
-same thinking can be applied to Ariadne (she lives with Dionysus on Olympus, does she not?), Talos (giant robot made by Hephaestus, how cool is that), and Lamia (snake lady with personal history with Zeus and Hera, would even make for a cool boss too i think, although i always viewed her as a more melancholic figure. but i'm just spitballing here). there are also Atlas, Prometheus and other names on Charon's many items, those are less likely to make an appearance imo.
-Talos also obviously has a weapon aspect in the first one, and then there's Chiron. in myth, he is the son of Chronos. the juiciness of that situation, given he has a relationship with Achilles and Patty as well... perhaps he'll be Elysium's miniboss in the spirit of Asterius? or straight up a main boss? or actually a friendly? i really hope they did something with him, the potential is so very there.
-i think Daedalus will remain present just in name and spirit.
-now that i'm on the weapons though, for all we know there might not be such a thing as weapon aspects (at least not tied to specific figures) in Hades 2, but if there are, including hidden aspects, i'd like to see nods to more of other world mythologies/histories/cultures, like Egyptian, Japanese, pre-columbian American or Slavic.
-this brings me to keepsakes and companion plushies, if they're in the game at all and if so, who gives them out.
keepsake-wise, beside the olympians, Hecate is obvious, as well as Odysseus, and Nemesis and Moros are too. Arachne and Skelly also. Charon seems likely, so does Dora. maybe Hypnos if/when he wakes up. Selene, probably.
i'd say, if companions are a thing, it's also up to Nemesis and Moros, Odysseus, maybe Hecate, likely Arachne, and if there's 6 of them like last time, the final one will be from either Dora or someone we haven't seen yet. or Hecate doesn't give one (she's pretty op for a summon) but Skelly does.
-this also ties into romance! it's been deduced a long time ago, right when the trailer came out, that Nemesis and Moros are very likely romanceable. i also see the appeal and potential of romancing Dora, and from the technical test, i like Melinoë's friendship with Artemis. Hypnos's presence at the Crossroads is interesting from this point too, but i wouldn't guess he'll be romanceable if/when he wakes up.
there are more details to speculate about, especially in gameplay and resources (boss room rewards! the equivalent of nectar/ambrosia to give characters!) but i wanted to keep this mainly about the npcs.
honestly curious what other people are saying!

Finally getting caught up on session updates, we have out dinner at Ravenloft next session and that will be a whole thing.
We stop a very stinky vampire's plan to attack the city with an undead horde.
-Mirre gives Ireena his wand of secrets(Wow that sounds wrong) and tells her to use it if she's ever alone in one of the rooms.
-We've learned that Theodor is a ladies man, so naturally Rhil and Ireena go to distract him while Mirre snoops around the house.
-Unable to find anything odd, Mirre figures whatever secrets are in Theodor's study. Because nobles always have secret rooms and there HAS to be something.
-Rhil is able to talk Theodor out of the room and up to his uh.. "pleasure room" where she talks about the history of her deity, The Platinum Song, the entire time. While Theodor's servant, Bram, sits with Ireena.
-Mirre lets Jace know Rhil went upstairs and Jace, being his protective self, knocks on the door hard.
-Ireena gets her chance to use the wand of secrets while Bram answers the door, and we all leave with Rhil and Jace pretending to argue.
-Ireena tells us that there is definitely a secret behind the book case, and even saw that book she needed to pull, but got interrupted.
-Rhil casts clairvoyance from Blue Water to see whats behind it and finds a bloody ritual circle.
-Mirre has a theory that it could lead to Ravenloft and sees this as an opportunity to sneak in and get Reek out of there. Mirre is fully prepared to sneak in alone with a plan since he is the stealthiest compared to Rhil and Jace(plate mail), He has a way to teleport to the fanes as well.
-We ask Fiona to distract Theodor with a meeting and taxes and we call up Victor to come check out this circle with us.
-Mirre sneaks up through the balcony and like a cat, knocks over a bottle of "massage oil" onto the piano inside and shattering it. effectively keeping Bram busy.
-he unlocks the front door for Victor and they check out the hidden room behind the book case.
-Mirre originally wanted Victor to destroy the circle after he went through so the rest of the party couldnt follow into danger. after a stern talk from Victor, Mirre promised to keep the circle open and call for help if he needed it.
-He definitely needed it, because it wasn't Ravenloft, but the durst cult basement(We had a different death house start with Legosi) that was located in the sewers of Vallaki.
-Mirre makes it through most of it undetected, trying to determine if he was actually in Ravenloft or not, until he triggered a bunch of skeletons in a dungeon, the bigger one nat 20'ing him immediately.
-he summoned his hellhounds and fought off the skellies after calling for help, realizing he cant do this alone.
-Rhil, Jace, Ireena and Victor sneak through the circle and end up triggering a bunch of cultists that Mirre snuck by.
-The group decides to use the robes as a disguise as Mirre dealt with the skeletons and started sneaking his way back to the party.
-Mirre sees a bunch of cultists and shoots one of them with his bow from the shadows before sending his hellhounds to charge. Turns out that was Jace he shot.
-We work out way through the dungeon, fighting more cultists, ghouls, a roper and a mimic that Rhil's been caught by three separate times this campaign now. she likes to touch things without thinking about it.
-we get to the end and get surrounded by cultists wanting us to sacrifice a woman on an alter. we refuse and in comes Theodor, whos actually a nosferactu.
-With a command word from Theodor Rhil's armor turns into a animated armor and immobilizes her. She had to fight off the armor with strength checks to pull off pieces. Rhil goes from 23 armor to 13 in less then 3 rounds.
-The party starts a fight, getting multiple hold person and command spells from the four bigger guys up on the ledges.
-Once Rhil gets her armor off, Theodor targets her immediately and i swear she was up and down, conscious and unconscious at least 9 different times as he fed on her and the party kept healing her.
-Victor kills Theodor with a Nat 20 and we head back to report to Fiona, learning of a horde of undead settled on a farm near Vallaki and the party decides to deal with this issue sooner rather then later.
-Rhil, Jace, Mirre, Victor, The wolf hunters and Lars with some guards march to this farm.
-There were a lot more then we expected and things went south, all of the guards had died. one of the wolf hunters died. But Rhil took a risk and teleported out there to protect his body so she could revivify him.
-This worked with a well placed fire elemental and eventually we finished the hordes.
-We trek back with everyone except the guards alive.
-Fiona thanks us and offers us Theodor's old home which we accept quickly, we head back and rest up.
-after some wisdom rolls regarding dark gifts(Rhil rolled really well, even nat20'd one), the tips of Rhil's ears have turned black.
-The next day, Victor stops by and helps us dispel the evil tome, destroying it.
-Mirre catches Majesto trying to steal his box of notes containing information regarding his case with Anastrasya. So naturally, Mirre made an explosive fake box filled with gun powder, alchemist fire, acid and holy water as a little surprise next time Majesto tries to steal it.
-We spend most the day cleaning up the home and making it out own while we prepare ourselves for Ravenloft.

okay um real word action
identify local groups in your area that support and advocate for women - follow them on social media, join their facebook groups/email lists to hear about events and ways to get involved. even email them to ask!
make a list of issues you care about and then learn what the state of those issues is where you live (policy and legislation, statistics, etc.)
you can write briefs to submit to legislative bodies. they will have more weight if they come from an established advocacy group
if you have the time to commit, you can train to volunteer with a sexual assault help line
set up specific news alerts to stay up to date (for example i have a google alert for "canada + prostitution")
pamphleting is a more comprehensive and less invasive alternative to stickering. pamphlets can be left in waiting rooms, between library books, at bus stops, on public transit etc. which contain brief summaries of certain sets of issues and theory
sticking serves mainly as media bait and as a way to signal to other feminists in the area they're not alone. political stickers are not really a consciousness raising tool, and sticking in certain locations (public bathrooms, university property) can erode credibility with institutions feminists rely on to implement structural changes
this is a really cool video about consciousness raising groups and how feminists build data and theory
debating your friends will alienate them, instead have mutual conversations with them that center on personal anecdotes and experiences
volunteer positions that include mentorship of young girls (in female-exclusive environments) in my experience are incredibly rewarding. sometimes this can be something like girl scouts or an after-school-type program, and sometimes it can be more compact like a week at an sleep-over camp in the summer. not exactly activism but it is a powerful form of separatism
yes, your university's feminist organizations are likely to be packed with libfems and trans apologists, but they are also full of people who care deeply about women's career advancement and sexual assault on campus among other things. it's worth giving them a shot
some regions of the world have active WDI (formerly WHRC) chapters. they are usually very trans focused and mostly comprised of middle aged/older women, but if that sounds appealing you can absolutely reach out to join those groups. FQT and breakout rooms (zoom, saturdays at 10am EST) are also options for participating with WDI
@skelly-butch maintains a directory of location-based discord servers and meetups. if your area isn't included you may want to consider starting one yourself! vet members thoroughly (you can dm me if you have qs about this), and before you meet with anyone in-person i would recommend meeting over voice chat so everyone feels comfortable/secure
above all, take initiative! don't wait for someone else to instigate, and don't be intimidated by the unknown

HAPPY PAPYRUS DAY! (A short message + Papyrus headcanons)
I'm unsure as to if I'm gonna upload art for the occasion, unfortunately. I'm going to college next month so I've been trying to prepare for that (needed paperwork and forms, etc). Sadly, these matters have also lowkey been tiring.
But I still wish to show appreciation to one of the characters that made my life a little or a lot better. As a child I lowkey struggled to interact with other kids and Papyrus as a character made me feel like there's that one person that would be my friend despite my weirdness (alongside his brother). He provided me comfort and even today, some motivation if I lack some. The least I could do is do something on this day to show my love for him. So here are some of my Papyrus headcanons!
Papyrus is taught by Undyne how to make spaghetti so that's what he focuses on, but I like to imagine that he's interested in other types as well. I don't mean like, making them- I feel like that's a given. I feel like he'd nerd out about maybe even the origins of some dishes.
I feel like he'd be interested in some aspects of history? Depends on what it's history of (ex: puzzles, pasta, the Underground). IDK something tells me while history topics interest him he'd like math because it's more straightforward in nature (usually one solution and less need for interpretation)
I feel like if he writes he'd tap his pen against the table while lost in thought or trying to think
Imagine him playing the guitar or something. IDK man something about Sans knowing how to play the trombone makes me wonder if he'd also be interested in an instrument and the guitar makes sense in my mind at least
Maybe he learns how to play piano with Undyne every now and then?
He adds fruits to his dinosaur egg oatmeal (because that's his favorite food but I also feel like he'd want to add something healthy alongside it)
He works behind the scenes with Mettaton for some aspects of his show during his free time (I mean, Mettaton was there in the first colored tile room so maybe MTT was getting ideas from our favorite skellie?) I don't know I'm also a Papyton sucker
If the "Papyrus and Sans are originally from Deltarune" theory is true then I feel like while Papyrus isn't able to recall clear memories of the DR universe, he'll sometimes have pleasant and vivid dreams about it.

Okay, I just tought about this and i don't know if anyone else thought of it but i want to put it out there before the game comes out so i can come back to it when/if i'm right.
So in the Hades 2 trailer see this little '2-faced' shade, which get called 'Dora'. And it *seems* like she'll take a skelly-type position in this game, probably not as target practice, but more in the way of being a friend to the protagonist who is more a 'normal' person (read: not an actual god or legendary hero).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And in Hades 1 (: the first), there are some hints that Skelly *was* actually a well known figure, the main theory for as far as i've come across being that he's Odysseus.
So, i started thinking; "what if it's the same for Dora, what if she's secretly a known character?" Then i tried to think of famous female mortal figures from greek myth, while simultaniously thinking (ADHD is weird like that) "Maybe there's a hint in her name."
And both things came together to probably the most famous mortal/non-god woman from greek myth.
PanDORA. Guys she's Pandora.
Okay maybe that's a bit too obvious to be correct. But hey, they had a character named 'Dusa' in the first game who definitely, absolutely was not Medusa wink, wink, nudge, nudge. So who knows?
Also, with this second game being more about the titans probably. It would make sense for Pandora to appear in the game because she's pretty closely related to that side of the mythology.

The lit cigarette was hanging from between his lips as Daryl shivered from the frigid January air. The rest of his group was safely inside the concrete storage lockers below, rugged up with blankets while he was spending the evening on watch until T-Dog would relieve him later on. He pulled tighter at the poncho wrapped around his torso, his crossbow hanging loosely at his side. After all they’d experienced in the past three months since Atlanta, it made sense to be on watch. Yet, since the fall of the farm, they hadn’t encountered another group and the walkers were basically frozen solid, just like Cassidy had theories, making Daryl wonder if there was much point to being on watch out in the freezing cold. As he removed the cigarette from his lips, he heard the heavy rooftop door open. Blowing out a puff of smoke, he turned from where he sat on an old metal create that had been brought up to be used as a seat and noticed Cassidy, her body covered in a nearly comically large blanket and a steaming mug in her hands. “Numbers.” He greeted her, the little nickname Daryl had come up with since leaving Atlanta for the scientists love for mathematics.
Cassidy simply nodded, moving towards him, extending the mug in her hands out to him. “I bought you some coffee to warm you up.” He tossed what was left of his cigarette to the ground and stomped it with his heel, thanking her as he took the mug from her. A content sigh left his lips as the heat warmed his hands, distracting him from Cassidy sitting down next to him on his left. “Has it been quiet again?”
“Yeah.” He grunted, taking a sip of the hot caffeinated liquid, it immediately warming his body as it pooled in his stomach. “You should be inside. Staying warming.” Daryl didn’t look at her as he chugged back the rest of the coffee, dumping the now empty mug on the seat to his right.
“I was concerned,” Cassidy stated, looking down over the snow-dusted parking lot below that was cluttered with abandoned cars and a few walkers that had been turned into ice sculptures. Daryl glanced at the brunette, his jaw tightening over how she could speak so nonchalantly as she always did over matters others saw as emotional. But that was who Cassidy Frost was, all logic, while Daryl was someone who couldn’t hold back his emotions and instead chose to bury them. Daryl Scoffed, looking away from her. As long as the woman kept her mouth shut, he was content to have her there. As Daryl shivered again, Cassidy glanced at him, her eyes rolling over his form as she observed how his body was reacting to the freezing weather. She looked away from him, head angled as she thought. With her head straightening, Cassidy loosed the massive blanket that was around her body, throwing half of it around Daryl.
Daryl immediately tensed up as he felt Cassidy’s hand brush up against his back. “What you doin’ woman?” He bit out. But she ignored him as she reached across his front, pulling more of the blanket around him as she shuffled in close next to him. Daryl’s jaw was tense, and his body ridged from how close she was, realising that they were basically cuddling under the blanket.
“You were shivering,” Cassidy spoke, finally giving an explanation for her behaviour. She held snugly onto her half on the blanket as she continued to gaze over the parking lot, oblivious to Daryl’s physical response to her actions. “Your body muscles were contracting and relaxing in an attempt to warm up your body.”
Daryl scoffed. “I know what a damn shiver is.” He found himself beginning to relax, blaming it on the heat the blanket provided. Daryl rolled his jaw as he pulled at the blanket around his shoulders slowly from the base of the blanket by his stomach, embarrassed and hoping she wouldn’t notice that he was actively seeking out the warmth. “Thanks…” He mumbled and fought back a small smirk as she commented back with a ‘you’re welcome’ in her usual emotionless tone.
