July is Disability Pride & Awareness Month! I hope that those of y’all who celebrate have had a good one, and that you continue to have a good one

A tidbit: Jamie has sharp perfect bird vision, but thanks to his chronic illness he’s pretty prone to light sensitivity and headaches, so sometimes he’ll wear tinted glasses to protect from that. This means Gunnar-style yellow glasses to embarrass his children with during gaming and computer use, and pink/red photophobia glasses in general.

dustin is one of those characters where i initially came up with his personality as him being the serious straight man (ironic) to edmund’s eccentricities and nonsense, but as time went on i realized that he’s actually just really good at pretending to be like that and at putting on a serious face when duty calls, but in reality he’s a secret awful little gremlin inside

i read somewhere that the top two best-selling t-shirts of the ‘80s were souvenir shirts for cats the musical and hard rock cafe, i don’t know if that is in fact true or not but it felt very time period appropriate for the sort of cheesy hand-me-down/second-hand shirts heck and jamie would get as kids

2020...sure was a time!! i didn’t get as many finished comics (and drawings in general) as i wanted done, but all things considered, i’d say that getting some finished and out there is still a victory!
